一种翻折式洗手盆,涉及卫生洁具领域,针对现有技术折叠后体积仍然过大、无法完美利用有限空间、制造成本高、安装复杂、易损坏、使用不方便的技术问题,采用包括卡止器(1)、水槽架(2)、可折叠的水槽(3),卡止器(1)包括至少一个块体(4),卡止器(1)设置有固定件(5),水槽架(2)为四周闭合、中部透空的框型结构;水槽(3)设置在水槽架(2)的中部透空处。合理有效地利用可折叠材料制成可折叠水槽(3),并设置在可翻折的水槽架(2)上,实现多重折叠功能,折叠后占用空间极少,特别适用于使用空间有限的小户型居室、小房间酒店、小胶囊公寓、旅行房车、游艇等场合,市场前景好。

本发明涉及卫生洁具领域,具体涉及一种翻折式洗手盆。
背景技术
随着全球人口数量的激增、资源的减少,人均生活空间越来越小,特别是人口密集的大中型城市,或小房间酒店、小型胶囊公寓、旅行房车、小型游艇等特殊场合,空间非常有限,因此,在使用空间有限的情况下,就要求我们在设计与人们生活息息相关的工业产品时,应合理有效地利用产品结构、材料等的创新,发挥空间使用的最大效率,避免占用过多的使用空间。折叠生活用具突破传统生活用具的设计模式,通过折叠可以将面积或体积较大的物品尽量压缩,为居室腾出不少空间,受到广大消费者的青睐。
洗手盆一般是人们在进行洗手、漱口时,起到收集引流污水的作用,而在人们完成洗手、漱口后,洗手盆就处于闲置状态了,并且在当今生活空间普遍有限的情况下,占据了较大的空间。因此,人们发明了可折叠的洗手盆,旨在需要使用洗手盆时可以展开,在不需要使用洗手盆时,能够将其进行折叠,现也有一些相关的设计研究。
如申请号为201420223362.2的《手动和电动折叠式式洗手台》实用新型专利,公开了一种手动和电动折叠式洗手台,该洗手台的技术方案为:在滑道内镶嵌有“L”形滑板,支撑臂一端和洗手池相连,另一端和滑板相连,在箱体两侧板子上还有伸缩锁头,平时洗手池收缩到“口”字形状箱体内,使用时可以用人力把洗手池拉起,通过支撑臂带动滑板在滑道的滑动,水盆升到高处,再通过“L”形的“一”字挂钩把整个水盆挂在伸缩锁头上,从而像普通水盆使用,当需要把洗手盆收缩回“口”字形状箱体,用手拉动拉环,拉环通过拉线带动两个锁头收缩,挂钩脱掉,水盆缩回箱体,该技术方案虽然也能起到折叠的作用,但因采用硬质水盆,无法真正做到压缩所占空间,而且由于采用过于复杂的结构,加大了制造难度和生产成本,相对容易损坏,维修难度大。
申请号为201520235116.3的《折叠水槽》实用新型专利,公开了一种折叠水槽,由支架、盆胆、安装板、手柄、进水接头、排水接头、出水管和角阀构成,所述盆胆设置在所述支架上,所述进水接头和排水接头设置在所述支架的底部,所述出水管设置在所述支架的顶部内侧,所述角阀设置在所述出水管上,所述安装板设置在所述盆胆的侧壁并且所述手柄安装在所述安装板上。本发明与上述申请号为201420223362.2的《手动和电动折叠式洗手台》专利类似,同样存在结构复杂,易损坏,成本高,折叠后体积过大的问题。
申请号为03242776.X的《洗手盆与抽水马桶组合的卫生洁具》实用新型专利,公开了 一种卫生洁具,该卫生洁具包括洗手池、马桶,所述的洗手池通过折叠器与储水箱上方连通。洗手池通过折叠器连接,洗手池可作水平到直立90度的活动,并可通过折叠器的连接控制进水连动开关组和排水连动开关。当使用马桶时,将洗手池通过折叠器折起90度,马桶使用后,只需将洗手池拉下至水平位置。该技术方案将洗手池与马桶组合,虽然也具备一定的折叠能力,但是很显然,因为洗手盆为硬质材料,所以并未实现真正的折叠,实际上只是将洗手盆变换了方位而已,即使折叠后洗手盆仍然占据较大空间,加上马桶的不可折叠,导致整个装置均无法达到真正意义上的节省空间的目的。使用者在使用中还要切换洗手盆和马桶,并不方便,当使用者在使用马桶过程中,马桶上方凸出的洗手盆还会影响用户体验。
申请号为201210026394.9的《翻折式洗手盆》专利,洗手池上装有水池面板,水池面板一侧装有水龙头,水龙头下端装有下水管固定槽,下水管固定槽连接下水道,水池面板下端装有折叠支架,水池面板与折叠支架一体制成。本发明对于如何实现洗手池体的折叠完全未做说明,也无任何实际技术方案,也得不到说明书支持。
