一种前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针,其导管座具有前内腔和后内腔,导管插置在前内腔中,针座包括前段和后段,前段套装在导管座后内腔中,针座后段露在导管座外,针管(3.3)后端插接于针座,针管(3.3)内腔孔与针座后段回血腔联通,针管(3.3)依序穿过导管座内腔和导管前端后,针尖露出导管尖端,针座前段呈一种长杆状,从导管座后端面一直向前延伸插置到或者插置接近到导管座前后内腔的接合部,插置深度大于导管座后内腔长度的四分之三。留置针具有如下优点:针管(3.3)材料强度以及制造工艺要求相对较低,使用方便,保护套较短,便于操作并且结构较简单、便于制造。

Description

前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针 技术领域
本发明涉及一种留置针,特别是一种前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针。
背景技术
现有技术中一种开放式留置针如图1所示,其由导管组件1、穿刺组件2组成,其中穿刺组件由穿刺针管2.1和针座2.2构成,导管组件1由导管以及导管座组成。导管座具有前内腔和后内腔,导管插置在前内腔中。针管依序穿过导管组件后内腔和前内腔最后穿出导管前端,针尖露出导管尖端,针管后端插接于针座,针管内腔孔与针座后段回血腔联通,而针座前端短锥台插接于导管组件后内腔尾段,插入导管座内腔深度较浅,不到导管座后内腔长度四分之一。这样所需针管长度较长。导致如下两个不足之处:对针管材料强度以及制造工艺要求较高;如果需要留置针使用后要包裹受血液污染的针管,所需包裹用的保护套就会比较长,而这样的保护套又需预装配于针座后部,以便撤出针管过程中,能自动及时包裹针管,如此配置长套管对留置针穿刺血管时会产生阻碍,不便使用操作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足之处,而提供一种针管材料强度以及制造工艺要求相对较低的、使用方便的前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针,本发明的进一步目的在于提供一种保护套较短、从而便于操作的前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针。
本发明的目的是通过以下途径来实现的。
前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针,包括导管组件和穿刺组件,其中穿刺组件包括穿刺针管和针座,导管组件包括导管以及导管座,导管座具有前内腔和后内腔,导管插置在前内腔中,针座包括前段和后段,前段套装在导管座后内腔中,针座后段露在导管座外,针管后端插接于针座,针管内腔孔与针座后段回血腔联通,针管依序穿过导管座内腔和导管前端后,针尖露出导管尖端,其结构要点在于:针座前段呈一种长杆状,从导管座后端面一直向前延伸插置到或者插置接近到导管座前后内腔的接合部,插置深度大于导管座后内腔长度的四分之三。
这样,裸露在针座外的针管长度得以大幅度减少。而另外一个出乎意料的效果是:向前延伸的针座前段是可以与外壁构造实现滑套连接的,这意味着被针座前段替代的一部分针管长度可以通过滑套连接实现伸缩。
本发明的目的还可以通过以下途径来实现。
