Description

一种生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统及方法 技术领域
本发明涉及草本纤维生产领域。具体为一种生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统及方法。
背景技术
纤维是仅次于食物的第二大人类生活必需品。伴随人类社会发展与石油、森林及土地资源短缺矛盾的日益凸显,世界各国越来越关注草本纤维产业发展。草本纤维来自以收获纤维素纤维为主的苎麻、红麻、黄麻、大麻、亚麻、剑麻、蕉麻、菠萝麻、罗布麻、芦苇、芒草、龙须草等草本纤维作物农产品(如经过农机具初加工的苎麻、红麻、黄麻、大麻韧皮,未经初加工的亚麻原茎、芦苇茎杆)以及纤维素含量超过25%的农作物秸秆(如麦秆)或类似废弃物(如蔗渣)。草本纤维作物适应性强(利用荒山、山坡地、盐碱地、滩头、沙漠等边际土地种植,不与粮食作物争地)、纤维产量高(≥4.5t/ha,尤其是通过遗传改良提高营养体产量的潜力大),兼有防止水土流失(苎麻、龙须草等多年生植物)、净化空气(消耗CO2≥25t/ha)等环保功能,被认为是极具发展潜力的速生、高产天然纤维资源。
草本纤维伴生着25%以上的非纤维素,必需采用适当方法予以剥离,方可获得天然纤维素纤维广泛用作纺织、造纸、生物质材料、生物质能源等制造业的基础材料。其中,部分组织型非纤维素(如苎麻、红麻、黄麻、大麻的麻骨,剑麻的叶肉)可以通过农机具初加工予以剥离;水溶型非纤维素(蛋白质、各种单糖及淀粉类多糖)可以通过吸水溶胀方式除去;以化学键直接或间接与纤维素相连的键合型非纤维素(包括果胶、半纤维素、木质素等),必需通过十分复杂的化学或生物化学反应过程方可剥离。草本纤维精制(剥离草本纤维生物质中非纤维素而获得直接用作纤维类制造业基础材料的加工过程)方法是推动或制约产业发展的技术瓶颈。早在数千年以前,我们的祖先发明了以“天然菌群随机性降解非纤维素”为本质的沤麻方法。沤麻这种古老的草本纤维精制方法,以“作坊”生产方式把草本纤维变成了重要纺织、造纸原料,对于人类利用草本植物纤维开发生活必需品具有不可磨灭的历史性贡献。然而,由于存在不适宜工业化生产、产品质量不稳定、与水产养殖业争夺水资源等问题,沤麻方法正面临被时代淘汰的危险。酆云鹤先生(1935)发明了以“化学试剂差异 化水解非纤维素”为中心的化学脱胶方法(现已延伸到造纸行业的化学制浆、生物质产业的化学精炼或化学糖化)。化学脱胶方法的发明是一项涉及产业技术革命的成果,实现了草本纤维制造业由作坊式向工厂化生产的转变。但是,由于存在消耗大量化学试剂和能源、环境污染严重,对纤维产生“淬火”变性而影响产品升级等负作用,该方法的应用前景受到严峻挑战。我国数以百计的中小企业因化学脱胶、化学制浆方法的“污染”问题而被迫关闭。近30年,美国、韩国、日本等国家发明了一些物理-化学耦合精炼专利技术,可以剥离部分组织型非纤维素和键合型非纤维素,但是,所获得的产品仅能满足生产可降解生物质材料的需要。Hauman等(1902)从浸渍亚麻茎上分离到一些细菌以及英国牛津大学A.C.Thayson和H.J.Bunker(1927)提出“纤维素半纤维素果胶及胶质的微生物学”这个概念以后,国内外科学家前赴后继致力于菌种选育或复合酶制剂研究,试图找到一种以生物降解为特征的快速、高效草本纤维精制方法,摆脱沤麻这种落后的生产方式。也就是说,环境友好、资源节约型草本纤维精制方法已成为全球共同关注的重大课题。直到1985年,孙庆祥等才发明过渡型苎麻细菌化学联合脱胶技术,后拓展为生物-化学联合脱胶/制浆/糖化方法(生物处理所剥离的键合型非纤维素不足50%,没有成为草本纤维精制的主体)。可以肯定,发明生物-化学联合脱胶方法的重大贡献在于把现代生物技术引入草本纤维精制方法的研究与应用领域,为实现草本纤维精制方法由化学领域向现代生物技术领域的跨越奠定了坚实基础。因两种作用机制并存,除不同程度存在污染严重等问题以外,还有工艺复杂、菌剂制备流程长或酶制剂成本高等弊端,以至于该方法难以转化为大规模生产力。
中国农业科学院麻类研究所针对上述问题选育出一个功能菌株于Dickeya dadantii(国家指定专利菌种保藏中心保藏号:CGMCC5522)。该菌株具有如下特点:(1)繁殖代时14~16min;(2)兼性好氧,适宜生长温度21~37℃、pH为4.0~9.0;(3)处于生长旺盛期的培养物在环境温度低于4℃时保存15天或高于55℃时保存30min.的检验结果,无活菌;(4)纯培养9h~11h,同时表达果胶酶、甘露聚糖酶和木聚糖酶,具备完全剥离草本纤维原料中非纤维素的能力。在此基础上,研究形成了发明专利“一种功能菌株用于工厂化发酵快速提取草本纤维的方法”(专利号:ZL201110410078.7)。该发明专利在国内多家企业(包括本公司)获得了实施。同行专家评价以该发明为主要内容的整体技术成果时认定:该成果在高效菌株选育、复合酶催化机理等方面处同类研究国际领先水平。尽管如此,该发明依然存在工艺装备不匹配、人工操作环节过多导致技术措施不到位或产品质量不稳定等诸多弊端。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题在于克服现有的草本纤维生产方式劳动强度大、效率的缺点,提供一种生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统。
本发明的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,包括依次排列的:
草本纤维原料规范整理设备,包括接收并输送草本纤维的输入装置、接收所述输入装置输送的草本纤维并对草本纤维进行碾压的碾压装置、将纤维束伴生物与纤维分离的分离装置和收集灰尘与纤维束伴生物的收尘装置;
草本纤维原料运动式接种设备,包括接收所述草本纤维原料规范整理设备输送来的草本纤维原料的输入装置、上下排列的多组水平输送装置、位于水平输送装置的上方对所述水平输送装置上的草本纤维原料进行菌液喷淋的第一菌液喷淋装置和将接种后的草本纤维原料输出的输出装置;
草本纤维原料运动式湿润发酵设备,包括封闭的壳体和位于所述壳体内的用于输送草本纤维原料的上下排列的多组水平输送装置;
发酵物料运动式灭活设备,包括接收草本纤维原料发酵后形成的发酵物料的输入装置和接收该输入装置输送的发酵物料的上下排列多组水平输送装置、位于所述灭活设备的水平输送装置的上方并向该水平输送装置上的发酵物料喷射压力热水的压力热水梳和碾压该水平输送装置输出的发酵物料的碾压装置;
灭活产物运动式水理设备,包括接收经过发酵物料运动式灭活设备处理的灭活产物的输入装置,位于该输入装置的上方向该输入装置上的灭活产物喷水的第一压力喷水装置、对该输入装置输出的灭活产物进行挤压的挤压装置和将被挤压后的灭活产物输出的输出装置;
生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备,包括接收经过灭活产物运动式水理设备处理形成的生物精制草本纤维的输入装置、对草本纤维进行挤压的水分轧干装置,接收水分轧干装置输出的草本纤维的传送装置、多组上下排列用于运输经过挤压的草本纤维的水平输送装置,位于所述生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备的水平输送装置的上方向该水平输送装置上的草本纤维喷射油液的喷油装置及至少将生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备的多组水平输送装置和喷油装置包围在其封闭的空间内的壳体;
