Description

可调节头戴锁紧机构 技术领域
本发明涉及一种可调节头戴锁紧机构,用于头戴设备的绑带上,调节绑带的松紧。
发明背景
目前市场上头戴式3D眼镜类产品常见的采用绷带式。其松紧调节机构主要由绷带和调节扣组成。该类型的调节机构设计主要缺点有:(1)头戴后松紧不便于调节;(2)绑带使用寿命较低;(3)占用空间较大。
其他头戴式3D眼镜类产品结构如下:
在中国实用新型专利“环形头带及具有该头带的头戴式设备”(CN205139466U)中公开了一种可调节头戴锁紧机构,设置有连接带和调节锁定板,两条连接带上均设置有传动齿,调节锁定板上设置有调节旋钮,通过旋转调节旋钮可以收紧两条连接带,调节锁定板中部还设置有用于锁定调节的锁定元件,锁定元件中设置有两组竖向齿,两组竖向齿轴向移动啮合,则锁定调节旋钮。该锁定元件需要用两组竖向齿启动锁定与释放调节旋钮,结构较复杂。
在中国实用新型专利“一种绑带锁紧机构”(CN204989649U)中公开了一种可调节头戴锁紧机构,设置有绑带和绑带锁紧机构,两条绑带上均连接有齿条,绑带锁紧机构中设置有按钮、传动机构及锁位机构,通过旋转按钮可以收紧两条绑带,锁位机构用于锁定按钮及传动机构的位置,限制按钮及传动机构的传动。锁位机构包括锁位齿轮,锁位齿轮与旁边的内齿圈轴向移动啮合,则锁定传动机构,该绑带锁紧机构需要用锁位齿轮与内齿圈启动锁定与释放按钮,结构较复杂。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明提供了一种可调节头戴锁紧机构,使用棘轮和棘爪的配合来限定拨轮,具有结构简单,易于调节、锁紧可靠、节省空间等特点。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
可调节头戴锁紧机构,包括两条绑带和绑带锁紧机构,所述绑带一端设置有齿条,所述齿条插入所述绑带锁紧机构中,所述绑带锁紧机构中设置有拨轮,所述拨轮上同轴设置有棘齿,所述拨轮一侧设置有棘爪,所述棘爪设置有复位弹簧,在所述复位弹簧作用下所述棘爪与所述棘齿啮合,旋转所述拨轮仅可以收紧所述绑带,所述绑带锁紧机构中设置有按键,按动该按键驱动所述棘爪离开所述棘齿,旋转所述拨轮可以收紧或放松所述绑带。
进一步,所述拨轮同轴设置有传动齿轮,所述传动齿轮与所述齿条啮合;所述拨轮一侧 设置有止动板,所述棘爪设置在所述止动板前端,所述止动板后端连接所述复位弹簧。
进一步,所述拨轮与传动齿轮分体制成,通过花键连接。
进一步,所述绑带锁紧机构包括前盖和后盖,前盖和后盖扣合组成的空间内设置所述拨轮、传动齿轮、按键和复位弹簧。
进一步,所述前盖上设置有若干根轴,所述拨轮和传动齿轮安装在其中一根轴上围绕所述轴转动,所述止动板安装在其中一根轴上围绕所述轴转动。
进一步,所述前盖和后盖的边缘上设置若干对应的半孔,组合后形成全孔,所述拨轮的边缘、所述按键端部从所述全孔露出。
进一步,所述前盖和后盖上均设置有固定座夹持限位所述按键。
进一步,所述前盖和后盖卡接组合或通过螺钉组合。
进一步,所述按键从所述绑带锁紧机构下方伸出端部,所述按键上设置有复位弹簧。
进一步,所述复位弹簧采用拉簧。
采用上述技术方案的本发明具有以下优点:
与传统的3D虚拟眼镜锁紧装置相比,本发明具有易于调节、锁紧可靠、节省空间、寿命长等特点。
本发明中按键位于底部,便于戴入状态时右手拇指按动进行双向调节且不破坏产品主外观面整体性。
本发明中采用棘齿和棘爪配合进行锁定与释放拨轮,棘齿数量较多,戴入后可通过拨轮进行微调。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明实施方式作进一步地详细描述。
实施例1
如图1、图2、图3、图4所示为本发明的实施例之一,在该实施例中,可调节头戴锁紧机构,包括两条绑带2和绑带锁紧机构,绑带2一端设置有齿条2-1,齿条2-1插入绑带锁紧机构中,绑带锁紧机构中设置有拨轮5,拨轮5上同轴设置有棘齿5-2,拨轮5一侧设置有棘爪7-1,棘爪7-1设置有复位弹簧,在复位弹簧作用下棘爪7-1与棘齿5-2啮合,旋转拨轮5仅可以收紧绑带2(沿图2中的逆时针方向),绑带锁紧机构中设置有按键6,按动该按键6驱动棘爪7-1离开棘齿5-2,旋转拨轮5可以收紧或放松绑带2(沿图2中的逆时针或顺时针方向)。
如图2所示,拨轮5同轴设置有传动齿轮4,传动齿轮4与齿条2-1啮合;拨轮5一侧设置有止动板7,棘爪7-1设置在止动板7前端,止动板7后端连接复位弹簧,复位弹簧采用拉簧8。
