申请人在实现本申请的过程中发现,目前,可穿戴设备中的绑带类产品,在进行绑缚过程中使用十分不方便,尤其是绑缚的松紧度调节上非常麻烦,例如手工绑缚的调节过程繁琐,会出现绑缚不牢固,机械绑缚机构繁琐,调节过程操作不方便,无论手工绑缚或现有的机械绑缚的穿戴舒适度均不高。
因此,为解决现有技术中的缺陷,本申请实施例提供一种调节机构、可调节绑带及可穿戴设备,可简单方便地进行调节,以便提高穿戴时的舒适度。
以下将配合附图及实施例来详细说明本申请实施例的实施方式,藉此对本申请实施例如何应用技术手段来解决技术问题并达成技术功效的实现过程能充分理解并据以实施,以下结合附图对本申请的结构做进一步说明。
实施例1
图1为本申请实施例的调节机构及可调节绑带62的分解结构示意图,如图1所示。本申请实施例提供了一种调节机构,包括:限位单元10、调节单元20以及控制单元30。
其中,限位单元10包括连接部11及锁紧钮12,锁紧钮12套接在连
接部11上,连接部11限制锁紧钮12发生转动,锁紧钮12上设置有防松齿13。一种可实现方式是,参见图2和图3,连接部11上设置有凹槽111,凹槽111的形状包括但不限于一字凹槽、十字凹槽及花边凹槽等。锁紧钮12包括环状主体121及与凹槽111相匹配的凸起部122,其中,防松齿13设在环状主体的一端,凸起部122与环状主体的内环连接。连接部11与锁紧钮12连接时,连接部11套接在环状主体121内,并将凹槽111套接在凸起部122上,同时,锁紧钮12可以相对于连接部11沿连接部11的轴向运动。例如,凹槽111为一字凹槽,一字结构贯穿凹槽的槽壁,当然也可以不贯穿,凸起部122与凹槽111相匹配的一字凸起部,锁紧钮12通过环形主体套接在连接部11上后,锁紧钮12的一字凸起部套接在一字凹槽内,使得锁紧钮12相对于连接部11可以上下移动以及沿连接部11的轴向运动,但不能转动。另外,连接部11与锁紧钮12之间设置有第一压簧40,当锁紧钮12在外力的作用下进行沿连接部11的轴向运动时,第一压簧40为锁紧钮12提供回复力。
调节单元20包括传动部21及设置在传动部21上的锁紧部22,锁紧部22上设置有与防松齿13相匹配的锁紧齿23。防松齿13与锁紧齿23为相互配合的棘齿轮,在防松齿13与锁紧齿23连接时,只能向一个方向进行转动,不能进行相反的方向进行转动,例如防松齿13固定不动时,若锁紧齿23与其连接后只能进行顺时针的旋转不能进行逆时针的旋转。
控制单元30与限位单元10连接,控制单元30用于控制限位单元10与调节单元20分离或连接。当限位单元10与调节单元20分离时,防松齿13与锁紧齿23分离,调节单元20能双向转动,当限位单元10与调节单元20连接时,防松齿13与锁紧齿23啮合,限位单元10限制调节单元20能单向转动。
具体举例说明,在实际使用时,传动部21与进行绑缚的绑缚带连接,限位单元10与调节单元20处于连接状态,此时防松齿13与锁紧齿23啮合,当需要绑缚带收紧时,顺时针旋转调节单元20即可收紧绑缚带,或者通过控制单元30将限位单元10与调节单元20分离,再顺时针旋转调节单元20即可收紧绑缚带;当需要放松绑缚带时,通过控制单元30将限位单
元10与调节单元20分离,逆时针旋转调节单元20的传动部21即可,当调整好松紧度后,通过控制单元30将限位单元10与调节单元20连接,防松齿13与锁紧齿23啮合即锁定了绑缚带的松紧度。本申请实施例提供的调节机构,通过控制单元30控制限位单元10与调节单元20分离或连接,从而能够改变调节单元20的转动方式,调节单元20的转动方式的不同实现与调节单元20连接的绑缚带收紧或放松,提高了佩戴的舒适度,操作过程简单方便,能够让使用者极其方便地、快速地佩戴好,同时,调节机构的结构简单,占用空间小。
下面对本申请实施例提供的调节机构作进一步详细的介绍。
图4为本申请实施例的调节单元20的结构示意图,如图4所示。
