本发明涉及工业物联网领域,尤其涉及一种食品加工期限的监控方法及监控系统。
背景技术
目前对于食品的加工过程实现了自动化,却很少有对加工过程进行监控的物联网系统,当加工厂的进货量大时,面对蔬菜等保质期较短的食品,没有实现对进货日期进行严格监控,只能靠经验调整进货量,常常会导致易变质食品积压变质,而且不能及时掌握每种食品的积压时间和保存时间,只能靠人工来实现记录食品保存时间和加工情况等,当对食品未及时加工时,容易造成食品变质,给工厂带来损失。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种食品加工期限的监控方法及监控系统。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:
一种食品加工期限的监控方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,获取待加工食品的种类和进货日期;
步骤2,根据所述待加工食品的种类,从预设的食品加工信息数据库中获取所述待加工食品的保质期;
步骤3,根据所述进货日期和所述保质期生成所述待加工食品的加工日期;
步骤4,根据所述加工日期对所述待加工食品的加工过程进行监控,并根据监控结果向预设的接收端发送监控消息。

并根据所述加工日期对所述待加工食品的加工过程进行监控;
通信单元,用于根据监控结果向预设的接收端发送监控消息。

S103,根据进货日期和保质期生成待加工食品的加工日期,例如,每个待加工食品的保质期不同,因此可以通过经验或加工厂的加工量设置待加工食品的加工日期,例如,当进货日期为5月1日,保质期为10天时,加工日期可以是5月1日至5月11日中的任一天,具体可以通过加工厂加工该食品需要的时间确定;
S104,根据加工日期对待加工食品的加工过程进行监控,并根据监控结果向预设的接收端发送监控消息。

在上述实施例的基础上,本发明另一实施例提供了一种食品加工期限的监控方法,在步骤S103之后和步骤S104之前,还可以包括以下步骤:
获取待加工食品存放地的环境信息,环境信息指的是存放地的影响食品存放时间的周围环境信息,环境信息可以包括:温度信息、湿度信息、光照信息、微生物信息和通风情况信息,这些环境信息可以通过在食品的存放地放置传感器获得,例如,可以通过温度传感器采集食品存放地的温度信息等;
根据环境信息对加工日期进行调整,这里可以根据环境信息对食品的加工日期进行调整和修改,综合考虑环境信息对各类食品存放时间的影响,例如,土豆的最佳存放温 度为2-4度,当检测到存放地的温度为2-4度之外时,根据温度情况对土豆的加工日期进行调整,具体地,例如,每当温度升高5度时,对应地减少0.5天的加工日期,即提前0.5天对土豆进行加工,因为环境会影响食品的保质期,进而影响食品的加工日期。
优选地,还可以根据检测到的环境信息对存放地的环境进行调整,使食品的保质期达到最大值,以延长食品的加工日期。
本实施例中提供的一种食品加工期限的监控方法,通过获取存放待加工食品的仓库内的环境信息,对待加工食品的实际环境进行检测,并根据实际环境对待加工食品的加工期限进行修改和调整,实现了对待加工食品存放及加工时间的精确监控,可以更准确地提示工人对待加工食品进行加工。
在另一实施例中,如图2所示,为本发明另一实施例提供的一种食品加工期限的监控方法的流程图,在该方法中,将食品的加工分为以下几个部分:食品进入加工厂到食品正式开始加工之前这一过程为食品的存放过程,某一种类的食品开始加工到该种类食品全部加工完成这一过程为食品的加工过程,食品加工完成后到上架销售之前的过程为运输过程,食品在上架销售到进入消费者手中的过程为销售过程,本实施例提供的监控方法主要是对食品的存放过程进行监控,因为在食品加工过程中,通常会加入防腐剂等以延长加工后食品的保存期,便于运输和销售,而在加工之前,食品都是原料状态,其保质期通常较短,且各种类食品的保质期不一,不便于把控,所以本实施例中主要对食品的存放过程,即食品进入加工厂之后,开始加工之前的时间进行监控,具体包括以下步骤:
S201,从进货单中获取待加工食品的种类和进货日期。例如,进货单中记载某加工厂于2017年4月10日进货待加工的苹果1000kg,桃子1000kg,那么对进货单中的信息进行提取,可以得到种类共有两种,分别是苹果和桃子,进货日期都是2017年4月10日;
