背景技术
齿轮箱在风力发电机组中应用很广泛,在风力发电机组中就经常用到,而且还是一个重要的机械部件,齿轮箱其功能作用使将风轮作用下所产生的的动力传递给发动机并使得其得到相应的转速,通常风轮的转速很低,远远达不到发电机发电所需求的转速,必须通过齿轮箱齿轮副的增速作用来实现。
现有的齿轮箱在使用时需要借助于其安装板进行固定安装,在安装过程中费时费力,且长时间使用时,安装板和齿轮箱的接触易变得松弛,严重时还会影响设备的正常运行,且现在的齿轮箱均是一体设置,在维护时要整体进行拆卸后进行维护,费事费力,工作效率低下。
所以,如何设计齿轮箱外壳,成为我们当前要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种便于固定和维护的齿轮箱外壳,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
