Description

框体结构及推拉门窗 技术领域
本公开涉及门窗技术领域,例如涉及一种框体结构及推拉门窗。
背景技术
相关技术中,推拉门窗的窗扇顶部的导向机构通过螺丝与窗扇紧固,而窗扇所用的型材的壁薄,在窗扇推拉过程中,容易造成导向机构脱落。设置于窗扇下边框的滑轮采用螺丝与窗扇固定。通过螺丝固定滑轮和窗扇的方式使得窗扇在安装过程中,无法调整窗扇与窗框之间的间隙。相关技术中,将相邻边框通过角码连接,将滑轮固定至下边框,即分别安装角码和滑轮,窗扇与窗框之间的装配工艺繁琐。
相关技术中窗扇的结构中,玻璃安装槽位于滑轮的正上方,窗扇的边框宽,未嵌入边框的玻璃的面积小,降低了门窗的通透性。
发明内容
一种能够增大未嵌入边框内的玻璃的面积且方便框体装配的边框结构及推拉门窗。
一种框体结构,包括框体、设置于框体底部相邻边框拼接处的角码滚轮机构、以及卡接于所述框体顶部的导向机构;其中,所述框体的边框内侧壁的第一侧设置有玻璃定位槽,所述框体的边框外侧壁的第一侧设置有用于固定所述导向机构或所述角码滚轮机构的安装槽,所述玻璃定位槽和所述安装槽在内侧壁的第一侧的长度方向上相邻设置。
可选的,所述角码滚轮机构包括用于拼接安装相邻边框的角码,以及一体设置于所述角码的腔体内用于调节所述框体与外部框件之间间隙的滚轮调节组件。
可选的,所述角码包括第一角码单元、第二角码单元,以及夹设于所述第一角码单元和第二角码单元之间的锁紧机构,所述锁紧机构包括第一调节螺丝, 以及与所述第一调节螺丝安装的调节块,第一角码单元和第二角码单元上分别设置有定位滑槽,第一角码单元上的定位滑槽与第二角码单元上的定位滑槽相对设置,所述锁紧机构设置于两定位滑槽内。
可选的,所述滚轮调节组件包括外支架、设置于外支架的内侧面的内支架、以及设置于所述外支架端部且安装于所述角码内的第二调节螺丝。
可选的,所述内支架远离外支架的侧面为第一侧壁,两个内支架的第一侧壁之间设置有滚轮调节轴,所述滚轮调节轴的两端穿出所述内支架,且滚轮调节轴可在贯穿设置于所述外支架侧壁的滑槽内滑动,所述滑槽的延伸方向与所述外支架侧壁的长度方向的夹角不为0,所述滚轮调节轴的两端分别设置于所述角码的腔体相对两侧壁的定位槽内。
可选的,所述导向机构包括插设于所述安装槽的基座组件,以及设置于所述基座组件上方的滚轮组件,所述基座组件包括基座固定片,以及设置于所述基座固定片上方且可相对于所述基座固定片滑动的基座滑片,所述基座固定片的上表面设置有第一凹槽,所述基座滑片的下底面设置有第一凸起,所述第一凸起可嵌入所述第一凹槽相配合。
当所述基座滑片沿所述基座固定片长度方向滑动,所述第一凸起嵌入所述第一凹槽内时,所述基座组件与所述安装槽松配;
当所述基座滑片沿所述基座固定片长度方向滑动,所述第一凸起未嵌入第一凹槽内时,所述基座组件与所述安装槽紧配。
可选的,所述导向机构还包括设置于所述滚轮组件与所述基座滑片之间用于调整滚轮组件沿所述基座组件宽度方向偏转的调整滑片,所述调整滑片的下底面设置有向基座滑片凸出的用于减少所述调整滑片与所述基座滑片之间摩擦力的凸点,所述凸点可相对与所述基座滑片的顶面滑动。
可选的,所述滚轮组件包括固定片、与所述固定片垂直设置的滚动轴、以及设置于所述滚动轴顶端的滚轮;所述调整滑片沿长度方向依次间隔设置有第一腰型槽、第二腰型槽以及第三腰型槽,所述第二腰型槽与所述调整滑片33的长度方向的夹角不为0;所述调整滑片与所述基座滑片通过贯穿所述第一腰型槽的第一铆接轴连接;所述固定片与所述基座滑片通过贯穿所述第二腰型槽的第二铆接轴连接;所述固定片、所述调整滑片、以及所述基座滑片通过贯穿所述 第三腰型槽的第三铆接轴连接;所述基座固定片的端部设置有第一折弯臂,所述基座滑片的端部设置有第二折弯臂,所述调整滑片的端部设置有第三折弯臂;所述第一折弯臂和第二折弯臂通过第三调节螺丝连接,第三调节螺丝上设置有螺纹,所述第二折弯臂与所述第三折弯臂通过第四调节螺丝连接,第四调节螺丝上设置有螺纹。

