Abstract

本发明公开了一种基于互联网的老年人中医护养服务体系,将中医理念系统化应用于老年人的四季养生、体质调理当中。通过信息化平台大数据处理,以“体质辨识→养生原则及方案→养生计划→专业照护执行→定期更新改进”形成的智能化中医护养服务体系。本发明根据老人体质评估结果,兼顾所患的多种疾病带来的调养需求,根据季节的不同,给出日常个性化的养生指导建议,内容涵盖起居、药膳、穴位按摩、运动、情志等方案,以调理老人体质、提高身体抵抗力、延缓病情发展,从而提高老人生活质量。

一种基于互联网的老年人中医护养服务体系
技术领域
本发明涉及老年人护养服务技术领域,尤其涉及一种以中粹中医理论为基础的老年人中医护养服务体系。
背景技术
中中传统医学认为,人和自然是密切相关的,人是自然的一部分,所谓天人合一、天人相应,中医养生则是个体系,是利用大自然馈赠我们的万物,顺应五行和四季时令变化的规律,调整饮食起居、疏通经络、调摄情志(心理)、调节行为方式来达到提高身体抵抗力、延缓衰老、防止疾病发生和恶化,进而达到养生的目的,如果违背了四季的轮回自然规律,人体就会出问题,也就是说疾病和季节的变化有着密切的关系。针对老年人的中医护养服务体系,是利用中医顺四时而适寒暑养生的养生理论:春养肝、夏养心、秋养肺、冬养肾,以每日的晨昏昼夜时间为轴,在起居、饮食、药膳、穴位按摩、运动、情志等方面,打造顺应四时阴阳的四季养生体系,并以个性化的方案贯彻到老人日常生活的细节上。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决将中医养生理论和手法有针对性、科学合理地应用到老年人个性化养老服务中,解决老年人盲目选择中医治疗、养生项目、保健用品的问题,而提出的一种基于互联网的老年人中医护养服务体系。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
1、本发明的体质辨识技术方案,采用两种方式,即量表式和舌象辨识方式。
2、本发明采取“护养管家评估+照护师执行+中医团队支撑”的模式。由护养管家采集信息评估,出具中医养生方案及日常养生执行计划;中医团队负责审核、抽查养生方案及执行计划的准确性;照护师负责按即定的养生执行计划完成各项养生操作。
3、本发明通过智能信息化手段,支持完整服务作业链,提高效率及准确性。以信息化服务管理平台为依托,以“体质辨识→养生原则及方案→养生计划→专业照护执行→定期更新改进”形成的智能化中医护养服务体系。
4、本发明的信息系统设计方案:包括信息采集模块,中央处理模块和信息输出模块,所述信息采集模块双向通信连接有中央处理模块,中央处理模块双向通信连接有输出模块。信息采集和信息输出模块的开发设计,支持PC端和移动终端使用。
具体实施方案:
1、两种方式采集老人信息,信息化平台自动完成体质辨识
(1)选择个人日常身体表现的简便易回答的问题制成量表,根据感受度按1-5分别打分,通过分值测算,将体质区分为九大显著类型,即平和体质、阳虚体质、阴虚体质、气虚体质、痰湿体质、湿热体质、血瘀体质、气郁体质、特禀体质;
(2)以九大类型体质的典型舌象为标准,采集老人舌象做计算机对比,辨识老人体质类型。
2、不同体质制定不同的养生原则,以阴虚体质为例:
特点:阳气不足、畏寒怕冷、手足不温;
易患疾病:结核病、肿瘤、高血压、高血脂、糖尿病等;
养生原则:避免劳累、食宜甘润、药宜养阴
3、根据不同类型体质,遵照养生原则,制定养生方案,仍以阴虚体质为例:
起居方案:夏应避暑,冬要养阴,居室安静,生活规律,不熬夜
饮食方案:宜甘凉滋润类;忌辛辣燥烈类;
药膳选择:蜂蜜银耳蒸百合(糖尿病者忌)
运动方案:宜中小强度,控制出汗量;忌:大运动量,在炎热夏天或闷热环境下运动
运动项目选择:选择八段锦中适合内容(如摇头摆尾、两手攀足),手指操
穴位方案:穴位选择:太溪、三阴交
操作手法:按揉法,每个穴位按揉2~3分钟,每天操作 1~2次。
情志调节:选择流畅抒情型音乐,如《春江花月夜》等
4、将不同体质类型的起居、饮食、运动、穴位按摩、情志调节等方案中所列内容,以时间为轴,制定每日、每周、每月的执行计划,确定各项目的具体实施时间及时长,以便照护师遵照执行。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围。

