若至少有一个为是,则给出不适合机洗提示、和/或颜色冲突提示,和/或材质冲突提示;
S5:用户根据提示做出反应,当洗涤设备接收到用户指令以确认启动洗衣程序时,进行二次识别衣物,判断每件衣物是否不适合机洗,若为否,则根据待洗衣物的材质、重量推荐洗衣程序并启动,进行洗涤;
若为是,则给出暂停提示,然后当接收到用户指令以确认启动洗衣程序时,推荐洗衣程序并启动,进行洗涤。
本发明的第二目的是提供一种具有如上所述的洗涤设备控制方法的洗涤设备。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的洗涤设备控制方法能够通过识别待洗衣物的衣物信息,通过衣物的材质和款式就可以判断是否适合机洗,给用户以提示,避免将不可机洗的衣物进行机洗,可以大大降低不适合机洗的衣物被损害的风险,提高洗涤的安全性。
2、本发明的控制方法在判断是否适合机洗的同时,判断是否有颜色冲突,给出相应的颜色冲突提示,并给出建议的合适的洗衣程序。因此,也可以避免染色、串色。
3、本发明的控制方法还可以判断是否有材质冲突,给出提示,并且能够自动的匹配推荐洗衣程序,推荐的程序按照保护衣物尽可能少受损伤的方式进行,可以进一步降低衣物损害的风险。
4、本发明的控制方法仅通过识别待洗衣物的衣物信息,包括颜色、材质、款式,就可以能够给出是否适合机洗、是否适合混合洗涤的冲突提示,二次识别确认后同时对这些信息进行分析,推荐适合衣物所有属性信息的最佳洗涤程序,用户不用再输入或选择洗涤程序,实现了智能选择洗涤程序。
5、通过待洗衣物的属性信息,获取相对应的洗涤程序,自动选择适合衣物所有属性信息 的最佳洗涤程序,用户不用再输入或选择洗涤程序,实现了智能选择洗涤程序,减少了用户选错洗涤程序造成衣物损坏的概率;由于洗涤程序的选择与多种因素有关,选取最为重要的材质信息和款式信息,选择洗涤程序,实现自动洗涤;通过对洗涤程序的优先等级进行比较,选择优先等级最高的洗涤程序得到最佳洗涤程序,控制洗涤设备执行该最佳洗涤程序;一个洗涤程序受多个因素控制,不同的衣物属性受洗涤程序中不同的因素的影响,通过衣物属性进行比较,选择最佳洗涤程序,更加简便。
另外,本发明中将衣物信息按照信息类型分类,每类数据信息通过代码的形式代表具体的定义好的信息,从而节省了衣物信息占用的存储空间,本发明还提供一种采用所述的数据存储方法进行数据存储的数据载体,该数据载体通过较小的空间可储存衣物大量的信息,该数据载体通过对应的识别器识别,可获取数据载体内存储的代码,识别器根据该代码可进一步获取具体的衣物信息。此种存储方法,读取时快速方便,信息详细、识别率高、出错率低,有利于洗涤设备根据衣物信息给出提示,确保洗涤的安全性。

实施例一
如图1所示,本实施例提供一种洗涤设备控制方法,待洗衣物放入洗涤设备后,洗涤设备通过识别待洗衣物的衣物信息,判断是否适合机洗,若判断结果为是,则推荐洗衣程序并执行,若判断结果为否,则暂停并给出提示。
本实施例的洗涤设备包括洗衣机、干衣机、烘干机等。目前的洗涤设备,衣物放入洗涤设备后,并不会识别是否适合机洗,即执行洗涤或者烘干等程序。若衣物不适合机洗,也不会给用户警示提示,容易造成衣物的较严重损害。
而本实施例的待洗衣物放入洗涤设备后,洗涤设备通过识别待洗衣物的衣物信息,判断衣物是否适合机洗,若不适合,则会给出警示提示,提醒用户。用户看到提示后,可以取出另作处理,或者用户不介意机洗,可以操作确认,进行洗涤。
所述的衣物信息选自材质、颜色、款式、重量的至少一种,洗涤设备根据材质和/或款式信息进行一次识别,判断衣物是否适合机洗。
本实施例的洗涤设备可以采用识别RFID标签、二维码或者NFC标签的方式等来识别衣 物信息。衣物信息包括材质、颜色、款式、重量、品牌信息等被洗涤设备采集、识别、经过判断后,洗涤设备根据材质和/或款式判断衣物是否适合机洗。
机洗时,内桶旋转,会对衣物造成一定的摩擦,而若衣物的材质或者由某类材质制备的款式及容易在机械旋转中受损害,则不适于机洗。因此,洗涤设备根据材质和/或款式判断衣物是否适合机洗。例如,若洗涤设备识别并判断衣物的材质为皮革、或者PU或者其它皮制材质,或者识别并判断衣物的款式为夹克、皮衣、皮裤等时,洗涤设备则给出不适合机洗的提示,给用户以警示,避免用户误放而损害衣物,造成不可逆反的损失。
进一步的方案,若洗涤设备判断衣物适合机洗,则推荐洗衣程序并执行;
若不适合机洗,则给出不适合机洗提示,并建议取出待洗衣物,待用户给出指令后,再启动并进行二次识别。