可选的,所述门锁包括设置于外框体的边框第一侧的第一把手、设置于外框体的边框第二侧的锁体、设置于第一把手和锁体之间的传动轴、以及与所述传动轴相啮合且沿所述传动轴径向滑动的驱动件,所述驱动件与用于开合框体的锁舌,所述锁舌与设置于所述框体侧壁的锁槽卡接,所述驱动件包括设置于所述传动轴第一侧的齿条,以及设置于所述传动轴第二侧与所述齿条扣合的齿条盖,以及所述齿条与紧固于所述传动轴的齿轮啮合。
可选的,所述门锁包括设置于外框体的边框第一侧的第一把手、设置于外框体的边框第二侧的锁体、设置于第一把手和锁体之间的传动轴、以及与所述传动轴相啮合且沿所述传动轴径向滑动的驱动件,所述驱动件与用于开合框体的锁杆,所述锁杆与设置于所述框体侧壁的锁座卡接,所述驱动件包括设置于所述传动轴第一侧的齿条,以及设置于所述传动轴第二侧与所述齿条扣合的齿条盖,以及所述齿条与紧固于所述传动轴的齿轮啮合。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施方式来说明本发明的技术方案。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供一种框体结构,框体结构可以为推拉门的门扇。框体结构包括框体1、设置于框体1底部以及相邻边框拼接处的角码滚轮机构2、以及卡接于所述框体1顶部的导向机构3。如图1所示,框体结构可以沿图1中箭头的方向滑动。所述框体1的边框内侧壁的第一侧沿边框长度方向设置有玻璃定位槽11,所述框体1的边框外侧壁的第一侧沿边框长度方向设置有用于固定所述导向机构3或所述角码滚轮机构2的安装槽12。所述玻璃定位槽11和所述安装槽12在内侧壁的第一侧的长度方向上相邻设置,即,所述玻璃定位槽11在内侧壁的第一侧的长度方向上的投影的一侧边与所述安装槽12在内侧壁的第一侧的长度方向上的投影的一侧边重叠。
可选的,结合图2至图6所示,所述角码滚轮机构可以2包括用于拼接安装相邻边框的角码21,以及设置于所述角码21的腔体内用于调节所述框体1与外部框件上下安装位置的滚轮调节组件22。
可选的,所述角码21包括第一角码单元211、第二角码单元212,以及夹设于所述第一角码单元211和第二角码单元212之间的锁紧机构213。所述锁紧机构213包括第一调节螺丝2131,以及与所述第一调节螺丝2131安装的调节块2132,第一角码单元211和第二角码单元212上分别设置有定位滑槽214,第一角码单元211上的定位滑槽214与第二角码单元212上的定位滑槽214相对设置。所述锁紧机构213设置于两定位滑槽214内。
可选的,与第一调节螺丝2131的螺纹连接时,为了防止调节块2132随第一调节螺丝2131旋转,调节块2132的外周面设置有防滑纹21321。调节块2132可以设置成圆锥台状,在调节块2132旋入第一调节螺丝2131时,调节块2132受第一调节螺丝2131的拉力作用,可沿定位滑槽214的轴向滑动,可调节第一 角码单元211和第二角码单元212之间的间隙。
在角码插入到相邻两边框的安装槽时,通过调节锁紧机构213,可以增大第一角码单元211和第二角码单元212之间的间隙,使得第一角码单元211和第二角码单元212抵住安装槽的内壁,减少了通过打螺丝对角码进行固定所带来的诸多问题。
一实施例中,所述滚轮调节组件22可以包括外支架222、设置在外支架的内侧面的内支架221、以及设置于所述外支架222端部且安装于所述角码21内的第二调节螺丝223。内支架221和外支架222可以相对滑动。