S202,根据待加工食品的种类,从预设的食品加工信息数据库中获取待加工食品的保质期,这里的食品加工信息数据库是预先建立的,其中存储有该加工厂加工的各食品在加工完成之前的保质期,这里的保质期指的是食品在加工之前,自然保存条件下不变质的时间期限,这里将食品进入加工厂到食品正式开始加工之前的存放过程,以及食品开始加工到该种类食品全部加工完成的加工过程作为食品的保质期,也就是说,在食品变质之前,完成对食品的加工,这样在食品加工之后,就有了加工后食品的保质期,可以防止食品在作为加工原料时变质,影响加工后产品的口感和安全,本步骤中,根据食品的种类,就可以从食品加工信息数据库中与预存的食品的种类进行匹配,就可以得到对应食品的保质期了;
S203,获取待加工食品的总量,并根据待加工食品的种类,从食品加工信息数据库中获取加工待加工食品的单次加工用时,以及工厂可以同时加工待加工食品的加工量,其中,待加工食品的总量指的是进货单中记录的某进货日期、某种类食品的总量,这里的总量可以指数量、重量等,待加工食品的单次加工用时指的是加工厂加工该种类食品 的一套完整流程的用时,待加工食品的加工量指的是与总量对应的,该加工厂可以同时加工的该种类食品的数量或重量等;
S204,根据总量、加工量和单次加工用时,确定加工待加工食品的总加工用时,例如,某加工厂某一生产线可以同时为约10kg的苹果去核去皮,完成为这10kg苹果去核去皮的时间约为1小时,那么通过从进货单中获取进货的总量,例如总进货量为1000kg的苹果,就可以通过预存的公式计算得到待加工食品的总加工用时,下面详细说明:
在这个例子中,食品的种类是苹果,通过从食品加工信息数据库中获取得到,对于该加工厂来说,可以同时为约10kg的苹果去核去皮,完成为这10kg苹果去核去皮的时间约为1小时,那么待加工食品的总量就是1000kg,加工量是10kg,单次加工用时是1小时,那么可以通过以下公式计算待加工食品的总加工用时:
总加工用时=总量/(加工量*单次加工用时);
带入得到这1000kg苹果的总加工用时=1000kg/(10kg*1h)=100h;
S205,根据进货日期、保质期和总加工用时,确定待加工食品的加工日期,例如,该加工厂中存放的某种类的食品,进货日期为2017年5月5日,保质期为10天,总加工用时为2天,那么该食品的加工日期通过以下公式计算:
加工日期=进货日期+保质期-总加工用时;
带入上述公式,可以计算得到该食品的加工日期为2017年5月13日,也就是说,该食品最晚不能超过5月13日加工;
S206,根据加工日期对待加工食品进行监控,并根据监控结果向预设的接收端发送监控消息,例如,系统自动获取今天的日期,将今天的日期与加工日期进行比较,当今天的日期与加工日期相同时,说明到了该食品的最晚加工日,于是向工人发送加工该食品的提示消息。
优选地,S206中,还可以根据加工日期和进货日期设置相应地递进式提醒日期,以便更加及时地提醒工人把控加工食品的进度。
例如,当进货日期为2017年5月5日,加工日期为2017年5月15日时,可以设置5个提醒日期,分别为2017年5月5日、2017年5月8日、2017年5月13日、2017年5月14日和2017年5月15日,在当前日期到达提醒日期时,向工人发送时间监控提示,提醒工人该种类食品的加工进度,这样可以通过在临近加工日期时,频繁地提醒工人,能起到更好的监控效果,防止出现工人失误忘记提醒的情况等。
本实施例提供的一种食品加工期限的监控方法,通过食品的保质期、进货日期和加工时间等,生成对食品进行监控的提醒时间,实现了对食品从进入工厂后,加工时间的全自动监控,并及时提醒工人及时加工到达加工日期的食品,能够跟有效更方便地对食品的存放时间进行监控,有效地避免了食品过期变质,减少了食品加工厂的损失。

S301,获取待加工食品的种类和进货日期;

本实施例提供的一种食品加工期限的监控方法,通过将当前时间与加日期进行比较,实现了对加工时间的全自动监控,并及时提醒工人及时加工到达加工日期的食品,对食品的时间监控更加严谨科学。

