洗手盆一般是人们在进行洗手、漱口时,起到收集引流污水的作用,而在人们完成洗手、漱口后,洗手盆就处于闲置状态了,并且在当今空间资源有限的条件下,也占据了较大的空间。因此,人们发明了可折叠的洗手盆,旨在在需要洗手盆时,展开使用,在不需要洗手盆时,将其进行折叠,节省空间,现也有相关的设计研究。
如申请号为201420223362.2的《手动和电动折叠式洗手台》实用新型专利,公开了一种折叠式洗手台,该洗手台的技术方案为:在滑道内镶嵌有“L”形滑板,支撑臂一端和洗手池相连,另一端和滑板相连,在箱体两侧板子上还有伸缩锁头,平时洗手池收缩到“口”字形状箱体内,使用时可以使用人力把洗手池拉起,通过支撑臂带动滑板在滑道的滑动,水盆升到高处,再通过“L”形的“一”字挂钩把整个水盆挂在伸缩所头上,这样像普通水盆使用,当需要把手盆收缩回“口”字形状箱体,用手拉动拉环,拉环通过拉线带动两个锁头收缩,挂钩脱掉,水盆缩回箱体,该技术方案虽然能将洗手池收到箱体内,但因采用硬质水盆,同时,由于存在用于容纳洗手池的箱体,因此,箱体本身就占据了较大的空间,因此,该方案并不能真正做到压缩洗手池所占空间,而且,由于采用过于复杂的结构,加大了制造难度和生产成本,若有损坏,维修难度大。

发明内容
本发明提供一种收折式洗手盆,用以解决现有技术制造成本高、安装复杂、易损坏、维修难度大、使用不方便以及折叠后体积仍然过大无法完美利用有限空间的技术问题。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案实现:
一种收折式洗手盆,包括水槽架、固定器、支撑杆以及水槽,所述水槽设置在水槽架内,所述水槽由可折叠的防水材料制成,所述水槽架与支撑杆一端连接;所述支撑杆另一端与调节组件连接;所述固定器与所述水槽架连接;当洗手盆不使用时,水槽架可向下翻折收拢,水槽可折叠,减少了洗手盆的占用地方,节省了空间。
优选地,所述固定器与安装体固定连接,所述安装体包括但不限于墙壁、门板、隔板或其他能够支撑本洗手盆重量的支撑物;所述调节组件设置在所述固定器下方;固定器的主要功能是将洗手盆固定在安装体上,由于固定器可以安装在各种类型的安装体上,从而使翻折式洗手盆可以适应不同的环境,具有普遍适应性,满足不同场合对翻折式洗手盆的需求。

优选地,所述防水挡片为软质防水材料,该防水挡片与所述固定器连接,防水挡片安装完成后,将其与安装体之间的缝隙用玻璃胶等封堵起来;其有益效果在于,防水挡片具有倾斜角度时,可使水顺着倾斜的防水挡片迅速流到水槽中,从而防止产生积水,当洗手盆不使用,水槽架收拢时,防水挡片就处于凸出的状态,若为软质材料则当有碰撞时,不会造成伤害。使防水挡片向水槽内倾斜,当使用洗手盆时,溅到安装体上的水顺着安装体向下流时, 会顺着斜向水槽的防水挡片流入水槽中,而不会四散流到地面上。
优选地,所述水槽的水槽内侧面(贴近安装体的一面)与所述安装体相互平行,水槽外侧面与安装体形成夹角;其益处在于,使水槽靠近安装体的水槽内侧面可以整面贴靠在安装体上,使水槽平整且稳定性更好,可以使排水孔和排水管靠在安装体上,只有这样,才能更好的固定排水口和排水管。
优选地,所述水槽还开设有排水孔,所述排水孔与排水管的一端相连接,所述排水管另一端与下水道连接,所述排水管贴近安装体;其有益效果在于,便于将洗涤污水通过排水管排到下水道。
优选地,还包括排水管定位器,排水管定位器一端连接固定在安装体上,另一端连接固定在排水管上;其益处在于,使水槽和排水管稳固不晃动。
优选地,排水管定位器至少一端设置有粘胶,通过粘胶连接固定在安装体上;其有益效果为,粘胶安装方便,无需在安装体上钻孔打钉。