若洗涤设备判断衣物适合机洗,则根据所有的待洗衣物的材质和重量综合推荐洗衣程序参数,该洗衣程序对所有衣物的损伤力求达到最小,然后启动洗衣程序进行洗涤。
洗涤设备判断衣物不适合机洗后,给出不适合机洗提示,并建议用户取出待洗衣物。洗涤设备给出提示时,可以采用多种方式,如控制相应的指示灯点亮,和/或控制洗涤设备的显示屏上显示,和/或控制显示语音报警,和/或发送到移动终端显示。用户看到提示后,可以选择取出衣物,放弃洗涤;或者用户不介意,可以给出确认操作。洗涤设备收到下一步的指令后,再次启动后,进行二次识别。
进一步的方案,洗涤设备进行二次识别时,若判断衣物适合机洗,则根据材质和重量推荐洗衣程序参数同时启动洗衣程序;
若判断衣物不适合机洗,则暂停并给出暂停提示,建议取出待洗衣物;待用户给出指令后,再次启动,并推荐洗衣程序参数同时启动洗衣程序。
待用户给出下一步指令,洗涤设备进行二次识别时,目的是再次判断衣物是否适合机洗,以增加判断的可靠性,同时也可以避免用户的误操作。若用户在收到第一次提示后,将不适合机洗的衣物取出,则二次判断后,没有不适合机洗的衣物,则根据材质和重量推荐洗衣程序参数同时启动洗衣程序,说明第一次提示起到了很好的提示作用,避免了衣物损害。若用户不介意机洗,并没有取出,洗衣设备二次识别后,再次判断有衣物不适合机洗,给出提示,此时,给予用户第两次确认的机会,以避免用户错误操作的风险。二次给出提示后,若用户仍然确认启动,则说明用户确定不介意机洗,则推荐洗衣程序参数同时启动洗衣程序。因此, 该控制方法在能够给用户提示的同时,又考虑到了各种可能性,并推荐适合的程序,能够智能的满足用户的需求。
实施例二
如图1所示,本实施例是实施例一的进一步限定,待洗衣物放入洗涤设备后,洗涤设备还根据衣物信息判断是否适合混合洗涤,若判断结果为是,则推荐洗衣程序并执行,若判断结果为否,则给出提示并建议分开洗涤。
本实施例的洗涤设备为洗衣机,若洗涤的衣物大于一件,洗衣机在判断是否适合机洗的同时,还判断衣物是否混合洗涤,避免衣物出现串色、或者材质差异过大而出现损害衣物的现象。适合混合洗涤的衣物需要在颜色上不可有褪色、串色的风险,在材质上相近,适合于同样的洗衣参数。
进一步的方案,洗衣机判断是否适合混合洗涤,包括根据颜色信息判断衣物是否存在颜色冲突,若判断结果为是,则给出颜色冲突提示,并建议分开洗涤;若判断结果为否,则推荐洗衣程序并执行。
洗衣机根据待洗衣物的颜色和/或材质判断待洗衣物易掉色或者易串色,则给出颜色冲突提示,优选的,判断易掉色时优先于易串色给出颜色冲突提示,也就是提示衣物掉色/褪色的的优先级高于提示衣物串色的优先级。
具体的:
若识别待洗衣物有深色系的衣物和/或牛仔材质的衣物,则判断易掉色;
或者,若识别待洗衣物有深色系的衣物和白色系衣物,则判断易串色;
优选地,所述的深色系选自黑色、深红色、深灰色、深绿色、深蓝色、深紫色、浅紫色、深黄色;
洗衣机给出颜色冲突提示时,控制相应的指示灯点亮,和/或控制洗涤设备的显示屏上显示易掉色衣物的信息,和/或控制显示语音报警,和/或发送易掉色衣物的信息到移动终端,并建议与其他衣物分开洗涤。
实施例三
如图1所示,本实施例是实施例一的进一步限定,洗涤设备判断是否适合混合洗涤,还包括根据材质和款式信息判断衣物是否存在材质冲突,若判断结果为是,则给出材质冲突提示,并建议取出;若判断结果为否,则推荐洗衣程序并执行。
本实施例的洗涤设备为洗衣机,当洗衣机中的待洗衣物为两件或者两件以上时,各衣物之间的材质可能会存在差异,有的较柔软,有的较为刚硬,若差异较大,在共用同一洗涤程序时,则容易对较柔软的衣物产生较大的损害。本方案的洗衣机在判断衣物是否适合机洗时,还根据材质和款式信息判断衣物是否存在材质冲突,若判断结果为是,则给出材质冲突提示,并建议用户分开洗涤,以避免较柔软材质的衣物被损坏。
洗衣机识别材质和/或款式的衣物不适合混合洗涤,出现材质冲突的情况具体有:
情况1:当洗衣机识别西服、西装裤等正装与其他衣物混合时,提示材质冲突,建议分开洗涤;
情况2:当洗衣机识别毛衣、针织衫等针织衣物与其他衣物混合时,提示材质冲突,建议分开洗涤;
情况3:当洗衣机识别羊绒衫、羊毛裤、羊绒裤等毛质衣物与其他衣物混合时,提示材质冲突,建议分开洗涤;
情况4:当洗衣机识别衣物材质为羊毛、羊绒等,并与其他衣物混合时,提示材质冲突,建议分开洗涤;
情况5:当洗衣机识别衣物材质为真丝、蚕丝等,并与其他衣物混合时,提示材质冲突,建议分开洗涤;
洗涤设备识别待洗衣物材质和款式给出材质冲突提示,当以上情况同时出现时,提示的优先级为:正装>针织衣物>毛制衣物>丝质衣物。