需要说明的是,由于加工厂每日进货的食品不一定完全相同,因此,需要对不同进货日期和不同种类的食品进行监控,例如,某加工厂在5月4日进货了苹果、桃子和葡萄,在5月5日进货了桃子和草莓,那么就需要同时对苹果、葡萄、草莓和5月4日的桃子和5月5日的桃子进行监控,因为桃子的进货日期不同,因此其保质期相同的情况下,其加工日期就不会相同,例如,当桃子的保质期为5天,加工时间需要1天,那么5月4日进货的桃子,其加工日期就是5月8日,5月5日进货的桃子其加工日期就是5月9日。
于是,本实施例提供的一种食品加工期限的监控方法,在对某种类的食品进行监控 的基础上,还对全部的食品进行统一的监控,判断全部食品中加工日期临近的食品,并提示工人优先加工,便于合理安排加工计划。
本实施例提供的一种食品加工期限的监控方法,通过对加工厂中存放的全部食品进行监控,并从中选出临近加工日期的待加工食品,提醒工人优先加工,可以使工人更合理地安排食品加工计划,提高加工的效率,避免出现食品过期的情况。
在另一实施例中,如图5所示,为本发明另一实施例提供的一种食品加工期限的监控方法的流程图,在该方法中,包括以下步骤:
S501,获取待加工食品的种类和进货日期;

S510,分别将种类不同和进货日期不同的各待加工食品的加工日期与预设值进行比较,确定加工日期小于预设值的待加工食品,这里种类不同和进货日期不同的各待加工食品指的是种类不同的食品,因为食品的种类不同,所以其保质期和加工日期等也不尽相同,而对于相同种类的食品,其进货日期不同,其加工日期也肯定不同,因此需要统一比较,这里的预设值可以根据实际情况设置,例如,某加工厂有3种食品在存放中待加工,分别是菠菜、黄瓜和鳕鱼,其中菠菜的加工日期为5月10日,黄瓜的加工日期为5月5日,鳕鱼的加工日期为5月20日,假设预设值为5月13日,那么通过比较可以得到,菠菜和黄瓜的加工日期小于预设值,可以优先加工菠菜和黄瓜;
优选地,当食品的种类很多或进货日期很多时,可以通过设置多个预设值,分别对这些批次不同或种类不同的食品进行判断,得到多个层次的待加工食品的优先级,在上例中,还可以设置另一个预设值5月7日,那么通过判断,发现只有黄瓜的加工日期小于第二个预设值,于是,可以得到这样的优先级:优先加工黄瓜,其次是菠菜,最后是鳕鱼。
S511,向接收端发送用于提醒工人及时加工加工日期小于预设值的待加工食品的第二提示消息。
本实施例提供的一种食品加工期限的监控方法,通过对全部食品的加工日期进行及 监控,并与预设值进行比较,可以及时地对大量食品的加工进行监控,并及时通知工人各食品的加工日期临近情况,便于工人合理地安排加工进度,提食品加工的效率。
在另一实施例中,如图6所示,为本发明另一实施例提供的一种食品加工期限的监控方法的交互时序图,在该方法中,共包括以下几个主体,分别是进货单、获取单元、监控单元、通信单元、数据库和用户端。其中,获取单元、监控单元和通信单元是本发明提供的监控系统的组成部分,该监控系统对食品进行监控的方法总体上来说,是从进货单中获取各食品的进货日期,并据此计算各食品的保质期,对各食品的加工期限进行监控,及时通知用户。
下面结合具体的数值,从各主体的角度,对本方法进行说明。
首先,获取单元从某加工厂的进货单中获取待加工食品的种类是黄瓜,并从进货单中得到黄瓜的进货日期是5月10日,接着从数据库中查找黄瓜的相关信息,得到黄瓜的保质期是10天,并将待加工食品的保质期的进货日期发送给监控单元。
然后,监控单元根据黄瓜的进货日期5月10日和黄瓜的保质期10天,通过一系列的计算,得到黄瓜的加工日期是5月17日。
然后,监控单元通过获取单元获取当前的日期5月17日,通过判断发现当前日期是加工日期5月17日,当当前日期是加工日期时加工日期时,向通信单元发送提醒指令。
最后,通信单元根据提醒指令向用户端发送今天是最后的加工日期提示用户及时加工该批黄瓜的监控消息。
本实施例提供的一种一种食品加工期限的监控方法,通过通过监控单元生成黄瓜的最后监控日期,并据此对黄瓜的存放时间进行监控,实现了对黄瓜的自动监控,可以有效地避免黄瓜变质,防止加工后的黄瓜口感变差。

监控单元720用于根据所述总量、所述加工量和所述单次加工用时,确定加工所述待加工食品的总加工用时;
并根据所述进货日期、所述保质期和所述总加工用时,确定所述待加工食品的加工日期;
并判断所述当前日期是否为所述加工日期;
并对所述种类不同和所述进货日期不同的各所述待加工食品的所述加工日期进行比较,从中选取所述加工日期最小的待加工食品,优先加工所述加工日期最小的待加工食品;