还包括一种针管包裹套管组件,其前端与导管座后端卡扣连接,针座后段含套在该针管包裹套管组件内腔中,裸露在针管包裹套管组件外的操作手柄穿过该组件侧壁上轴向延伸的滑动槽缝与针座连接,滑动槽缝后端开口,当针座后段以及针座前段经由此开口滑出针管包裹套管组件外,针座前端通过一种进退锁止的卡扣装置与包裹套管组件卡固连接。
针管包裹套管组件是一种保护套组件,用于包裹穿刺完毕后脱离导管座的针管以避免其裸露。保护套组件现有技术中常见。
由于被针座前段替代的一部分针管长度可以通过滑套连接实现伸缩并最终得以延伸到保护套以外,从而缩短了保护套的所需包裹长度,这样,或者缩短了保护套的整体长度或者简化了伸缩性多重保护套的构造。
在本发明中,对于该针管包裹套管组件的进一步优选是:
针管包裹套管组件包括包裹套管和锁定连接件,包裹套管前端与导管座后端卡扣连接,滑动槽缝沿其侧壁轴向延伸至后端开口,锁定连接件与包裹套管滑套连接,滑动至包裹套管后端的锁定连接件与包裹套管后端的弹性凸卡卡扣连接,针座前段滑套连接在此锁定连接件的内腔中,进退锁止的卡扣装置位于针座前段与此锁定连接件之间。
关于弹性凸卡卡扣连接的进一步优选是:
一种是:
锁定连接件滑套连接在包裹套管内腔中,弹性凸卡具有弹性臂,弹性臂位于包裹套管上,卡扣用的的凸点设置于弹性臂内侧,用于撤出针管后卡入对应匹配的通孔中或者凹槽中,限制锁定连接件往前窜动,此通孔或者凹槽位于锁定连接件后部。
另一种是:
锁定连接件由本体、圆环和筋条组成,圆环环围在本体外并通过径向的筋条连接成一体,筋条与滑动槽缝对应匹配,本体滑套连接在包裹套管内腔中,圆环滑套连接在包裹套管外周壁上,滑动至包裹套管后端的锁定连接件与包裹套管后端的弹性凸卡卡扣连接位于此圆环和包裹套管之间。
连接件上圆环在各杆件锁定后,还可以起到限制包裹套管上槽缝张开,可令针座前段人为摆动幅度大幅减小,使得更可靠包裹针管。
关于设置在此圆环和包裹套管之间的该弹性凸卡卡扣连接的进一步优选是:
一种是:
包裹套管与锁定连接件弹性凸卡卡扣连接还可以是一种卡环与凸卡扣接,包裹套管上弹性凸卡由两个具有一定轴向距离凸卡构成,凸卡顶面高出套管外表面,两凸卡或者是同一直线上, 或者是绕轴向错位设置,圆环前后面各设置一矩形截面,在留置针撤针后,包裹套管上前凸卡竖立面与锁定连接件圆环前竖立面碰触,在于止动锁定连接件往前移动,而包裹套管上后凸卡竖立面与锁定连接件圆环后竖立面碰触,在于止动锁定连接件滑出包裹套管。
另一种是:
包裹套管外圈的尾端部设置有可阻挡圆环脱离的轴肩,位于此包裹套管上的滑动槽缝的尾端具有弹性卡扣,此弹性卡扣与该轴肩的距离与圆环厚度具有容纳匹配。
因为这样的容纳匹配,圆环可以陷落在此轴肩与弹性卡扣之间,从而使留置针撤针结束时,锁定连接件相对此包裹套管进退不得。
关于包裹套管的进一步优选是:
包裹套管前段具有或者是一对称或者是单一弧形片,弧形片插接于导管座后端两个紧定凸耳之间,用于防止留置针在穿刺时导管座转动,该包裹套管前段或者是与包裹套管本体一体构造,或者是与包裹套管本体分体构造,当分体构造时,本体与包裹套管前段弹性插扣连接。
圆弧片前缘内侧边角处设有凸卡,便于勾住导管座后端外周凸缘,使得在留置针撤针未结束之前保持包裹套管一直与导管组件连接在一起。
关于进退锁止的卡扣装置的进一步优选是:

锁定连接件内腔具有一弹性凸卡,凸点设置于弹性臂内侧,在撤出针管后,用于抵住针座前段前端面,限制针座前段往前窜动,锁定连接件具有阶梯形内腔,其中一孔腔具有一内弦平面,此内弦平面与针座前段的外弦平面匹配对应,该内弦平面与弹性凸卡在同侧,且平面与弹性凸卡上凸点顶面平齐,针座前段的外弦平面前端盲止形成一外阶梯肩,此外阶梯肩与锁定连接件内腔的对应内阶梯肩匹配,针管撤针后,该内外阶梯肩碰触止动针座前段的后移。
