Description

3D成型鞋 技术领域
本实用新型涉及经编织物技术领域,尤其涉及一种3D成型鞋。
背景技术
鞋子有着悠久的发展史。大约在5000多年前的仰韶文化时期,就出现了兽皮缝制的最原始的鞋。鞋子是人们保护脚不受伤的一种工具。最早人们为了克服特殊情况,不让脚难受或者受伤,就发明了毛皮鞋子。鞋子发展到现在,就形成了现在这个样子。各种样式功能的鞋子随处可见。
运动鞋是根据人们参加运动或旅游的特点设计制造的。运动鞋的鞋底和普通皮鞋、胶鞋不同,一般都是柔软而富有弹性的.能起一定的缓冲作用。运动时能增强弹性,有的还能防止脚踝受伤.所以,在进行体育运动时,大都要穿运动鞋,如:篮球,跑步等。
运动鞋主要分为鞋面(包括鞋帮)、中底和大底,中底缝合(车)在鞋面(包括鞋帮)的底部形成鞋子的雏形,然后再通过粘接或其他方式将中底固定在大底上形成产品运动鞋。这种生产方式比较复杂,效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是:为了解决现有运动鞋生产效率低的技术问题,本实用新型提供一种3D成型鞋。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种3D成型鞋,包括鞋面和中底,鞋面上部具有鞋口,所述中底和鞋面底部连接,鞋面和中底通过经编机一次编织成型。本实用新型通过经编机的编织将鞋面和中底一次成型形成鞋子的雏形,可以直接使用,连接牢固,不仅生产效率显著提高,而且鞋面和中底形成的鞋子雏形更加柔软舒适。
进一步地,3D成型鞋还包括大底,所述中底的底部固定贴合在大底上。
为了提高鞋子的美观度,所述鞋面和中底均采用单面单层贾卡提花面料。
根据客户需要,所述鞋面和中底均采用平纹无提花面料。
鞋面和中底均采用双层双面贾卡提花面料。即双层面料,正反两面均有贾卡提花。
鞋面和中底均采用双层单面贾卡提花面料。即双层面料,其中任一面有贾卡提花。
所述鞋面和中底之间采用死结连接,鞋面和中底编织的面料上均为死结。
所述鞋面和中底上均具有贾卡提花,不仅具有提花的美观度,而且贾卡提花具有镂空结构,能够保证良好的透气性。
本实用新型的有益效果是,本实用新型的3D成型鞋,通过经编机的编织将鞋面和中底一次成型,成型形成鞋子的雏形,可以直接使用,鞋面和中底之间无需二次加工,无缝连接,连接牢固,在扭转过程中,鞋面和中底之间能够保持完美的柔性配合。不仅显著提高了生产效率,而且鞋面和中底形成的鞋子雏形更加柔软舒适。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示 意图,仅以示意方式说明本实用新型的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本实用新型有关的构成。
如图1-3所示,是本实用新型最优实施例,一种3D成型鞋,包括鞋面1、中底2和大底3,鞋面1上部具有鞋口11,中底2和鞋面1底部连接,鞋面1和中底2通过经编机一次编织成型(如图3所示),中底2的底部通过粘接或者缝制或者其他固定方式固定贴合在大底3上。鞋面1和中底2均采用单面单层贾卡提花面料。也可以是平纹无提花面料、双层双面贾卡提花面料或者双层单面贾卡提花面料。鞋面1和中底2之间采用死结连接,鞋面1和中底2编织的面料上也均为死结,如果一处破裂,不会导致破裂处扩张,提高面料的耐磨性和强度。
本实用新型的3D成型鞋,通过经编机的编织将鞋面1和中底2一次成型,鞋面1和中底2之间无需二次加工,无缝连接,连接牢固,在扭转过程中,鞋面1和中底2之间能够保持完美的柔性配合。不仅显著提高了生产效率,而且鞋面1和中底2形成的鞋子雏形(如图3所示)更加柔软舒适。

  1. 一种3D成型鞋,其特征在于:包括鞋面(1)和中底(2),鞋面(1)上部具有鞋口(11),所述中底(2)和鞋面(1)底部连接,鞋面(1)和中底(2)通过经编机一次编织成型。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的3D成型鞋,其特征在于:还包括大底(3),所述中底(2)的底部固定贴合在大底(3)上。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的3D成型鞋,其特征在于:所述鞋面(1)和中底(2)均采用单面单层贾卡提花面料。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的3D成型鞋,其特征在于:所述鞋面(1)和中底(2)均采用平纹无提花面料。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的3D成型鞋,其特征在于:所述鞋面(1)和中底(2)均采用双层双面贾卡提花面料。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的3D成型鞋,其特征在于:所述鞋面(1)和中底(2)均采用双层单面贾卡提花面料。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的3D成型鞋,其特征在于:所述鞋面(1)和中底(2)之间采用死结连接,鞋面(1)和中底(2)编织的面料上均为死结。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的3D成型鞋,其特征在于:所述鞋面(1)和中底(2)上均具有贾卡提花。