生物精制草本纤维运动式烘干设备,包括接收经过生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备处理后的生物精制草本纤维的输入装置,对草本纤维进行烘干的烘干装置和将烘干后的草本纤维输出的输出装置,所述烘干装置包括封闭的壳体、位于该壳体内的上下排列的多组水平输送装置和位于该壳体内的加热装置。
作为优选,上下相邻的所述水平输送装置的输送方向相反,且位于下方的水平输送装置的输入端在与其输送方向相反的方向上突出于相邻的上方的水平输送装置的输出端以接收从相邻的上方的水平输送装置的输出端落下的物料。
作为优选,所述水平输送装置包括主动轮、从动轮和与所述主动轮和从动轮配合的镂空输送带。
作为优选,所述碾压装置包括机架及设在所述机架上的多对碾压罗拉,该多对碾压罗拉包括在送料方向上依次设置的直齿罗拉、左旋曲齿罗拉、右旋曲齿罗拉和直齿罗拉,每对碾压罗拉包括主动罗拉和位于所述主动罗拉正上方并与所述主动罗拉通过凹凸齿啮合的从动罗拉,所述主动罗拉的凹凸齿的啮合面与所述从动罗拉的凹凸齿的啮合面之间形成允许所述草本纤维原料通过的碾压空间,多对碾压罗拉的碾压空间对齐构成碾压通道的部分。
作为优选,所述机架设有上下延伸的滑道,所述从动罗拉的安装轴可沿所述滑道在上下方向发生一定幅度的位移同时在水平方向上受到限制,所述碾压装置还包括多个一端与所述机架固定另一端与所述从动罗拉的安装轴相抵的碾压弹簧,多个所述碾压弹簧与多个所述从动罗拉一一对应地相抵,所述碾压弹簧对所述从动罗拉的安装轴施加向下的预紧力。
作为优选,所述草本纤维原料规范整理设备的碾压装置与输入装置相接的一端设有用于接收来自该输入装置的草本纤维原料并对其进行初步整形的导料筒,所述导料筒具有朝向该输入装置的矩形入口和朝向所述碾压罗拉的矩形出口,且在上下方向上所述入口的尺寸大于出口的尺寸,所述导料筒的出口与所述碾压通道相对将所述草本纤维原料引导进入所述碾压空间。
作为优选,所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备还包括位于所述多组水平输送装置的下方可接收自所述水平输送装置落下的菌液和草本纤维原料的菌液池和位于所述菌液池内扒动所述草本纤维原料使其松散并使其水平运动的机械扒动装置。
作为优选,所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备还包括用于向所述输出装置上的草本纤维原料喷淋菌液的第二菌液喷淋装置。所述菌液池通过管道与所述第二菌液喷淋装置相通以将菌液输送至所述第二菌液喷淋装置。
作为优选,所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备的输出装置与所述机械扒动装置靠近的一端设有将菌液池内的草本纤维原料引导至所述输出装置的镂空输送带上的导流装置。所述导流装置包括环绕所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备的输出装置的输入端的远离所述机械扒动装置一侧的弧形导流板,所述草本纤维原料在所述导流板与所述输出装置的输入端之间形成的弧形导流通道内发生 弯曲并通过所述导流通道使所述草本纤维原料自水平运动方向转向到所述输出装置的镂空输送带的倾斜运动方向上。
作为优选,所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备的输出装置的输出端与所述草本纤维原料运动式湿润发酵设备的最上方的水平输送装置之间设有第二导流装置,所述第二导流装置包括导流板,该导流板环绕所述草本纤维原料运动式湿润发酵设备的最上方的水平输送装置的输入端的靠近所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备的输出装置的输出端的一侧,该导流板与所述草本纤维原料运动式湿润发酵设备的最上方的水平输送装置的输入端之间形成弧形导流通道,草本纤维原料在通过该导流通道时内发生弯曲并自所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备的输出装置的倾斜运动方向转向到水平运动方向上。
作为优选,发酵物料运动式灭活设备还包括集水池,所述集水池位于所述发酵物料运动式灭活设备的多组水平输送装置和挤压装置的下方可收集从多组水平输送装置和挤压装置落下的水及从所述挤压装置的挤压通道的出口落下的发酵物料。所述发酵物料运动式灭活设备还包括位于所述集水池内,可扒动所述发酵物料使其松散并使其运动的机械扒动装置。所述集水池设有废液回收装置。
作为优选,所述灭活产物运动式水理设备的挤压装置包括机架和设在机架上的多对挤压罗拉,每对挤压罗拉包括主动罗拉和与所述主动罗拉配合从动罗拉,所述主动罗拉与所述从动罗拉之间形成允许所述草本纤维原料通过的挤压空间,多对挤压罗拉的挤压空间对齐构成挤压通道的部分,所述挤压通道的入口接收所述灭活产物运动式水理设备的输入装置输送来的灭活物料。所述挤压装置还包括物料外溢阻挡装置,所述物料外溢阻挡装置包括将所述挤压通道与所述多对挤压罗拉的轴向端部隔离开的挡板。所述挤压通道的入口位于所述输入装置的输出端的下方,且所述挤压通道自所述输入装置的输出端的下方倾斜向下延伸。
作为优选,所述灭活产物运动式水理设备的挤压装置的机架设有垂直于所述挤压通道延伸的滑道,所述从动罗拉的安装轴可沿所述滑道发生一定幅度的位移,所述挤压装置还包括多个一端与所述机架固定另一端与所述从动罗拉的安装轴相抵的挤压弹簧,多个挤压弹簧与所述挤压装置的多个从动罗拉一一对应地相抵,挤压弹簧对所述挤压装置的从动罗拉的安装轴施加垂直于且朝向所述挤压通道的预紧力。
作为优选,所述灭活产物运动式水理设备还包括第二压力喷水装置,所述第二压力喷水装置包括多个或多排平行于所述灭活产物运动式水理设备的输出 装置排列的喷头。灭活产物运动式水理设备还包括位于其输入装置和挤压装置的下方的集水池,该集水池设有废液回收装置。
作为优选,所述生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备还包括位于其多组水平输送装置的下方收集从其多组水平输送装置落下的油液的集油池。所述生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备还包括向其传送装置上的草本纤维喷射油液的第二喷油装置。所述喷油装置和\或第二喷油装置通过输油管与所述集油池连通并可通过输油泵将所述集油池内的油输送到喷油装置和\或第二喷油装置内。
作为优选,所述集油池内设有可扒动位于最下方的水平输送装置输送并自动落入集油池内且浸泡于油液中的草本纤维的机械扒动装置,所述机械扒动装置包括旋转轮或旋转辊及沿所述旋转轮或旋转辊的圆周设置的扒动齿。所述的生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备还包括与所述集油池连通的油液回收装置。
