根据本申请的一些实施例,如图1、图4、图9所示,顶板发泡工装100和底板发泡工 装为同一工装,左侧板发泡工装300和右侧板发泡工装为同一工装。也就是说,当冰箱箱体的左侧板和右侧板的形状相同时,左侧板和右侧板可以通过同一工装生产;当冰箱的顶板和底板的形状相同时,顶板和底板可以通过同一工装生产。这样,不仅节约了工装,而且提高了装配的便利性,降低了装配的出错率。
根据本申请的一些实施例,顶板发泡工装100包括:第一壳体110以及第一盖体120,第一壳体110内限定出第一发泡腔130以及与外界连通的第一注泡孔140,第一盖体120与第一壳体110连接且第一盖体110适于封盖住第一发泡腔130。
背板发泡工装200包括:第二壳体210以及第二盖体220,第二壳体210内限定出第二发泡腔230以及与外界连通的第二注泡孔240,第二盖体220与第二壳体210连接且第二盖体210适于封盖住第二发泡腔230。
左侧板发泡工装300包括:第三壳体310以及第三盖体320,第三壳体310内限定出第三发泡腔330以及与外界连通的第三注泡孔340,第三盖体320与第三壳体310连接且第三盖体310适于封盖住第三发泡腔330。
由此,各个发泡工装的结构简单紧凑、成本低。
根据本申请的一些实施例,针对每种工装,该工装中壳体的长度和盖体的长度尺寸相一致,且壳体的宽度和盖体的宽度尺寸相一致,壳体和盖体在长度、宽度、高度方向的尺寸被构造成可调节。换言之,壳体、盖体均可以是可伸缩结构,以根据要加工的成品的尺寸调节壳体在长度、宽度、高度三个方向上的尺寸,盖体的尺寸可以适应性调节。
当然,本申请并不限于此,在另一些实施例中,也可以仅仅调节壳体的长度、宽度、高度中的至少一个尺寸。
图1至图3为顶板发泡工装100的各个示意图,根据本申请的一些实施例,如图1至图3所示,顶板发泡工装100的第一壳体110的内底壁具有依次连接的左凹槽111、后凹槽112以及右凹槽113(参见图2所示),左凹槽111邻近内底壁的左边沿设置,右凹槽113邻近内底壁的右边沿设置,后凹槽112邻近内底壁的后边沿设置,左凹槽111、右凹槽113、后凹槽112上具有多个第一凸台114(参见图3所示)。
由此,经顶板发泡工装100生产出的冰箱箱体的顶板的下表面形成有顶板安装凸起,上述顶板安装凸起上还形成有安装槽,顶板与其他板连接时,连接件插接安装在安装槽上以使顶板与其他板连接在一起。
底板发泡工装的结构与顶板发泡工装100相同或相似,在此不赘述。
类似地,经底板发泡工装生产出的冰箱箱体的底板的上表面形成有底板安装凸起,上述底板安装凸起上还形成有安装槽,底板与其他板连接时,连接件插接安装在安装槽上以使底板与其他板连接在一起。
图4至图8为左侧板发泡工装300的各个示意图。根据本申请的一些实施例,如图4、图7、图8所示,左侧板发泡工装300的两个在长度方向上相对的侧壁上具有与顶板发泡工装100的左凹槽111的形状互补的第二凸部311以及与底板发泡工装的左凹槽111的形状互补的第三凸部312,第二凸部311和第三凸部312上具有多个第三凸台313。
如图5至图7所示,左侧板发泡工装300的内底壁上具有凹槽314,凹槽314邻近其内底壁的沿长度方向延伸的边沿设置,凹槽314上具有第四凸台315。
由此,经左侧板发泡工装300生产出的冰箱箱体的侧板的用于与背板连接的侧面具有侧板安装凸起,该侧板安装凸起上形成有安装槽,侧板的顶面和底面还具有用于与顶板安装凸起以及底板安装凸起相配合的侧板安装凹陷,上述侧板安装凹陷上进一步形成有安装槽,侧板与其他板连接时,连接件插接安装在安装槽上以使侧板与其他板连接在一起。
右侧板发泡工装的结构与左侧板发泡工装300相同或相似,在此不赘述。
图9至图11为背板发泡工装200的各个示意图。根据本申请的一些实施例,如图10和图11所示,背板发泡工装200的两个在长度方向上相对的侧壁上具有与后凹槽112的形状互补的第一凸部211,第一凸部211上具有多个第二凸台212。进一步地,如图9和图10所示,背板发泡工装200的两个在宽度方向上相对的侧壁上具有与凹槽的形状互补的第四凸部213,第四凸部213上具有多个第五凸台214。
由此,经背板发泡工装200生产出的冰箱箱体的背板上形成有用于与侧板安装凸起相配合的背板安装凹陷,冰箱箱体的背板上还形成有用于与顶板安装凸起以及底板安装凸起相配合的背板安装凹陷,上述背板安装凹陷上进一步形成有安装槽,背板与其他板连接时,连接件插接安装在安装槽上以使背板与其他板连接在一起。
进一步地,上述顶板发泡工装100的左凹槽111、右凹槽113、后凹槽112、左侧板发泡工装300的第二凸部311、凹槽以及背板发泡工装200的第一凸部211、第三凸部312、第四凸部213的截面形状可以是梯形或楔形等形状。
根据本申请的一些实施例,针对每种工装,该工装中盖体可枢转地连接在壳体上,盖体与壳体之间还通过阻尼缓冲件连接。具体地,盖体通过活页或转轴等枢转连接件进行连接,为提高盖体关闭的安全性和稳定性,壳体与盖体之间还额外通过阻尼缓冲件连接。进一步地,阻尼缓冲件为液压件或弹簧件。