申请号为201310199561.4的《一种新型的墙壁折叠式脸盆架》专利,包含脸盆主架托架、支撑架卡槽、脸盆副架托架卡槽、脸盆副架托架、折叠卡接槽、第一旋转轴承、支撑架、第二旋转轴承、卡接钉,所述的脸盆主架托架的一侧通过第一旋转轴承固定在墙体表面,脸盆主架托架中间设置有支撑架卡槽,脸盆主架托架的两侧设置有脸盆副架托架卡槽,两端脸盆副架托架卡槽卡接有脸盆副架托架,支撑架卡槽的内部卡接有支撑架,支撑架的另一端通过第二旋转轴承固定在墙体表面,脸盆主架托架的右侧顶端设置有折叠卡接槽,脸盆主架托架的上端墙体上设置有卡接钉。本发明结构繁琐,便利性低,只实现收纳脸盆的功能,与仅将脸盆挂在墙壁上的方式效果相同,并不能起到很好的折叠收纳效果,实用性不高。
申请号为91221865.7的《翻折式墙贴盆架》实用新型专利,此发明有支架盒,支架盒内安装转轴,盆架安装在转轴上,转轴上安装扭力弹簧。本发明虽然也有折叠装置,但并没有洗手池,还需要另行配合脸盆才能使用,而且也没有相应的排水装置,仅起到日常放置脸盆的作用,并没有实际解决洗手池折叠收纳的问题,因此也未提高用户体验度和舒适度。
申请号为201610637622.4的《一种折叠洗手池》专利,公开了一种包括水槽、水槽支架、水槽固定组件、水槽支架折叠组件,水槽上端敞口,下端设有排水口,其材料为可折叠的防水材料,水槽支架为四周封闭、能支撑所述水槽及所盛水重量的支架,其镂空形状、大小与所述水槽的敞口相对应,水槽与所述水槽支架相连接,水槽支架与所述水槽支架折叠组件相连接,水槽支架折叠组件与墙壁连接,水槽固定组件将水槽固定于水槽支架上,水槽支架折叠组件将水槽支架固定于墙壁上的技术方案,该方案虽然在空间利用上比此前的技术有所改进,但结构较为复杂,部件较多,导致制造成本高,且在将洗手池展开和收折时,均需 用两手操作且步骤较多。
发明内容
本发明提供一种翻折式洗手盆,以解决现有技术折叠后体积仍然过大、无法完美利用有限空间、制造成本高、安装复杂、易损坏、使用不方便的技术问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案实现:
一种翻折式洗手盆,包括卡止器、水槽架、可折叠的水槽。
所述卡止器包括至少一个块体,所述卡止器设置有固定件,所述水槽架为四周闭合、中部透空的框型结构;所述水槽设置在所述水槽架的中部透空处。
优选地,还包括支撑组件,所述支撑组件至少包括销轴或支撑块,所述支撑组件与水槽架连接。
优选地,所述水槽架通过转动连接件与所述卡止器或安装体连接,从而使水槽架可以固定在安装体上并上下转动。
优选地,所述卡止器包括上块体和下块体,以及位于这两个块体之间的卡槽,所述卡止器固定在所述安装体上。卡止器的作用为当水槽架处于水平位置时,托着支撑块或水槽架,这样的结构更为完整、美观,又能将水槽架卡得更为稳固,并且卡槽的高度大于支撑块或水槽架的厚度,使得支撑块或水槽架能够卡入卡槽中。
进一步,所述卡止器只包括一个下块体。所述卡止器固定在所述安装体上,卡止器的作用为当水槽架处于水平位置时,托着支撑块或水槽架,这种卡止器只有一个块体的结构,既足以支撑水槽架,又节省生产成本。
优选地,所述固定件包括固定孔,以及穿过固定孔将卡止器固定在安装体上的螺钉。
优选地,所述转动连接件包括转轴结构或合页结构,所述转轴结构包括开设在水槽架或卡止器上的轴孔,以及穿设在所述轴孔内的转轴。水槽架连接到转动连接件上,能够实现任意向上或向下转动的功能,转动连接件与卡止器连接,使得在将卡止器固定在安装体上的同时,一步到位地把转动连接件也固定好而无需另外再钉螺钉。
优选地,所述水槽由软质材料制成;或所述水槽由软质材料和硬质材料结合制成,当水槽为软、硬材料结合时,水槽折叠时折痕所处的部位为软质材料,折痕以外的部位则为硬质材料或硬质材料与软质材料相贴合的构造。软硬材料结合的做法,既通过软质的折痕实现了水槽的折叠,又有硬质的部分来实现水槽展开或折叠时的平整和挺括,使整个洗手盆更美观。
优选地,还包括弹性件。
