背景技术
随着科学技术的不断发展,投影设备的便携性越来越得到市场的重视。然而,现有技术中的微型投影产品亮度在400流明以上的,为了能够便携使用,往往将可充电模块和产品本体作为一体式结构。
技术问题
然而该种微型投影产品的整体体积仍然较大,而且出门还必须带上适配器和电源线,不便于携带和使用。
因此,如何提高现有技术中的微型投影设备的便携性,成为本领域技术人员所要解决的重要技术问题。
技术解决方案
有鉴于此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种投影设备,其具有较好的便携性,且占用空间较小、整体感较好。
本实用新型提供的一种投影设备,包括主机和可充电模块,所述主机和所述可充电模块为可拆卸连接,而且所述主机和所述可充电模块平齐对接,所述主机和所述可充电模块的接触端都设有触点,当所述主机和所述可充电模块对接在一起时,所述主机和所述可充电模块的触点实现电导通。
优选地,所述主机和所述可充电模块通过连接件可拆卸连接。
优选地,所述连接件包括设置在所述主机和所述可充电模块上、且能够将二者吸附在一起的磁性部件。
优选地,所述连接件包括设置在所述主机和所述可充电模块其中一者对接端上的锁扣、和设置在另一者对接端上的供所述锁扣插入的凹槽。
优选地,所述锁扣设置在所述可充电模块上,且所述可充电模块设有用于推动所述锁扣伸缩的拨动键。
优选地,所述锁扣为横截面形状为三角形的柱状结构,所述凹槽的横截面与所述锁扣的横截面形状相一致。
优选地,所述锁扣的数量至少为两个,所述凹槽与所述锁扣一一对应。
优选地,所述主机和所述可充电模块的其中一个上的所述触点为弹性柱触点,另一个上的所述触点为导电片触点。
优选地,所述磁性部件为分别设置在所述主机和所述可充电模块内的磁铁,且所述磁铁分别设置在所述主机和所述可充电模块的对接端。
优选地,所述可充电模块与所述主机的对接面的形状、大小相同。
有益效果
本实用新型提供的投影设备,其主机和可充电模块为可拆卸结构,当需要使用可充电模块时,可将可充电模块连接在主机上,主机和可充电模块可以平齐对接,主机和可充电模块的接触端都设有触点,当主机和可充电模块连接在一起时,主机和可充电模块的触点实现电导通。使用完毕后,可将主机和可充电模块拆分开来,以便于携带。由于本实用新型提供的技术方案中,主机和可充电模块是平齐对接的,不仅便携性较好,而且由于二者通过平齐对接形成一体结构,整体感较好,另外,平齐对接的主机和可充电模块的整体高度较低,二者占用空间较小。

本发明的最佳实施方式
本具体实施方式的目的在于提供一种投影设备,其具有较好的便携性、占用空间较小、而且整体感较好。
以下,参照附图对实施例进行说明。此外,下面所示的实施例不对权利要求所记载的实用新型内容起任何限定作用。另外,下面实施例所表示的构成的全部内容不限于作为权利要求所记载的实用新型的解决方案所必需的。
请参考图1-图2,本实施例提供的一种投影设备,包括主机11和可充电模块12,可充电模块12能够作为主机11的电源,为主机11提供投影所需的电能。
本实施例中,主机11和可充电模块12为可拆卸结构,使用时可将可充电模块12连接在主机11上,使用完毕后再将可充电模块12拆卸下来,如此便于携带。另外,本实施例提供的技术方案中,主机11和可充电模块12是平齐对接的,二者占用空间较小、而且整体感较好。
主机11和可充电模块12通过连接件相连接,具体地,连接件包括设置在主机11和可充电模块12上且能够将二者吸附在一起的磁性部件,且主机11和可充电模块12的接触端都设有触点13,当主机11和可充电模块12通过磁性部件吸附在一起时,主机11和可充电模块12的触点13实现电导通。需要说明的是,对于上述磁性部件,可以是分别设置在主机11和可充电模块12上的磁性相异的磁铁,也可以是设置在主机11和可充电模块12中一个上的磁铁和设置在另一个上的可被磁铁吸附的金属部件。通过如此设置,本实施例提供的技术方案,主机11和可充电模块12通过磁性部件吸附在一起,方便快捷。
另外,作为连接件的另一种实施方式,连接件设置为一可旋转的卡钩和一固定的卡柱,具体来说,卡钩的一端枢轴转动地固定在可充电模块上,另一端设有带开口的卡钩,卡钩具有一定的弹性变形量,相应的,在主机上设有卡柱,开口的直径小于卡柱的外径,当卡钩与卡柱过盈配合以卡接时,可充电模块和主机实现连接,而当卡钩被施力而弹性变形时,卡钩脱离卡柱,可充电模块和主机实现拆卸。
