习知婴儿推车,大都使用齿数较少的齿轮,虽结构简单,但具有以下的缺失,有待改进。
1.在婴儿推车展开或收合时,其旋转角度为一定的状况下,小齿轮因为齿数较少,与可旋转构件的内、外齿轮啮接时,其接触比势必较小,接触比较小则单位齿承受应力自然较大;因此,当折叠关节在承受外力时(包括展开或收合的旋转力量),齿轮较易受损,致缩短其使用寿命。
2.另外,常见使用在推车上齿轮,皆为完全齿齿轮,也就是相邻两齿尖端所夹的夹角可整除360°,该设计无形中限制了下车架与后轮车架的夹角角度,无法达到可随意调整的功能,大大影响了产品设计的自由度及弹性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是在于:1、提供一种可增加齿轮强度的推车,可延长其使用寿命。2、提供一种车架夹角角度可随意调整的推车,使产品设计的自由度及弹性更佳。

上述该推车尤指是三轮或三轮以上的婴儿推车、高尔夫球袋推车等推车。
上述该第一及第二花齿的齿数N1、N2皆大于等于6。
上述该下车架、上车架及后轮车架的第一方向、该第二方向与该第三方向彼此不同。
上述该第三夹角θ3夹角与第四夹角θ4角度相加总和介于120度~240度之间。
上述该第一花齿与该第二花齿可各别分开独立。
上述该第一花齿与该第二花齿可被固定连接在一起。
上述该连动齿轮单元更包含一基座,该基座位于该第一花齿及该第二花齿之间,且该基座的直径大于该第一花齿的直径。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:
1.在展开及收合的旋转角度不变的情况下,由于第一及第二花齿41、42的齿数N1、N2是大于等于6,使得花齿与排齿的接触比增加变大,不但会有较多的花齿可提供支撑力道,且单位齿承受应力也会降低减少许多,使得花齿的强度增加,因而可延长其使用寿命。
2.由于第一及第二花齿41、42的齿数是大于等于6,不但是同轴旋转,且齿数与齿轮模数亦可做不同的变化,大大增加了齿轮的设计自由度及弹性。
3.由于第一及第二排齿14、24是至少一个为不完全齿的设计,使得下车架1与后轮车架3之间的夹角θ1,可以任意改变调整,更大大增加了车架设计的自由度及弹性。

具体实施方式
请同时参阅图1~6,本实用新型包含:一下车架1;一上车架2;一后轮架3;及至少一折叠关节机构100;其中,
该下车架1,底端至少具有一前轮11,上端设有一下车架关节10,该下车架关节10外侧周缘下端具有一缺口2,内侧上端则具有一第一开口13,该第一开口13的边缘(上缘)具有一第一排齿14;
该上车架2,上端具有一把手21,底端设有一上车架关节20,该上车架关节20外侧周缘下端具有一缺口22,内侧上端具有一第二开口23,该第二开口23的边缘(底缘)具有一第二排齿24;
该后轮车架3,底端至少具有一后轮31,上端至少具有一后轮车架关节30,该后轮车架关节30外侧周缘下端具有一缺口32;
该至少一折叠关节机构100,设于该下车架1、上车架2与后轮车架3之间,包含上述的下车架关节10、上车架关节20、后轮车架关节30及一连动齿轮单元4,该连动齿轮单元4设于该下车架关节10与该上车架关节20之间,具有彼此分离的第一及第二花齿41、42,该第一及第二花齿41、42以一销40轴设于该后轮车架关节30的一侧,而可同轴转动,该花齿41被定位以啮接该下车架关节的第一排齿14,该第二花齿42则被定位以啮接该上车架关节的第二排齿24;其中,该第一花齿41、42的齿数N1、N2皆大于等于6,且皆为正整数,例如,在本实施例中,该第一花齿41的齿数N1可为7齿,第二花齿42的齿数N2可为6齿。
上述该至少一折叠关节机构100,包括左侧及右侧折叠关节机构,该左侧及右侧折叠关节机构具有相同的构造,其一为另一的镜像,故下文的说明虽是以单数(边)叙述,但仍将适用于左侧及右侧两者。
上述的下车架关节10、上车架关节20与后轮车架关节30是由一固定螺件33螺接组合锁固,使下车架关节10位于上车架关节20与后轮车架关节30的中间,且其缺口12、22、32也并列在同一直在线,而第一、第二排齿14、24与连动齿轮单元4则相互啮接构成一齿轮组。
上述该至少一折叠关节机构100位于后轮车架关节30前、后端分别设有一控制机构5及一扳扣6,当婴儿推车车架展开时,可由该控制机构5形成第一道卡掣锁定,再由该扳扣6形成第二道安全锁,避免无故收车。
