- 電磁波を検出する第1の検出素子を有する検出部と、
入射する電磁波の前記第1の検出素子への進行の可否を切替える複数の進行素子を含む第1の進行素子群を有する進行部と、
前記進行の可否の切替えを前記進行素子毎に制御可能であり、順次、異なる前記進行素子の前記可否を切替えさせる制御部と、を備える
電磁波検出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電磁波検出装置において、
前記進行素子が進行の可否を切替える電磁波は、照射部から対象に照射された電磁波の反射波である
電磁波検出装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電磁波検出装置において、
前記照射部は、周期的に電磁波を放射し、
前記制御部は、前記照射部が前記電磁波を放射する度に、順次、異なる前記進行素子の前記可否を切替えさせる