可选的,所述内支架221远离外支架222的侧面为第一侧壁,两个内支架221的第一侧壁之间设置有滚轮调节轴224,所述滚轮调节轴224的两端穿出所述内支架221,滚轮调节轴224可在贯穿设置于所述外支架222侧壁的滑槽2221内滑动。所述滑槽2221的延伸方向与所述外支架侧壁的长度方向的夹角不为0。所述滚轮调节轴224的两端分别设置于所述角码21的腔体相对两侧壁的定位槽215内。
滚轮调节组件22安装在角码的腔体内之后,可通过调节第二调节螺丝,使得外支架与内支架之间产生相对滑动,以及滚轮调节轴224与滑槽2221之间的相对滑动,改变滚轮225外露于角码21的腔体顶面的高度。由于角码与框体紧固,上述高度的变化可以带动框体位置的改变。
以安装门扇与门框为例,在组合门扇的边框时,可通过角码将相邻边框固定到一起,将滚轮调节组件装入角码的腔体内,待门扇安装在门框上后,可以调整第二调节螺丝223,改变滚轮225外露于角码21的腔体顶面的高度,调节门扇与门框之间的间隙。上述实施例中的结构能够避免因相关技术中的门扇下底面滚轮无法调节而造成的门扇和门窗之间的转动不灵活,滚轮滑动不畅以及装配工艺繁琐。
结合图2,图7至图9所示,所述导向机构3可以包括插设于所述安装槽12的基座组件31,以及设置于所述基座组件31上方的滚轮组件32。所述基座组件31包括基座固定片311,以及设置于所述基座固定片311上方且可相对于所述基座固定片311滑动的基座滑片312。
可选的,所述基座固定片311的上表面设置有第一凹槽3111,所述基座滑 片312的下底面设置有第一凸起3121,所述第一凸起3121可嵌入所述第一凹槽3111。
可选的,当所述基座滑片312沿所述基座固定片311长度方向滑动,所述第一凸起3121嵌入所述第一凹槽3111内时,所述基座滑片312与所述基座固定片311之间不存在间隙,即所述基座组件31与所述安装槽12松配。可选的,当所述基座滑片312沿所述基座固定片311长度方向滑动,所述第一凸起3121未嵌入所述第一凹槽3111内时,所述基座滑片312与所述基座固定片311之间存在间隙,即所述基座组件31与所述安装槽12紧配,基座组件31固定在安装槽12内。设置所述第一凸起3121和嵌入所述第一凹槽3111可以避免导向机构通过打螺丝的方式与门扇的框体连接,避免破坏门扇的框体。
一实施例中,所述导向机构3还可以包括设置于所述滚轮组件32与所述基座滑片312之间用于调整滚轮组件32沿所述基座组件31宽度方向偏转的调整滑片33。所述调整滑片33的下底面设置有向基座滑片312凸出的用于减少所述调整滑片33与所述基座滑片312之间摩擦力的凸点331,所述凸点331可相对所述基座滑片312的顶面滑动。
所述滚轮组件32可包括固定片321、与所述固定片321垂直设置的滚动轴322、以及设置于所述滚动轴322顶端的滚轮323。所述调整滑片33沿长度方向依次间隔设置有第一腰型槽332、第二腰型槽333以及第三腰型槽334,所述第二腰型槽333与所述调整滑片33的长度方向的夹角不为0。
所述调整滑片33与所述基座滑片312通过贯穿所述第一腰型槽332的第一铆接轴34连接。所述固定片321与所述基座滑片312通过贯穿所述第二腰型槽333的第二铆接轴35连接。所述固定片321、所述调整滑片33、以及所述基座滑片312通过贯穿所述第三腰型槽334的第三铆接轴36连接。
可选的,所述基座固定片311的端部设置有第一折弯臂3112,所述基座滑片312的端部设置有第二折弯臂3122,以及所述调整滑片33的端部设置有第三折弯臂335。所述第一折弯臂3112和第二折弯臂3122可以通过第三调节螺丝37连接,所述第二折弯臂3122与所述第三折弯臂335可以通过第四调节螺丝38连接,以及第三调节螺丝37和第四调节螺丝38均设置有螺纹。