并分别将所述种类不同和所述进货日期不同的各所述待加工食品的所述加工日期与预设值进行比较,确定所述加工日期小于所述预设值的待加工食品。
通信单元730用于当所述当前日期为所述加工日期时,向所述接收端发送用于提醒工人所述待加工食品超过所述加工日期的第一提示消息;
并向所述接收端发送用于提醒工人及时加工所述加工日期小于所述预设值的待加工食品的第二提示消息。
本实施例提供的一种食品加工期限的监控系统,通过获取单元710分别获取食品相关的信息、加工厂对于食品的加工能力和当前时间,能为食品的监控提供有效的数据,便于对食品进行严格的监控。
在另一实施例中,如图9所示,为本发明另一实施例提供的一种食品加工期限的监控系统的结构图,在该监控系统中,具体包括以下几个单元,分别为:获取单元710、监控单元720和通信单元730,其中:
获取单元710用于从进货单中获取待加工食品的种类、总量和进货日期;
并根据待加工食品的种类,从食品加工信息数据库中获取加工待加工食品的单次加工用时,以及工厂可以同时加工待加工食品的加工量,以及待加工食品的保质期;
并获取本地的当前时间。
监控单元720包括:
计算子单元721,用于根据总量、加工量和单次加工用时,确定加工待加工食品的总加工用时,并根据进货日期、保质期和总加工用时,确定待加工食品的加工日期;
判断子单元722,用于判断当前日期是否为加工日期;
第一比较子单元723,用于对种类不同和进货日期不同的各待加工食品的加工日期进行比较,从中选取加工日期最小的待加工食品,优先加工加工日期最小的待加工食品;
第二比较子单元724,用于分别将种类不同和进货日期不同的各待加工食品的加工日期与预设值进行比较,确定加工日期小于预设值的待加工食品。
通信单元730用于当所述当前日期为所述加工日期时,向所述接收端发送用于提醒工人所述待加工食品超过所述加工日期的第一提示消息;
并向所述接收端发送用于提醒工人及时加工所述加工日期小于所述预设值的待加工食品的第二提示消息。
本实施例提供的一种食品加工期限的监控系统,通过获取单元710获取食品的相关信息,并通过监控单元720对相关信息进行处理,可以对所有食品的加工时间进行监控,从中挑选出加工时间临近的食品优先加工,可以提高加工厂对于食品加工的效率。
在另一实施例中,如图10所示,为本发明另一实施例提供的一种食品加工期限的监控系统的结构图,在该监控系统中,具体包括以下几个单元,分别为:获取单元710、监控单元720、监控单元730和通信单元730,其中:
获取单元710包括:
第一获取子单元711,用于从进货单中获取待加工食品的种类、总量和进货日期;
第二获取子单元712,用于根据待加工食品的种类,从食品加工信息数据库中获取加工待加工食品的单次加工用时,以及工厂可以同时加工待加工食品的加工量,以及待加工食品的保质期;
第三获取子单元713,用于获取本地的当前时间。
监控单元720包括:
计算子单元721,用于根据总量、加工量和单次加工用时,确定加工待加工食品的总加工用时,并根据进货日期、保质期和总加工用时,确定待加工食品的加工日期;
判断子单元722,用于判断当前日期是否为加工日期;
第一比较子单元723,用于对种类不同和进货日期不同的各待加工食品的加工日期进行比较,从中选取加工日期最小的待加工食品,优先加工加工日期最小的待加工食品;
第二比较子单元724,用于分别将种类不同和进货日期不同的各待加工食品的加工日期与预设值进行比较,确定加工日期小于预设值的待加工食品。
通信单元730用于当当前日期为加工日期时,向接收端发送用于提醒工人待加工食品超过加工日期的第一提示消息;
并向接收端发送用于提醒工人及时加工加工日期小于预设值的待加工食品的第二提示消息。
本实施例提供的一种食品加工期限的监控系统,实现了对食品在加工厂存放时间的 全自动监控,并及时提醒工人及时加工到达加工日期的食品,解决了在食品作为原料加工之前,易腐烂变质的问题,节约了加工厂的人工管理成本,提高了加工厂的经济效益,并且通过对加工厂内的待加工食品进行统一的监控和管理,可以更好地掌握各食品的存放量和加工量,为下一生产周期的进货提供指导数据,便于加工厂更合理地安排下一生产周期的进货量。