另一种是:
锁定连接件具有阶梯形内腔,其中一孔腔具有一内弦平面,此内弦平面与针座前段的外弦平面匹配对应,针座前段的外弦平面前端盲止形成一外阶梯肩,此外阶梯肩与锁定连接件内腔的对应内阶梯肩匹配,针管撤针后,该内外阶梯肩碰触止动针座前段的后移,外弦平面上设置有一种凸卡点,此凸卡点位于外阶梯肩后方一距离,内弦平面上延伸一滑动槽,此滑动槽后端开口,但在开口处设置弹性卡扣,凸卡点滑套在此滑动槽中,撤针结束后,凸卡点向后滑出此弹性卡扣但被此弹性卡扣前行逆止。
关于针座的进一步优选是:
针座由针杆和针座本体组成,针杆是一圆柱杆形,针杆后端固接于针座本体回血仓体前端固 接孔腔,针杆内腔前段是一固针点胶穴,后段是一过血通道,与针座上回血仓联通,在点胶穴与过血通道之间是一插针孔,用于插接针管,所说的针座前段位于针杆上。
针座本体由透明或半透明材料制成,其由操作手柄和回血仓体组成,所说的针座后段位于针座本体上,操作手柄通过连接筋与回血仓体连成一体;回血仓体外周是一阶梯回转体,小头端部分插入锁定连接件大头内腔,小头端内腔固接孔横截面形状是一与针杆外周横截面形状相仿,用于固接针杆,大头端外周设有一内弦平面,平面位置与包裹套管上弹性凸卡同侧,用于避开凸点顶面,大头端内腔是一回血腔,通过过液孔与针杆内腔联通。
综上所述,本发明相比现有技术具有如下优点:针管材料强度以及制造工艺要求相对较低,使用方便,保护套较短,便于操作并且结构较简单、便于制造。

具体实施方式
实施例一:
参照图2,前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针,其由导管组件1、前伸针杆式穿刺组件3和针管包裹套管组件4组成。
参照图3,其中前伸针杆式穿刺组件3由针座本体3.1、针杆3.2和针管3.3组成;针管包裹套管组件4由包裹套管4.1和锁定连接件4.2组成。
参照图4、5、6,包裹套管4.1由短前管4.1.1、弧形片4.1.2、长后管4.1.3、弹性凸卡4.1.4、滑动槽缝4.1.5以及内腔4.1.6组成。其前端具有一对称或单一弧形片4.1.2,弧形片4.1.2插接于导管座后端两个紧定凸耳之间,用于防止留置针在穿刺时导管座转动,而弧形片前缘内侧边角处设有凸卡4.1.2.1,便于勾住导管座后端外周凸缘,使得在留置针撤针未结束之前保持包裹套管一直与导管组件连接在一起。弹性凸卡凸点4.1.4.1设置于弹性臂内侧,用于撤出针管后锁定锁定连接件。滑动槽缝4.1.5单侧分布,沿轴向延伸,后端开口。
参照图7、8.、9,锁定连接件是一阶梯管,具有前小管4.2.1和后管4.2.2。弹性凸卡4.2.3凸点4.2.3.1设置于弹性臂内侧,在撤出针管后,用于抵住前伸针杆前端面,限制前伸针杆往前窜动;矩形通孔4.2.4与锁定连接件内腔联通,在撤出针管后,用于卡入包裹套管4.1上弹性凸卡4.1.4的凸点4.1.4.1,限制锁定连接件往前窜动;锁定连接件内腔4.2.5是一阶梯形内腔,在阶梯肩壁处孔腔有一内弦平面4.2.5.1,与弹性凸卡4.2.3在同侧,平面与弹性凸卡4.2.3上凸点4.2.3.1顶面平齐。

参照图10和图11,针杆3.2是一圆柱杆形,其圆柱面上设有一长段内弦平面3.2.2, 自然与圆柱面形成一阶梯肩3.2.1.1,内弦平面与锁定连接件上构造平面4.2.5.1配合滑动并止转;阶梯肩3.2.1.1用于针管撤针后,与锁定连接件上阶梯肩4.2.2.1碰触止动,针杆后端固接于针座回血仓体3.1.3前端固接孔腔3.1.5;针杆内腔前段是一固针点胶穴,后段是一过血通道,与针座本体上3.1回血仓联通,在点胶穴与过血通道之间是一插针孔,用于插接针管3.3。
