一种复合涂层装饰压花玻璃基板制备方法,该方法在压花玻璃基板上,通过裁切、磨边、打孔、低高温涂层、钢化等工艺制备出一种复合涂层耐冲击建筑装饰压花玻璃基板。
Description
本发明公开一种复合涂层装饰压花玻璃基板制备方法,属于家居、装饰装潢、建筑装饰行、光伏建筑一体化行业技术领域。
随着光伏行业的发展、太阳能光伏组件的应用与推广,对太阳能组件的要求在不断提高,尤其在土地资源日益缺乏的今天,光伏建筑一体化的议程在被不断的提起。太阳能光伏组件受到组件尺寸和背面色彩单调,视觉效果不佳等因素的限制,导致作为建筑物的一部分,不能够与建筑物整体协调,而且在组装过程中,组件之间容易产生闪缝,影响整体装饰的美观。复合涂层耐冲击建筑装饰压花玻璃面板的发明,成功解决了以上问题点,使组件安装过程中具有各种各样的外观涂层、颜色绚丽多彩。
发明内容
技术问题:为解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种复合涂层装饰压花玻璃基板制备方法,使产品达到具有各式各样的外观涂层、颜色绚丽多彩、耐划伤、抗冲击、拼接无闪缝的特点。
技术方案:本发明是一种复合涂层装饰压花玻璃基板制备方法,该制作方法具体包括以下步骤:
第一步:玻璃基材加工:在玻璃基材烧结软化后,选用不同纹理的压延辊,将玻璃基材压制成具有不规则压花玻璃基板,根据压延纹理的不同具有不同的反射角,玻璃基材厚度为0.1mm-12mm;
第二步:全自动电脑数控精密切裁成规则或指定尺寸;该基板玻璃精密切裁要求误差达到±0.2mm之内;
第三步:采用加工中心机器进行指定参数精密磨边、抛光;使边部具有单向或双向孤边效果,其孤长可以达到0.1㎜-20㎜;角部处理R在0.1㎜-50㎜;
第五步:通过彩色溅射镀膜层、网印、滚涂、喷涂和转印工艺制备复合涂层。
其中:
所述的具有不规则压花玻璃基板包括光伏超白压花玻璃、超白压花、普通压花玻璃。
所述复合涂层是先通过丝网、转印方式制备线条拉丝;再通过丝印、滚涂、喷涂、转印的方式制备单层或多层多彩装饰涂层;最后再通过丝印、滚涂、喷涂、转印的方式制备封底保护涂层。
有益效果:本发明制备方法简单,新工艺创作出新型产品。通过对玻璃自身的处理并结合图纹色彩点缀,来完成整体的产品创作,使其产品更具有质感与美感;同时解决在组装过程中,组件之间容易产生闪缝,影响整体装饰的美观的问题,将增强产品市场竞争力,加快企业自主创新产品的开发;该产品的研发也将对市场新领域的拓展和经济效益的提升,起到积极的推进和促进作用。
图1是本实用新型的层状结构示意图。
其中有:不规则压花玻璃基板1、单层或多层多彩装饰涂层2、保护涂层3。
本发明是一种复合涂层装饰压花玻璃基板制备方法,其中技术要点包括以下三点:1、不同规则花纹的压花玻璃基板制备。2、在玻璃基板上进行高精度打孔及边角部处理。3、多彩装饰涂层的制备。
本发明采用玻璃在制备过程中,首先使用不同规则的压花,在玻璃表面进行滚动压花处理,制备具有不同规则纹理的压花玻璃;其次使用全自动切割机切裁玻璃基板,定制不同规则尺寸;使用加工中进行边部角部处理;然后,在玻璃表面使用打孔机或者水切割方式进行打孔处理;最后,通过彩色溅射镀膜层、网印、滚涂、喷涂、转印等工艺制备复合涂层,制备最终产品。
该制作方法具体包括以下步骤:
第一步:玻璃基材加工:在玻璃基材烧结软化后,选用不同纹理的压延辊,将玻璃基材压制成具有不规则压花玻璃基板,根据压延纹理的不同具有不同的反射角,玻璃基材厚度为0.1mm-12mm;
