本发明所述耐候性油漆,以热塑性丙烯酸树脂为主要成膜物质,并配合添加了酚醛树脂,两者可以发生反应,在氨基树脂的辅助下,使热塑性丙烯酸树脂固化的同时改善了热塑性丙烯酸树脂的性质,使得到的油漆具有耐强氧化性酸、耐热和耐候性能优异的性质,在使用的过程中,不易降解,不易泛黄;添加的网络互穿乳液形成连续的网状结构,加入到体系中,热塑性丙烯酸树脂、酚醛树脂填充在了网状结构之间,因四氢呋喃的存在,改善了网状结构与热塑性丙烯酸树脂的相容性,赋予漆膜优异的耐候性和耐水性。

一种应用于汽车后视镜的耐候性油漆,由以下重量比的原料配制而成:热塑性丙烯酸树脂20份,酚醛树脂28份、四氢呋喃10份,甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯8份,氨基树脂8份,网络互穿乳液6份,滑石粉7份,钛白粉5份,羧甲基纤维素钠7份,十二烷基硫酸钠6份,硼酚醛树脂8份,聚氨酯9份,复合填料25份、助剂8份。
其中,所述复合填料按重量份由10份聚苯胺、15份石墨烯、8份云母粉、10份纳米碳酸钙、10份纳米氧化锌、5份纳米二氧化钛、5份纳米氧化铈、2.5份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、5份山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯混合而成。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种应用于汽车后视镜的耐候性油漆,其特征在于:由以下重量比的原料配制而成:热塑性丙烯酸树脂10-20份,酚醛树脂17-28份、四氢呋喃3-10份,甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯2-8份,氨基树脂2-8份,网络互穿乳液4.2-6份,滑石粉5-7份,钛白粉4-5份,羧甲基纤维素钠5-7份,十二烷基硫酸钠4-6份,硼酚醛树脂6-8份,聚氨酯2-9份,复合填料15-25份、助剂3-8份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于汽车后视镜的耐候性油漆,其特征在于:由以下重量比的原料配制而成:热塑性丙烯酸树脂15份,酚醛树脂25份、四氢呋喃7份,甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯5份,氨基树脂6份,网络互穿乳液5份,滑石粉6份,钛白粉4.5份,羧甲基纤维素钠6份,十二烷基硫酸钠5份,硼酚醛树脂7份,聚氨酯5份,复合填料24份、助剂5份。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于汽车后视镜的耐候性油漆,其特征在于:所述复合填料按重量份由8-10份聚苯胺、3-15份石墨烯、2-8份云母粉、2-10份纳米碳酸钙、2-10份纳米氧化锌、1-5份纳米二氧化钛、2-5份纳米氧化铈、1-2.5份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、2-5份山梨醇酐脂肪酸酯混合而成。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于汽车后视镜的耐候性油漆,其特征在于:所述助剂为防老剂4010NA、防老剂MB、环烷酸钴、异辛酸钴、有机硅消泡剂、羧甲基纤维素、过氧化二异丙苯、苯甲酸钠、壳聚糖中的一种或者多种的组合。
  5. 一种制备权利要求1中应用于汽车后视镜的耐候性油漆的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
    A.将热塑性丙烯酸树脂、酚醛树脂、氨基树脂、氨基树脂、硼酚醛树脂、聚氨酯,甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯,加入反应釜中,边搅拌边升温,搅拌转速为280转/分钟,时间23分钟;当温度升至120摄氏度时,再加入四氢呋喃,网络互穿乳液,羧甲基纤维素钠,十二烷基硫酸钠,继续边搅拌边升温,当温度升至180度时,保持24分钟;
    B、将A步骤的反应釜降温至100度,再在其中加入滑石粉、钛白粉、助剂、复合填料,再以800转/分钟的转速搅拌10分钟,得粗油漆;
    C、将B步骤制得的粗油漆研磨20分钟,过滤即得。