进一步,所述弹性件为弹簧。
优选地,所述卡止器设置在所述水槽架两侧的安装体上,所述水槽架设置有转动连接件,所述转动连接件与所述卡止器或所述安装体相连接,所述水槽架两侧设置有所述支撑组件,所述支撑组件包括销轴、支撑块、销轴滑孔,所述销轴的一端固定在水槽架上,另一端穿设在支撑块的销轴滑孔内,与支撑块滑动连接。所述支撑块的宽度小于所述水槽架与所述卡止器之间的距离。所述卡止器的下块体开设有销轴槽,所述销轴槽与所述销轴的位置相对应。所述弹性件设置在所述支撑块与所述水槽架之间。这样的构造使得当水槽架抬起至水平位置、支撑块的底面超过卡止器下块体的顶面之上时,支撑块受到弹性件的作用力而弹到位于整个下块体的上面的位置,避免了用手来推支撑块的麻烦,提高了使用体验。
优选地,所述卡止器设置在所述水槽架两侧的安装体上,所述水槽架设置有转动连接件,所述转动连接件与所述卡止器或所述安装体相连接;所述支撑组件包括开设在所述水槽架两侧的滑动槽、滑动连接体以及支撑块,所述滑动连接体可滑动地设置在滑动槽内,所述支撑块与所述滑动连接体连接。
进一步,所述弹性件设置于滑动槽内,所述弹性件一端与滑动连接体连接,所述弹性件另一端固定在滑动槽一端。
更进一步,所述弹性件位于滑动槽之外,所述弹性件一端与所述支撑块连接,另一端与所述卡止器或安装体连接,所述卡止器的下块体开设有弹性件槽。
再进一步,所述卡止器下块体的底面为斜面。该做法的有益效果在于,当需要使用洗手盆而将水槽架向上抬时,支撑块与卡止器底部的斜面接触,通过斜面使得在将水槽架向上抬起时,支撑块在不用手施加外力的情况下也可以随着水槽架的上抬而向上移动,最终移动到支撑块的底面超出卡止器下块体的顶面时,支撑块就会在弹性件的作用力下,弹到卡止器下块体的上面。
优选地,所述支撑组件包括销轴、销轴滑孔和弹簧,所述水槽架相应部位的相对而非相邻的两根框条上,分别有一处以上的缺口,所述缺口两端的框条的横截面上,至少有一个横截面上设置有销轴滑孔,所述销轴穿设在所述销轴滑孔内,使所述框条能沿着所述销轴滑动;所述弹簧套设在所述销轴上。所述卡止器设置在所述水槽架侧边相应位置处,使得所述水槽架抬起至水平位置且所述弹簧自然伸展时,水槽架侧边的框条正好卡在所述卡止器下块体的上面。同时,所述缺口的宽度也会大到当将水槽架两侧的框条向中间推压时,框条能够移动的距离足以使框条可以脱离卡止器。此方案的有益效果在于结构更为简单,无需额外设置支撑块也能实现水槽架的支撑固定。
优选地,所述卡止器设置于水槽架的两侧,所述支撑组件为固定在水槽架两侧的支撑块;所述转动连接件包括设置于所述支撑块上的滑槽及设置于所述卡止器卡槽开口处的防脱 挡条,所述防脱挡条穿过所述滑槽。
优选地,所述水槽架上部设置有与水槽架形状、尺寸相对应的水槽架框盖。水槽架框盖可以将水槽的边缘紧压在水槽架上,防止水槽在使用过程中被拉扯位移,同时还可以遮住水槽的边缘使得整体结构更加整齐美观。
进一步,还包括挡水板,所述挡水板设置在所述卡止器上或安装在所述安装体上。挡水板可以防止溅到安装体上的水顺着安装体流到地面。
优选地,所述卡止器上设置有水龙头,所述水龙头的出水口能够旋转。水龙头设置在卡止器上,使得在安装卡止器的同时,也一步到位地把水龙头安装好了,减少了安装部件和步骤;水龙头出水口能够旋转,其有益效果在于,当使用洗手盆时,将水龙头向离开安装体的方向转动,使水龙头出水口的位置接近水槽的中心,洗涤方便,当收纳洗手盆时,又可以将水龙头转到贴着安装体的位置,从而减少占用的空间。

实施例1