实施例四
如图1所示,本实施例为实施例一的进一步限定,洗衣机通过分别获取每件衣物的材质、颜色和款式信息,判断每件衣物是否适合机洗以及是否适合与其他衣物混合洗涤,并给出不适合机洗提示、和/或颜色冲突提示,和/或材质冲突提示。
本实施例将待洗衣物放入洗涤设备后,洗涤设备通过识别待洗衣物的衣物信息,分别判断是否适合机洗、是否适合混合洗涤,若判断结果为是,则推荐洗衣程序并执行,若判断结果为否,则暂停并给出提示。
当同时出现不适合机洗提示、颜色冲突提示和/或材质冲突提示时,各提示的优先级为:不适合机洗提示>颜色冲突提示>材质冲突提示。
洗涤设备为洗衣机,对衣物来说,若不适合机洗的衣物进行了机洗,则可能会大大损坏,如皮衣可能会出现裂纹,因此需要最优先提示。再则,若衣物存在掉色、串色时,则会将其他衣物染色,造成较大的损失,因此,次之提示;最后,材质冲突相对前两者来说,产生的影响较小,最后提示。
进一步的方案,该方法的具体步骤包括:
S1:打开洗涤设备电源,放入待洗衣物;
S2:洗涤设备识别各件衣物的信息,选自颜色、材质、款式、重量、品牌信息的至少一种;
S3:洗涤设备判断各件衣物是否不适合机洗,是否有颜色冲突,是否有材质冲突;
S4:若均为否,则启动程序,推荐洗衣程序并执行;
若至少有一个为是,则给出不适合机洗提示、和/或颜色冲突提示,和/或材质冲突提示;
S5:用户根据提示做出反应,当洗涤设备接收到用户指令以确认启动洗衣程序时,进行二次识别衣物,判断每件衣物是否不适合机洗,若为否,则根据待洗衣物的材质、重量推荐洗衣程序并启动,进行洗涤;
若为是,则给出暂停提示,然后当接收到用户指令以确认启动洗衣程序时,则根据待洗衣物的材质、重量推荐洗涤程序并启动,进行洗涤。
本方案在提示中,还增加了建议洗衣程序,比如,将毛衣和棉衣放在一块洗,两种材质会发生冲突,则洗衣机提示用户将各毛衣一起洗,而棉衣和麻一起洗,两种程序分别通使用酸性和碱性洗剂。
实施例五
本实施例提供一种洗衣机,本实施例的洗衣机具有实施例一到实施例四任一方案或者组合方案的控制方法。
用户将待洗衣物放入洗衣机,洗衣机开启RFID,识别衣物颜色、材质、款式、重量、品牌信息;判断各件衣物是否不适合机洗,是否有颜色冲突,是否有材质冲突;
若均为否,则启动程序,推荐最适合的洗衣程序并执行,保证各衣物的损伤最小;
若至少有一个为是,则给出不适合机洗提示、和/或颜色冲突提示,和/或材质冲突提示;
用户根据提示做出反应,当洗涤设备接收到用户指令以确认启动洗衣程序时,进行二次 识别衣物,判断每件衣物是否不适合机洗,若为否,则根据待洗衣物的材质、重量推荐洗衣程序并启动,进行洗涤;
若为是,则给出暂停提示,然后当接收到用户指令以确认启动洗衣程序时,则根据待洗衣物的材质、重量推荐洗涤程序并启动,进行洗涤。
实施例六
如图2所示,本实施例为实施例一到五任一方案的进一步限定,提供一种洗涤设备控制方法,在洗衣机判断是否存适合机洗、是否适合混合洗涤后推荐洗涤程序时,洗涤设备识别待洗衣物的多个属性信息后,并将属性信息传递给控制单元,控制单元获取与各属性信息分别相对应的洗涤程序,对洗涤程序进行逻辑判断,选择适合衣物所有属性信息的最佳洗涤程序。
由于衣物属性不同,导致不同属性的衣物需采用不同的洗涤程序进行洗涤,通过识别衣物的属性信息,获取适合全部衣物的所有属性的最佳洗涤方式,避免因为洗涤程序的选择错误,造成待洗衣物的损坏。
进一步地,每个属性信息对应一个洗涤程序,每种洗涤程序对应不同的优先等级,控制单元获取与各属性信息分别相对应的洗涤程序,并将多个洗涤程序的优先等级进行比较,选择适合衣物所有属性信息的最佳洗涤程序。每个属性信息对应一个洗涤程序,每种洗涤程序对应不同的优先等级,当待洗衣物的衣物属性为多种时,得到多个洗涤程序,通过将洗涤程序的优先等级进行比较,得到优先等级最高的洗涤程序,控制洗涤设备执行该洗涤程序。
其中,所述属性信息包括材质信息和款式信息。

进一步地,所述洗涤程序的优先等级与洗涤设备的转速和/或洗涤设备的加热温度和/或洗涤时间对应。
具体来说,洗涤设备的转速越小,优先等级越高,如,洗涤程序包括强洗、中洗和弱洗,洗涤设备中控制波轮或者洗衣桶转动的电机的转速越大,洗涤越强,转速最大为强洗,转速最小为弱洗,中速为中洗,优先等级排序为:弱洗>中洗>强洗。