此外,作为连接件的又一种实施方式,连接件设置为一伸缩臂和导槽,具体来说,在可充电模块上设有一伸缩臂,其自由段设有弹性变形的卡爪,例如,卡爪为弹性变形的球形体,在主机上设有导槽,在导槽末端设有与球形体相配合的球形孔,在伸缩臂伸入导槽中时,球形体被挤压变形,并在导槽中滑动,待滑动至球形孔处时,在弹性恢复力作用下,球形体进入球形孔并过盈配合,实现可充电模块和主机的连接,可充电模块12和主机11的拆卸过程与上述相反,可参照得出,因此,实现了可充电模块12和主机11的可拆卸连接。
进一步地,为了防止主机11和可充电模块12在振动或受外力情况下产生错动,导致触点13接触不良的问题,本实施例的优选方案中,在主机11和可充电模块12中,其中一者对接面上设有锁扣14、另一者对接面上设有供锁扣14插入的凹槽。
比如,本实施例中,可以在可充电模块12上设置锁扣14,在主机11上设置有供锁扣14插入的凹槽16。当锁扣14插入到凹槽16中后,锁扣14能够将可充电模块12锁定在主机11上,以避免因振动或外力原因而导致可充电模块12和主机11发生相对错动的问题。而且,锁扣14和凹槽16分别设置在了可充电模块12和主机11的对接面上,当可充电模块12和主机11对接在一起时,锁扣14和凹槽16的连接部位为隐藏式的,不需占用外部空间,且整体感较好。
本实施例中,锁扣14为横截面形状为三角形的柱状结构,凹槽16的横截面与锁扣14的横截面形状相一致。当锁扣14伸入到凹槽16内后,锁扣14与凹槽通过过盈配合实现可充电模块12和主机11的可靠连接,而且横截面为三角形的锁扣14具有较好的导向作用,使可充电模块12的触点13与主机11的触点13准确对正。
本实施例中,上述锁扣14和凹槽16优选为两个或两个以上,凹槽16与锁扣14一一对应,如此设置,通过多个锁扣14和凹槽16的配合,能够进一步提高可充电模块12和主机11的连接可靠性。
在优选方案中,可充电模块12上设有用于推动锁扣14伸缩的拨动键15。拨动键15与锁扣14相连接,而且可充电模块12的壳体上设有供拨动键15滑动的滑槽,拨动键15沿滑槽向上推动时,可将锁扣14推出,当拨动键15向下滑动时,可带动锁扣14缩回至可充电模块12的壳体内。如此设置,当可充电模块12处于非使用状态时,可将锁扣14收回,进一步减小了可充电模块12的体积,便于携带。
当可充电模块12与主机11连接在一起时,可充电模块12和主机11的触点13相接触,进而可以实现二者的电连接。为了保证两个触点13具有较好的导电性,主机11和可充电模块12,其中一个上的触点13为弹性柱触点,另一个上的触点13为导电片触点。
比如,可充电模块12上的触点13为弹性柱触点,主机11上的触点13为导电片触点,当可充电模块12与主机11相连接时,弹性柱触点受力压缩,通过其弹性力抵紧在导电片触点上,如此设置,弹性柱触点始终通过其自身弹性与导电片触点相抵紧,保证了二者之间的接触可靠性。
上述弹性柱触点可以具体如下设置,弹性柱触点包括导电柱和抵在导电柱底端和可充电模块壳体之间的弹簧,当然,上述弹性柱触点可以为弹片触点。
另外,本实施例中,可充电模块12的外形结构与主机11的对接面外形结构具有一致性,可充电模块12连接时,可充电模块12延续了主机的外形结构,相当于主机11结构延长了,具有更好的整体感。

1、一种投影设备,包括主机和可充电模块,其特征在于,所述主机和所述可充电模块为可拆卸连接,而且所述主机和所述可充电模块平齐对接,所述主机和所述可充电模块的接触端都设有触点,当所述主机和所述可充电模块对接在一起时,所述主机和所述可充电模块的触点实现电导通。
2、如权利要求1所述的投影设备,其特征在于,所述主机和所述可充电模块通过连接件可拆卸连接。
3、如权利要求2所述的投影设备,其特征在于,所述连接件包括设置在所述主机和所述可充电模块上、且能够将二者吸附在一起的磁性部件。
4、如权利要求2所述的投影设备,其特征在于,所述连接件包括设置在所述主机和所述可充电模块其中一者对接端上的锁扣、和设置在另一者对接端上的供所述锁扣插入的凹槽。
5、如权利要求4所述的投影设备,其特征在于,所述锁扣设置在所述可充电模块上,且所述可充电模块设有用于推动所述锁扣伸缩的拨动键。
6、如权利要求4所述的投影设备,其特征在于,所述锁扣为横截面形状为三角形的柱状结构,所述凹槽的横截面与所述锁扣的横截面形状相一致。
7、如权利要求4-6任一项所述的投影设备,其特征在于,所述锁扣的数量至少为两个,所述凹槽与所述锁扣一一对应。
8、如权利要求1所述的投影设备,其特征在于,所述主机和所述可充电模块的其中一个上的所述触点为弹性柱触点,另一个上的所述触点为导电片触点。
9、如权利要求3所述的投影设备,其特征在于,所述磁性部件为分别设置在所述主机和所述可充电模块内的磁铁,且所述磁铁分别设置在所述主机和所述可充电模块的对接端。
10、如权利要求1所述的投影设备,其特征在于,所述可充电模块与所述主机的对接面的形状、大小相同。