作为优选,所述生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备还包括接收所述机械扒动装置输送的草本纤维并对其进行挤压的油水轧干装置,所述油水轧干装置包括机架和设在所述机架上的主动压辊和从动压辊。所述水分轧干装置和\或油水轧干装置的主动压辊的轴心与从动压辊的轴心的连线与水平线所成角度小于90度并向输入端倾斜且所述水分轧干装置和\或油水轧干装置的输出端高于其输入端。所述水分轧干装置和\或油水轧干装置还包括轧干弹簧,所述轧干弹簧一端与所述机架固定另一端与所述水分轧干装置和\或油水轧干装置的从动压辊的轴相抵,对该从动压辊施加沿所述水分轧干装置和\或油水轧干装置的主动压辊的轴心与从动压辊的轴心的连线朝向所述主动压辊的预紧力。
作为继优选,所述烘干装置还包括调控所述加热装置的发热功率并监测壳体内空气的温度、湿度以及所述多组水平输送装置运动状况的监测器。所述烘干装置还包括用于排出所述壳体内纤维所含水分受热蒸发而形成的热水汽的排气装置。所述加热装置为位于所述多组水平输送装置的上方的电能加热装置。
作为优选,所述生物精制草本纤维运动式烘干设备包括多个烘干装置及设在相邻的烘干装置之间用于传输草本纤维的传送装置,多个沿着草本纤维的输送方向排列的烘干装置在其排列方向上,其壳体内的温度逐渐升高。所述生物精制草本纤维运动式烘干设备包括沿着草本纤维的输送方向排列的第一烘干装置、第二烘干装置和第三烘干装置,第一烘干装置的壳体内的温度为90±5℃,第二烘干装置的壳体内的温度为100±5℃,第三烘干装置的壳体内的温度为110±5℃。
本发明还提供一种生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转方法,通过如上所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转设备对草本纤维原料进行处理。
所述输入装置和输出装置的输送带与水平面均呈坡度≤45度的斜坡,通过所述生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统使草本纤维物料保持全程匀速运动,线速度控制为3-30m/min,同时使得所述草本纤维物料在所述草本纤维生物精制的自动化运转系统中运转时保持一致的线宽度,所述线宽度为100-1000mm。其中的线宽度是指草本纤维物料在垂直于其传送方向上的尺寸。
在利用所述草本纤维原料规范整理设备整理草本纤维原料之后和利用所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备接种前还包括菌种制备的步骤,菌种制备包括种子罐培养步骤、发酵罐扩增步骤和用35℃的水将发酵罐扩增溶液稀释2-6倍作为接种的菌液的步骤。种子罐培养所用时间为4-6小时,发酵罐扩增所用时间为3-5小时。
作为优选,在利用生物精制草本纤维运动式烘干设备对生物精制草本纤维进行烘干之后还依次包括对生物精制草本纤维开松和打包的步骤。
作为优选,接种所用的时间2-8分钟,发酵4-6小时,灭活3-15分钟,渍油5-20分钟,烘干3-15分钟,开松3-15分钟。通过功率不小于0.5t\h的锅炉为菌种制备的封闭空间、和发酵物料运动式灭活设备的壳体的内部空间提供蒸汽,通过功率不小于0.5t\h的锅炉为给发酵物料运动式灭活设备提供热水的水罐和给草本纤维运动式渍油设备提供油液的油罐提供对其进行加热的蒸汽。发酵物料运动式灭活设备喷射的水的温度为90-98℃,生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备喷射的油液的温度为90-98℃。
通过管径≤Dg25,且压力≤0.5MPa的供水装置为菌种制备供水,通过管径≤Dg25,且压力≤0.5MPa的供油装置为运动式草本纤维渍油设备提供乳化油液。通过管径≤Dg80,且压力=1±0.5MPa的供水装置为灭活产物运动式水理设备提供温水或自来水。
作为优选,所述草本纤维原料规范整理设备的进料的含水率≤14%,接种后草本纤维原料含水率≥70%,草本纤维原料运动式湿润发酵设备的壳体内湿度≥70%,生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备的进料含水率≤55%,出料含水率≤56%,生物精制草本纤维运动式烘干设备的出料含水率≤12%。
本发明的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统与方法与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统可自动完成从草本纤维原料的整理直至烘干的全部过程,操作人员只需要进行监管即可,从而解放了劳动力并且提高了生产效率。通过多组水平输送装置使得接种、发酵、灭活水理、渍油设备和烘干都进行得更均匀更充分,从而也提高了产品的质量。
2、上下相邻的水平输送装置的错开设置,使物料在不需要任何转运输装置的情况下从上方水平输送装置运送到下方水平输送装置上,在不借助于外力的情况下,实现了上下运输的自动化。
3、草本纤维原料规范整理设备包括可罩住碾压装置和分离装置,防止碎屑和灰尘扩散,除尘设备还可以对碎屑和灰尘进行收集处理,防止污染环境,防止危害工人的身体健康。另外,由于先对草本纤维原料进行了麻皮清除,可提高后面烘干的效率并且节约能源。
4、关于碾压装置和挤压装置,通过在机架设置滑道,和在机架与从动罗拉的安装轴之间设置弹簧,使得从动罗拉的位置和预紧力可根据草本纤维原料的厚度来进行自动调整。
5、通过使碾压通道和挤压通道倾斜,使得纤维的运输更稳定可靠,挤压装置还包括物料外溢阻挡装置,阻挡松散的纤维向挤压罗拉的端部运动,从而防止纤维被卷入挤压罗拉的传动装置。
6、集水池、菌液池和集油池可以分别收集水、菌液和油,防止浪费和污染。其中的水、菌液和油可以重复利用,也可以通过回收装置进行再利用。
7、生物精制草本纤维运动式烘干设备设置了多个烘干装置,可以分别单独调控每个烘干装置的温度,而不同的温度会对草本纤维的质量产生不同的影响。烘干装置的温度可以设置为依次逐渐升高,草本纤维从外界的常温环境下可先进入温度较低的烘干装置,然后进入温度较高的烘干装置,不仅更利于水分的蒸发,还会保护草本纤维防止其受损。

具体实施方式
本发明的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统可用于将大麻、苎麻、红麻等各种麻类纤维及其它纤维原料,如棉、秸秆,进行规范整理、接种、发酵、灭活、水理、渍油和烘干等处理。
如图1所示,本发明的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,包括依次排列的:
草本纤维原料规范整理设备1包括接收并输送草本纤维的输入装置11、接收所述输入装置11输送的草本纤维并对草本纤维进行碾压的碾压装置12、将纤维束伴生物与纤维分离的分离装置14和收集灰尘与纤维束伴生物的收尘装15置。
草本纤维原料规范整理设备1的除尘装置15可防止碎屑和灰尘扩散,除尘装置还可以对碎屑和灰尘进行收集处理,防止污染环境,防止危害工人的身体健康。另外,由于先对草本纤维原料进行了麻皮清除,可提高后面烘干的效率并且节约能源。