参照图12、13、14、15、16,针座3.1由透明或半透明材料制成,方便观察穿刺回血,其由立推手3.1.1与侧推手3.1.2连成一体操作手柄3.1.1和回血仓体3.1.3组成,操作手柄通过连接筋3.1.4与回血仓体连成一体;回血仓体外周是一阶梯回转体,小头端部分插入锁定连接件大头内腔,小头端内腔固接孔3.1.5横截面形状是一与针杆3.2外周横截面形状相仿,用于固接针杆,大头端外周设有一内弦平面3.1.3.1,平面位置与包裹套管上弹性凸卡同侧,用于避开凸点顶面,大头端内腔是一回血腔,通过过液孔3.1.7与针杆3.2内腔联通。
留置针装配:
如图17所示,穿刺组件装配,首先针管与针杆固接,针管穿刺斜面与针杆上内弦平面大致同侧,然后将锁定连接件小头端朝向针管方向套入针杆,之后再将针杆插入针座上固接孔,点胶固接。接着将包裹套管的滑动槽缝开口端朝向针座,套过针管、针杆及锁定连接件,滑动槽缝顺过针座上连接筋,一直往针座后部滑移,直到包裹套管上弧形片后端面与针座上立推手前端面碰触为止,再套接所需导管组件,将导管组件后端插入包裹套管前端锥台及弧形片与锥台间环隙,将弧形片上凸卡勾住导管座后端凸缘,最后在针座上回血腔开口端塞入排气塞,即完成了留置针装配,如图3所示。
留置针使用:
在留置针穿刺置管成功后,拉动针座,带动穿刺组件远离导管组件,穿刺组件顺着包裹套管内腔逐渐后移,针座滑出包裹套管,接着针杆也逐渐露出套管,当针杆前端阶梯肩碰触锁定连接件上弹性凸卡,带动连接件在套管内滑移,连接件随着针杆后移至大头端面与套管上弹性凸卡碰触,这时,继续拉动针座,针杆前端圆柱凸起部分爬过弹性凸卡,圆柱凸起部分进入止动卡槽内,针杆前端面与弹性凸卡后端面碰触卡止,针杆阶梯肩也与连接件外周阶梯面碰触卡止,如此针杆相对于连接件处于止动状态,如图19所示。同时,连接件上大头圆柱面也爬过套管上弹性凸卡,弹性凸卡上凸点滑入连接件大头上矩形孔内,弹性凸卡凸点前后垂直面与矩形孔壁相互碰触,止动了连接件的滑移,如图20、21所示。继续拉动针座,令套管前端弧形片上凸卡与导管组件分离,如图18所示。至此,完成了撤出针管,针管也完全包裹在套管内。
本实施例未述部分与现有技术相同。
实施例二:
参照图22-图28,包裹套管与锁定连接件止动扣接方式还可以是一种卡环与凸卡扣接。
包裹套管上弹性凸卡可以如图1、2所示,止动凸卡由两个具有一定轴向距离凸卡4.1.6、4.1.7构成,凸卡顶面高出套管外表面,两凸卡可以是同一直线上,也可以绕轴向错位设置,而锁定连接件如图3、4、5所示,在离大头端外周表面一定间距设置一矩形截面圆环4.2.6,圆环与连接件外周通过筋条4.2.7连接成一体。在留置针撤针后,包裹套管上前凸卡竖立面与锁定连接件圆环前竖立面碰触,在于止动锁定连接件往前移动,而包裹套管上后凸卡竖立面与锁定连接件圆环后竖立面碰触,在于止动锁定连接件滑出包裹套管,如图6、7所示。
锁定连接件上圆环在各杆件锁定后,还可以起到限制包裹套管上槽缝张开,可令针杆人为摆动幅度大幅减小,使得更可靠包裹针管。
本实施例未述部分与实施例一相同。
实施例三:
参照图29-图35,包裹套管可以是分体式构造,由前段4.1.8和本体4.1.9组成。前段上设置有阶梯扣接孔4.1.8.1和对应的扣接插孔4.1.8.2,。本体前端设置有扣接凸卡4.1.9.1与该阶梯扣接孔4.1.8.1以及扣接插孔4.1.8.2对应匹配,并通过扣接插孔4.1.8.2与阶梯扣接孔4.1.8.1扣接。本体外圈的尾端部设置有可阻挡圆环脱离的轴肩4.1.9.1构成止动凸缘卡,位于此本体上的滑动槽缝的尾端具有弹性卡扣4.1.9.2作为止动弹性卡,此弹性卡扣与该轴肩的距离与圆环4.2.6(见图24)厚度具有容纳匹配。从而当撤针时,锁定连接件上的圆环恰好陷落其中,处于前后均被限位的状态,如图35所示。