或者,如果洗涤设备还有其他的功能,如洗涤水加热功能、烘干功能等,洗涤设备的电机转速、加热温度和洗涤时间共同设定洗涤程序。如,强洗高温程序CX1:洗涤和脱水时电机转速大,洗涤时洗涤水的温度高,整个洗涤过程时间短;强洗常温程序CX2:洗涤和脱水 时电机转速大,洗涤时洗涤水为常温,整个洗涤过程耗时较长;弱洗常温程序CX3:洗涤和脱水时电机转速为慢,洗涤轻柔,洗涤时洗涤水为常温,整个洗涤过程耗时最长,优先等级弱洗常温程序CX3>强洗常温程序CX2>强洗高温程序CX1。
洗涤设备识别待洗衣物的多个属性信息是通过设置在洗涤设备上的衣物信息识别器,读取投入洗涤设备内的衣物标签中的材质信息和/或款式信息;
其中,所述衣物信息识别器包括二维码识别器、RFID码识别设备或NFC识别设备。
衣物上设置无线智能标签,无线智能标签为二维码、RFID标签或NFC标签。
识别待洗衣物的多个属性信息可以在向洗涤设备内投放衣物前进行识别,也可以是在投放衣物后识别。
每台洗涤设备均设有多个洗涤程序,每个洗涤程序的洗涤时间、洗涤水温度、洗涤转速和脱水转速均在洗涤设备中设定完毕。
一个洗涤程序受多个因素控制,不同的衣物属性受洗涤程序中不同因素的影响,通过衣物属性选择最佳洗涤程序而非单个因素逐一改变,本发明的方法出现冲突的可能性较小,更加简便。
实施例七
如图2所示,本实施例为对实施例六的进一步限定,一种洗涤设备控制方法,包括以下步骤,
S1 洗涤设备识别一件待洗衣物的多个属性信息,每个属性信息对应一个洗涤程序,控制单元获取与各属性信息分别相对应的洗涤程序,并将多个洗涤程序的优先等级进行比较,获取适合该衣物所有属性信息的最佳洗涤程序;
S2 按照上述的方法获取每件待洗衣物的最佳洗涤程序;
S3 控制装置将每件待洗衣物的最佳洗涤程序的优先等级进行比较,获取适合衣物所有属性信息的最佳洗涤程序;
S4 控制洗涤设备执行该最佳洗涤程序。
具体来说,一种洗涤设备控制方法,包括以下步骤,

S2 按照上述的方法获取每件待洗衣物的最佳洗涤程序,
S3 控制装置将每件待洗衣物的最佳洗涤程序的优先等级进行比较,获取适合衣物所有属性信息的最佳洗涤程序;

本实施例为对实施例六的进一步限定,一种洗涤设备控制方法,洗涤设备识别每件待洗衣物的多个属性信息,将每件待洗衣物的属性信息传递给控制单元,控制单元获取与各属性信息分别对应的洗涤程序,并将全部洗涤程序的优先等级进行比较,获取适合衣物所有属性的最佳洗涤程序。
通过将获取的全部洗涤程序的优先等级进行比较,该控制方法使洗涤设备的运算量较小,计算速度更快。
一种洗涤设备控制方法,包括以下步骤:
S0 洗涤设备预设待洗衣物属性信息CZ1、CZ2……CZn和与之对应的洗涤程序CX1、CX2……CXa……CXn(n为正整数);属性信息KS1、KS2……KSm和和与之对应的洗涤程序CX1、CX2……CXa……CXm(m为正整数),洗涤程序CXa中a的值越小优选等级越高;
S1 洗涤设备读取待第一件待洗衣物的属性信息CZ1a和属性信息KS1b,并属性信息CZ1a和属性信息KS1b将传递给控制单元,控制单元根据属性信息CZ1a和属性信息KS1b获取分别 与之对应的洗涤程序CXa和CXb,
第二件待洗衣物的属性信息CZ2c和属性信息KS2d,并将属性信息CZ2c和属性信息KS2d将传递给控制单元,控制单元根据属性信息CZ2c和属性信息KS2d获取分别与之对应的洗涤程序CXc和CXd,
……直至第t件待洗衣物的属性属性信息CZte和属性信息KStf,并将属性信息CZte和属性信息KStf将传递给控制单元,控制单元根据属性信息CZte和属性信息KStf获取分别与之对应的洗涤程序CXe和CXf;
S2 比较a、b、c、d、e、f的值,如果a最大,则执行洗涤程序CXa,如果b最大,则执行洗涤程序CXb,如果c最大,则执行洗涤程序CXc,如果d最大,则执行洗涤程序CXd,如果e最大,则执行洗涤程序CXe,如果f最大,则执行洗涤程序CXf;
S3 控制洗涤设备执行该最佳洗涤程序。
进一步地,在将全部洗涤程序的优先等级进行比较前,控制单元先求多个洗涤程序的合集,然后对合集内的洗涤程序的优选等级进行比较,获取适合所有衣物的所有属性的最佳洗涤程序。通过先求合集,降低比较的运算量,提高运算速度。
如图3所示,具体来说,一种洗涤设备控制方法,包括以下步骤:
S1 洗涤设备识别每件待洗衣物的多个属性信息,将每件待洗衣物的属性信息传递给控制单元,控制单元获取与各属性信息分别对应的洗涤程序,
S2 取上述洗涤程序的合集;
S3 将合集内的洗涤程序的优先等级进行比较,得到适合全部衣物的所有属性的最佳洗涤程序;
S4 控制洗涤设备执行该最佳洗涤程序。
下面以待洗衣物中包括棉麻T恤和羊毛材质的羊毛衫来举例进行解释。