草本纤维原料运动式接种设备2包括接收所述草本纤维原料规范整理设备1输送来的草本纤维原料的输入装置21、上下排列的多组水平输送装置22、位于水平输送装置22的上方对所述水平输送装置22上的草本纤维原料进行菌液喷淋的第一菌液喷淋装置23和将接种后的草本纤维原料输出的输出装置24。
通过多组水平输送装置和喷淋装置的设置,草本纤维原料在进行往复运动的整个过程中都在进行接种,使得接种充分,同时还提高了菌液的利用率。另外,多组水平输送装置上下排列还可节约占地空间。
草本纤维原料运动式湿润发酵设备3包括封闭的壳体31和位于所述壳体31内的用于输送草本纤维原料的上下排列的多组水平输送装置32。实现了草本纤维发酵物料的往复运动,延长了其发酵的行程,使草本纤维原料在较小的占地面积上,获得充分而均匀的发酵。
发酵物料运动式灭活设备4包括接收草本纤维原料发酵后形成的发酵物料的输入装置41和接收该输入装置41输送的发酵物料的上下排列多组水平输送装置42、位于所述灭活设备的水平输送装置42的上方并向该水平输送装置上的发酵物料喷射压力热水的压力热水梳43和碾压该水平输送装置输出的发酵物料的碾压装置44。
发酵物料在多组水平输送装置42上进行往复运动时,可接收压力热水梳43的热水和通过水平输送装置42落下的热水,即在其整个的往复运动的过程中都在接收热水,热水使生命活性物质失去活性,并溶出发酵物料中的大部分酶降解的非纤维素物质。之后,发酵物料在挤压空间被主动罗拉和从动罗拉挤压, 在压力的作用下,热水带着生命活性物质和酶降解的非纤维素物质被挤出发酵物料,同时经过挤压,发酵物料也变得松散。
灭活产物运动式水理设备包括接收经过发酵物料运动式灭活设备处理的灭活产物的输入装置51,位于该输入装置51的上方向该输入装置51上的灭活产物喷水的第一压力喷水装置52、对该输入装置51输出的灭活产物进行挤压的挤压装置53和将被挤压后的灭活产物输出的输出装置54。
灭活产物在输入装置上输送的过程中接收第一压力喷水装置喷出的水,水在压力的作用下冲洗掉粘附在纤维上的酶降解非纤维素物质,之后灭活产物在通过挤压装置时受到挤压使得水带着非纤维素物质从灭活产物内流出,从而对灭活产物进行充分的冲洗。由于水具有一定的压力,冲掉非纤维素物质会更容易,因此可降低所需要的水量。
生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备6包括接收经过灭活产物运动式水理设备5处理形成的生物精制草本纤维的输入装置61、对草本纤维进行挤压的水分轧干装置62、接收水分轧干装置62输出的草本纤维的传送装置63、多组上下排列用于运输经过挤压的草本纤维的水平输送装置64,位于该水平输送装置64的上方向其上的草本纤维喷射油液的喷油装置65及至少将该多组水平输送装置64和喷油装置65包围在其封闭的空间内的壳体。
经过水理的草本纤维在通过水分轧干装置时收到挤压使纤维内部的大量游离水流出,从而大大减少了草本纤维的水分。通过多组上下设置的水平输送装置,使得草本纤维在运输的过程中受到喷油装置的反复喷淋,可进行充分的渍油。
生物精制草本纤维运动式烘干设备7包括接收经过生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备6处理后的生物精制草本纤维的输入装置71,对草本纤维进行烘干的烘干装置和将烘干后的草本纤维输出的输出装置73,所述烘干装置包括封闭的壳体721、位于该壳体721内的上下排列的多组水平输送装置722和位于该壳体721内的加热装置723。在本实施例中,所述加热装置723为位于所述多组水平输送装置的上方的电能加热装置,替代了原来的蒸汽散发加热装置,可更快地蒸发草本纤维携带的水分。
生物精制草本纤维在上下排列的多组水平输送装置733上进行往复运动的过程中受到加热装置的加热而蒸发掉多余的水分,与现有的烘干装置相比,可大大减小占地的面积。
在本实施例中,草本纤维原料运动式接种设备2、草本纤维原料运动式湿润发酵设备3、灭活产物运动式水理设备5、生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备6 和生物精制草本纤维运动式烘干设备7均设有多组水平输送装置,这些设备的多组水平输送装置的结构基本相同,其具体的细节和参数可以根据实际的需要进行设置和调整。以下以草本纤维原料运动式接种设备的多组水平输送装置为例,介绍其结构。
如图4所示,上下相邻的所述水平输送装置22的输送方向相反,且位于下方的水平输送装置的输入端在与其输送方向相反的方向上突出于相邻的上方的水平输送装置的输出端以接收从相邻的上方的水平输送装置的输出端落下的物料。在本实施例中,位于下方的水平输送装置的输入端在与其输送方向相反的方向上突出于相邻的上方的水平输送装置的输出端的水平距离不小于300mm。且上下相邻的水平输送装置之间具有高度不低于30mm的空间。上下相邻的水平输送装置的错开设置,使物料在不需要任何转运输装置的情况下从上方水平输送装置运送到下方水平输送装置上,在不借助于外力的情况下,实现了上下运输的自动化。
在本实施例中,所述水平输送装置22包括主动轮221、从动轮222和与所述主动轮221和从动轮222配合的镂空输送带223。镂空输送带223便于菌液、热水、冲洗水和油液可以从上方的水平输送装置滴落至下方的水平输送装置。
作为优选的方案,所述草本纤维原料规范整理设备1的分离装置包括带孔输送装置141、驱动所述带孔输送装置141震动的震动驱动装置142及将灰尘和纤维束伴生物吹走的风机(图中未示出)。所述草本纤维原料规范整理设备的收尘装置15包括至少罩住所述碾压装置和分离装置的壳体151、与该壳体151内部连通的收尘管152和使该壳体151和收尘管152内部形成负压的抽风机(图中未示出)。
所述草本纤维原料规范整理设备112的碾压装置和发酵物料运动式灭活设备4的碾压装置44的结构相同,现在以草本纤维原料规范整理设备1的碾压装置12为例来说明碾压装置的结构。
如图2所示,草本纤维原料规范整理设备1的碾压装置12包括机架121及设在所述机架121上的多对碾压罗拉,该多对碾压罗拉包括在送料方向上依次设置的直齿罗拉、左旋曲齿罗拉、右旋曲齿罗拉和直齿罗拉,每对碾压罗拉包括主动罗拉122和位于所述主动罗拉122上方并与所述主动罗拉122通过凹凸齿啮合的从动罗拉123,如图3所示,所述主动罗拉122的凹凸齿1221的啮合面与所述从动罗拉123的凹凸齿1231的啮合面之间形成允许所述草本纤维原料通过的碾压空间124,多对碾压罗拉的碾压空间对齐构成碾压通道的部分。
在本实施例中,所述主动罗拉122的凹凸齿1221的啮合面与所述从动罗拉123的凹凸齿1231的啮合面之间的距离为2-10mm,所述主动罗拉122的凹凸齿1221的啮合面与所述从动罗拉123的凹凸齿1231的啮合面沿轴向的尺寸相同且为400-1000mm。
作为优选的方案,所述机架121设有上下延伸的滑道(图中未输出),所述从动罗拉123的安装轴可沿所述滑道在上下方向发生一定幅度的位移同时在水平方向上受到限制,所述碾压装置12还包括多个一端与所述机架121固定另一端与所述从动罗拉122的安装轴相抵的碾压弹簧125,多个所述碾压弹簧125与多个所述从动罗拉123一一对应地相抵,所述碾压弹簧125对所述从动罗拉123的安装轴施加向下的预紧力。在本实施例中,所述碾压弹簧125的预紧力为150-250KN。