最佳实施例:
参照图36-图45,锁定连接件具有阶梯形内腔,其中间孔腔具有一内弦平面,此内弦平面与针杆的外弦平面匹配对应,针杆的外弦平面前端盲止形成一外阶梯肩,此外阶梯肩与锁定连接件内腔的对应内阶梯肩匹配,针管撤针后,该内外阶梯肩碰触止动针座前段的后移,外弦平面上设置有一种凸卡点,此凸卡点位于外阶梯肩后方一距离,内弦平面上延伸一滑动槽,此滑动槽后端开口,但在开口处设置弹性卡扣,凸卡点滑套在此滑动槽中,撤针结束后,凸卡点向后滑出此弹性卡扣但被此弹性卡扣前行逆止。

  1. 前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针,包括导管组件和穿刺组件,其中穿刺组件包括穿刺针管和针座,导管组件包括导管以及导管座,导管座具有前内腔和后内腔,导管插置在前内腔中,针座包括前段和后段,前段套装在导管座后内腔中,针座后段露在导管座外,针管后端插接于针座,针管内腔孔与针座后段回血腔联通,针管依序穿过导管座内腔和导管前端后,针尖露出导管尖端,其特征在于:针座前段呈一种长杆状,从导管座后端面一直向前延伸插置到或者插置接近到导管座前后内腔的接合部,插置深度大于导管座后内腔长度的四分之三。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针,其特征在于:还包括一种针管包裹套管组件,其前端与导管座后端卡扣连接,针座后段含套在该针管包裹套管组件内腔中,裸露在针管包裹套管组件外的操作手柄穿过该组件侧壁上轴向延伸的滑动槽缝与针座连接,滑动槽缝后端开口,当针座后段以及针座前段经由此开口滑出针管包裹套管组件外,针座前端通过一种进退锁止的卡扣装置与包裹套管组件卡固连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针,其特征在于:针管包裹套管组件包括包裹套管和锁定连接件,包裹套管前端与导管座后端卡扣连接,滑动槽缝沿其侧壁轴向延伸至后端开口,锁定连接件与包裹套管滑套连接,滑动至包裹套管后端的锁定连接件与包裹套管后端的弹性凸卡卡扣连接,针座前段滑套连接在此锁定连接件的内腔中,进退锁止的卡扣装置位于针座前段与此锁定连接件之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针,其特征在于:锁定连接件滑套连接在包裹套管内腔中,弹性凸卡具有弹性臂,弹性臂位于包裹套管上,卡扣用的的凸点设置于弹性臂内侧,用于撤出针管后卡入对应匹配的通孔中或者凹槽中,限制锁定连接件往前窜动,此通孔或者凹槽位于锁定连接件后部。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针,其特征在于:锁定连接件由本体、圆环和筋条组成,圆环环围在本体外并通过径向的筋条连接成一体,筋条与滑动槽缝对应匹配,本体滑套连接在包裹套管内腔中,圆环滑套连接在包裹套管外周壁上,滑动至包裹套管后端的锁定连接件与包裹套管后端的弹性凸卡卡扣连接位于此圆环和包裹套管之间。