控制单元30的传动部21包括操作轮211及设置在操作轮211上的传动齿轮212,且传动齿轮212向远离操作轮211的方向凸起。操作轮211旋转时带动传动齿轮212进行转动,操作轮211与传动齿轮212的不在同一旋转平面上,因此操作轮211的转动不会影响到传动齿轮212的旋转。在实际使用时,传动齿轮212与进行绑缚的绑缚带连接,操作轮211旋转时带动传动齿轮212进行转动的同时,对绑缚带的松紧进行调节。
传动部21的中心设置有贯穿操作轮211及传动齿轮212的通孔213,限位单元10套接在通孔213内并可在通孔213内沿通孔213的轴向运动。限位单元10在通孔213内沿轴向运动时,可以与锁紧部22连接或者分离,以便实现防松齿13和锁紧齿23的连接或者分离。
为了方便控制单元30对限位单元10进行控制,本申请实施例中,锁紧部22为环状结构,锁紧部22通过外环连接在通孔213的内壁上,锁紧齿23设置在环状结构的靠近传动齿轮212的一端。也就是说通孔213与锁紧部22的内环相互贯通,因此,控制单元30穿过锁紧部22的内环与限位单元10相连接,并在锁紧部22的内环内沿内环的轴向运动。当控制单元30在锁紧部22的内环内沿轴向运动时,控制限位单元10在通孔213内沿轴向运动,从而控制限位单元10与锁紧部22连接或者分离。控制单元30包括但不限于控制按钮。
为使得调节机构的结构更加紧凑,同时也更加美观,本申请实施例中操作轮211与锁紧部22相背的一侧设置有容置槽,控制单元30设置在容置槽中。为保证控制单元30能够连续工作,在调节单元20与控制单元30之间设置有卡簧50及第二压簧41,在实际使用时,控制单元30在外力的作用下朝向限位单元10方向运动,驱使限位单元10与调节单元20分离,当外力消失后,在第二压簧41的作用下使得控制单元30回复至初始位置。卡簧50设在调节单元20与控制单元30之间,卡簧50与限位单元10连接,用于限制调节单元20相对于限位单元10发生直线运动,调节单元20相对于限位单元10只能进行发生旋转运动。具体地,卡簧50与限位单元10中的连接部11连接,卡簧50包括但不限于E型卡簧。
实施例2
继续参见图1,相应地,本申请实施例还提供了一种可调节绑带,包括:第一壳体60、第二壳体61、绑带62以及如实施例1中的调节机构。
第一壳体60与第二壳体61连接并围合成安装腔,在安装腔内,限位单元10与第一壳体60连接。具体地,参见图2,限位单元10通过连接部11与第一壳体60固定连接,连接部11相对于第一壳体60不能进行移动或转动。
绑带62的两端伸入安装腔内,具体地,第二壳体61上设置有伸入口,伸入口连通安装腔,绑带62的两端通过伸入口进入安装腔。第二壳体61上设置有调节孔63,调节孔63连通安装腔,调节单元20穿过调节孔63与绑带62的两端连接。具体地,调节单元20通过传动部21与绑带62的两端连接,传动部21穿过调节孔63进入安装腔,绑带62的两端伸入安装腔后与传动部21进行连接,操作轮211被调节孔63阻挡在安装腔外。
控制单元30设置在安装腔外,与限位单元10连接。其中,当限位单元10与调节单元20分离时,防松齿13与锁紧齿23分离,调节单元20双向转动,以便收紧或放松绑带62,当限位单元10与调节单元20连接时,防松齿13与锁紧齿23啮合,限位单元10限制调节单元20单向转动,以
便收紧绑带62。
对于绑带62与传动部21连接的方式,一种可实现方式为绑带62与传动部21固定连接。具体地,绑带62的两端伸入安装腔后,绑带62的两端与传动部21固定连接,当传动部21在转动过程时,绑带62会缠绕在传动部21上或者解除缠绕状态,使得绑带62能够收紧或者放松。
另一种可实现方式为,参见图1,传动部21包括传动齿轮212时,绑带62的两端上均设置有齿条621。两个齿条621分别啮合连接在传动齿轮212相对的两侧上,当传动齿轮212转动时,使得两个齿条621按相反的方向移动。具体地,当两个齿条621均朝向对方的伸入口移动时,是对绑带62进行收紧调整,当两个齿条621均远离对方的伸入口移动时,是对绑带62进行放松调整。另外,还可以通过对齿条621施加压缩力或拉伸力实现绑带62的松紧或者放松。