通过在机架设置滑道,和在机架与从动罗拉的安装轴之间设置碾压弹簧,使得从动罗拉的位置和预紧力可根据草本纤维原料的厚度来进行自动调整。
作为优选的方案,如图2所示,所述草本纤维原料规范整理设备1的碾压装置12与输入装置11相接的一端设有用于接收来自该输入装置11的草本纤维原料并对其进行初步整形的导料筒14,所述导料筒13具有朝向该输入装置的矩形入口和朝向所述碾压罗拉的矩形出口,且在上下方向上所述入口的尺寸大于出口的尺寸,所述导料筒14的出口与所述碾压通道相对将所述草本纤维原料引导进入所述碾压空间124。
导料筒使得草本纤维原料可顺利地进入碾压装置的碾压通道,通过碾压通道后的草本纤维原料具有预定的宽度和厚度,从而实现了对草本纤维原料的规范整理。
作为优选的方案,所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备2还包括位于所述多组水平输送装置22的下方可接收自所述水平输送装置22落下的菌液和草本纤维原料的菌液池25和位于所述菌液池25内扒动所述草本纤维原料使其松散并使其水平运动的机械扒动装置28。菌液池25收集菌液,且可对落在菌液池25内的草本纤维原料继续进行接种,进一步提高了菌液的利用率,机械扒动装置28使草本纤维在水平运动的同时变得松散,使得接种更加均匀。
作为优选的方案,如图4所示,所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备2还包括用于向所述输出装置24上的草本纤维原料喷淋菌液的第二菌液喷淋装置26。所述菌液池25通过管道(图中未示出)与所述第二菌液喷淋装置26相通以将菌液输送至所述第二菌液喷淋装置26。第二菌液喷淋装置使得接种更加充分, 所喷淋的菌液是菌液池中收集的菌液,这进一步提高了菌液的利用率,使草本纤维原料以尽可能少的菌液获得尽可能充分的接种效果。
作为优选的方案,所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备2的输出装置24与所述机械扒动装置28靠近的一端设有将菌液池内的草本纤维原料引导至所述输出装置的镂空输送带上的导流装置27。所述导流装置包括环绕所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备的输出装置的输入端的远离所述机械扒动装置一侧的弧形导流板,所述草本纤维原料在所述导流板与所述输出装置的输入端之间形成的弧形导流通道内发生弯曲并通过所述导流通道使所述草本纤维原料自水平运动方向转向到所述输出装置的镂空输送带的倾斜运动方向上。
如图1和图5所示,所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备2的输出装置24的输出端与所述草本纤维原料运动式湿润发酵设备3的最上方的水平输送装置32之间设有第二导流装置33,所述第二导流装置33包括导流板,该导流板环绕所述草本纤维原料运动式湿润发酵设备的最上方的水平输送装置32的输入端的靠近所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备2的输出装置24的输出端的一侧,该导流板与所述草本纤维原料运动式湿润发酵设备的最上方的水平输送装置32的输入端之间形成弧形导流通道,草本纤维原料在通过该导流通道时内发生弯曲并自所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备的输出装置的倾斜运动方向转向到水平运动方向上。
发酵物料运动式灭活设备4还包括集水池45,所述集水池45位于所述发酵物料运动式灭活设备4的多组水平输送装置42和碾压装置44的下方可收集从多组水平输送装置42和碾压装置44落下的水及从所述碾压装置44的碾压通道的出口落下的发酵物料。所述发酵物料运动式灭活设备4还包括位于所述集水池45内,可扒动所述发酵物料使其松散并使其运动的机械扒动装置46。所述集水池设有废液回收装置47。
作为优选的方案,如图6所示,发酵物料运动式灭活设备4的碾压装置44的碾压通道自其输入端至其输出端倾斜向下延伸,所述碾压通道向下倾斜的角度不大于45°。发酵物料从最下方的水平输送装置42的输出端掉落在碾压通道的入口,通过碾压通道后落在集水池45内,由于碾压通道倾斜且其出口比较低,发酵物料掉落在集水池45内不会发生水平位置的偏离即被机械扒动装置46捕获,因此发酵物料的输送更稳定可靠。
如图7所示,所述灭活产物运动式水理设备5的挤压装置53包括机架531和设在机架531上的多对挤压罗拉,每对挤压罗拉包括主动罗拉532和与所述主动罗拉532配合从动罗拉533,所述主动罗拉532与所述从动罗拉533之间形 成允许所述草本纤维原料通过的挤压空间,多对挤压罗拉的挤压空间对齐构成挤压通道的部分,所述挤压通道的入口接收所述灭活产物运动式水理设备的输入装置输送来的灭活物料。
所述挤压装置53还包括物料外溢阻挡装置(图中未示出),所述物料外溢阻挡装置包括将所述挤压通道与所述多对挤压罗拉的轴向端部隔离开的挡板。挡板是沿着挤压通道的延伸方向设置的,阻挡松散的纤维向挤压罗拉的端部运动,从而防止纤维被卷入挤压罗拉的传动装置。
所述挤压通道的入口位于所述输入装置54的输出端的下方,且所述挤压通道自所述输入装置54的输出端的下方倾斜向下延伸,所述挤压通道向下倾斜的角度不大于45°。挤压通道倾斜使得灭活产物的运输更顺畅,且其出口比较低,灭活产物掉落在输出装置上不会散乱,使得输送更稳定可靠。
所述灭活产物运动式水理设备5的挤压装置53的机架531设有垂直于所述挤压通道延伸的滑道,所述从动罗拉533的安装轴可沿所述滑道发生一定幅度的位移,所述挤压装置53还包括多个一端与所述机架531固定另一端与所述从动罗拉533的安装轴相抵的挤压弹簧534,如图7所示。多个挤压弹簧534与所述挤压装置的多个从动罗拉533一一对应地相抵,挤压弹簧534对所述挤压装置53的从动罗拉533的安装轴施加垂直于且朝向所述挤压通道的预紧力。
所述灭活产物运动式水理设备5还包括第二压力喷水装置55,所述第二压力喷水装置55包括多个或多排平行于所述灭活产物运动式水理设备5的输出装置54排列的喷头。使灭活产物在输出的过程中继续接收水理,可更彻底地清除非纤维素物质。
灭活产物运动式水理设备5还包括位于其输入装置51和挤压装置53的下方的集水池56,该集水池56设有废液回收装置57。废液不会直接排放至大自然中,以防止造成环境污染。废液回收装置57可与废液再利用设备连通将集水池内的水输送至废液再利用装置。
如图8所示,所述生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备6还包括位于其多组水平输送装置64的下方收集从其多组水平输送装置64落下的油液的集油池67。在本实施例中,油液为乳化油。所述生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油6设备还包括向其传送装置63上的草本纤维喷射油液的第二喷油装置68。所述喷油装置65和\或第二喷油装置68通过输油管(图中未示出)与所述集油池67连通并可通过输油泵(图中未示出)将所述集油池67内的油输送到喷油装置65和\或第二喷油装置68内。这种结构实现了油液的重复利用。所述的生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备包括与所述集油池连通的油液回收装置。