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述的前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针,其特征在于:包裹套管与锁定连接件弹性凸卡卡扣连接还可以是一种卡环与凸卡扣接,包裹套管上弹性凸卡由两个具有一定轴向距离凸卡构成,凸卡顶面高出套管外表面,两凸卡或者是同一直线上,或者是绕轴向错位设置,圆环前后面各设置一矩形截面,在留置针撤针后,包裹套管上前凸卡竖立面与锁定连接件圆环前竖立面碰触,在于止动锁定连接件往前移动,而包裹套管上后凸卡竖立面与锁定连接件圆环后竖立面碰触,在于止动锁定连接件滑出包裹套管。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针,其特征在于:包裹套管外圈的尾端部设置有可阻挡圆环脱离的轴肩,位于此包裹套管上的滑动槽缝的尾端具有弹性卡扣,此弹性卡扣与该轴肩的距离与圆环厚度具有容纳匹配。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针,其特征在于:包裹套管前段具有或者是一对称或者是单一弧形片,弧形片插接于导管座后端两个紧定凸耳之间,用于防止留置针在穿刺时导管座转动,该包裹套管前段或者是与包裹套管本体一体构造,或者是与包裹套管本体分体构造,当分体构造时,本体与包裹套管前段弹性插扣连接。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针,其特征在于:锁定连接件内腔具有一弹性凸卡,凸点设置于弹性臂内侧,在撤出针管后,用于抵住针座前段前端面,限制针座前段往前窜动,锁定连接件具有阶梯形内腔,其中一孔腔具有一内弦平面,此内弦平面与针座前段的外弦平面匹配对应,该内弦平面与弹性凸卡在同侧,且平面与弹性凸卡上凸点顶面平齐,针座前段的外弦平面前端盲止形成一外阶梯肩,此外阶梯肩与锁定连接件内腔的对应内阶梯肩匹配,针管撤针后,该内外阶梯肩碰触止动针座前段的后移。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针,其特征在于:锁定连接件具有阶梯形内腔,其中一孔腔具有一内弦平面,此内弦平面与针座前段的外弦平面匹配对应,针座前段的外弦平面前端盲止形成一外阶梯肩,此外阶梯肩与锁定连接件内腔的对应内阶梯肩匹配,针管撤针后,该内外阶梯肩碰触止动针座前段的后移,外弦平面上设置有一种凸卡点,此凸卡点位于外阶梯肩后方一距离,内弦平面上延伸一滑动槽,此滑动槽后端开口,但在开口处设置弹性卡扣,凸卡点滑套在此滑动槽中,撤针结束后,凸卡点向后滑出此弹性卡扣但被此弹性卡扣前行逆止。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针,其特征在于:针座由针杆和针座本体组成,针杆是一圆柱杆形,针杆后端固接于针座本体回血仓体前端固接孔腔,针杆内腔前段是一固针点胶穴,后段是一过血通道,与针座上回血仓联通,在点胶穴与过血通道之间是一插针孔,用于插接针管,所说的针座前段位于针杆上。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的前伸针杆安全型开放式留置针,其特征在于:针座本体由透明或半透明材料制成,其由操作手柄和回血仓体组成,所说的针座后段位于针座本体上,操作手柄通过连接筋与回血仓体连成一体;回血仓体外周是一阶梯回转体,小头端部分插入锁定连接件大头内腔,小头端内腔固接孔横截面形状是一与针杆外周横截面形状相仿,用于固接针杆,大头端外周设有一内弦平面,平面位置与包裹套管上弹性凸卡同侧,用于避开凸点顶面,大头端内腔是一回血腔,通过过液孔与针杆内腔联通。