图1是第一实施例的总体结构示意图,图2是第一实施例的分解示意图,如图1、图2所示,一种翻折式洗手盆,包括两个结构相同并分别平行固定在安装体6表面的卡止器1,卡止器1包括上块体401和下块体402以及位于这两个块体4之间的用于夹持、固定水槽架2的卡槽9,卡止器1优选刚性材料制成,水槽架2为采用刚性材料做成的四周闭合中部透空的框型结构,形状可以是方形、圆形、椭圆形、心形或以上几种形状的组合,水槽架2中部透空部分设置有水槽3,其两侧边框厚度与卡槽9的高度相匹配,卡止器1还设置有用于将卡止器1固定到安装体6上的固定件5,固定件5设置在卡止器1贴近安装体6的一侧,包括但不限于挂钩、粘钉、固定孔38,本实施例优选固定孔38的方式,采用螺栓或螺钉穿过固定孔38与安装体6固定连接,安装体6为能够支撑整个洗手盆重量的墙体、隔断、门板或者其他立面支撑体。安装时,将柔软可折叠的水槽3固定到水槽架2上,然后将水槽架2两侧插入卡止器1上的卡槽9内,从而实现水槽架2的固定,使用完毕后,再将水槽架2从卡槽9中拔出,以便于充分利用空间。此处需要强调的是,水槽3为可折叠的结构,可以是软材质制成,也可以是软硬材质结合合制成,目的是可折叠并能储水;水槽架2靠近安装体6一侧的水槽架框条25做成圆弧面,以便于转动水槽架2而不至于与安装体6造成干涉。
实施例2
图3是本发明提供的第二实施例总体结构示意图,图4是第二实施例局部结构示意图,图5是第2实施例变化形式的局部示意图,如图3、图4和图5所示,一种翻折式洗手盆,包括两个分别平行固定在水槽架2两侧的安装体6表面的卡止器1,卡止器1包括上块体401和下块体402以及位于这两个块体4之间的用于夹持、固定支撑块18的卡槽9,每个卡止器1与水槽架2之间设置有转动连接件8将两者连接,转动连接件8可以采用转轴10、合页11等多种结构,本实施例优选转轴10的方式,即在水槽架2和卡止器1上相对的部位各设有 一个轴孔12,一根转轴10可转动地穿设于这两个轴孔12中,构成转动连接件8,以实现水槽架2能沿着转轴10上下转动。本实施例中转动连接件8为两个,分别位于水槽架2的两侧。卡止器1还设置有用于将卡止器1固定到安装体6上的固定件5,固定件5包括但不限于挂钩、粘钉、固定孔38,本实施例优选固定孔38的方式,采用螺栓或螺钉穿过固定孔38与安装体6固定连接,安装体6为能够支撑整个洗手盆重量的墙体、隔断、门板或者其他立面支撑体;水槽架2为采用刚性材料做成的四周闭合中部透空的框型结构,形状可以是多边形、方形、圆形、椭圆形、心形或上述几种形状的组合,水槽架2中部透空的部分设置有水槽3,水槽3下部开设有排水孔36。水槽架2其两侧各设置有两根销轴17,销轴17与水槽架2的连接方式包括但不限于一体成型、焊接、铆接、螺纹连接等,销轴17另一端穿入支撑块18的销轴滑孔19内,使支撑块18能够在销轴17上相对滑动,为了更便于操作,支撑块18与水槽架2之间设置有弹簧形式的弹性件15。卡止器1的下块体402开设有销轴槽20,销轴槽20与销轴17的位置相对应。当需要收折洗手盆时,将支撑块18向水槽架2方向移动并压缩弹簧形式的弹性件15,当支撑块18完全移出卡槽9后,水槽架2即可沿着转轴10向下折叠,水槽架2沿着转轴10向下折叠的同时,销轴17从销轴槽20穿过。使用时,将折叠状态的水槽架2沿着转轴10向上旋转,当支撑块18与卡槽9对齐后,在弹性件15的弹力作用下,支撑块18被推入卡槽9内,被卡槽9夹持着的支撑块18通过两根销轴17的作用固定住水槽架2处于稳定状态不会向下掉落,从而使洗手盆维持展开的状态。此处需要强调的是,卡止器1可以是上、下两个块体4的结构,也可以如图5所示,为只有一个下块体402的结构,这两种结构都能起到很好地支撑水槽架2或支撑块18的作用。
实施例3
图6是本发明提供的第三实施例结构示意图,如图6所示,一种翻折式洗手盆,其结构与实施例2类似,与实施例2相同之处在此不再复述,不同之处在于:本实施例在实施例2的基础上将水槽架2边缘的一部分设计成圆弧结构以提高整体的美观度,另外在水槽架2上面以一体成型、焊接或螺纹连接有固定栓32,水槽3开口边缘与固定栓32对应的位置开设有对应的挂孔33,安装水槽时将挂孔33穿入固定栓32即可快速将水槽3固定在水槽架2上,在其中的一个卡止器1一侧设置有水龙头31,该水龙头31为常用的能够旋转出水口的水龙头,其进水连接方式可以是螺纹连接、卡扣连接或者快接头连接,水槽3采用软质防水材料制成,水槽3底部开设有排水孔36,该孔与排水管34连接,排水管34被排水管定位器35固定在安装体6上,水槽架2上方与安装体6接近的一侧安装有挡水板30,挡水板30固定在卡止器1上,挡水板30采用防水材料制成并斜向安装,即能够保证用水时溅到安装体6上的水能够回流到水槽3内。本实施例的使用方法与实施例2类似,此处不再复述。
