[0031] 如图 1至图 6所示, 本发明所述的本发明所述的具有缓冲功能的门铰链, 包括外 壳 1、 铰链杯 10以及连接件 A5和连接件 B8, 所述外壳 1内可轴向移动地设有阻尼 器 3, 所述阻尼器 3前端的活塞杆端部与外壳 1固定连接, 上述为本发明的主要部 件, 结构本发明的基本结构。
[0032] 所述连动件 A5的右端通过第一转轴 4转动地设在外壳 1内, 连动件 A5的左端通 过第三转轴与铰链杯 10转动连接; 所述连接件 B8的右端通过第二转轴 7转动地设 在外壳 1内, 连接件 B8的左端通过第四转轴与铰链杯 10转动连接。
[0033] 所述第二转轴 7上套设有扭力弹簧 6, 扭力弹簧 6的一端固定或抵靠在第四转轴 上, 扭力弹簧 6的另一端抵靠在外壳 1上; 所述连动件 A5的右端端部与阻尼器 3后 端对应设置。
[0034] 特别说明一下, 为提高产品的集成度, 简化装配手续, 所述第三转轴和第四转 轴可以一体成型为 "U"型转轴 9。
[0035] 使用吋, 夕卜壳 1和铰链杯 10分别固定于门和门框上, 当幵门吋, 连动件 A5的右 端端部驱动阻尼器 3向右移动, 达到较好的缓冲效果; 当关门吋, 扭力弹簧 6压 缩, 同吋阻尼器 3随连动件 A5向左移动, 达到较好的缓冲效果。 本发明连动件 A5 与阻尼器 3的移动方向在同一直线上, 行程大, 相对于现有技术而言, 缓冲效果 更佳。
[0036] 所述外壳 1内可轴向移动地设有阻尼器 3, 具体而言, 所述外壳 1前后两侧内壁 上分别设有定位块 11, 两个所述定位块 11与外壳 1的顶壁之间形成两个滑槽 12, 所述阻尼器 3两侧可轴向滑动地设于对应的两个滑槽 12内。 为提高可操作性和灵 活性, 所述阻尼器 3两侧分别设有定位滑块 31, 所述阻尼器 3通过两侧的定位滑 块 31与两个滑槽 12对应滑动配合。 这样设置, 结构简单, 极大降低了制作成本 , 同吋, 也便于阻尼器 3的安装和拆卸, 维护简单方便, 维护成本较低。
[0037] 值得一提的是, 所述定位块 11为所述外壳 1前后两侧分别冲裁向内折弯的折片 或向内冲压形成凸起。 这种结构, 极大地简化了产品结构, 提高了产品的运行 可靠性, 同吋, 有效降低了成本。
[0038] 所述阻尼器 3前端的活塞杆端部与外壳 1固定连接, 具体而言, 本实施例采用两 种不同的实施方式。

[0042] 所述阻尼器 3的后端部设有挡块 33, 所述连动件 A5的右端端部设有驱动部件 14 , 所述驱动部件 14与挡块 33对应设置。 关于驱动部件 14与挡块 33的对应关系, 本实施例可以三种结构: 1.所述驱动部件 14为推动块, 与挡块 33抵触设置以驱 动阻尼器 3移动; 2.所述驱动部件 14为翘钩, 可以有效钩挡块 33以驱动阻尼器 3 移动; 3.所述驱动部件 14与挡块 33铰接连接以驱动阻尼器 3移动。

具有缓冲功能的门铰链, 包括外壳 (1) 、 铰链杯 (10) 以及连接件 A (5) 和连接件 B (8) , 其特征在于:
所述外壳 (1) 内可轴向移动地设有阻尼器 (3) , 所述阻尼器 (3) 前端的活塞杆端部与外壳 (1) 固定连接;
所述连动件 A (5) 的右端通过第一转轴 (4) 转动地设在外壳 (1) 内, 连动件 A (5) 的左端通过第三转轴与铰链杯 (10) 转动连接; 所述连接件 B (8) 的右端通过第二转轴 (7) 转动地设在外壳 (1) 内, 连接件 B (8) 的左端通过第四转轴与铰链杯 (10) 转动连接, 所述第二转轴 (7) 上套设有扭力弹簧 (6) , 扭力弹簧 (6) 的一端 固定或抵靠在第四转轴上, 扭力弹簧 (6) 的另一端抵靠在外壳 (1) 上;
所述连动件 A (5) 或连接件 B (8) 的右端端部与阻尼器 (3) 后端对 应设置。
根据权利要求 1所述的具有缓冲功能的门铰链, 其特征在于: 所述外 壳 (1) 前后两侧内壁上分别设有定位块 (11) , 两个所述定位块 (1 1) 与外壳 (1) 的顶壁之间形成两个滑槽 (12) , 所述阻尼器 (3) 两侧可轴向滑动地设于对应的两个滑槽 (12) 内。
根据权利要求 2所述的具有缓冲功能的门铰链, 其特征在于: 所述阻 尼器 (3) 两侧分别设有定位滑块 (31) , 所述阻尼器 (3) 通过两侧 的定位滑块 (31) 与两个滑槽 (12) 对应滑动配合。
根据权利要求 1所述的具有缓冲功能的门铰链, 其特征在于: 所述外 壳 (1) 内固定设有定位轴 (2) , 所述阻尼器 (3) 的活塞杆的端部 设有挂钩 (32) , 所述挂钩 (32) 挂设在定位轴 (2) 上定位。
根据权利要求 1所述的具有缓冲功能的门铰链, 其特征在于: 所述外 壳 (1) 的顶部设有向下延伸的卡片 (13) , 所述阻尼器 (3) 的活塞 杆的端部设卡槽 (34) , 所述卡槽 (34) 卡设在卡片 (13) 上定位。 根据权利要求 1所述的具有缓冲功能的门铰链, 其特征在于: 所述阻 尼器 (3) 的后端部设有挡块 (33) , 所述连动件 A (5) 的右端端部 设有驱动部件 (14) , 所述驱动部件 (14) 与挡块 (33) 对应设置。
[权利要求 7] 根据权利要求 7所述的具有缓冲功能的门铰链, 其特征在于: 所述驱 动部件 (14) 为推动块或翘钩。
[权利要求 8] 根据权利要求 1所述的具有缓冲功能的门铰链, 其特征在于: 所述阻 尼器 (3) 的后端部设有斜面 (35) , 所述连接件 B (8) 的右端端部 设有驱动部件 ( 14) , 所述驱动部件 ( 14) 与斜面 (35) 对应设置。
[权利要求 9] 根据权利要求 8所述的具有缓冲功能的门铰链, 其特征在于: 所述驱 动部件 ( 14) 与为斜面 (35) 配合的推动块。
[权利要求 10] 根据权利要求 6或 8所述的具有缓冲功能的门铰链, 其特征在于: 所述 连动件 A (5) 或连接件 B (8) 的右端端部设有驱动部件 (14) , 所 述阻尼器 (3) 的后端部与驱动部件 (14) 铰接连接。