优选地,所述排水管远离排水孔的另一端设置有分支接口组件,分支接口组件为三通管接头,三通管接头的第一接头与排水管连接,第二接头与下水道连接,第三接头预留给其它用水器具这样的设计,其有益效果在于,对于原来已有旧洗手盆的使用者,在新增安装本洗手盆时,不必再为其铺设新的下水道,而是将分支接口组件的一个端口插到原来旧洗手盆所用的那个下水道口,然后再把新、旧洗手盆的两个排水管分别插到分支接口组件的另两个端口,即可让新、旧两个洗手盆同时都能将污水排到下水道,十分简单方便。
优选地,所述限位槽为凹槽结构,所述凹槽结构两侧开设有滑槽,所述滑块两端设置有滑块凸起,所述滑块凸起可滑动地设置在所述滑槽内;有益效果在于,当滑块在限位槽内滑动时,滑块凸起起到限制滑块位置的作用,从而防止洗手盆在使用过程中抖动的情况。
优选地,所述调节组件包括卡止器,长条实体轨道和滑块,所述滑块为中空结构,所述滑块可滑动地套设在所述长条实体轨道上;有益效果在于,滑块套设在长条实体轨道上可使支撑杆沿着竖直方向稳定滑动,从而增加了洗手盆在使用过程中的稳定性。
优选地,所述调节组件的卡止器的数量为两个以上,所述固定器活动地设置在调节组件上。这种一个调节组件上有多个卡止器的结构,其有益效果在于,多个卡止器分别位于调节组件的不同高度,使用者可以根据身高需要,把滑动设置在调节组件上的固定器和支撑杆卡在合适高度的卡止器上,从而能让不同身高的人舒适使用洗手盆。
优选地,所述排水管为可伸缩弯曲的风琴管;其有益效果在于排水管可以根据水槽到下水道口的距离调节长度,且由于是可弯曲的风琴管,在排水管的铺设走向上更灵活方便。
优选地,所述水槽由软质材料制成。有益效果在于,水槽为软质材料可让洗手盆折叠时 迅速收起,现有多种类材质可制成软质水槽,可以取材便利,易于生产。
优选地,所述水槽由软质材料和硬质材料结合制成,在折叠时折痕所处的部位为软质材料,其余部位则为硬质材料或硬质材材料与软质材料相贴合的构造;有益效果在于,由软质材料和硬质材料结合制成的水槽可以根据具体的水槽架形状制成对应的水槽。
优选地,所述水槽为可伸缩风琴结构;有益效果在于,当折叠洗手盆时,可伸缩风琴结构的水槽可以快速收拢,在折叠时可使水槽平整,简洁,节省空间。

实施例一
图1是本发明提供的第一实施例结构示意图,如图1所示,一种收式折洗手盆,包括水槽架1、固定器2、支撑杆3、调节组件4以及水槽6(未示出),两个“U”形固定器2分别平行地固定在安装体5上,安装体可以是墙壁、门板等垂直于地面的平面,固定方式可以是螺栓固定、螺丝固定、挂接等,此处不做限定,两个“U”形固定器2上分别穿设有转动轴21,转动轴21两端分别与“U”形固定器2的两边转动连接,中间部分与水槽架1一端固定连接,通过转动轴21与“U”形固定器2配合可以实现水槽架1沿着转动轴21上下转动;水槽架1另一端与支撑杆3一端通过铰链方式连接,支撑杆3另一端与调节组件4滑动连接;调节组件4设置在固定器2的下方,固定方式可以是螺栓固定、螺丝固定、粘贴固定、挂接固定等方式,此处不做限定;调节组件4为硬质材料,其上设置有卡止器41(未示出)、滑块42和限位槽43,卡止器固定设置在调节组件上用于调节和固定支撑杆3,滑块42用于保证支撑杆3沿着限位槽43滑动;使用时将可折叠的防水材料制成的水槽固定在两根水槽架1之间并用挂钉11(未示出)穿入通孔形式的凹孔111固定,然后将支撑杆3往上移动直到两根水槽架1与地面平行即可使用。