实施例4
图7是本发明提供的第四实施例总体结构示意图,图8是第四实施例局部结构示意图,如图7和图8所示,一种翻折式洗手盆,包括两个结构相同并分别平行固定在安装体6表面的卡止器1,卡止器1上块体401和下块体402之间设有用于夹持、固定水槽架2的卡槽9,卡止器1下块体402的底面为斜面24,卡止器1下块体402上开设有贯通的弹性件槽23;水槽架2两侧开设有滑动槽21,滑动槽21内设置有滑动连接体22,支撑块18与滑动连接体22连接从而可滑动地设置在滑动槽21上,支撑块18一端与弹簧形式的弹性件15固定连接,弹簧形式的弹性件15另一端与卡止器1或安装体6固定连接,水槽采用软质材料和硬质材料结合的方式制成,即水槽收拢折叠时折痕13所处的部位为软质材料,折痕以外的部位14则为硬质材料或硬质材料与软质材料相贴合的构造,挡水板30安装在水槽架2上方的安装体6上,本实施例的其余结构与实施例3相同。洗手盆需要展开时,用手抬起洗手盆外侧,由于受到弹簧形式的弹性件15拉力作用,支撑块18贴着卡止器1下块体402的斜面24向上滑动,当支撑块18滑动到与卡止器1的卡槽9开口平齐时,支撑块18受到弹簧形式的弹性件15的拉力作用而卡入卡槽9内,从而起到支撑水槽架2的作用,需要折叠时,只要将支撑块18从卡槽9内拉出并向下转动水槽架2即可。需要说明的是,在本实施例中水槽架2可以通过转轴10的方式与卡止器1实现转动连接,形成转动连接件,也可以采用在水槽架2上固定设置合页11,合页11另一侧与安装体6或与卡止器1固定连接的方式构成转动连接件8,从而实现安装体6与水槽架2的连接。需要说明的是弹性件15可以采用拉簧、橡皮筋等具有弹性的材料制成,此处不做限定。
实施例5
图9是第五实施例局部结构示意图,如图9所示,一种翻折式洗手盆,本实施例结构与实施例4类似,唯一不同之处在于弹簧形式的弹性件15设置在滑动槽21内,弹簧形式的弹性件15一端固定在滑动槽21一端,弹簧形式的弹性件15另一端与滑动连接体22连接,同样的,卡止器1下块体402的底面设置有斜面24,但是不用开设弹性件槽23,使用方法也与实施例四相同,都是依靠弹簧16的拉力实现支撑块18卡入卡槽9,从而实现对水槽架2的支撑固定作用。
实施例6
图10是本发明提供的第六实施例组装示意图,图11是本发明提供的第六实施例局部结构示意图,如图10和图11所示,一种翻折式洗手盆,包括带有卡槽9的卡止器1,水槽架2相对的两根框条25两端各设置有1根销轴17,销轴17的一端穿设在框条25上的销轴滑孔19内,销轴17另一端穿过弹簧形式的弹性件15的中空部分与水槽架2的侧边框条37固 定连接,销轴17能够在水槽架2的框条25内滑动,自然状态下水槽架2侧边框条37受到弹簧16的弹力作用而向两侧撑出,从而卡在卡止器1的卡槽9内,从而实现水槽架2的固定,需要折叠时,用手将两侧的框条25向中间推压,使得两侧的框条25脱出卡槽9,然后向下转动水槽架2即可;水槽架2内侧框条25通过合页11结构与安装体6连接;为了更整洁和美观,水槽架2上面套设有能够与水槽架2对应伸缩的水槽架框盖29,该可伸缩的结构可以采用具有伸缩功能的材料或者大小互套形式的刚性材料,此处不做限定。本实施例的示意图中,为了更清楚看到整个支架的结构,水槽3未示出,水槽3的安装方式与上述实施例相同。
实施例7
图12是本发明提供的第七实施例总体结构示意图,图13是本发明提供的第七实施例局部结构示意图,图14是本发明提供的第七实施例侧视图,如图12~14所示,一种翻折式洗手盆,包括左右两侧各1个卡止器1,卡止器1包括上块体401和下块体402,卡止器1固定在安装体6上,上块体401和下块体402之间形成了卡槽9,卡槽9开口处设置有防脱档条28,该防脱档条28一端固定在上块体401,另一端固定在下块体402,水槽架2两侧分别固定有一个支撑块18,支撑块18垂直方向开设有滑槽27,防脱档条28穿过滑槽27,使得支撑块18能够在卡槽9内滑动但是无法脱离卡止器1,水槽架2为采用刚性材料做成的四周闭合中部透空的框型结构,形状可以是方形、圆形、椭圆形、心形或以上几种形状的组合,水槽架2中部透空部分设置有可折叠的水槽3,水槽架2两侧框条25厚度与卡槽9相匹配,卡止器1还设置有用于将卡止器1固定到安装体6表面的固定件5,固定件5包括但不限于挂钩、粘钉、螺钉、固定孔38,本实施例优选固定孔38的方式,采用螺栓或螺钉穿过固定孔38与安装体6固定连接。