Abstract
一种基于PBS分光器的车灯系统,包括光源(1)、PBS分光器(3)、准直透镜组(2)、成像透镜组(5)、LCOS控制芯片(4)和光路控制单元(6),准直透镜组(2)和PBS分光器(3)依次沿光源(1)的光线发射方向排列设置,LCOS控制芯片(4)设置于经PBS分光器(3)的接触面反射出的S波的光路上,成像透镜组(5)设置于经LCOS控制芯片(4)调制后的S波透过PBS分光器(3)的接触面后的出射光路上,光路控制单元(6)设置于经PBS分光器(3)的接触面透射出的P波的光路上。通过光路控制单元(6)将投射出PBS分光器(3)的P波部分用作近光照明或近光照明的一部分,可以提高对光源光能的利用率。
Description
本发明涉及车灯领域,特别涉及一种基于PBS分光器的车灯系统。
如图1所示,为目前LCOS投影系统的示意图。光源1发出的光线经过准直透镜组2进行准直校准成接近平行光,再射入PBS分光器3,在PBS分光器3的接触面处,S波由于无法通过接触面,被反射出PBS分光器3,LCOS控制芯片4设置于S波出射面,通过LCOS控制芯片4的调制来实现对图像的控制,被调制的S波由于振动方向的改变,再次通过PBS接触面时可以直接透过,并通过透镜组5后投射到屏幕;而直接透射过PBS分光器3的P波部分无法被利用,一般通过黑色材质吸收以避免影响成像质量,造成光能损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述问题,提供了一种基于PBS分光器的车灯系统,大大提高了对光源光能的运用。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种基于PBS分光器的车灯系统,其特征在于,包括光源、PBS分光器、准直透镜组、成像透镜组、LCOS控制芯片和光路控制单元,所述准直透镜组和PBS分光器依次沿光源的光线发射方向排列设置,所述LCOS控制芯片设置于经PBS分光器的接触面反射出的S波的光路上,所述成像透镜组设置于经LCOS控制芯片调制后的S波透过PBS分光器的接触面后的出射光路上,所述光路控制单元设置于经PBS分光器的接触面透射出的P波的光路上。
本发明通过LCOS控制芯片对S波的调制,形成可以被动态控制的亮灭的光路,用作智能远光照明功能(专利2012103259803提供了一种机械式智能远光的解决方案,本发明通过LCOS控制芯片,实现电子控制式智能远光)。
其中,所述光路控制单元为透镜或反射镜。
其中,所述光路控制单元为包括反射镜、遮光板和放大镜的车灯组件。
其中,所述准直透镜组由同轴设置的负弯月透镜和平凸透镜组成,其中负弯月透镜靠近光源,平凸透镜靠近PBS分光器。
其中,所述成像透镜组由同轴设置的凹透镜和平凸透镜组成,其中凹透镜位于靠近PBS分光器的一侧,平凸透镜位于远离PBS分光器的一侧。
其中,所述PBS分光器的接触面与经准直透镜组准直校准后的入射光成
45度角。
其中,所述LCOS控制芯片在其液晶显示为亮态时,将经PBS分光器的接触面反射出的S波改变成P波透射出PBS分光器的接触面后进入像透镜组。
本发明的有益效果为:通过增加光路控制单元,将自PBS分光器的接触面透射出的P波部分用作近光照明或近光照明的一部分,以提高对光源光能的运用。

其中:1-光源,2-准直透镜组,3-PBS分光器,4-LCOS控制芯片,5-成像透镜组,6-光路控制单元。
下面结合具体实施例和附图,进一步阐述本发明。
如图2和3所示,一种基于PBS分光器的车灯系统,该车灯系统为在现有LCOS投影系统上改造而成,具体包括光源1、PBS分光器3、准直透镜组
2、成像透镜组5、LCOS控制芯片4和光路控制单元6。
准直透镜组2和PBS分光器3依次沿光源1的光线发射方向排列设置,PBS分光器3的接触面与经准直透镜组2准直校准后的入射光成45度角。所述准直透镜组2具体由同轴设置的负弯月透镜和平凸透镜组成,其中负弯月透镜靠近光源1,平凸透镜靠近PBS分光器3,直透镜组2用于将光源1发出的光线进行准直校准成接近平行光。
LCOS控制芯片4设置于经PBS分光器3的接触面反射出的S波的光路上。当LCOS控制芯片4在其液晶显示为亮态时,将经PBS分光器3的接触面反射出的S波改变成P波透射出PBS分光器3的接触面后进入像透镜组5,即LCOS控制芯片4用于调制S波的振动方向,使S波振动方向旋转90度,从而透过PBS分光器的接触面,用于智能远光照明功能。
成像透镜组5设置于经LCOS控制芯片4调制后的S波透过PBS分光器3的接触面后的出射光路上,S波经成像透镜组5后投射到屏幕,实现远光照明。所述成像透镜组5具体由同轴设置的凹透镜和平凸透镜组成,其中凹透镜位于靠近PBS分光器3的一侧,平凸透镜位于远离PBS分光器3的一侧。
光路控制单元6设置于经PBS分光器3的接触面透射出的P波的光路上,具体地,光路控制单元6可以是透镜或反射镜,也可以是包括反射镜、遮光板和放大镜的车灯组件,用于将无法控制的P波作为常亮的近光照明或近光
照明的一部分使用,大大提高对光源光能的运用。
特别声明,上述实施例中所示各部的具体形状和制造的工艺流程,仅为本发明所示具体化,且为行之有效之一例。这些并不能用于限定解释本发明的技术范围。
Claims (7)
- 一种基于PBS分光器的车灯系统,其特征在于,包括光源(1)、PBS分光器(3)、准直透镜组(2)、成像透镜组(5)、LCOS控制芯片(4)和光路控制单元(6),所述准直透镜组(2)和PBS分光器(3)依次沿光源(1)的光线发射方向排列设置,所述LCOS控制芯片(4)设置于经PBS分光器(3)的接触面反射出的S波的光路上,所述成像透镜组(5)设置于经LCOS控制芯片(4)调制后的S波透过PBS分光器(3)的接触面后的出射光路上,所述光路控制单元(6)设置于经PBS分光器(3)的接触面透射出的P波的光路上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于PBS分光器的车灯系统,其特征在于,所述光路控制单元(6)为透镜或反射镜。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于PBS分光器的车灯系统,其特征在于,所述光路控制单元(6)为包括反射镜、遮光板和放大镜的车灯组件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于PBS分光器的车灯系统,其特征在于,所述准直透镜组(2)由同轴设置的负弯月透镜和平凸透镜组成,其中负弯月透镜靠近光源(1),平凸透镜靠近PBS分光器(3)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于PBS分光器的车灯系统,其特征在于,所述成像透镜组(5)由同轴设置的凹透镜和平凸透镜组成,其中凹透镜位于靠近PBS分光器(3)的一侧,平凸透镜位于远离PBS分光器(3)的一侧。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于PBS分光器的车灯系统,其特征在于,所述PBS分光器(3)的接触面与经准直透镜组(2)准直校准后的入射光成45度角。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种基于PBS分光器的车灯系统,其特征在于,所述LCOS控制芯片(4)在其液晶显示为亮态时,将经PBS分光器(3)的接触面反射出的S波改变成P波透射出PBS分光器(3)的接触面后进入像透镜组(5)。