强洗高温程序CX1电机转速大、洗涤水温度高,洗涤时间短;强洗常温程序CX2电机转速大、洗涤水常温,洗涤时间较短;弱洗常温程序CX3电机转速小,洗涤水温度低,洗涤时间长。
一种洗涤设备控制方法,包括以下步骤:
S0 洗涤设备预设棉麻材质执行强洗高温程序CX1,化纤材质执行强洗高温程序CX1,羊 毛材质执行弱洗常温程序CX3,T恤款式执行强洗常温程序CX2,羊毛衫款式执行弱洗常温程序CX3,其中,优先等级排序为弱洗常温程序CX3>强洗常温程序CX2>强洗高温程序CX1;
S1 洗涤设备识别棉麻T恤的属性棉麻材质、T恤款式,羊毛材质的羊毛衫为羊毛材质和羊毛衫款式,并传递给控制单元,
S2 控制单元获取棉麻T恤对应的洗涤程序为强洗高温程序CX1和强洗常温程序CX2,羊毛材质的羊毛衫对应的洗涤程序为弱洗常温程序CX3和弱洗常温程序CX3,取上述洗涤程序合集得到待洗衣物的洗涤程序为强洗高温程序CX1、强洗常温程序CX2和弱洗常温程序CX3,合集内的洗涤程序进行优先等级的比较,优先等级弱洗常温程序CX3>强洗常温程序CX2>强洗高温程序CX1,获取适合全部衣物的所有属性信息的最佳洗涤程序是弱洗常温程序CX3;
S3 控制单元控制洗涤设备执行弱洗常温程序CX3。
弱洗常温的洗涤程序中,洗涤过程中电机转速小,洗涤水温度为常温,洗涤时间相对较长。
实施例九
洗涤设备通过识别待洗衣物的衣物信息,判断是否适合机洗,是否适合混合洗涤,从而给出各种提示。而本发明的待洗衣物的衣物信息通过一种数据存储方法进行存储,洗涤设备可以容易的识别衣物信息,出错率低,有利于洗涤设备准确的根据存储的信息作出判断,从而给出提示,或者给出推荐的洗衣程序。
本实施例提供实施例一到实施例八中涉及的衣物信息的数据存储方法,包括将衣物信息按照信息类型分为N类数据信息,将该N类数据信息分别以代码的形式存储在数据载体上,同一类数据信息中不同的代码代表不同的定义好的具体衣物信息。
在上述方案中,将衣物信息分为N类,并分别以代码的形式存储在数据载体上,则有利于规范化衣物信息的存储方式,从而可将任意衣物进行存储定义,该方法简单实用,值得推广。另一方面,将各数据信息通过代码的形式存储,则节约了衣物信息的存储容量,相对于现有的存储方式,本方案通过较小的存储空间,存储较多的衣物信息。
优选的,根据N类数据信息中各类数据信息自身的类别数量,分配各类数据信息适量的比特位数来进行相应信息的存储。
在上述方案中,通过根据N类数据信息中各类数据信息自身的类别数量,分配各类数据信息适量的比特位数来进行相应信息的存储,该设计合理,且进一步节约了存储空间,比如, 服装包括有材质信息和厂商信息,现有的服装的材质的类别数据远不比厂商的数量,因此,在分配存储空间时,则分配厂商信息的存储空间大于材质信息的存储空间更加合理。当然的,给各类数据信息分配的存储空间可大于现有该类数据信息的自身总类别数量,并留有存余空间。从而可兼容未来该领域信息的发展,比如现有的可作为材质的类别数量有M个,则分配给材质数据的存储空间可存储的代码具有大于M种不同的变化,从而可在该存储空间内,完全可表示现有的所有衣物材质信息,未来可能还会具有更大的新型衣物材质,因此该存储空间可具有存余。
另一方面,本方案也不限于分配的各类数据信息的存储空间必须大于现有该各类数据信息自身类别的数量,可以是将各类数据根据某种规则进一步分为多个小类,如此,则分配给各类数据信息的存储空间的存储量只需足够区别开各自的多个小类即可。比如:衣物材质信息包括黄麻、苎麻、羊毛、兔毛、蚕丝、蜘蛛丝、涤纶、锦纶、腈纶等,则根据材质类别可以将各材质分为麻类材质(黄麻、苎麻)、毛类材质(羊毛、兔毛)、丝类材质(蚕丝、蜘蛛丝)、化纤类材质(涤纶、锦纶、腈纶),则此时分配衣物材质信息为两个比特位即可,比如用00表示麻类材质,用01表示毛类材质,用10表示丝类材质,用11表示化纤类材质(该举例只是为了说明解释,并非用于限定本发明的技术方案)。
优选的,所述的N类数据信息包括衣物材质信息,衣物颜色信息、衣物类别信息,其中,衣物类别信息占用的比特位数>衣物颜色信息占用的比特位数>衣物材质信息占用的比特位数。
