一种新型微动开关,包括隔离板、设于隔离板下方的动触片连接部和基座,隔离板和动触片连接部的后端分别与基座的一侧相固定连接,隔离板的左右两侧分别设有一个向下延伸的挡水筋,且挡水筋对应设于动触片连接部外侧,以避免凝结的水珠滴落至动触片连接部上。

如图1-5所示,在本实施例中,隔离板2的左右两侧分别设有一个向下延伸的挡水筋9,且挡水筋9对应设于动触片连接部3外侧,以避免凝结的水珠滴落至动触片连接部3上,挡水筋9自隔离板2的后端向前延伸,其延伸长度大于或等于动触片连接部3对应的长度。
通过上述设置,隔离板2上与动触片连接部3相对应处的水雾凝结成的水珠均能从挡水筋9滴落,从而避免了其滴落至动触片连接部3上。
优选的,挡水筋9的延伸长度大于动触片连接部3对应的长度。
其中,两个挡水筋9在水平方向上的距离大于动触片连接部3对应的宽度。
上述设置保证了挡水筋9对应设于动触片连接部3外侧。
具体地,动触片连接部3设于两个挡水筋9的中间位置,令动触片连接部3与两个挡水筋9之间距离相等。
所述挡水筋9经隔离板2的左右两侧向下弯折形成。
优选的,所述挡水筋9靠近动触片4的一侧为自挡水筋9的下端逐渐靠近隔离板2所形成的斜面。
上述设置的斜面提高了挡水筋9的引流效果。
更优选的,两个挡水筋9靠近动触片连接部3的一侧与隔离板2构成拱形结构。
进一步优选的,所述挡水筋9的下端朝一处逐渐向下收缩形成倒锥状。
上述设置令水珠从一处滴落,滴落处的下方设有导流装置,以将滴落的水珠导向外部,避免造成电器腐蚀。
实施例二
如图2-5所示,本实施例与实施例一的区别在于,所述新型隔离开关还包括静触片7和设于静触片7下方的动触片4,静触片7和动触片4的前端与基座8的另一侧相固定连接,静触片7和动触片4的后端分别设有静触点6和动触点5,静触片7和动触片4设于与基座8相固定连接的、密闭的外壳13内部,动触点5的下方设有导柱12,导柱12的上端设于外壳13内部,并与外壳13相卡接连接,导柱12的下端穿过外壳13并设于外壳13外部,以用于推动导柱12,令导柱12推动动触点5,实现动触点5与静触点6的接触连接。
现有微动开关的静触片7和动触片4一般是暴露在空气中,或是在二者外部套设有非密闭的绝缘套管,但这种方式不利于水汽的散失,同样容易凝结水珠以及生锈,除此之外,上述的绝缘套管加工及装配工艺较为复杂,成本较高。本发明通过密闭的外壳13避免了水汽的进入以及水珠的凝结,从而避免了绝缘距离变小以及电器腐蚀,避免了绝缘距离减小引起的漏电、打火起电弧、甚至起火等事故的发生。上述设置的导柱12在不受力时,会在自身重力的作用下下落,令动触点5与静触点6分离。
综上所述,本发明的微动开关令前段的金属触点完全处于一个密闭的空间里面,触点的闭合及断开靠塑料导柱12上下移动实现的,塑料部件采用阻燃材料就不易被引燃,从而避免火灾事故。本发明的微动开关还在微动插接端子的塑料件上设置宽度为0.5mm、高度为1mm的挡水筋9,此挡水筋9很好地防止结露形成的水滴滴落到金属端子上导致端子的绝缘距离变小,而绝缘距离变小会造成短路,形成大的电流,从而起火。本发明制造成本低,防火效果好,避免了电器件起燃引起的重大火灾事故,有利于防止电器件的氧化,防腐蚀效果好。利于批量生产,结构简单,操作方便。
静触片7与静触片连接部1、动触片4与动触片连接部3相连接,或一体设置。
静触片7与动触片4之间也设有隔离板2,该隔离板2的前端与基座8相固定连接。
所述外壳13和导柱12均为阻燃塑料材质,以避免起火事故。
实施例三
如图2-5所示,本实施例与实施一、二的区别在于,所述外壳13包括第一壳体10和第二壳体14,第一壳体10与基座8相固定连接,第二壳体14与第一壳体10可拆卸连接,以实现外壳13的开闭。
上述设置的外壳13可打开,以便于后期的维修。
优选的,所述第一壳体10上设有至少一对相对设置的凸起或凹槽,第二壳体14上设有相应的凹槽或凸起,凸起与凹槽相扣合连接,以实现第一壳体10和第二壳体14的固定连接。
上述设置令第一壳体10和第二壳体14的装配及拆卸更为简单快捷。
具体地,所述外壳13经纵向分割形成第一壳体10和第二壳体14,令第一壳体10设于静触片7和动触片4的左侧或右侧,第二壳体14设于静触片7和动触片4的右侧或左侧,以便于装配。
上述设置便于导柱12的装配以及后期的维修。
其中,所述导柱12的上端设有径向凸出的卡凸11,第一壳体10的下端设有朝动触点5所在方向延伸的延伸部15,卡凸11至少部分卡接于延伸部15上方,以实现导柱12与第一壳体10的固定连接;
优选的,所述延伸部15的端部设有缺口,导柱12上位于卡凸11下方的部分嵌入至缺口内部,第二壳体14与第一壳体10相固定连接,并与缺口相配合,以实现导柱12与外壳13的固定连接。
上述安装于第一壳体10上的导柱12与动触点5的对应装配较为简单,以实现受力的导柱12推动动触点5。
还可以,所述第二壳体14上设有延伸部15,通过上述方式先将导柱12固定于第二壳体14上,再将第二壳体14与第一壳体10相固定连接,实现导柱12与外壳13的固定连接。
