[0038] 步骤 S33, 脉象侦测模块 102从客户的脉波信号中抽取客户的一组脉象特征参数 。 具体地, 脉象侦测模块 102客户的脉波信号中抽取客户的一组脉象特征参数的 步骤包括: 将脉波信号中的每一波谷或每一波峰作为切割点将每一个脉波信号 切割出多个单一脉波信号, 而每一个单一脉波代表心脏每一次心跳律动所产生 的脉波; 利用多高斯混合模型将至少一个单一脉波进行数据处理找出单一脉波 的主波峰及重搏波峰的两个特征点位置作为脉象特征参数。 在本实施例中, 所 述高斯混合模型包含至少二个高斯函数, 脉象侦测模块 102将单一脉波经多高斯 混合模型处理后得到代表单一脉波的第一高斯函数及第二高斯函数, 将第一高 斯函数及第二高斯函数反应的单一脉波对应到一个二维坐标系中, 第一高斯函 数具有单一脉波的第一顶点、 第二高斯函数具有单一脉波的第二顶点, 找出第 一顶点和第二顶点所在坐标横轴位置及其所对应的单一脉波的纵轴数值, 进而 找出单一脉波的主波峰及重搏波峰的两个特征点位置。 本实施例通过多高斯混 合模型处理脉波信号能够有效的撷取出脉波的特征点位置, 进而能得到客户的 脉象特征参数, 以供医务人员为客户进行中医治未病分析, 如评估心血管健康 状态等等。
[0039] 步骤 S34, 体质调査模块 103将客户的体征图像及脉象特征参数发送至医生端 3 供医务人员对客户的体质进行辨识得到中医体质报告, 并从医生端 3获取客户的 中医体质报告。 具体地, 医务人员根据客户的体征图像及脉象特征参数, 并结 合中医体质辨识判定标准进行体质辨识, 同吋生成每个客户对应的中医体质报 告并通过医生端 3将客户的中医体质报告上传至服务器 1中。 在本实施例中, 所 述中医体质辨识判定标准由中华中医药学会颁发, 其包括多种体质类型信息, 例如平和质、 气虚质、 阴虚质、 阳虚质、 痰湿质、 血瘀质、 气郁质和特禀质等 9 种人群体质类型以及由上述 9种体质衍生的体检质类型如气阴两虚等 36种的中医 体质辨识判定标准, 医务人员根据客户的体征图像 (例如颜面部位图像、 眼部 血管脉络图像、 舌部图像) 及脉象特征参数并结合上述标准进行体质辨识, 生 成每个客户对应的中医体质报告, 该中医体质报告包括辨识出的体质对应的形 体特征、 常见表现、 心理特征和对外界环境的适应能力, 以及是否有发病倾向 息。

[权利要求 1] 一种基于体质辨识的中医治未病服务系统, 运行于云平台服务器中, 该云平台服务器连接有一个或多个智能终端、 一个或多个医生端和健 康数据库, 该健康数据库包括健康档案库以及中医知识库, 其特征在 于, 所述基于体质辨识的中医治未病服务系统包括: 体征侦测模块, 用于通过智能终端的摄像仪摄取客户的体征图像; 脉象侦测模块, 用 于通过智能终端的脉诊仪感测客户的脉波信号, 以及从所述脉波信号 中抽取客户的一组脉象特征参数; 体质调査模块, 用于将客户的体征 图像及脉象特征参数发送至医生端供医务人员对客户的体质进行辨识 得到中医体质报告, 并从医生端获取客户的中医体质报告; 治未病调 养模块, 用于根据客户的中医体质报告从中医知识库中调取治未病服 务模板并发送至医生端供医务人员制定客户的治未病调养方案; 治未 病跟踪模块, 用于定期从健康档案库中获取客户的健康信息并发送给 医生端以供医务人员对中医治未病的效果进行评估, 并将中医治未病 的改善效果发送至智能终端。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的基于体质辨识的中医治未病服务系统, 其特征在 于, 所述脉象侦测模块具体用于将所述脉波信号中的每一波谷或每一 波峰作为切割点将该脉波信号切割出多个单一脉波信号, 以及利用多 高斯混合模型将至少一个单一脉波进行数据处理找出单一脉波的主波 峰及重搏波峰的两个特征点位置作为脉象特征参数。