在上述方案中,设计所述的N类数据信息包括衣物材质信息,衣物颜色信息、衣物类别信息是发明人在做出大量实验总结出的衣物最重要的三类数据信息,基本可以满足常规的需求,此三类数据对于衣物而言是非常重要的数据类别,比如衣物材质信息是消费者挑选衣物的重要依据,也是挑选洗剂进行洗涤衣物的重要参考依据,比如通过衣物材质信息可以实现智能匹配洗涤程序的功能,也可以满足人们挑选衣物的需求,也是衣物回收分类的依据;衣物的颜色是消费者挑选衣物的重要依据,也是在混洗衣物时,各衣物是否能够混洗的重要参考依据,在现代自动化工业中,该数据信息是重要的参数信息;类别信息除了是洗剂挑选的重要依据,也是洗涤强度的重要依据,同时也是人们挑选衣物的依据,也是未来或现在自动化设计中重要的参数信息。衣物类别信息也是就衣物款式信息,比如羽绒服、西服、毛衣、针织衫等。因此衣物材质信息,衣物颜色信息、衣物类别信息是衣物N类数据信息中非常重要的三类数据,基本是工业自动化最常需要的信息,也满足人们日常对衣物信息了解掌握的需要,将该三类数据信息结合在一起,甚至可以说是一件衣物性能方面的客观标志。
优选的,所述的衣物材质信息占用3-6位比特位,所述的衣物颜色信息占用4-6位比特位、所述的衣物类别信息占用5-7位比特位。更优选的,所述的衣物材质信息占用4位比特位,所述的衣物颜色信息占用5位比特位、所述的衣物类别信息占用6位比特位。
在上述方案中,设计所述的衣物材质信息占用4位比特位,所述的衣物颜色信息占用5位比特位、所述的衣物类别信息占用6位比特位是发明人作了大量的研究总结出来的最优存储方式,通过设计上述各具体的存储比特位位数,基本可以将衣物的类别信息区分开,并满足常规分类的需求,比如将衣物材质信息通过4位比特位存储或标识,可以区别开16种材质,而该16中材质分别为:棉、麻、桑蚕丝、天丝、真丝、丝绸、羊毛、羊绒、丙纶、腈纶、氨纶、粘胶、锦纶、涤纶、化纤、聚酯纤维,这些分类完全满足了人们日常对衣物材质的分类细节需求,可以作为洗衣机匹配衣物洗涤程序和洗涤剂的依据,也可以作为人们对衣物适度预测的依据。
实施例十
本实施例提供一种采用实施例九中的数据存储方法进行数据存储的数据载体,包括:
第一存储区,用于存储衣物本身特性信息;
所述第一存储区至少包括用于存储衣物材质信息的衣物材质信息存储模块。
在上述方案中,衣物材质信息是衣物最重要的信息,关系到相关衣物的各种自动控制领域,例如衣物的分类回收领域、衣物洗涤程序匹配领域、衣物功能分析领域、衣物的智能定价领域,等等。
优选的,所述第一存储区还包括衣物颜色信息存储模块和衣物类别信息存储模块:
所述的衣物颜色信息存储模块用于存储对应的衣物颜色信息,所述的衣物类别信息存储模块用于存储对应的衣物类别信息;
优选的,所述的第一存储区还包括厂商信息存储模块和衣物规格信息存储模块,所述的厂商信息存储模块用于存储衣物生产厂商信息,所述的衣物规格信息存储模块用于存储衣物规格信息。
在上述方案中,规格数据是衣物分拣的依据,可以作为衣物智能分拣的重要依据,也是衣物回收的重要依据。而厂商信息可用于衣物防伪领域、衣物评价领域。
优选的,所述的衣物材质信息、衣物颜色信息、衣物类别信息、衣物规格信息、衣物生产厂商信息均为代码,通过不同的代码代表定义好的不同的具体信息。
在上述方案中,通过代码的形式表示衣物材质信息、衣物颜色信息、衣物类别信息、衣物规格信息、衣物生产厂商信息有利于节约存储空间,因为本发明的数据载体的一种应用是固定在对应的衣物上,用于标识该衣物信息,是一个需要大量使用的数据载体,因此需要尽量的降低成本,通过减少该数据载体的存储空间可直接降低成本,是最实用的低成本方案。
优选的,所述的第一存储区的容量为M个字节,其中,厂商信息存储模块的存储容量>衣物类别信息存储模块的存储容量>衣物颜色信息存储模块的存储容量≥衣物规格信息存储模块的存储容量>衣物材质信息存储模块的存储容量。
在上述方案中,因为衣物的各类信息的自身类别量不用,因此分配的各存储模块的存储容量不同,同时,分配的各存储模块的存储容量不同也是一种节约数据载体的存储空间的方式,因此当该数据载体的存储区被构造成厂商信息存储模块的存储容量>衣物类别信息存储模块的存储容量>衣物颜色信息存储模块的存储容量≥衣物规格信息存储模块的存储容量>衣物材质信息存储模块的存储容量有利于存储更多的衣物信息。
优选的,所述的M为4,所述的衣物生产厂商信息占用12位比特位,衣物规格信息占用5位比特位,衣物类别信息占用6位比特位,所述的衣物颜色信息占用5位比特位,所述的衣物材质信息占用4位比特位。
优选的,所述的数据载体还包括有第二存储区,所述的第二存储区用于衣物厂商存储厂商内部信息。
在上述方案中,该数据载体设置第二存储区,便于厂商进行衣物身份标识,设置第二存储区,增加厂商对该数据载体的依赖性,有利于该数据载体在厂商方的推广应用。该设计更加合理,将厂商自身的需求和外界的需求合二为一,有利于数据载体的推广。
