[0023] 具体工作原理如下: 在注腊过程中, 第二管道 21内壁上的凸楞 23覆盖住第一矩 形幵窗 12, 让第一管道 11形成一个完整的注腊通道, 当注腊完成后, 由于间隔 吋间长的吋候, 第一管道 11内的蜡会迅速冷却后凝固, 在启动第二次注腊吋, 步进电机驱动齿轮 5旋转, 齿轮 5驱动轮齿结构 24旋转, 从而旋转了第二管道 21 , 旋转 90度后, 第二管道 21的第二矩形幵窗 22正好对准了第一矩形幵窗 12, 形 成一条纵向通道, 此吋上推气缸 3推动矩形推块 4将腊推出去; 然后, 推块回到 原位, 第一管道 11内形成一个空腔, 第二管道 21再转 90度, 回到凸楞 23覆盖第 一矩形幵窗 12的位置, 此吋虽然第一管道 11头部还有少量存在的固体蜡, 但是 大量的热腊从第一管道 11内进入后也会将存留的少量固体蜡融化。 因此可以有 效解决腊堵住通道的问题, 另外日常的维护也非常简单。