请继续参阅图7、8,上述该下车架关节的第一排齿14分别具有第一轴心140、一第一齿141及一第二齿142,该第二齿42与第一齿141相邻,该第一齿141具有一第一端点P1,该第一端点P1与该第一轴心140联机形成一第一虚拟线L1,该第二齿142具有一第二端点P2,该第二端点P2与该第一轴心140联机形成一第二虚拟线L2,该第二虚拟线L2与与该第一虚拟线L1形成一第一夹角θ1;该第二排齿24分别具有一第二轴心240、一第三齿243及第四齿244,该第四齿244与第二齿243相邻,该第三齿243具有一第三端点P3,该第三端点P3与第二轴心240联机形成一第三虚拟线L3,该第四齿244具有一第四端点P4,该第四端点P4与该第二轴心240联机形成一第四虚拟线L4,该第三虚拟线L3与第四虚拟线L4形成一第二夹角θ2。
当推车车架完全展开时,如图1、9所示,该上车架2朝一第一方向d1往外延伸,该下车架1朝一第二方向d2往外延伸,该后轮车架3朝一第三方向d3往外延伸,该第二方向d2与该第三方向d3具有一第三夹角θ3,该第三方向d3与该第一方向d1具有一第四夹角θ4。
依据上述构造,本实用新型该至少一折叠关节机构100齿轮的设计,必须满足以下关系式:
360/θ1=N3,θ1>0;
360/θ2=N4,θ2>0;
(N2/N4)*(N3/N1)=θ4/θ3;其中,
N3为第一排齿14的齿数,N4为第二排齿24的齿数,该第一及第二花齿41、42的齿数N1、N2是皆为正整数,该第一及第二排齿14、24的齿数N3、N4中至少一个不为正整数。该第三夹角θ3及第四夹角θ4的角度是介于30~150度之间,且二者相加总和是介于120~240度之间,当此两夹角总和介于此范围内时,推车完全展开时的角度较为稳固。
进一步举例说明,当设计条件为θ3=80度,θ4=100度时,取N1=7,N2=6,N3=30,此时由上述的关系式,可得N4=20.57,其中N4为不完全齿;又另一例,当设计条件为θ3=80度,θ4=100时,取N1=10,N2=8,N3=40.87,此时由上述关系式可得N4=26.16,其中N3、N4皆为不完全齿,又另一例,当设计条件为θ3=85度,θ4=95度时,取N1=11,N2=7,N4=25,此时由上述的关系式可得N3=43.9,其中N3为不完全齿。因此,随着本实用新型的设计在产品设计上,将大幅度增加了自由度及弹性。
再请参阅图10所示,是上述连动齿轮单元的第二种实施例,本实施例的该连动齿轮单元4’,是由第一及第二花齿43、44构成,并以一销40安装而可同轴转动,该第一及第二花齿43、44可由焊接或其他方式而被固定连接在一起,如一单元般一起旋转于该销40上,其中,该第一花齿43齿数为7齿,第二花齿44齿数为6齿,以达到与上述第一实施例相同的功效。
再请同时参阅图11、12所示,是上述连动齿轮单元的第三种实施例,该连动齿轮单元4”是包括:一第一及第二花齿45、46,一位于该第一及第二花齿45、46中间的基座47及一可供该第一及第二花齿45、46与基座47穿 设安装的销40;其中,该基座47的直径较第一及第二花齿45、46大,且其上并具有一凹口471,可供安装辨识之用,由此达到与上述第一实施例相同的功效。
再请参阅图13a~13d及图14a、14b,是本实用新型上述第一及第二排齿中第一齿与第二齿的各种态样设计,该等态样的举例旨在阐述本实用新型中的第一齿与第二齿,在此相邻两齿的概念可以相邻的第一齿单元与第二齿单元来表示,只要是在相邻两齿单元中具有重复的代表性端点P与虚拟线L,以图13a为例,图中的第一齿单元包含一大一小两个齿、第二齿单元与第一齿单元为重复的周期性设计,在此,齿单元的夹角θ是自该第一齿单元与第二齿单元的重复点起算,也就是以有效接触的周期单元等条件下皆可成立。

Claims (19)

  1. 一种推车,其特征在于,该推车包含:
    一上车架;
    一下车架;
    一后轮车架;及
    至少一折叠关节机构,设于该上车架、该下车架与该后轮车架之间,包含:
    一下车架关节,连接该下车架的一端,该下车架关节具有第一开口,该第一开口的边缘具有第一排齿;
    一上车架关节,连接该上车架的一端,该上车架关节具有第二开口,该第二开口的边缘具有第二排齿;
    一后轮车架关节,连接该后轮车架的一端;及
