如图5至图7所示,作为上述实施例的优选,挡圈3的内径与安置于本体1内的电机端盖的外径相适应,挡圈3的内侧直径可以设置为与安置于其内的电机外径相同或者略宽,以保证中置电机与五通的相互匹配,具体地,电机本体的外径与五通的挡圈3的内径之间相差为0.2-1毫米时,间隙配合效果较好,电机和压块52可以正常的插入和锁紧。
如图1所示,在上述任一实施例的基础上,为防止意外进水或后叉走线孔设置在外侧时可能导致的雨水进入,在五通的走线槽2内设置有消水孔6,所述消水孔6贯穿所述走线槽2底部和所述本体1的外壁,安装于电动自行车上时,消水孔6位于本体1的重力方向的最下端。以使在走线槽2内进水后,水分可从消水孔6流出,避免内侧积水,该设计使得电线走线内置,避免了外置电线导致的磨损,并进一步提高了电气防水性能。
进一步地,该五通上还设置电机线槽7,以方便电机线的通过,电机线槽7贯穿一侧挡圈3,一端与所述走线槽2连通,另一端连通至所述挡圈3的端部。
如图3所示,本发明提供的电动自行车五通使用的电机为侧出线电机,以配合五通内走线需求,具体地,该侧出线电机包括电机本体和电机端盖8两部分,电机端盖8设置在电机本体一侧,电机端盖8与电机本体同轴布置,且电机端盖8的外径大于电机本体的外径,电机端盖8与电机本体连接处设置有一走线孔,电机线11从走线孔内引出电机,电 机线11的走线方向为从电机端盖8向电机本体一侧走线,电动自行车五通的本体1内侧的挡圈3上设置的电机线槽7与此对应,电机线11设置在本体1一侧的挡圈3上,电机线槽7与走线槽2连通,电机线槽7的宽度略宽于电机线11的总宽,使得电机线11可通过电机线槽7进入走线槽2内,方便电机的安装,并保证电机线走线隐藏在电机端盖8和五通内,从而保证电机线的安全性。
优选地,五通的本体1的尺寸与电机端盖8外径相同,五通的本体1的高度与电机本体的高度相同,在电机装入五通后,使得五通与电机端盖8紧密配合构成一整体,使得车架与电机紧密契合,有效提高车辆外观一致性。
作为上述实施例的优选,本发明提供的五通的连接孔4为圆孔或长条孔;且所述连接孔4的设置可以有多种方式,连接孔4的中心线可以与所述内壁的径向线重合,或所述连接孔4的中心线与所述内壁的径向线成角度设置。
具体地,当连接孔4的中心线与所述内壁的径向线成角度设置,即连接孔4为斜孔时,连接孔4可设置成圆孔,此时,连接孔4的轴线与五通本体1的径向成一定角度。在一较佳实施例中,连接孔4与五通本体1的走线槽内侧相切布置,走线更顺畅;此外,在连接孔4倾斜布置时,也可将连接孔4开设成长条孔。当连接孔4的中心线可以与所述内壁的径向线重合,即连接孔4为直孔,连接孔4也可设置成圆孔或长条孔;连接孔4为直孔时,由于下管孔41孔径较大,可将下管孔设置成圆孔,后叉连接孔孔42径小,应设置成长条孔,以避免线材弯折半径过小,角度过大而造成线材损坏,有效降低生产成本,保证使用寿命。
如图4所示,本实施例中,五通的走线槽2不仅仅用于电机的走线,同时也可用于传感器信号线12等线路的安装走线,使信号线等线路也处于隐藏的保护之中。
具体安装方式为:将传感器和显示器的信号线12从车架的下管9前端穿入,并通过五通的下管连接孔41进入走线槽2,沿走线槽2布线后 再通过后叉连接孔42进入车架后叉管10,并在靠近传感器安装处穿出。电机线11先从下管连接孔41内穿过,并与设置在下管9内的电机连接线连接,随后将电机对准五通插入,并使得五通的电机线槽7对准电机的侧边出线口,随后将导线沿着电机外壳弯折,并将电机完全插入五通内,其余线缆也沿着电机外壳弯曲布置,避免对电机安装形成干涉,随后,将压块52插入压块槽51内,并在顶紧孔53内旋入螺丝或顶丝,使得螺丝或顶丝能顶紧压块52并依靠压块52固定住电机,保证电机的稳定性和走线的隐蔽性。
上述实施例中,由于走线槽2为环形,压块52在固定电机时会挡住部分的走线槽,因此。信号线的走线只能从电机一侧通过,如图4所示,其中电机线弯折后沿着走线槽2走线并通过下管连接孔41进入下管9,信号线等从下管的龙头处穿入并通过下管连接孔41进入五通,沿着走线槽走线后,从后叉连接孔中穿出,进入后叉管10或沿着后叉管10下方隐蔽走线。完成安装。