在另一实施例中,如图11所示,为本发明另一实施例提供的一种食品加工期限的监控系统的网络拓扑图,该监控系统包括多个接收监控系统发出的提示消息的接收端1111,以及用于向监控系统发送进货单的发射端1112,以及用于接入互联网的无线访问节点1113、路由器1114、网关1115和防火墙1116,以及通过互联网连接的监控服务器1117。
下面具体说明。
无线访问节点1113分别连接有多个接收端1111和多个发射端1112,这些无线访问节1113点通过路由器1114将信息发送到互联网中,监控服务器1117从互联网中获取这些信息,例如,这里的接收端1111和发射端1112可以为具有网络连接功能的终端,例如,手机、平板电脑等。
无线访问节1113点通过路由器1114将信息发送到互联网中之前,会先通过网关1115对监控服务器1117进行注册和鉴权,在注册和鉴权成功之后,建立与监控服务器1117进行通信的通道,就可以实现与监控服务器1117的通信了。
发射端1112通过建立好的通信通道向监控服务器1117发送进货单,监控服务器1117获取进货单后,对进货单进行分析,从进货单中提取待加工食品的种类和进货日期,然后监控服务器1117从数据库中获取该食品的保质期,并根据待加工食品的种类、保质期和进货日期进行处理分析,得到待加工食品的加工日期,并对加工日期进行监控,根据监控结果,通过建立好的通信通道,向接收端1111发送相应的提示消息。
本实施例提供的一种食品加工期限的监控系统,通过无线访问节点收集进货单并发送提示消息,具有效率高、稳定性强等特点,实现了对大量食品存放日期的监控,避免了人工监控食品加工期限的各种不利情况,提高了加工厂的工作效率。

在本申请所提供的几个实施例中,应该理解到,所揭露的装置和方法,可以通过其 它的方式实现。例如,以上所描述的装置实施例仅仅是示意性的,例如,单元的划分,仅仅为一种逻辑功能划分,实际实现时可以有另外的划分方式,例如多个单元或组件可以结合或者可以集成到另一个系统,或一些特征可以忽略,或不执行。
作为分离部件说明的单元可以是或者也可以不是物理上分开的,作为单元显示的部件可以是或者也可以不是物理单元,即可以位于一个地方,或者也可以分布到多个网络单元上。可以根据实际的需要选择其中的部分或者全部单元来实现本发明实施例方案的目的。
另外,在本发明各个实施例中的各功能单元可以集成在一个监控单元中,也可以是各个单元单独物理存在,也可以是两个或两个以上单元集成在一个单元中。上述集成的单元既可以采用硬件的形式实现,也可以采用软件功能单元的形式实现。
集成的单元如果以软件功能单元的形式实现并作为独立的产品销售或使用时,可以存储在一个计算机可读取存储介质中。基于这样的理解,本发明的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分,或者该技术方案的全部或部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质中,包括若干指令用以使得一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机,服务器,或者网络设备等)执行本发明各个实施例方法的全部或部分步骤。而前述的存储介质包括:U盘、移动硬盘、只读存储器(ROM,Read-OnlyMemory)、随机存取存储器(RAM,RandomAccessMemory)、磁碟或者光盘等各种可以存储程序代码的介质。
以上,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到各种等效的修改或替换,这些修改或替换都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种食品加工期限的监控方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    步骤1,获取待加工食品的种类和进货日期;
    步骤2,根据所述待加工食品的种类,从预设的食品加工信息数据库中获取所述待加工食品的保质期;
    步骤3,根据所述进货日期和所述保质期生成所述待加工食品的加工日期;
    步骤4,根据所述加工日期对所述待加工食品进行监控,并根据监控结果向预设的接收端发送监控消息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的监控方法,其特征在于,在步骤3之前,还包括:
    步骤3.1,获取所述待加工食品的总量,并根据所述待加工食品的种类,从所述食品加工信息数据库中获取加工所述待加工食品的单次加工用时,以及工厂同时加工所述待加工食品的加工量;
    步骤3.2,根据所述总量、所述加工量和所述单次加工用时,确定加工所述待加工食品的总加工用时;
    在步骤3中,具体包括:
    步骤3.3,根据所述进货日期、所述保质期和所述总加工用时,确定所述待加工食品的加工日期。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的监控方法,其特征在于,步骤4中,具体包括:
    步骤4.1,获取当前日期;
    步骤4.2,判断所述当前日期是否为所述加工日期;
    步骤4.3,当所述当前日期为所述加工日期时,向所述接收端发送所述待加工食品超过所述加工日期的第一提示消息。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的监控方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    步骤5,对种类和进货日期都不同的各待加工食品的多个加工日期进行比较,从多个所述加工日期中选取加工日期最小的待加工食品,优先加工所述加工日期最小的待加工食品。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的监控方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    步骤6,分别将所述种类和进货日期都不同的各所述待加工食品的多个所述加工日期分别与预设值进行比较,确定所述加工日期小于所述预设值的待加工食品;
    步骤7,向所述接收端发送提醒工人及时加工所述加工日期小于所述预设值的待加工食品的第二提示消息。
  6. 一种食品加工期限的监控系统,其特征在于,包括:
    获取单元,用于获取待加工食品的种类和进货日期;
    并根据所述待加工食品的种类,从预设的食品加工信息数据库中获取所述待加工食品的保质期;
    监控单元,用于根据所述进货日期和所述保质期生成所述待加工食品的加工日期;
    并根据所述加工日期对所述待加工食品进行监控;
    通信单元,用于根据监控结果向预设的接收端发送监控消息。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的监控系统,其特征在于,所述获取单元还用于获取所述待加工食品的总量,并根据所述待加工食品的种类,从所述食品加工信息数据库中获取加工所述待加工食品的单次加工用时,以及工厂同时加工所述待加工食品的加工量;
    所述监控单元还用于根据所述总量、所述加工量和所述单次加工用时,确定加工所述待加工食品的总加工用时;
    并根据所述进货日期、所述保质期和所述总加工用时,确定所述待加工食品的加工日期。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的监控系统,其特征在于,所述获取单元还用于获取当前日期;
    所述监控单元还用于判断所述当前日期是否为所述加工日期;
    所述通信单元还用于当所述当前日期为所述加工日期时,向所述接收端发送所述待加工食品超过所述加工日期的第一提示消息。
  9. 根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的监控系统,其特征在于,所述监控单元还用于对种类和进货日期都不同的各待加工食品的多个加工日期进行比较,从多个所述加工日期中选取加工日期最小的待加工食品,优先加工所述加工日期最小的待加工食品。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的监控系统,其特征在于,所述监控单元还用于分别将所述种类和进货日期都不同的各所述待加工食品的多个所述加工日期分别与预设值进行比较,确定所述加工日期小于所述预设值的待加工食品;
    所述通信单元还用于向所述接收端发送提醒工人及时加工所述加工日期小于所述预设值的待加工食品的第二提示消息。