所述集油池67内设有可扒动位于最下方的水平输送装置输送并自动落入集油池67内且浸泡于油液中的草本纤维的机械扒动装置672,所述机械扒动装置672包括旋转轮或旋转辊及沿所述旋转轮或旋转辊的圆周设置的扒动齿。草本纤维浸泡于集油池内可获得更充分的渍油。
所述生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备6还包括接收所述机械扒动装置672输送的草本纤维并对其进行挤压的油水轧干装置69,所述油水轧干装置69包括机架694和设在所述机架694上的主动压辊691和从动压辊692。所述水分轧干装置和\或油水轧干装置的主动压辊的轴心与从动压辊的轴心的连线与水平线所成角度小于90度并向输入端倾斜且所述水分轧干装置和\或油水轧干装置的输出端高于其输入端。
这样被挤出的水和油会流向输入端,防止水和油流向输出端的草本纤维而提高了输出端的草本纤维的含水率和含油率。在本实施例中,水分轧干装置和油水轧干装置的输出端均高于输入端。
所述水分轧干装置62和\或油水轧干装置69还包括轧干弹簧623,693,所述轧干弹簧623,693,一端与所述机架624,694固定另一端与所述水分轧干装置62和\或油水轧干装置69的从动压辊的轴相抵,对该从动压辊施加沿所述水分轧干装置和\或油水轧干装置的主动压辊的轴心与从动压辊的轴心的连线朝向所述主动压辊的预紧力。从动压辊对草本纤维的挤压可根据草本纤维的厚度进行自动调整,防止压力过大对草本纤维造成损伤。
如图9所示,所述烘干装置还包括调控所述加热装置723的发热功率并监测壳体内空气的温度、湿度以及所述多组水平输送装置722运动状况的监测器。所述烘干装置还包括用于排出所述壳体内纤维所含水分受热蒸发而形成的热水汽的排气装置725。
所述生物精制草本纤维运动式烘干设备7包括多个烘干装置及设在相邻的烘干装置之间用于传输草本纤维的传送装置74。多个沿着草本纤维的输送方向排列的烘干装置在其排列方向上,其壳体内的温度逐渐升高。本发明的生物精制草本纤维运动式烘干设备设置了多个烘干装置,可以分别单独调控每个烘干装置的温度,而不同的温度会对草本纤维的质量产生不同的影响。烘干装置的温度可以设置为依次逐渐升高,草本纤维从外界的常温环境下可先进入温度较低的烘干装置,然后进入温度较高的烘干装置,不仅更利于水分的蒸发,还会保护草本纤维防止其受损。
如图9所示,所述生物精制草本纤维运动式烘干设备包括沿着草本纤维的输送方向排列的第一烘干装置72、第二烘干装置75和第三烘干装置76,第一 烘干装置72的壳体内的温度为85-95℃,第二烘干装置75的壳体内的温度为95-105℃,第三烘干装置76的壳体内的温度为105-115℃。
本发明的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统可自动完成从草本纤维原料的整理直至烘干的全部过程,操作人员只需要进行监管即可,从而解放了劳动力并且提高了生产效率。通过多组水平输送装置使得接种、发酵、灭活水理、渍油设备和烘干都进行得更均匀更彻底,从而也提高了产品的质量。
本发明还提供一种生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转方法,通过如上所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转设备对草本纤维原料进行处理。所述草本纤维原料规范整理设备的进料厚度为20-60mm。所述输入装置和输出装置的输送带与水平面均呈坡度≤45度的斜坡,通过所述生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统使草本纤维物料保持全程匀速运动,线速度控制为3-30m/min,同时使得所述草本纤维物料在所述草本纤维生物精制的自动化运转系统中运转时保持一致的线宽度,所述线宽度为100-1000mm。其中的线宽度是指草本纤维物料在垂直于其传送方向上的尺寸。
作为优选的方案,在利用所述草本纤维原料规范整理设备整理草本纤维原料之后和利用所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备接种前还包括菌种制备的步骤,菌种制备包括种子罐培养步骤和发酵罐扩增步骤。其中种子罐培养所用时间为4-6小时,发酵罐扩增所用时间为3-5小时。完成发酵扩增后用35℃的水将发酵罐扩增溶液稀释2-6倍作为接种的菌液。
在利用生物精制草本纤维运动式烘干设备对生物精制草本纤维进行烘干之后还依次包括对生物精制草本纤维开松和打包的步骤。
在本发明中,接种所用的时间2-8分钟,发酵4-6小时,灭活3-15分钟,渍油5-20分钟,烘干3-15分钟,开松3-15分钟。
通过功率不小于0.5t\h的锅炉为菌种制备的封闭空间、和发酵物料运动式灭活设备的壳体的内部空间提供蒸汽,通过功率不小于0.5t\h的锅炉为给发酵物料运动式灭活设备提供热水的水罐和给草本纤维运动式渍油设备提供油液的油罐提供对其进行加热的蒸汽。发酵物料运动式灭活设备喷射的水的温度为90-98℃,生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备喷射的油液的温度为90-98℃。
通过管径≤Dg25,且压力≤0.5MPa的供水装置为菌种制备供水,通过管径≤Dg25,且压力≤0.5MPa的供油装置为运动式草本纤维渍油设备提供乳化油液。通过管径≤Dg80,且压力=1±0.5MPa的供水装置为灭活产物运动式水理设备提供温水或自来水。
所述草本纤维原料规范整理设备的进料的含水率≤14%,接种后草本纤维原料含水率≥70%,草本纤维原料运动式湿润发酵设备的壳体内湿度≥70%,生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备的进料含水率≤55%,出料含水率≤56%,生物精制草本纤维运动式烘干设备的出料含水率≤12%。

  1. 一种生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,其特征在于,包括依次排列的:
    草本纤维原料规范整理设备,包括接收并输送草本纤维的输入装置、接收所述输入装置输送的草本纤维并对草本纤维进行碾压的碾压装置、将纤维束与其伴生物分离的分离装置和收集灰尘与纤维束伴生物的收尘装置;
    草本纤维原料运动式接种设备,包括接收所述草本纤维原料规范整理设备输送来的草本纤维原料的输入装置、上下排列的多组水平输送装置、位于水平输送装置的上方对所述水平输送装置上的草本纤维原料进行菌液喷淋的第一菌液喷淋装置和将接种后的草本纤维原料输出的输出装置;
    草本纤维原料运动式湿润发酵设备,包括封闭的壳体和位于所述壳体内的用于输送草本纤维原料的上下排列的多组水平输送装置;
    发酵物料运动式灭活设备,包括接收草本纤维原料发酵后形成的发酵物料的输入装置和接收该输入装置输送的发酵物料的上下排列多组水平输送装置、位于所述灭活设备的水平输送装置的上方并向该水平输送装置上的发酵物料喷射压力热水的压力热水梳和碾压该水平输送装置输出的发酵物料的碾压装置;