需要说明的是,上述两种绑带62与传动部21连接的方式中,在对绑带62进行放松调整时,均需要通过控制单元30将调节单元20与限位单元10分离。当对绑带62进行收紧调整时,是否将调节单元20与限位单元10分离都可以完成收紧调整。
在进行调节绑带62的收紧或放松时,均可以通过转动调节单元20完成,由于传动部21穿过调节孔63进入安装腔与绑带62连接,操作轮211被调节孔63阻挡在安装腔外,因此调节单元20在进行转动时,与第二壳体61发生摩擦,长时间的使用必然会造成损坏。参见图1和图5,为减少调节单元20与第二壳体61之间的摩擦带来的损坏,本申请实施例中,调节单元20与第二壳体61之间设置有密封圈64。
具体地,在第二壳体61上设置有密封槽用于放置密封圈64,调节单元20中的操作轮211上设置有支撑棱,支撑棱插入密封槽内并与密封圈64接触连接,在操作轮211进行转动时,在密封圈64的阻隔下,减少了调节单元20与第二壳体61之间的摩擦。
下面以绑带62包括齿条621,顺时针转动调节单元20为收紧绑带62为例,对可调节绑带62的使用方法进行详细介绍,如下:
可调节绑带62在初始状态时,限位单元10与调节单元20处于连接状态,此时防松齿13与锁紧齿23啮合,调节单元20只能顺时针旋转,可调节绑带62初始状态可参见图6。
当需要收紧绑带62时,顺时针旋转操作轮211,操作轮211带动传动齿轮212转动,使得两个绑带62向相反的方向移动,实现绑带62收紧;或者
对绑带62施加压缩力,绑带62带动传动齿轮212顺时针转动,当压力消失时,在防松齿13与锁紧齿23的作用下,绑带62不能进行放松操作,锁定当前绑带62的松紧度;
通过外力使得控制单元30将限位单元10与调节单元20分离,此时,防松齿13与锁紧齿23分离,绑带62可以自由伸缩,再顺时针旋转操作轮211,即可收紧绑缚带,外力消失后,在第一压簧40和第二压簧41的作用下,控制单元30以及锁紧钮12均回复至初始位置,使得防松齿13与锁紧齿23啮合,绑带62不能进行放松操作,锁定绑带62当前的松紧度。
防松齿13与锁紧齿23处于啮合状态时,逆时针旋转操作轮211或是对绑带62施加拉伸力,由于锁紧齿23的棘齿面和防松齿13的棘齿面配合,致使操作轮211不能逆时针转动。
当需要放松绑缚带时,通过外力使得控制单元30将限位单元10与调节单元20分离,此时绑带62可以自由伸缩,逆时针旋转控制单元30的传动部21即可,或者对绑带62施加拉伸力,当调整好松紧度后,撤出施加在控制单元30的外力,第二压簧41把控制单元30弹起复位,同时第一压簧40把锁紧钮12弹起复位,使锁紧齿23和防松齿13啮合,防松齿13与锁紧齿23啮合即锁定了绑缚带的松紧度。
实施例3
相应地,本申请实施例还提供了一种可穿戴设备,包括:如实施例2中的可调节绑带。其中,可穿戴设备包括但不限于头戴式VR(Virtual Reality,虚拟现实)设备。
一种可实现方式是,可穿戴设备还包括设备主体,可调节绑带中的绑带62通过位于安装腔外的部分与设备主体固定连接。以绑带62为两个为例,两个绑带62的一端分别固定连接在设备主体的相对的两侧,两个绑带62的另一端伸入安装腔内并与调节单元20连接,设备主体和调节单元20的位置相对。使用者在使用可穿戴设备时,通过可调节绑带将设备主体戴在头上,此时,设备主体罩扣在眼部位置,可调节绑带的调节单元20位于后脑位置。
实施例3和实施例2中实现原理和技术效果参考实施例1,实施例1-3中的特征相互对应,可以相互参照,此处不再一一赘述。
综上所述,本申请实施例提供的技术方案,具有以下有益效果:
1、通过控制单元控制限位单元与调节单元分离或连接,从而能够改变调节单元的转动方式,调节单元的转动方式的不同实现与调节单元连接的绑带收紧或放松,提高了佩戴的舒适度;
2、操作过程简单方便,按下控制单元,绑带可以快速随意伸缩,调节好舒适度后松开控制单元后立即锁紧绑带,此时可以通过单向转动调节单元来微调绑带舒适度,能够让使用者极其方便地、快速地佩戴好;
3、通过调节单元可实现绑带的快速预紧和精确微调来满足高舒适度的要求;
4、结构简单,部件数量少,占用空间小。