按压按键6,按键6的顶端6-3会顶推止动板7的后部,驱动止动板7转动,棘爪7-1离开棘齿5-2,此时拨轮5没有限制可以沿顺时针或逆时针转动。
如图8、图9、图10所示,拨轮5与传动齿轮4分体制成,通过花键连接。或者拨轮5与传动齿轮4一体制成。拨轮5外圆周上设置有一圈防滑凸起5-1。
绑带锁紧机构包括前盖3和后盖1,前盖3和后盖1扣合组成的空间内设置拨轮5、传动齿轮4、按键6和复位弹簧。
如图5、图6所示,前盖3上设置有轴3-1,拨轮5和传动齿轮4安装在轴3-1上围绕轴3-1转动。后盖1上对应轴3-1设置有凹槽1-1,凹槽1-1是为了对轴3-1进行限位。
前盖3上设置有轴3-6,止动板7安装在轴3-6上围绕轴3-6转动。
前盖3和后盖1的边缘上设置若干对应的半孔,组合后形成全孔,拨轮5的边缘、按键 6端部从全孔露出。拨轮5的上下边缘都会从全孔露出。
如图5、图6所示,前盖3和后盖1上均设置有固定座夹持限位按键6。
前盖3和后盖1卡接组合。
如图2、图3所示,按键6从绑带锁紧机构下方伸出端部,按键6上设置有复位弹簧,复位弹簧采用拉簧8。不按压按键6时,按键6可自行向绑带锁紧机构外部运动,对止动板7不再施加推力。按键6上带有一个挂架6-1,拉簧8设置在挂架6-1中。
实施例2
在该实施例中,与实施例1不同的是,前盖3和后盖1通过螺钉组合。螺钉可以对应轴3-1安装。

  1. 可调节头戴锁紧机构,包括两条绑带和绑带锁紧机构,所述绑带一端设置有齿条,所述齿条插入所述绑带锁紧机构中,其特征在于,所述绑带锁紧机构中设置有拨轮,所述拨轮上同轴设置有棘齿,所述拨轮一侧设置有棘爪,所述棘爪设置有复位弹簧,在所述复位弹簧作用下所述棘爪与所述棘齿啮合,旋转所述拨轮仅可以收紧所述绑带,所述绑带锁紧机构中设置有按键,按动该按键驱动所述棘爪离开所述棘齿,旋转所述拨轮可以收紧或放松所述绑带。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节头戴锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述拨轮同轴设置有传动齿轮,所述传动齿轮与所述齿条啮合;所述拨轮一侧设置有止动板,所述棘爪设置在所述止动板前端,所述止动板后端连接所述复位弹簧。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可调节头戴锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述拨轮与传动齿轮分体制成,通过花键连接。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的可调节头戴锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述绑带锁紧机构包括前盖和后盖,前盖和后盖扣合组成的空间内设置所述拨轮、传动齿轮、按键和复位弹簧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可调节头戴锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述前盖上设置有若干根轴,所述拨轮和传动齿轮安装在其中一根轴上围绕所述轴转动,所述止动板安装在其中一根轴上围绕所述轴转动。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的可调节头戴锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述前盖和后盖的边缘上设置若干对应的半孔,组合后形成全孔,所述拨轮的边缘、所述按键端部从所述全孔露出。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的可调节头戴锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述前盖和后盖上均设置有固定座夹持限位所述按键。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的可调节头戴锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述前盖和后盖卡接组合或通过螺钉组合。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的可调节头戴锁紧机构,其特征在于,所述按键从所述绑带锁紧机构下方伸出端部,所述按键上设置有复位弹簧。