    灭活产物运动式水理设备,包括接收经过发酵物料运动式灭活设备处理的灭活产物的输入装置,位于该输入装置的上方向该输入装置上的灭活产物喷水的第一压力喷水装置、对该输入装置输出的灭活产物进行挤压的挤压装置和将被挤压后的灭活产物输出的输出装置;
    生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备,包括接收经过灭活产物运动式水理设备处理形成的生物精制草本纤维的输入装置、对草本纤维进行挤压的水分轧干装置,接收水分轧干装置输出的草本纤维的传送装置、多组上下排列用于运输经过挤压的草本纤维的水平输送装置,位于所述生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备的水平输送装置的上方向该水平输送装置上的草本纤维喷射油液的喷油装置及至少将生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备的多组水平输送装置和喷油装置包围在其封闭的空间内的壳体;
    生物精制草本纤维运动式烘干设备,包括接收经过生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备处理后的生物精制草本纤维的输入装置,对草本纤维进行烘干的烘干装置和将烘干后的草本纤维输出的输出装置,所述烘干装置包括封闭的壳体、位于该壳体内的上下排列的多组水平输送装置和位于该壳体内的加热装置;
    上下相邻的所述水平输送装置的输送方向相反,且位于下方的水平输送装置的输入端在与其输送方向相反的方向上突出于相邻的上方的水平输送装置的输出端以接收从相邻的上方的水平输送装置的输出端落下的物料。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,其特征在于,所述水平输送装置包括主动轮、从动轮和与所述主动轮和从动轮配合的镂空输送带。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,其特征在于,所述碾压装置包括机架及设在所述机架上的多对碾压罗拉,该多对碾压罗拉包括在送料方向上依次设置的直齿罗拉、左旋曲齿罗拉、右旋曲齿罗拉和直齿罗拉,每对碾压罗拉包括主动罗拉和位于所述主动罗拉正上方并与所述主动罗拉通过凹凸齿啮合的从动罗拉,所述主动罗拉的凹凸齿的啮合面与所述从动罗拉的凹凸齿的啮合面之间形成允许所述草本纤维原料通过的碾压空间,多对碾压罗拉的碾压空间对齐构成碾压通道的部分。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,其特征在于,所述机架设有上下延伸的滑道,所述从动罗拉的安装轴可沿所述滑道在上下方向发生一定幅度的位移同时在水平方向上受到限制,所述碾压装置还包括多个一端与所述机架固定另一端与所述从动罗拉的安装轴相抵的碾压弹簧,多个所述碾压弹簧与多个所述从动罗拉一一对应地相抵,所述碾压弹簧对所述从动罗拉的安装轴施加向下的预紧力。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,其特征在于,所述草本纤维原料规范整理设备的碾压装置与输入装置相接的一端设有用于接收来自该输入装置的草本纤维原料并对其进行初步整形的导料筒,所述导料筒具有朝向该输入装置的矩形入口和朝向所述碾压罗拉的矩形出口,且在上下方向上所述入口的尺寸大于出口的尺寸,所述导料筒的出口与所述碾压通道相对将所述草本纤维原料引导进入所述碾压空间。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,其特征在于,所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备还包括位于所述多组水平输送装置的下方可接收自所述水平输送装置落下的菌液和草本纤维原料的菌液池和位于所述菌液池内扒动所述草本纤维原料使其松散并使其水平运动的机械扒动装置。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,其特征在于,所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备还包括用于向所述输出装置上的草本纤维原料喷淋菌液的第二菌液喷淋装置,所述菌液池通过管道与所述第二菌液喷淋装置相通以将菌液输送至所述第二菌液喷淋装置。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,其特征在于,所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备的输出装置与所述机械扒动装置靠近的一端设有将菌液池内的草本纤维原料引导至所述输出装置的镂空输送带上的导 流装置,所述导流装置包括环绕所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备的输出装置的输入端的远离所述机械扒动装置一侧的弧形导流板,所述草本纤维原料在所述导流板与所述输出装置的输入端之间形成的弧形导流通道内发生弯曲并通过所述导流通道使所述草本纤维原料自水平运动方向转向到所述输出装置的镂空输送带的倾斜运动方向上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,其特征在于,所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备的输出装置的输出端与所述草本纤维原料运动式湿润发酵设备的最上方的水平输送装置之间设有第二导流装置,所述第二导流装置包括导流板,该导流板环绕所述草本纤维原料运动式湿润发酵设备的最上方的水平输送装置的输入端的靠近所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备的输出装置的输出端的一侧,该导流板与所述草本纤维原料运动式湿润发酵设备的最上方的水平输送装置的输入端之间形成弧形导流通道,草本纤维原料在通过该导流通道时内发生弯曲并自所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备的输出装置的倾斜运动方向转向到水平运动方向上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,其特征在于,发酵物料运动式灭活设备还包括集水池,所述集水池位于所述发酵物料运动式灭活设备的多组水平输送装置和碾压装置的下方可收集从多组水平输送装置和碾压装置落下的水及从所述碾压装置的碾压通道的出口落下的发酵物料,所述发酵物料运动式灭活设备还包括位于所述集水池内,可扒动所述发酵物料使其松散并使其运动的机械扒动装置,所述集水池设有废液回收装置。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,其特征在于,所述灭活产物运动式水理设备的挤压装置包括机架和设在机架上的多对挤压罗拉,每对挤压罗拉包括主动罗拉和与所述主动罗拉配合从动罗拉,所述主动罗拉与所述从动罗拉之间形成允许所述草本纤维原料通过的挤压空间,多对挤压罗拉的挤压空间对齐构成挤压通道的部分,所述挤压通道的入口接收所述灭活产物运动式水理设备的输入装置输送来的灭活物料,所述挤压装置还包括物料外溢阻挡装置,所述物料外溢阻挡装置包括将所述挤压通道与所述多对挤压罗拉的轴向端部隔离开的挡板。