具体的,参见图4所示,所述的数据载体包括第一存储和第二存储区,第一存储区包括32位比特位,由右至左为高位至低位,其中,第一存储区包括五个存储模块,由高位至底位分别为衣物材质信息存储模块1、衣物颜色信息存储模块2、衣物类别信息存储模块3、衣物规格信息存储模块4、厂商信息存储模块5。其中,衣物材质信息存储模块1占用4位比特位,衣物颜色信息存储模块2占用5位比特位,衣物类别信息存储模块3占用6位比特位,衣物规格信息存储模块4占用5位比特位,厂商信息存储模块5占用12位比特位。
实施例十一
实施例十一在实施例十的基础上进一步提供在数据载体上进行衣物信息存储的方法,所述的数据载体为电子标签,如图5至图6所示,所述电子标签至少包括存储用于识别标签对象的电子产品码的EPC存储器和用于存储用户自定义数据的USER存储器,用于标识衣物信息 的编码;所述存储方法包括:检测电子标签的EPC存储器剩余的存储空间;所述存储空间足够存储衣物信息的代码时,将所述衣物信息的代码存入到EPC存储器;反之,将所述衣物信息的代码存入到USER存储器。同时在存储过程中对不同的衣物信息类型使用不同的写入优先级,从而保障电子标签能够完整有效地存储衣物各类型信息的关键信息,达到洗衣机智能洗涤的要求。
如图5至图6所示,本实施例中衣物信息的代码标识的衣物信息包括衣物属性信息即衣物的本身特性信息,本实施例中的衣物属性包括:衣物材质信息、衣物颜色信息、衣物类别信息、衣物规格信息、衣物生产厂商信息等。
本实施例基于RFID的电子标签存储技术,存储方法和电子标签符合EPC Class1 Gen2协议。在该协议下电子标签内存分为四个独立的存储器,分别为:保留(RESERVED)存储器,EPC存储器,标签识别号(TID)存储器,用户(USER)存储器。其中保留内存用于管理电子标签的灭活和访问密码,TID存储器存放电子标签一般存储电子标签芯片厂商提供的信息,EPC存储器一般存放产品电子代码,即身份标识信息,而USER存储器存放业务数据,需要依据应用,用户自主定义。
为了能够保证衣物信息的代码存储的完整性,本发明的存储方法如图2所示,包括如下的步骤:
S1、检测预存储的衣物信息的代码的占用空间;
S2、检测电子标签的EPC存储器剩余的存储空间;
S3、比较上述衣物信息的代码占用空间是否小于EPC存储器剩余存储空间;当衣物信息的代码占用空间小于EPC存储器剩余存储空间时,进入步骤S4;否则进入步骤S5;
S4、将所述衣物信息的代码存入到EPC存储器;
S5、将所述衣物信息的代码存入到USER存储器。
本方法中在进行衣物信息的代码的存储之前首先通过扫描装置扫描到该预存储的衣物信息代码的编码长度,并计算得到该衣物信息代码所需要的存储空间,同时通过存储器的空间扫描所反馈的剩余空间信息来决定该衣物信息代码的存储位置。在通常情况下优先将该衣物信息代码存入到EPC存储器中,但是当经过上述的操作步骤后,如果发现衣物信息代码所需要的存储空间大于EPC存储器的剩余空间时,则将该衣物信息代码整体存入到USER区中。
在写入相应的存储区时,衣物信息代码所标示的不同的衣物属性信息在写入存储器过程 中具有不同的写入优先级。以本实施中的衣物属性为例,在写入存储器时的优先级顺序为:衣物材质信息>衣物颜色信息>衣物类别信息>衣物规格信息>衣物生产厂商信息。
为了实现这种优先级的实现,如图6所示,本方法中的电子标签所对应的衣物属性的存储区域与衣物信息代码的编码分布一致。使对于衣物洗涤影响最大的衣物材质信息先存入到电子标签中,然后依次为衣物颜色信息依次类推。这样就保证如果因为意外情况出现存储故障无法写入或者是存储溢出的状况时,最先写入的优先级高的关键数据得到了很好的存储,从而最大限度地保证衣物洗涤的效果。
本发明中,衣物信息代码的编码长度为4-45位比特位,在进行每个所述衣物属性信息的录入时,都按照从高位到低位的顺序依次写入所述存储器中;具体地,在本实施例中衣物信息代码的编码长度为32位比特位。在所述电子标签中,根据衣物的信息类型划分为不同的存储区域,其中各类型信息在所述不同的存储区域内所占的存储空间的大小关系不完全相同;
本实施例中各衣物属性信息所占的存储空间按如下关系划分:衣物生产厂商信息>衣物类别信息>衣物颜色信息≥衣物规格信息>衣物材质信息。
本实施例中,在图6的电子标签中的存储结构规则下的具体编码空间分布为:
衣物生产厂商信息占用12位比特位,衣物规格信息占用5位比特位,衣物类别信息占用6位比特位,所述的衣物颜色信息占用5位比特位,所述的衣物材质信息占用4位比特位。