Claims (11)

1.一种基于互联网的老年人中医护养服务体系,是以信息化服务管理平台为核心,通过大数据处理,以“体质辨识→养生原则及方案→养生计划→专业照护执行→定期更新改进”形成的智能化中医护养服务体系。其特征在于:将中医的四季养生、适时养生理论及手段系统化地应用于老年人体质调理、日常养生执行当中,这是一个动态的管理过程。
首先,首先按照中华中医药学会九种体质判定标准对老人进行体质测评,结合营养状况及所患慢病,综合评估后,为老人提供个性化养生保健指导方案;
其次,根据老人的体质评估结果,确定有针对性的日常护养方案,从顺应四季的起居调整、药膳调理、穴位按摩、养生操运动等方面加以调理,从而达到阴阳平衡,提高老人的身体抵抗力;
再次,在日常护养方案的基础上,以四季、晨昏时间为轴,制定详细的中医护养执行计划,计划制定后:
(1)接受过训练的照护师按护养执行计划,按时为老人完成各项养生操作,提供日常的养生照护;
(2)照护师将操作完成情况、老人反应等信息上传信息管理平台,出现异常及时处理;
最后,需要对老人的健康情况予以跟踪、及时了解、发现老人身心变化,调整护养方案,更有效地为老人提供健康保障。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的老年人中医护养服务体系,其特征在于,选择简便易回答的问题制成量表,根据个人身体真实感打分,选择辨识度高的舌象做观察项目,通过量化数据,将体质区分为九大显著类型,即平和体质、阳虚体质、阴虚体质、气虚体质、痰湿体质、湿热体质、血瘀体质、气郁体质、特禀体质;并根据不同体质类型分别给出不同的养生原则、起居调整、药膳调理、穴位按摩、养生运动等。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的老年人中医护养服务体系,其特征在于,根据不同体质类型,提出起居调整方案,包括居室环境、色调、温湿度、作息等不同维度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的老年人中医护养服务体系,其特征在于,根据不同体质类型,提出饮食方案,包括宜食、忌食、四季药膳配方等几个维度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的老年人中医护养服务体系,其特征在于,根据不同体质类型,提出四季不同的运动方案,包括宜做、忌做、养生操等不同维度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的老年人中医护养服务体系,其特征在于,根据不同体质类型,提出穴位按摩方案,并确定手法、频次、时长等标准。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的老年人中医护养服务体系,其特征在于,根据不同体质类型,提出情志调节方案,以音乐养生为主,提出四季、晨昏不同的音乐类型。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的老年人中医护养服务体系,其特征在于,根据不同体质类型,制定个性化的养生执行计划,将起居、饮食、运动、穴位按摩、情志调节方案中所列内容,以时间为轴,制定每日、每周、每月的执行计划,确定各项目的具体实施时间及时长,以便照护师遵照执行。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的老年人中医护养服务体系,其特征在于,通过专业评估师现场问询、观察老人各项体征表现,将量化数据通过移动终端即时录入信息系统平台,自动处理采集到的老人信息,自动生成养生方案及养生执行计划。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的老年人中医护养服务体系,其特征在于,所述信息化服务管理平台,能够链接专业评估师、老人照护师、老人亲属的PC端和移动终端,并能实现信息即时互动,为评估师提供快速处理老人、家属及照护师遇到问题的智能操作工具。
11.根据权利要求1所述的一种基于互联网的老年人中医护养服务体系,其特征在于,老人的体征辨识方法采用量表打分和舌象辨识两种方式,达到非中医医师出身的评估师也能快速、准确评估老人的目的。
