一种起火器,起火器内部有化学粉包(3),起火器外部是可燃的封板(4),化学粉包(3)通过封板(4)的凹槽(6)连通空气。利用该起火器起火,可以避免在恶劣环境下无法寻找到合适引燃物导致无法生火的情况,并且可以防止在强风、极度潮湿等恶劣天气因素的影响下无法利用引燃物点燃燃烧物的情况。

一种起火器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种起火器。
背景技术
在户外起火,需要先起火,起火后将纸张、小树枝等引燃物点着,然后再利用正在燃烧的引燃物来点燃木炭、木材等燃烧物。而在一些恶劣的环境下,比如说一些户外冒险活动,不容易寻找到可用的引燃物。如果找不到合适的引燃物,即便成功起火,也无法点着木炭、木材等燃烧物。而且,在恶劣天气影响下,比如强风、极度潮湿,一般的引燃物的火苗容易被风吹灭,或因引燃物燃烧不够剧烈,无法点着潮湿的燃烧物,而在恶劣环境之中不容易找到剧烈燃烧的引燃物。如果无法生火,会造成无法煮食、无法给人体提供足够的温度,加上在恶劣的天气、环境当中人的热量容易流失,将会对人生安全造成极大威胁。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在给出一种起火器,免于寻找可用引燃物的麻烦,而且可以在一定强度的风力干扰下顺利燃烧。
本实用新型所述的一种起火器,起火器内部有化学粉包3,起火器外部是可燃的封板4,化学粉包3通过封板4的凹槽6连通空气。
由于自带引燃物,可以避免在恶劣环境下因为无法找到引燃物而无法生火造成对人身安全的威胁。并且,自带的引燃物可以在恶劣环境、天气正常燃烧,并且燃烧强度和抗风能力足以在恶劣环境与天气中点燃燃烧物,对于一些冒险活动例如登山、探险有非常重大的意义,能够在恶劣环境中顺利生火会给予冒险者很大程度上的生存保障。

具体实施方式
实施例一
如图1所示,拉绳7连接起火件1,拉动拉绳7牵动起火件1可以产生火花,起火件1与引信2连接组成起火装置。应指出,起火件1的作用是产生火花,不一定要用拉动起火件1的形式来产生火花,所以起火件1还可以是其他本领域技术人员容易想到的产生火花的装置。起火装置与化学粉包3连接,化学粉包3也可以用其他燃烧比较剧烈的易燃物代替。封板4 上有通风孔5和凹槽6,所述的起火装置和化学粉包3置于封板4的内部凹槽6中,被两块封板4夹住,封板4可以是干燥的木板或者木炭,或是其他本领域技术人员容易想到的燃烧物。
使用时,将本起火器放在木材堆、木炭堆的中部位置,拉动拉绳7牵动起火件1,使起火件1产生火花,火花点着引信2,引信2燃烧过程中点着化学粉包3,化学粉包3剧烈燃烧,点燃封板4,封板4燃烧过程中点燃外面的木材堆或者木炭堆之类的燃烧物。由于封板4就是可燃的木材板、木炭板、石蜡板或者其他燃烧物,使用者可以不另寻引燃物,直接用该起火器点着木材堆、木炭堆。而且因为该起火器内部采用的化学粉包3是足量的易燃化学粉末包或其他易燃的引燃物,保证了化学粉包3的燃烧时间足够点燃封板4。由于所述起火器是从内部的化学粉包3开始燃烧,之后火苗再往外部封板4蔓延,因此封板4可以在燃烧初期即化学粉包燃烧时为其挡风,所以可以在一定强度的风力下顺利起火点燃木材堆或者木炭堆,并通过通风孔5和凹槽6向起火器内部补充空气供化学粉包3燃烧。
本实施例对上述起火装置和化学粉包3的连接方式不作限定,但优选纤维胶粘接,纤维胶本来就可燃,可以更好地协助引信2点着燃烧物3,并且延长了燃烧物3的燃烧时间。再之,用粘接的方式连接起火装置和燃烧物3,连接效果较好,使得两者之间的连接不容易产生松动,避免了由于连接不稳固,使得引信2脱离燃烧物3,导致引信2无法点着燃烧物3。
为了防止封板4由于放置时间过长而受潮,导致无法被点燃,可在封板4的内外表面涂蜡层。放置的状态下,蜡层密封了封板4使之不会受潮,燃烧过程中蜡层容易被融化,干燥的封板4就可以顺利地被燃烧板3点燃。如图2所示,由于蜡层容易磨损,导致对封板4的防潮作用减少甚至消失,可用包装袋或包装箱8包裹住所述的起火器,防止封板4上的蜡层在放置过程中意外磨损。由于包装袋或包装箱8上设置了与封板4相匹配的通风孔,而且包装袋或包装箱8本身就可燃,使用上述起火器时可以不必拆开包装袋或包装箱8,直接将包装袋或包装箱8作为燃烧物的一部分燃烧。
应当指出,封板4上的通风孔5的作用在于加强燃烧时的空气流通,实际上,可以通过增加凹槽6的数量或者扩大凹槽6的体积,而不设置通风孔5。而且,封板4的数量不作限定,本实施例给出的是采用两块封板4夹持化学粉包3的方案,这样可以简化制作过程中刻凹槽6的操作,制作方便。同时,可以通过增大封板4的体积或者增加封板4的数量,来延长该起火器的燃烧时间。
实施例二
实施例一中的起火器,是通过拉绳7牵动起火件1产生火花。实际上,可以将引信2延长,引信2通过凹槽6延伸出封板4的外部,通过打火机等外部火源点燃引信2,引信2燃烧过程中点着燃烧物3,余下与实施例一相同,不再赘述。采用打火机点燃引信2,比利用拉绳7牵动起火件1产生火花更为可靠,避免起火件1由于松动而无法产生火花而无法点着引信2。
更进一步地,实施例一中所述的起火器,可以不设置所述起火件1和引信2,即不设置所述的起火装置,而是在封板4表面贴有化学粉末皮和火柴棒,火柴棒划过化学粉末皮被点燃,直接用点燃的火柴棒投入凹槽6,抵达内部的化学粉包3附近,火柴棒点着化学粉包3,燃烧物3剧烈燃烧,点着封板4。以上,避免了因为放置过久使得引信2受潮,导致无法顺利利用引信2点燃燃烧物3。并且使得起火器结构更为简单,可靠性更高。
其余与实施例一相同。

  1. 一种起火器,其特征在于:起火器内部有化学粉包(3),起火器外部是可燃的封板(4),化学粉包(3)通过封板(4)的凹槽(6)连通空气。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种起火器,其特征在于:化学粉包(3)连接起火装置,起火装置包括起火件(1)和与之连接的引信(2)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种起火器,其特征在于:所述的起火件(1),用延伸至起火器外部拉绳(7)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种起火器,其特征在于:所述的起火装置用纤维胶与化学粉包(3)粘接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种起火器,其特征在于:封板(4)上有通风孔(5)。
  6. 根据权利要求1或5所述的一种起火器,其特征在于:所述的封板(4)内外表面涂有蜡层。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种起火器,其特征在于:化学粉包(3)镶嵌在两块封板(4)的凹槽(6)中。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种起火器,其特征在于:所述起火器有化学药皮和火柴棒。
  9. 根据权利要求1或5所述的一种起火器,其特征在于:横向的凹槽(6)和纵向的凹槽(6)互相连通。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的一种起火器,其特征在于:所述的通风孔(5)设在封板(4)的上下两面。