图2是本发明提供的第二实施例框架结构示意图,图3是本发明提供的第二实施例中固定器的结构示意图,图4是本发明提供的第二实施例框架折叠过程示意图。如图2~4所示, 本实施例在实施例一的基础上进行优化,其包括水槽架1、固定器2、支撑杆3、调节组件4以及水槽6(未示出),两个“L”形固定器2分别平行地固定在安装体5上,安装体可以是墙壁、门板等垂直于地面的平面,固定方式不做限定,两个“L”形固定器2上分别穿设有转动轴21,转动轴21与“L”形固定器2转动连接,另一端与水槽架1一端固定连接,通过转动轴21与“L”形固定器2配合可以实现水槽架1沿着转动轴21上下转动;水槽架1为由硬质材质如铝合金、硬塑料等构成的环状闭合的框形,该水槽架1能支撑所述水槽6(未示出)及所盛水重量,水槽架1的形状、大小与所述水槽上部开口的形状、大小相对应,水槽架1另一侧与支撑杆3一端通过铰链方式连接,支撑杆3另一端与调节组件4滑动连接;调节组件4设置在固定器2的下方,固定方式可以是螺栓固定、螺丝固定、粘贴固定、挂接固定等方式,此处不做限定;调节组件4为硬质材料,其上设置有卡止器41、滑槽44、滑块42和限位槽43,滑块42与支撑杆3固定连接,滑块42在限位槽43内上下滑动,滑块凸起45固定在滑块42上,也能够沿着滑槽44上下滑动,卡止器41固定在限位槽43上,用于调节和固定支撑杆3;如图3所示,固定器2设置有固定孔22,安装螺钉23穿过固定孔22将固定器2固定在安装体5上,转动轴21穿过固定器2并与水槽架1固定连接。
实施例三
图5是本发明提供的第三实施例总体结构示意图,如图5所示,一种收折式洗手盆,其结构与实施例二类似,唯一不同的地方在于:水槽架1采用圆形结构,有利于提高用户体验。同理,为了提高用户体验水槽架1还可以做成心形、椭圆形或其他形式的结构,此处不做限定。水槽6通过螺丝钉形式的挂钉11固定在圆形水槽架1上,水槽6的底部还安装有风琴管形式的可伸缩弯曲的排水管7,以便于将废水排出。
实施例四
图6是本发明提供的第四实施例总体结构示意图,图7是本发明提供的第四实施例折叠后的效果示意图,如图6和图7所示,一种收折式洗手盆,包括水槽架1、固定器2、支撑杆3、调节组件4以及水槽6,两个固定器2分别与调节组件4连接并固定在安装体5(未示出)上,安装体可以是墙壁、门板等垂直于地面的平面,固定方式不做限定,两个固定器2上分别穿设有转动轴21,转动轴21和固定器2转动连接,转动轴21另一端与水槽架1一端固定连接,通过转动轴与固定器2配合可以实现水槽架1沿着转动轴21上下翻转;水槽架1为由硬质材质构成的环状闭合的框形,该水槽架1能支撑所述水槽6及所盛水重量,水槽架1的形状、大小与所述水槽6上部开口的形状、大小相对应,水槽架1另一侧与支撑杆3一端通过铰链方式连接,支撑杆3另一端与调节组件4上的滑块42连接,滑块42为中空结构,其套设在导轨46上,滑块42能够沿着长条实体轨道46上下滑动;调节组件4还包括螺钉 40、卡止器41、卡止器41固定设置在调节组件的长条实体轨道46上,调节组件为硬质材料,调节组件与所述安装体固定连接,滑块42与支撑杆3连接,当水槽架1处于水平状态时,滑块42卡在卡止器41上,整个调节组件4被螺钉40固定到安装体上,水槽6被挂钉11固定在水槽架上,水槽6底部还开设有排水孔60,排水孔60与排水管7连接,排水管7另一端与下水管道连接,排水管7贴近安装体,排水管7采用可伸缩折叠的风琴管制成。
实施例五