根据本申请的一些实施例,针对每种工装,该工装中盖体或壳体上还设有锁紧件,锁紧件适于在盖体封盖住发泡腔时锁紧盖体和壳体。由此,保证了发泡过程中工装的密封性。
下面参照图1和图12简述本申请实施例的冰箱箱体的顶板的制作过程。
如图1和图12所示,将顶板发泡工装100组装完毕后,将板材预装到第一发泡腔130内,之后将原材料充注到第一发泡腔130内,关闭第一盖体120并使第一盖体120与第一 壳体110锁紧,之后适时经第一注泡孔140向第一发泡腔130内注入发泡剂,待自然冷却后即可完成箱体相应组成板的发泡。第一注泡孔140的大小可以根据常用的注泡设备进行设计。
冰箱箱体的底板、侧板以及背板的制作过程与上述顶板的制作过程类似,在此不赘述。
在本申请中,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”、“固定”等术语应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或成一体;可以是机械连接,也可以是电连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通或两个元件的相互作用关系。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以根据具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
在本说明书的描述中,参考术语“一个实施例”、“一些实施例”、“示例”、“具体示例”、或“一些示例”等的描述意指结合该实施例或示例描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点包含于本申请的至少一个实施例或示例中。在本说明书中,对上述术语的示意性表述不必须针对的是相同的实施例或示例。而且,描述的具体特征、结构、材料或者特点可以在任一个或多个实施例或示例中以合适的方式结合。此外,在不相互矛盾的情况下,本领域的技术人员可以将本说明书中描述的不同实施例或示例以及不同实施例或示例的特征进行结合和组合。

Claims (10)
- 一种冰箱箱体的发泡装置,其特征在于,包括:顶板发泡工装,所述顶板发泡工装用于生产冰箱的顶板;底板发泡工装,所述底板发泡工装用于生产冰箱的底板;背板发泡工装,所述背板发泡工装用于生产冰箱的背板;左侧板发泡工装,所述左侧板发泡工装用于生产冰箱的左侧板;以及右侧板发泡工装,所述右侧板发泡工装用于生产冰箱的右侧板。
- 根据权利要求1所述的冰箱箱体的发泡装置,其特征在于,所述顶板发泡工装和所述底板发泡工装为同一工装,所述左侧板发泡工装和所述右侧板发泡工装为同一工装。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的冰箱箱体的发泡装置,其特征在于,所述顶板发泡工装、所述底板发泡工装、所述背板发泡工装,所述左侧板发泡工装以及所述右侧板发泡工装均包括:壳体,所述壳体内限定出发泡腔以及与外界连通的注泡孔;以及盖体,所述盖体与所述壳体连接且所述盖体适于封盖住所述发泡腔。
- 根据权利要求3所述的冰箱箱体的发泡装置,其特征在于,所述壳体的长度和所述盖体的长度尺寸相一致,且所述壳体的宽度和所述盖体的宽度尺寸相一致,所述壳体和所述盖体在长度、宽度、高度方向的尺寸被构造成可调节。
- 根据权利要求3或4所述的冰箱箱体的发泡装置,其特征在于,所述顶板发泡工装和所述底板发泡工装的壳体的内底壁均具有依次连接的左凹槽、后凹槽以及右凹槽,所述左凹槽邻近所述内底壁的左边沿设置,所述右凹槽邻近所述内底壁的右边沿设置,所述后凹槽邻近所述内底壁的后边沿设置,所述左凹槽、所述右凹槽、所述后凹槽上具有多个第一凸台。
- 根据权利要求5所述的冰箱箱体的发泡装置,其特征在于,所述背板发泡工装的两个在长度方向上相对的侧壁上具有与所述后凹槽的形状互补的第一凸部,所述第一凸部上具有多个第二凸台;所述左侧板发泡工装的两个在长度方向上相对的侧壁上具有与所述顶板发泡工装的左凹槽的形状互补的第二凸部以及与所述底板发泡工装的左凹槽的形状互补的第三凸部,所述第二凸部和所述第三凸部上具有多个第三凸台。
- 根据权利要求3-6中任一项所述的冰箱箱体的发泡装置,其特征在于,所述左侧板发泡工装的内底壁上具有凹槽,所述凹槽邻近所述内底壁的沿长度方向延 伸的边沿设置,所述凹槽上具有第四凸台;所述背板发泡工装的两个在宽度方向上相对的侧壁上具有与所述凹槽的形状互补的第四凸部,所述第四凸部上具有多个第五凸台。
- 根据权利要求3-7中任一项所述的冰箱箱体的发泡装置,其特征在于,所述盖体可枢转地连接在所述壳体上,所述盖体与所述壳体之间还通过阻尼缓冲件连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的冰箱箱体的发泡装置,其特征在于,所述阻尼缓冲件为液压件或弹簧件。
- 根据权利要求3-9中任一项所述的冰箱箱体的发泡装置,其特征在于,所述盖体或所述壳体上还设有锁紧件,所述锁紧件适于在所述盖体封盖住所述发泡腔时锁紧所述盖体和所述壳体。