同时需要注意的是如图6所示,在电子标签存储的衣物信息代码中,通常还包括衣物生产厂商定义的衣物厂商内部代码,因此存储器中除了要对衣物信息代码进行存储之外,还要对该衣物厂商内部代码进行存储,该代码对于衣物的洗涤来说并没有实质性的意义,因此在存储各代码的过程中,衣物厂商内部代码的优先级要低于衣物信息代码。
实施例中的电子标签内存储的代码包括由衣物生产厂商定义的衣物厂商内部代码和洗衣机厂商定义的衣物信息代码,这些代码写入到电子标签后不可被修改。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本专利的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗涤设备控制方法,其特征在于,待洗衣物放入洗涤设备后,洗涤设备通过识别待洗衣物的衣物信息,判断是否适合机洗,若判断结果为是,则推荐洗衣程序并执行,若判断结果为否,则暂停并给出提示。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗涤设备控制方法,其特征在于,衣物信息选自材质、颜色、款式、重量的至少一种,洗涤设备根据材质和/或款式信息进行一次识别,判断衣物是否适合机洗。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗涤设备控制方法,其特征在于,若洗涤设备判断衣物适合机洗,则推荐洗衣程序并执行;
    若不适合机洗,则给出不适合机洗提示,并建议取出待洗衣物,待用户给出指令后,再启动并进行二次识别。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗涤设备控制方法,其特征在于,洗涤设备进行二次识别时,若判断衣物适合机洗,则根据材质和重量推荐洗衣程序参数同时启动洗衣程序;
    若判断衣物不适合机洗,则暂停并给出暂停提示,建议取出待洗衣物;待用户给出指令后,再次启动,并推荐洗衣程序参数同时启动洗衣程序。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的一种洗涤设备控制方法,其特征在于,待洗衣物放入洗涤设备后,洗涤设备还根据衣物信息判断是否适合混合洗涤,若判断结果为是,则推荐洗衣程序并执行,若判断结果为否,则给出提示并建议分开洗涤。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗涤设备控制方法,其特征在于,洗涤设备判断是否适合混合洗涤,包括根据颜色信息判断衣物是否存在颜色冲突,若判断结果为是,则给出颜色冲突提示,并建议分开洗涤;若判断结果为否,则推荐洗衣程序并执行。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种洗涤设备控制方法,其特征在于,洗涤设备判断是否适合混合洗涤,还包括根据材质和款式信息判断衣物是否存在材质冲突,若判断结果为是,则给出材质冲突提示,并建议分开洗涤;若判断结果为否,则推荐洗衣程序并执行。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种洗涤设备控制方法,其特征在于,当同时出现不适合机洗提示、颜色冲突提示和/或材质冲突提示时,各提示的优先级为:不适合机洗提示>颜色冲突提示>材质冲突提示。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的一种洗涤设备控制方法,其特征在于,该方法的具体步骤包括:
    S1:打开洗涤设备电源,放入待洗衣物;
    S2:洗涤设备识别各件衣物的信息,选自颜色、材质、款式、重量、品牌信息的至少一种;
    S3:洗涤设备判断各件衣物是否不适合机洗,是否有颜色冲突,是否有材质冲突;
    S4:若均为否,则启动程序,推荐洗衣程序并执行;
    若至少有一个为是,则给出不适合机洗提示、和/或颜色冲突提示,和/或材质冲突提示;
    S5:用户根据提示做出反应,当洗涤设备接收到用户指令以确认启动洗衣程序时,进行二次识别衣物,判断每件衣物是否不适合机洗,若为否,则根据待洗衣物的材质、重量推荐洗衣程序并启动,进行洗涤;
    若为是,则给出暂停提示,然后当接收到用户指令以确认启动洗衣程序时,推荐洗衣程序并启动,进行洗涤。
  10. 一种具有权利要求1-9任意一项所述的一种洗涤设备控制方法的洗涤设备。