需要展开洗手盆时,将水槽架2向上抬起,而支撑块18也随之抬起,当支撑块18与卡槽9平行对位时,向卡槽9内推入,使卡槽9卡住支撑块18,从而起到支撑固定水槽架2的目的,同样的,需要折叠时,将水槽架2水平向外拉出直到支撑块18脱离卡槽9,然后放下水槽架2,水槽架2在重量作用下沿着防脱档条28向下转动,从而完成折叠过程。需要注意的是,防脱档条28可以是用硬质材料做成,也可以是软材料做成,只要能够维持支撑块18不会从卡止器1上脱落即可。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的部份实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种翻折式洗手盆,包括卡止器(1)、水槽架(2)、可折叠的水槽(3),其特征在于:
    所述卡止器(1)包括至少一个块体(4),所述卡止器(1)设置有固定件(5),所述水槽架(2)为四周闭合、中部透空的框型结构;所述水槽(3)设置在所述水槽架(2)的中部透空处。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:还包括支撑组件(7),所述支撑组件(7)至少包括销轴(17)或支撑块(18),所述支撑组件(7)与水槽架(2)连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:还包括转动连接件(8),所述水槽架(2)通过所述转动连接件(8)与所述卡止器(1)或安装体(6)连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:所述卡止器(1)包括上块体(401)和下块体(402),以及位于这两个块体(4)之间的卡槽(9),所述卡止器(1)固定在所述安装体(6)上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:所述卡止器(1)只包括一个下块体(402),所述卡止器(1)固定在所述安装体(6)上。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:所述固定件(5)包括固定孔(38),以及穿过固定孔(38)将卡止器(1)固定在安装体(6)上的螺钉。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:所述转动连接件(8)包括转轴(10)结构或合页(11)结构,所述转轴(10)结构包括开设在水槽架(2)或卡止器(1)上的轴孔(12),以及穿设在所述轴孔(12)内的转轴(10)。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:所述水槽(3)由软质材料制成;或所述水槽(3)由软质材料和硬质材料结合制成,当水槽(3)为软、硬材料结合时,水槽(3)折叠时折痕(13)所处的部位为软质材料,水槽折痕(13)以外的部位(14)则为硬质材料或硬质材料与软质材料相贴合的构造。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:还包括弹性件(15)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:所述弹性件(15)为弹簧(16)。