    一连动齿轮单元,设于该下车架关节与该上车架关节之间,该连动齿轮单元具有第一花齿及第二花齿,该第一花齿与该第二花齿为同轴转动,且该第一花齿与该第一排齿啮接,该第二花齿与该第二排齿啮接,其中,该第一花齿具有齿数N1,该第二花齿具有齿数N2,N1与N2大于等于6。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的推车,其特征在于:该推车是三轮或三轮以上的婴儿推车、高尔夫球袋推车。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的推车,其特征在于:该第一排齿具有第一轴心、第一齿及第二齿,该第二齿与该第一齿相邻,该第一齿具有第一端点,该第一端点与该第一轴心联机形成第一虚拟线,该第二齿具有第二端点,该第二端点与该第一轴心联机形成第二虚拟线,该第二虚拟线与第一虚拟线形成第一夹角θ1;该第二排齿中具有第二轴心、第三齿及第四齿,该第四齿与该第三齿相邻,该第三齿具有第三端点,该第三端点与该第二轴心联机形成第三虚拟线,该第四齿具有第四端点,该第四端点与该第二轴心联机形成第四虚拟线,该第三虚拟线与第四虚拟线形成第二夹角θ2,该第一及第二排齿具有齿数N3、N4;该上车架朝第一方向往外延伸,该下车架朝第二方向往外延伸,该后轮车架朝第三方向往外延伸,该第二方向与该第三方向具有第三夹角θ3, 该第三方向与该第一方向具有第四夹角θ4,且N1、N2、θ1、θ2满足以下关系式:
    360/θ1=N3,θ1>0;
    360/θ2=N4,θ2>0;
    (N2/N4)*(N3/N1)=θ4/θ3,θ3、θ4介于30~150度之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的推车,其特征在于:该第一及第二花齿的齿数N1、N2为正整数。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的推车,其特征在于:该第一及第二排齿的齿数N3、N4中至少一个不为正整数。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的推车,其特征在于:第三夹角θ3与第四夹角θ4角度相加总和介于120度~240度之间。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的推车,其特征在于:该第一花齿与该第二花齿彼此分离。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的推车,其特征在于:该第一花齿与该第二花齿,为固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的推车,其特征在于:该连动齿轮单元更包含一基座,该基座位于该第一齿及该第二花齿之间,且该基座的直径大于该第一花齿的直径。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的推车,其特征在于:该基座具有一凹口。
  11. 一种推车,该推车包含:
    一上车架,该上车架朝第一方向往外延伸;
    一下车架,该下车架朝第二方向往外延伸;
    一后轮车架,该后轮车架朝第三方向往外延伸;
    至少一折叠关节机构,设于该上车架、该下车架与该后轮车架之间,包含:
    一下车架关节,连接该下车架的一端,该下车架关节具有第一开口,该第一开口的边缘具有第一排齿;
    一上车架关节,连接该上车架的一端,该上车架关节具有第二开口,该第二开口的边缘具有第二排齿;
    一后轮车架关节,连接该后轮车架的一端;及
    一连动齿轮单元,设于该下车架关节与该上车架关节之间,该连动齿轮单元具有第一花齿及第二花齿,该第一花齿与该第二花齿为同轴转动,该第一花齿与该第一排齿啮接,该第二花齿与该第二排齿啮接,该第一花齿具有齿数N1,该第二花齿具有齿数N2,该第一排齿具有第一轴心、第一齿及第二齿,该第二齿与该第一齿相邻,该第一齿具有第一端点,该第一端点与该第一轴心联机形成第一虚拟线,该第二齿具有第二端点,该第二端点与该第一轴心联机形成第二虚拟线,该第二虚拟线与第一虚拟线形成第一夹角θ1;该第二排齿中具有第二轴心、第三齿及第四齿,该第四齿与该第三齿相邻,该第三齿具有第三端点,该第三端点与该第二轴心联机形成第三虚拟线,且该第四齿具有第四端点,该第四端点与该第二轴心联机形成第四虚拟线,该第三虚拟线与第四虚拟线形成第二夹角θ2,该第一及第二排齿具有齿数N3、N4;该上车架朝第一方向往外延伸,该下车架朝第二方向往外延伸,该后轮车架朝第三方向往外延伸,该第二方向与该第三方向具有第三夹角θ3,该第三方向与该第一方向具有一第四夹角θ4;其中,N1、N2、θ1、θ2满足以下关系式:
    360/θ1=N3,θ1>0;
    360/θ2=N4,θ2>0;
    (N2/N4)*(N3/N1)=θ4/θ3,θ3、θ4介于30~150度之间;
    且N3与N4中至少一个不为正整数,N1、N2为正整数,θ3、θ4介于30~150度之间。