Claims (12)
- 一种调节机构,其特征在于,包括:限位单元、调节单元以及控制单元;其中,所述限位单元包括连接部及锁紧钮,所述锁紧钮套接在所述连接部上,所述连接部限制所述锁紧钮发生转动,所述锁紧钮上设置有防松齿;所述调节单元包括传动部及设置在所述传动部上的锁紧部,所述锁紧部上设置有与所述防松齿相匹配的锁紧齿;所述控制单元与所述限位单元连接,所述控制单元用于控制所述限位单元与所述调节单元分离或连接;当所述限位单元与所述调节单元分离时,所述防松齿与所述锁紧齿分离,所述调节单元能双向转动,当所述限位单元与所述调节单元连接时,所述防松齿与所述锁紧齿啮合,所述限位单元限制所述调节单元能单向转动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的调节机构,其特征在于,所述连接部上设置有凹槽;所述锁紧钮包括环状主体及与所述凹槽相匹配的凸起部,其中,所述防松齿设在所述环状主体的一端,所述凸起部与所述环状主体的内环连接;其中,所述连接部套接在所述环状主体内,并将所述凹槽套接在所述凸起部上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的调节机构,其特征在于,所述传动部包括操作轮及设置在所述操作轮上的传动齿轮,且所述传动齿轮向远离所述操作轮的方向凸起;所述传动部的中心设置有贯穿所述操作轮及所述传动齿轮的通孔,所述限位单元套接在所述通孔内并可在所述通孔内沿所述通孔的轴向运动。
- 根据权利要求3所述的调节机构,其特征在于,所述锁紧部为环状结构,所述锁紧部通过外环连接在所述通孔的内壁上,所述锁紧齿设置在所述环状结构的靠近所述传动齿轮的一端;所述控制单元穿过所述锁紧部的内环与所述限位单元相连接,并在所述锁紧部的内环内沿所述内环的轴向运动。
- 根据权利要求4所述的调节机构,其特征在于,所述操作轮与所述锁紧部相背的一侧设置有容置槽,所述控制单元设置在所述容置槽中。
- 根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的调节机构,其特征在于,所述连接部与所述锁紧钮之间设置有第一压簧;所述调节单元与所述控制单元之间设置有卡簧及第二压簧,其中,所述卡簧与所述限位单元连接,用于限制所述调节单元相对于所述限位单元发生直线运动。
- 一种可调节绑带,其特征在于,包括:第一壳体、第二壳体、绑带以及如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的调节机构;所述第一壳体与所述第二壳体连接并围合成安装腔;在所述安装腔内,限位单元与所述第一壳体连接;所述绑带的两端伸入所述安装腔内;所述第二壳体上设置有调节孔,调节单元穿过所述调节孔与所述绑带的两端连接;控制单元设置在所述安装腔外,与所述限位单元连接;其中,当所述限位单元与所述调节单元分离时,所述防松齿与所述锁紧齿分离,所述调节单元双向转动收紧或放松所述绑带,当限位单元与所述调节单元连接时,所述防松齿与所述锁紧齿啮合,所述限位单元限制所述调节单元单向转动收紧所述绑带。
- 根据权利要求7所述的可调节绑带,其特征在于,所述限位单元通过连接部与所述第一壳体连接;所述调节单元通过传动部与所述绑带连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的可调节绑带,其特征在于,所述绑带的两端与所述传动部固定连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的可调节绑带,其特征在于,所述传动部包 括传动齿轮时,所述绑带的两端上均设置有齿条;两个所述齿条分别啮合连接在所述传动齿轮相对的两侧上,当所述传动齿轮转动时,使得两个所述齿条按相反的方向移动。
- 根据权利要求7-10中任一项所述的可调节绑带,其特征在于,所述调节单元与所述第二壳体之间设置有密封圈。
- 一种可穿戴设备,其特征在于,包括:如权利要求7-11中任一项所述的可调节绑带。