采用上述结构设计的导向机构,通过调整滚轮组件32与调整滑片33之间 的相对滑动,以及基座滑片312与调整滑片33之间的相对滑动,能够实现安装导向机构时不破坏框体。能够通过改变滚轮组件32的长度方向与基座滑片312的长度方向之间的夹角,避免调整门扇和门框安装过程中所造成的偏心,使得门扇相对于外边框的滑动顺畅。
在上述实施例的基础上,结合图10至图11所示,本实施例提供了一种推拉门窗。推拉门窗包括上述所述的窄边框体结构、外框体4、以及设置于所述外框体4上且用于开合所述窄边框体结构的框体1的门锁5。
所述门锁5包括设置于外框体4的边框内侧的内把手51、设置于外框体4的边框外侧的锁体52、设置于内把手51和锁体52之间的传动轴53、以及与所述传动轴53啮合且沿所述传动轴53径向滑动的驱动件。所述驱动件驱动用于开合框体的锁舌,所述锁舌与设置于所述框体1侧壁的锁槽卡接。所述驱动件包括设置于所述传动轴53第一侧的齿条541,以及设置于所述传动轴53第二侧与所述齿条541扣合的齿条盖542,其中,所述齿条541与紧固于所述传动轴53的齿轮531啮合。
一实施例中,外框体4为门框,内把手和锁体分别设置于门框的内外两侧,传动轴的两端分别与内把手和锁体连接。开锁时,可通过旋转内把手或转动锁体上的钥匙驱动传动轴旋转,驱动驱动件沿门框高度方向往返运动。在门框的边框内设置有与驱动件连接的锁舌,在门框上与门扇的侧壁相对的侧面设置有可容纳锁舌的锁槽,以此结构实现两门扇与门框的开合,避免了相关技术中将门锁5设置到门扇时,使得门扇边框变宽,未嵌入边框的玻璃的面积缩小。
在上述实施例的基础上,一实施例中,参见图10和图11,所述驱动件驱动用于开合框体的锁杆6,所述锁杆6与设置于所述框体1侧壁的锁座7卡接。
一实施例中,外框体4为门框,内把手51和锁体52分别设置于门框的内外两侧,传动轴53的两端分别与内把手51和锁体52连接。开锁时,可通过旋转内把手51或转动锁体52上的钥匙驱动传动轴53旋转,驱动驱动件沿门框高度方向往返运动。在门框的边框内设置有与驱动件连接的锁杆6,在门框上与门扇的侧壁相对的侧面设置有可容纳锁杆6的锁座7,以此结构实现两门扇与门框的开合,避免了相关技术中将门锁5设置到门扇时,使得门扇边框变宽,未嵌入边框的玻璃的面积缩小。
工业实用性
框体结构和推拉门窗能够增大未嵌入边框内的玻璃的面积,且使得框体的装配方便。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种框体结构,包括框体、设置于框体底部相邻边框拼接处的角码滚轮机构、以及卡接于所述框体顶部的导向机构;其中,所述框体的边框内侧壁的第一侧设置有玻璃定位槽,所述框体的边框外侧壁的第一侧设置有用于固定所述导向机构或所述角码滚轮机构的安装槽,所述玻璃定位槽和所述安装槽在内侧壁的第一侧的长度方向上相邻设置。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的框体结构,其中:所述角码滚轮机构包括用于拼接安装相邻边框的角码,以及一体设置于所述角码的腔体内用于调节所述框体与外部框件之间间隙的滚轮调节组件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的框体结构,其中:所述角码包括第一角码单元、第二角码单元,以及夹设于所述第一角码单元和第二角码单元之间的锁紧机构,所述锁紧机构包括第一调节螺丝,以及与所述第一调节螺丝安装的调节块,第一角码单元和第二角码单元上分别设置有定位滑槽,第一角码单元上的定位滑槽与第二角码单元上的定位滑槽相对设置,所述锁紧机构设置于两定位滑槽内。