图8是本发明提供的第五实施例总体结构示意图,如图8所示,一种收折式洗手盆,包括水槽架1、固定器2、支撑杆3、调节组件4以及水槽6(未示出),两个“L”形固定器2分别平行地固定在安装体5上,安装体可以是墙壁、门板等垂直于地面的平面,固定方式不做限定,两个“L”形固定器2上分别穿设有转动轴21,转动轴21一端分别与“L”形固定器2转动连接,另一端与水槽架1一端固定连接,通过转动轴21与“L”形固定器2可以实现水槽架1沿着转动轴21上下转动;水槽架1由硬质材质构成环状闭合的框形,该水槽架1能支撑所述水槽6(未示出)及所盛水重量,固定器2下方安装有调节组件4,调节组件4也是“L”形结构,一面与安装体5连接另一面与支撑杆3可活动连接,连接方式可以是铰链或者是转环连接,支撑杆3采用可以伸缩的气压或液压伸缩气缸构成,支撑杆3另一端与水槽架1铰链连接,通过调节伸缩气缸的伸出或缩回即可调节水槽架1的角度,使用时将水槽安装到水槽架1内即可。
实施例六
图9是本发明提供的第六实施例框架结构示意图,如图9所示,一种收折式洗手盆,包括水槽架1、固定器2、支撑杆3、调节组件4以及水槽6(未示出),两个“L”形固定器2分别平行地固定在安装体5上,安装体可以是墙壁、门板等垂直于地面的平面,固定方式不做限定,两个“L”形固定器2上分别穿设有转动轴21,转动轴21一端与“L”形固定器2转动连接另一端分与水槽架1一端固定连接,通过转动轴21与“L”形固定器2可以实现水槽架1沿着转动轴21上下转动;水槽架1由硬质材质构成环状闭合的框形,该水槽架1能支撑所述水槽6(未示出)及所盛水重量,固定器2下方安装有调节组件4,调节组件4也是“L”形结构,调节组件4一面与安装体5连接另一面与支撑杆3可拆卸连接,水槽架1另一端与支撑杆3一端通过铰链方式连接,使用时将可折叠的防水材料制成的水槽固定在水槽架1内并用挂钉穿入凹孔111将水槽固定,然后将支撑杆3往上移动并顶住调节组件4从而使水槽架1与地面平行即可使用。在此实施例的基础上,还可以推导出另外一种相似的结构:固定器2与调节组件4连成一体,这样更便于安装和使用。
实施例七
图10是本发明提供的第七实施例框架结构示意图,图11是本发明提供的第七实施例组装示意图,如图10和图11所示,一种收折式洗手盆,在实施例二的基础上增加了水龙头9和水槽盖框8以及防水挡片10,与实施例二相同的结构此处不再复述,不同之处在于:水槽盖框8设置在水槽6上面,水槽盖框8形状、大小与所述水槽架1的形状、大小相对应,水槽6被水槽盖框8通过螺丝钉形式的挂钉11与水槽架1紧密固定,在水槽盖框8上方靠近安装体5一侧安装有采用软质材质做成的防水挡片10,防水挡片10靠近安装体5的一侧高于远离安装体5的另一侧,以便于将飘洒到安装体5上的水滴挡住并使其回流到水槽6内;水龙头9安装在固定器2上,连接头91设置在水龙头9底部,连接头91与外部水管相连接,水龙头9设置有转动组件92,水龙头9上部设有出水口的那一截可旋转的连接在转动组件92上,水龙头9设置有开关93,开关93设置在水龙头9下部不可转动的部位,水龙头9的开关93打开或关闭时摆动的路径所处的平面与安装体5平面为平行关系,连接头91上预设有螺纹。
实施例八
图12是本发明提供的第八实施例总体结构示意图,图13是本发明提供的第八实施例排水管安装示意图,如图12和图13所示,一种收折式洗手盆,结构与实施例二接近,包括水槽架1、固定器2、支撑杆3、调节组件4以及水槽6,固定器2与调节组件4连成一体,调节组件4两侧还开设有滑槽44,水槽架1和支撑杆3能够沿着限位槽43上下滑动,调节组件4上设置有多个卡止器41,用于固定水槽架1和支撑杆3的位置,水槽架1上设置有固定栓12,固定栓12与开设在水槽6上的挂孔61(未示出)配合将水槽6固定在水槽架1上。如图13所示,排水管7安装时紧靠安装体5,排水管7进水口设置有排水管定位器71,用于将排水管固定在安装体5上,排水管7出水端与三通管接头形式的分支接口组件72连接,为了保证水槽6与安装体紧密结合,如图13所示,水槽6的水槽内侧面62(贴近安装体5的一面)与所述安装体5相互平行,水槽外侧面63与安装体5形成夹角。