  11. 根据权利要求1~10任一项所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:所述卡止器(1)设置在所述水槽架(2)两侧的安装体(6)上,所述水槽架(2)设置有转动连接件(8),所述转动连接件(8)与所述卡止器(1)或所述安装体(6)相连接;所述水槽架(2)两侧设置有所述支撑组件(7),所述支撑组件(7)包括销轴(17)、支撑块(18)、销轴滑孔(19),所述销轴(17)的一端固定在水槽架(2)上,另一端穿设在支撑块(18)的销轴滑孔(19)内,与支撑块(18)滑动连接,所述支撑块(18)的宽度小于所述水槽架(2)与所述卡止 器(1)之间的距离;所述卡止器(1)的下块体(402)开设有销轴槽(20),所述销轴槽(20)与所述销轴(17)的位置相对应。所述弹性件(15)设置在所述支撑块(18)与所述水槽架(2)之间。
  12. 根据权利要求1~10任一项所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:所述卡止器(1)设置在所述水槽架(2)两侧的安装体(6)上,所述水槽架(2)设置有转动连接件(8),所述转动连接件(8)与所述卡止器(1)或所述安装体(6)相连接;所述支撑组件(7)包括开设在所述水槽架(2)两侧的滑动槽(21)、滑动连接体(22)以及支撑块(18),所述滑动连接体(22)可滑动地设置在滑动槽(21)内,所述支撑块(18)与所述滑动连接体(22)连接。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:所述弹性件(15)设置于滑动槽(21)内,所述弹性件(15)一端与滑动连接体(22)连接,所述弹性件(15)另一端固定在滑动槽(21)一端。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:所述弹性件(15)位于滑动槽(21)之外,所述弹性件(15)一端与所述支撑块(18)连接,另一端与所述卡止器(1)或安装体(6)连接,所述卡止器(1)的下块体(402)开设有弹性件槽(23)。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:所述卡止器(1)下块体(402)的底面为斜面(24)。
  16. 根据权利要求1~10任一项所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:所述支撑组件(7)包括销轴(17)、销轴滑孔(19)和弹簧(16),所述水槽架(2)相应部位的相对而非相邻的两根框条(25)上,分别有一处以上的缺口,所述缺口两端的框条的横截面(26)上,至少有一个横截面(26)上设置有销轴滑孔(19),所述销轴(17)穿设在所述销轴滑孔(19)内,使所述框条(25)能沿着所述销轴(17)滑动;所述弹簧(16)套设在所述销轴(17)上;所述卡止器(1)设置在所述水槽架(2)侧边的相应位置处,使得所述水槽架(2)抬起至水平位置且所述弹簧(16)自然伸展时,水槽架(2)侧边的框条(25)正好卡在所述卡止器(1)下块体(402)的上面。
  17. 根据权利要求1~4、6、8任一项所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:所述卡止器(1)设置于水槽架(2)的两侧,所述支撑组件(7)为固定在水槽架(2)两侧的支撑块(18);所述转动连接件(8)包括设置于所述支撑块(18)上的滑槽(27)及设置于所述卡止器(1)卡槽(9)开口处的防脱挡条(28),所述防脱挡条(28)穿过所述滑槽(27)。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:所述水槽架(2)上部设置有与水槽架(2)形状、尺寸相对应的水槽架框盖(29)。
  19. 根据权利要求1所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:还包括挡水板(30),所述挡水板(30)设置在所述卡止器(1)上或安装在所述安装体(6)上。
  20. 根据权利要求1所述的洗手盆,其特征在于:所述卡止器(1)上设置有水龙头(31),所述水龙头(31)的出水口能够旋转。