本发明提供的电动自行车五通,其本体的外侧可以设置成倒角的结构,在设置倒角的情况下,为了保证电机走线槽的强度,以及走线的方便性,倒角可以在电机走线槽的两侧开始,即倒角避开电机走线槽的外侧。当然在保证电机走线槽强度的前提下,为提高外观的一致性,也可以将五通本体的外侧整体进行倒角处理,电机与五通安装完成后一致性更好,电动自行车的行驶稳定性和驾驶体验更好。
采用上述技术方案,本发明通过在五通内部设置走线槽,实现电机电源线和信号线在自行车五通处的隐藏化;通过设置连接孔,实现电机电源线和信号线等在车架下管和车架后叉处的隐藏化,避免电源线和信号线外露;通过压块及压块槽的设置,保证电机在五通内安置的稳定性;通过设置消水孔,使进入走线槽内的水分等顺利流出,减小水分等液体对电源线和信号线等产生的损耗;通过对连接孔形状和角度的具体设计,使得走线可以顺着走线槽弯曲,避免普通直孔产生的导线弯曲半径过小,而造成的不易装配和应力损坏,从而大大延长使用寿命。
综上所述,本发明所提供的电动自行车五通,可以广泛地应用于电动自行车,实现电动自行车电源线和信号线等的隐藏化,提高电动自行车的使用寿命和骑乘体验。另外,上述的实施例可以通过采用不同的组合方式来实施本发明,如电机可以采用同心同轴安装或者一侧安装,减速机构可以通过行星轮减速或者其他齿轮、链条减速结构,中轴可以采用单轴结构或者左右轴结构,传感器可以采用各种扭矩传感器或者速度传感器等等。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电动自行车五通,其特征在于,包括内壁为圆筒状的本体,所述内壁两个端部的直径小于所述内壁中部的直径,使所述内壁的中部周向的形成一走线槽,两个端部分别形成一挡圈;
    所述本体上还开设有连接孔,所述连接孔连通所述走线槽和所述本体的外壁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电动自行车五通,其特征在于,所述连接孔包括与车架下管相连通的下管连接孔,以及与车架后叉相连通的后叉连接孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电动自行车五通,其特征在于,还包括压紧机构,所述压紧机构包括设置在所述本体内壁上的压块槽、与所述压块槽相配合的压块、以及顶紧装置;
    所述压块槽内设置有顶紧孔,所述顶紧孔贯穿所述本体的内壁和外壁,所述顶紧装置穿过所述顶紧孔顶紧在所述压块上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电动自行车五通,其特征在于,所述顶紧装置为顶紧螺丝,所述顶紧孔为与所述顶紧螺丝相适应的螺孔。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的电动自行车五通,其特征在于,所述压块槽连通所述本体的两端部,且与所述本体的中心轴线平行;
    所述压块长度与所述本体的高度相同,所述压块不与压块槽相对的一侧设置为圆弧面,所述圆弧面与置于所述本体内的电机外壁贴合设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电动自行车五通,其特征在于,所述挡圈的内径与安置于所述本体内的电机的外径相适应。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电动自行车五通,其特征在于,所述走线槽内设置有消水孔,所述消水孔贯穿所述走线槽底部和所述本体的外壁。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电动自行车五通,其特征在于,还包括电机线槽,所述电机线槽贯穿一侧挡圈,一端与所述走线槽连通,另一端连通至所述挡圈的端部。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的电动自行车五通,其特征在于,所述连接孔为圆孔或长条孔;且,所述连接孔的中心线与所述内壁的径向线重合,或所述连接孔的中心线与所述内壁的径向线成角度设置。
  10. 一种电动自行车,其特征在于,包括上述任一权利要求所述的电动自行车五通。