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的框体结构,其中:所述滚轮调节组件包括外支架、设置于外支架的内侧面的内支架、以及设置于所述外支架端部且安装于所述角码内的第二调节螺丝。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的框体结构,其中:所述内支架远离外支架的侧面为第一侧壁,两个内支架的第一侧壁之间设置有滚轮调节轴,所述滚轮调节轴的两端穿出所述内支架,且滚轮调节轴可在贯穿设置于所述外支架侧壁的滑槽内滑动,所述滑槽的延伸方向与所述外支架侧壁的长度方向的夹角不为0,所述滚轮调节轴的两端分别设置于所述角码的腔体相对两侧壁的定位槽内。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种框体结构,其中:所述导向机构包括插设于所 述安装槽的基座组件,以及设置于所述基座组件上方的滚轮组件,所述基座组件包括基座固定片,以及设置于所述基座固定片上方且可相对于所述基座固定片滑动的基座滑片,所述基座固定片的上表面设置有第一凹槽,所述基座滑片的下底面设置有第一凸起,所述第一凸起可嵌入所述第一凹槽相配合。
    当所述基座滑片沿所述基座固定片长度方向滑动,所述第一凸起嵌入所述第一凹槽内时,所述基座组件与所述安装槽松配;
    当所述基座滑片沿所述基座固定片长度方向滑动,所述第一凸起未嵌入第一凹槽内时,所述基座组件与所述安装槽紧配。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的框体结构,其中:所述导向机构还包括设置于所述滚轮组件与所述基座滑片之间用于调整滚轮组件沿所述基座组件宽度方向偏转的调整滑片,所述调整滑片的下底面设置有向基座滑片凸出的用于减少所述调整滑片与所述基座滑片之间摩擦力的凸点,所述凸点可相对与所述基座滑片的顶面滑动。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的框体结构,其中:所述滚轮组件包括固定片、与所述固定片垂直设置的滚动轴、以及设置于所述滚动轴顶端的滚轮;所述调整滑片沿长度方向依次间隔设置有第一腰型槽、第二腰型槽以及第三腰型槽,所述第二腰型槽与所述调整滑片33的长度方向的夹角不为0;所述调整滑片与所述基座滑片通过贯穿所述第一腰型槽的第一铆接轴连接;所述固定片与所述基座滑片通过贯穿所述第二腰型槽的第二铆接轴连接;所述固定片、所述调整滑片、以及所述基座滑片通过贯穿所述第三腰型槽的第三铆接轴连接;所述基座固定片的端部设置有第一折弯臂,所述基座滑片的端部设置有第二折弯臂,所述调整滑片的端部设置有第三折弯臂;所述第一折弯臂和第二折弯臂通过第三调节 螺丝连接,第三调节螺丝上设置有螺纹,所述第二折弯臂与所述第三折弯臂通过第四调节螺丝连接,第四调节螺丝上设置有螺纹。
  9. 一种推拉门窗,包括如权利要求1至8任意一项所述的框体结构、外框体、以及设置于所述外框体上且用于开合所述框体结构的框体的门锁。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的推拉门窗,其中:所述门锁包括设置于外框体的边框第一侧的第一把手、设置于外框体的边框第二侧的锁体、设置于第一把手和锁体之间的传动轴、以及与所述传动轴相啮合且沿所述传动轴径向滑动的驱动件,所述驱动件与用于开合框体的锁舌,所述锁舌与设置于所述框体侧壁的锁槽卡接,所述驱动件包括设置于所述传动轴第一侧的齿条,以及设置于所述传动轴第二侧与所述齿条扣合的齿条盖,以及所述齿条与紧固于所述传动轴的齿轮啮合。