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,其特征在于,所述灭活产物运动式水理设备还包括第二压力喷水装置,所述第二压力喷水装置包括多个或多排平行于所述灭活产物运动式水理设备的输出装置排列的喷头。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,其特征在于,灭活产物运动式水理设备还包括位于其输入装置和挤压装置的下方的集水池,该集水池设有废液回收装置。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,其特征在于,所述生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备还包括位于其多组水平输送装置的下方收集从其多组水平输送装置落下的油液的集油池,所述生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备还包括向其传送装置上的草本纤维喷射油液的第二喷油装置,所述喷油装置和\或第二喷油装置通过输油管与所述集油池连通并可通过输油泵将所述集油池内的油输送到喷油装置和\或第二喷油装置内。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,其特征在于,所述集油池内设有可扒动位于最下方的水平输送装置输送并自动落入集油池内且浸泡于油液中的草本纤维的机械扒动装置,所述机械扒动装置包括旋转轮或旋转辊及沿所述旋转轮或旋转辊的圆周设置的扒动齿。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,其特征在于,所述生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备还包括接收所述机械扒动装置输送的草本纤维并对其进行挤压的油水轧干装置,所述油水轧干装置包括机架和设在所述机架上的主动压辊和从动压辊。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,其特征在于,所述生物精制草本纤维运动式烘干设备包括多个烘干装置及设在相邻的烘干装置之间用于传输草本纤维的传送装置,多个沿着草本纤维的输送方向排列的烘干装置在其排列方向上,其壳体内的温度逐渐升高。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统,其特征在于,所述生物精制草本纤维运动式烘干设备包括沿着草本纤维的输送方向排列的第一烘干装置、第二烘干装置和第三烘干装置,第一烘干装置的壳体内的温度为90±5℃,第二烘干装置的壳体内的温度为100±5℃,第三烘干装置的壳体内的温度为110±5℃。
  19. 一种生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转方法,其特征在于,通过如权利要求1-18中任一项所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转设备对草本纤维原料进行处理。
  20. 如权利要求19所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转方法,其特征在于,所述输入装置和输出装置的输送带与水平面均呈坡度≤45度的斜坡,通过所述生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转系统使草本纤维物料保持全程匀速运动, 线速度控制为3-30m/min,同时使得所述草本纤维物料在所述草本纤维生物精制的自动化运转系统中运转时保持一致的线宽度,所述线宽度为100-1000mm。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转方法,其特征在于,所述草本纤维原料规范整理设备的进料厚度为20-60mm。
  22. 根据权利要求20所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转方法,其特征在于,在利用所述草本纤维原料规范整理设备整理草本纤维原料之后和利用所述草本纤维原料运动式接种设备接种前还包括菌种制备的步骤,菌种制备包括种子罐培养步骤、发酵罐扩增步骤及用35℃的水将发酵罐扩增溶液稀释2-6倍作为接种的菌液的步骤。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转方法,其特征在于,种子罐培养所用时间为4-6小时,发酵罐扩增所用时间为3-5小时。
  24. 根据权利要求20所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转方法,其特征在于,在利用生物精制草本纤维运动式烘干设备对生物精制草本纤维进行烘干之后还依次包括对生物精制草本纤维开松和打包的步骤。
  25. 根据权利要求24所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转方法,其特征在于,接种所用的时间2-8分钟,发酵4-6小时,灭活3-15分钟,渍油5-20分钟,烘干3-15分钟,开松3-15分钟。
  26. 根据权利要求22所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转方法,其特征在于,通过功率不小于0.5t\h的锅炉为菌种制备的封闭空间、和发酵物料运动式灭活设备的壳体的内部空间提供蒸汽,通过功率不小于0.5t\h的锅炉为给发酵物料运动式灭活设备提供热水的水罐和给草本纤维运动式渍油设备提供油液的油罐提供对其进行加热的蒸汽。
  27. 根据权利要求26所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转方法,其特征在于,发酵物料运动式灭活设备喷射的水的温度为90-98℃,生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备喷射的油液的温度为90-98℃。
  28. 根据权利要求26所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转方法,其特征在于,通过管径≤Dg25,且压力≤0.5MPa的供水装置为菌种制备供水,通过管径≤Dg25,且压力≤0.5MPa的供油装置为运动式草本纤维渍油设备提供乳化油液。
  29. 根据权利要求26所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转方法,其特征在于,通过管径≤Dg80,且压力=1±0.5MPa的供水装置为灭活产物运动式水理设备提供温水或自来水。
  30. 根据权利要求26所述的生物精制草本纤维的自动化运转方法,其特征在于,所述草本纤维原料规范整理设备的进料的含水率≤14%,接种后草本纤维原料含水率≥70%,草本纤维原料运动式湿润发酵设备的壳体内湿度≥70%,生物精制草本纤维运动式渍油设备的进料含水率≤55%,出料含水率≤56%,生物精制草本纤维运动式烘干设备的出料含水率≤12%。