实施例九
图14是本发明提供的第九实施例总体结构示意图,如图14所示,一种收折式洗手盆,包括水槽架1、固定器2、支撑杆3、调节组件4以及水槽6,与前述实施例相同,固定器2将水槽架1固定在安装体5上,调节组件4同样安装在固定器2下方的安装体5上,水槽6上面安装有水槽盖框8,不同之处在于:水槽6为风琴结构的可折叠伸缩的容器体;调节组件4采用具有凹槽结构的限位槽43,凹槽两侧开设有滑槽44,卡止器41固定在凹槽内且该卡止器41所在位置的滑槽44设置成凸出结构,以便于滑块42能够自由越过卡止器41;卡止器41设置成片状,与凹槽底面形成小于90度的锐角,用于锁定滑块42使其不会因重量 作用落下。图15是本发明提供的由硬质材料和软质材料构成的水槽结构示意图,如图15所示,图中水槽6上带有块状结构的为硬质防水材质,块状结构之间的凹痕为软质防水材质,水槽需要折叠时沿着凹痕将块状结构对折即可,图15所示的水槽可以运用于上述9个实施例当中。

    所述水槽架(1)与支撑杆(3)一端连接;
    所述支撑杆(3)另一端与调节组件(4)连接;
    所述固定器(2)与所述水槽架(1)连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种收折式洗手盆,其特征在于:
    所述固定器(2)与安装体(5)连接;
    所述调节组件(4)设置在所述固定器(2)下方。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种收折式洗手盆,其特征在于:
    所述水槽架(1)由硬质材料制成。

    所述水槽架(1)上设置有固定栓(12),水槽(6)上部开口与所述水槽架(1)连接的边缘上设置有与所述固定栓(12)对应的挂孔(61),所述水槽(6)的挂孔(61)穿套在对应的固定栓(12)上。

    所述水槽架(1)设置有凹孔(111),所述水槽(6)上部开口与所述水槽架(1)连接的边缘设置有与所述凹孔(111)对应的挂孔(61),挂钉(11)穿过挂孔(61)插在凹孔(111)内将水槽(6)固定在水槽架(1)上。

  31. 据权利要求13所述的一种收折式洗手盆,其特征在于:
    所述限位槽(43)为凹槽结构,所述凹槽结构两侧开设有滑槽(44),所述滑块(42)两端设置有滑块凸起(45),所述滑块凸起(45)可滑动地设置在所述滑槽(44)内。
  32. 据权利要求1~8任一所述的一种收折式洗手盆,其特征在于:
    所述调节组件(4)包括卡止器(41)、长条实体轨道(46)和滑块(42),所述滑块(42)为中空结构,所述滑块(42)可滑动地套设在所述长条实体轨道(46)上。
  33. 根据权利要求13所述的一种收折式洗手盆,其特征在于:
    所述调节组件(4)的卡止器(41)的数量为两个以上,所述固定器(2)活动地设置在调节组件(4)上。
  34. 根据权利要求27所述的一种收折式洗手盆,其特征在于:
    所述排水管(7)为可伸缩弯曲的风琴管。
  35. 根据权利要求1所述的一种收折式洗手盆,其特征在于:
    所述水槽(6)由软质材料制成。
  36. 根据权利要求1所述的一种收折式洗手盆,其特征在于:
    所述水槽(6)由软质材料和硬质材料结合制成,水槽折叠时折痕(94)所处的部位为软质材料,折痕以外的部位(95)则为硬质材料或硬质材料与软质材料相贴合的构造。
  37. 根据权利要求1所述的一种收折式洗手盆,其特征在于:
    所述水槽(6)为可伸缩风琴结构。
