Description

一种侧锁止高度调节器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及汽车配件技术领域,特别涉及一种侧锁止高度调节器。

近年来,伴随中国经济的高速增长,使人民生活水平已开始迈入小康水平,汽车也变得越来越普及。安全带的高度调节器属于汽车安全配件,结构较为简单,用来调节安全带高度,一般由导轨、滑块、托架等配件组成。安全带高度调节,就是为了满足不同身材的人群设计的,根据使用者的身高不同,安全带的高度调节器可设置多个调节档位,方便使用。
现有的一些安全带的高度调节器为按钮式或者是提拉式的高度调节器,一般导轨上的档位槽设置在导轨的下端或者上端位置,止动销一般为圆柱形,高度调节器一般设置1个止动销,滑动时的稳定性和噪声控制不是很好。侧锁止的高度调节器一般包括导轨、滑块、塑料座、止动块和按钮,导轨两侧设置有与止动块配合的档位槽,塑料座与滑块连接并与导轨上滑动连接,止动块通过外部的安装零件铰接在滑块上的,涉及的装配零件多,加工和安装不便;塑料座内安装有弹性架,弹性架对止动块施加朝向导轨档位槽的压力,弹性架上设置有用于钩挂止动块的挡钩,对于弹性架的加工和精度要求较高,并且止动块的稳定性不佳。
实用新型内容

为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供一种侧锁止高度调节器,包括导轨、滑块、塑料座、止动块和按钮;所述导轨的两侧面设置有多个可与所述止动块配合的档位槽,所述滑块与所述塑料座滑动配合,所述按钮扣装在所述塑料座内;所述按钮上设有用于放置和支撑所述止动块的止动块托架,所述按钮设置有导向切槽,所述止动块上的导向圆柱落入所述导向切槽内,所述止动块设置有圆形支点,所述滑块上设置有贯通的支点通孔,所述圆形支点落入所述支点通孔内,所述止动块以所述支点通孔为支点转动;所述塑料座上放置有弹性架,所述弹性架两侧设置有弹性部,所述弹性部抵靠在所述止动块的内侧端面上。所述止动块是直接钩挂在所述止动块托架上的,在所述滑块上只需加工出与所述圆形支点相对应配合的所述支点通孔,无需加工铰链销孔,加工方便,可以有效提高装配效率,生产效率高。所述止动块在所述支点通孔内转动的过程中,所述止动块始终支撑在所述止动块托架上。
进一步的,所述导向切槽呈三角形,所述导向切槽内侧设置有与所述导向圆柱接触的弧形导向部。使用时按压所述按钮,所述导向圆柱与所述弧形导向部的配合,从而带动所述止动块向内侧运动,此时所述止动块脱离出所述档位槽,此时所述弹性架处于受压蓄能状态,滑动所述塑料座,便可调节所述滑块和所述塑料座相对于所述导轨上的相对位置,从而实现高度调节器的位置调节。所述导向切槽整体呈三角形,在本技术方案中为直角三角形,当所述按钮复位后,所述导向圆柱并不需要所述弧形导向部的导向配合,通过所述弹性架的复位推力,所述导向圆柱直接复位至初始位置,所述止动块落入所述对应的档位槽内。
进一步的,所述塑料座的两侧设置有导轨滑槽,所述导轨滑槽与所述导轨滑动配合。
进一步的,所述按钮上安装有按钮弹簧,所述按钮弹簧一端抵靠在所述塑料座上,按压所述按钮,所述钮弹簧处于受压状态;所述按钮的两侧 设置有卡扣,所述按钮通过所述卡扣扣装在所述塑料座内。
进一步的,所述导轨上安装有用于放置卷簧的卷簧座,所述导轨的两侧设置有矩形切槽,所述卷簧座的两侧分别设置有与矩形切槽扣合的弹性卡扣,所述卷簧座通过所述弹性卡扣扣装在所述导轨内。

具体实施方式
参阅图1~图4,本实用新型提供一种侧锁止高度调节器,包括导轨1、滑块2、塑料座3、止动块4和按钮5;导轨1的两侧面设置有多个可与止 动块4配合的档位槽6,滑块2与塑料座3滑动配合,按钮5扣装在塑料座3内;按钮5上设有用于放置和支撑止动块4的止动块托架7,止动块托架7与塑料座3一体注塑成型。按钮5设置有导向切槽8,止动块4上的导向圆柱9落入导向切槽8内,止动块4设置有圆形支点10,滑块2上设置有贯通的支点通孔11,圆形支点10落入支点通孔11内,止动块4以支点通孔11为支点转动;塑料座3上放置有弹性架12,弹性架12两侧设置有弹性部13,弹性部13抵靠在止动块4的内侧端面上。参阅图4,止动块4是直接钩挂在止动块托架7上的,在滑块2上只需加工出与圆形支点10相对应配合的支点通孔11,无需加工铰链销孔,加工方便,涉及的装配零件少,可以有效提高装配效率,生产效率高。止动块4在支点通孔11内转动的过程中,止动块4始终支撑在止动块托架7上。
参阅图1和图3,导向切槽8呈三角形,导向切槽8内侧设置有与导向圆柱9接触的弧形导向部14。使用时按压按钮5,导向圆柱9与弧形导向部14的配合,从而带动止动块4向内侧运动,此时止动块4脱离出档位槽6,此时弹性架12处于受压蓄能状态,滑动塑料座3,便可调节滑块2和塑料座3相对于导轨1上的相对位置,从而实现高度调节器的位置调节。导向切槽8整体呈三角形,在本实施例中为直角三角形,当按钮5复位后,导向圆柱9并不需要弧形导向部14的导向配合,通过弹性架12的复位推力,导向圆柱9直接复位至初始位置,止动块4落入对应的档位槽6内。
参阅图1和图2,塑料座3的两侧设置有导轨滑槽15,导轨滑槽15与导轨1滑动配合。按钮5上安装有按钮弹簧16,按钮弹簧16一端抵靠在塑料座3上,按压按钮5,钮弹簧16处于受压状态;按钮5的两侧设置有卡扣17,按钮5通过卡扣17扣装在塑料座3内。
参阅图1,导轨1上安装有用于放置卷簧22的卷簧座18,导轨1的两侧设置有矩形切槽19,卷簧座18的两侧分别设置有与矩形切槽19扣合的弹性卡扣20,卷簧座18通过弹性卡扣20扣装在导轨1内。滑块2上设置有用于钩挂卷簧22的钩槽21,卷簧座18内的卷簧22与滑块2相连接, 在使用时可直接通过卷簧的拉力进行复位。
本实施例侧锁止高度调节器的止动块直接放置在塑料座上的止动块托架上,塑料座与止动块托架市通过一体注塑成型的,止动块直接落入滑块的支点通孔内,对于滑块和弹性架的制造加工较为方便,有效降低生产成本。