还可以,所述第一壳体10或第二壳体14的延伸部15上设有供导柱12穿过的通孔,以实现导柱12与第一壳体10或第二壳体14的固定连接。
以上所述仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上,然而并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉本发明的技术人员在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利用上述提示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰 为等同变化的等效实施例,但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种新型微动开关,包括隔离板(2)、设于隔离板(2)下方的动触片连接部(3)和基座(8),隔离板(2)和动触片连接部(3)的后端分别与基座(8)的一侧相固定连接,其特征在于,隔离板(2)的左右两侧分别设有一个向下延伸的挡水筋(9),且挡水筋(9)对应设于动触片连接部(3)外侧,以避免凝结的水珠滴落至动触片连接部(3)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型微动开关,其特征在于,所述挡水筋(9)自隔离板(2)的后端向前延伸,其延伸长度大于或等于动触片连接部(3)对应的长度;
    优选的,挡水筋(9)的延伸长度大于动触片连接部(3)对应的长度。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种新型微动开关,其特征在于,两个挡水筋(9)在水平方向上的距离大于动触片连接部(3)对应的宽度。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的一种新型微动开关,其特征在于,动触片连接部(3)设于两个挡水筋(9)的中间位置,令动触片连接部(3)与两个挡水筋(9)之间距离相等。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4任一所述的一种新型微动开关,其特征在于,所述挡水筋(9)靠近动触片连接部(3)的一侧为自挡水筋(9)的下端逐渐靠近隔离板(2)所形成的斜面;
    优选的,两个挡水筋(9)靠近动触片连接部(3)的一侧与隔离板(2)构成拱形结构。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5任一所述的一种新型微动开关,其特征在于,所述新型隔离开关还包括静触片(7)和设于静触片(7)下方的动触片(4),静触片(7)和动触片(4)的前端与基座(8)的另一侧相固定连接,静触片(7)和动触片(4)的后端分别设有静触点(6)和动触点(5),静触片(7)和动触片(4)设于与基座(8)相固定连接的、密闭的外壳(13)内部,动触点(5)的下方设有导柱(12),导柱(12)的上端设于外壳(13)内部,并与外壳(13)相卡接连接,导柱(12)的下端穿过外壳(13)并设于外壳(13)外部,以用于推动导柱(12),令导柱(12)推动动触点(5),实现动触点(5)与静触点(6)的接触连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种新型微动开关,其特征在于,所述外壳(13)包括 第一壳体(10)和第二壳体(14),第一壳体(10)与基座(8)相固定连接,第二壳体(14)与第一壳体(10)可拆卸连接,以实现外壳(13)的开闭。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种新型微动开关,其特征在于,所述第一壳体(10)上设有至少一对相对设置的凸起或凹槽,第二壳体(14)上设有相应的凹槽或凸起,凸起与凹槽相扣合连接,以实现第一壳体(10)和第二壳体(14)的固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的一种新型微动开关,其特征在于,所述外壳(13)经纵向分割形成第一壳体(10)和第二壳体(14),令第一壳体(10)设于静触片(7)和动触片(4)的左侧或右侧,第二壳体(14)设于静触片(7)和动触片(4)的右侧或左侧,以便于装配。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种新型微动开关,其特征在于,所述导柱(12)的上端设有径向凸出的卡凸(11),第一壳体(10)的下端设有朝动触点(5)所在方向延伸的延伸部(15),卡凸(11)至少部分卡接于延伸部(15)上方,以实现导柱(12)与第一壳体(10)的固定连接;
    优选的,所述延伸部(15)的端部设有缺口,导柱(12)上位于卡凸(11)下方的部分嵌入至缺口内部,第二壳体(14)与第一壳体(10)相固定连接,并与缺口相配合,以实现导柱(12)与外壳(13)的固定连接。
