背景技术
现代生活中到处充斥着广告,商业广告是企业推销产品、占领市场、以及提供劳务信息的一种重要形式,效应广告是政府部门、社会事业单位乃至个人推广各种公告、启事和声明的重要方式。
投送电视广告数据的传统方法通常有两种,一种是在有线电视电缆Cable上以广播的方式传送最新的广告数据信息的方法,这种方法可以有效地向电视端投送广告数据,但需要长期占用数据传输带宽,并且是单向投送,与广电网络双向化和智能化的要求不符;另一种是基于互联网协议(Internet Protocol,IP)的双向网络通过电视机定时查询和提取最新广告数据信息的方法,这种方法也可以有效地向电视端投送广告数据,但由于需要电视机定时主动查询及提取广告数据信息,使得电视机端不能及时地收到最新的电视广告数据,不适用于投放对传递及时性要求高的广告数据。
相关技术的两种投送电视广告的方法,都不能为不同需求的用户主动及时地推送广告数据。
发明内容
本公开提供一种广告数据的定向发布方法、服务器和智能电视终端,可实现广告发布服务器主动及时地为需求不同的智能电视终端用户推送对应的广告数据。
本公开提供一种广告数据的定向发布方法,应用于广告数据发布服务器,所述方法包括:获取待发布的广告数据;对所述广告数据进行打包与整理,形成广告数据打包文件;接收用于选定目标群组的选择指令,根据所述选择指令确定所述目标群组;
基于可扩展通讯和表示协议(Extensible Messaging and Presence Protocol,XMPP),将所述广告数据打包文件的下载信息发送到所述目标群组,以使所述目标群组中包含的智能电视终端根据所述下载信息下载所述广告数据打包文件。

请参考图1,是本实施例提供的一种广告数据的定向发布方法的流程示意图。本实施例的方法可应用于运营商定向为智能电视终端发布广告数据的场景,可以由广告数据发布服务器来执行,例如可以由集成在广告数据发布服务器上的软件和/或硬件来实现。
如图1所示,本实施例提供的广告数据的定向发布方法,可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤110中,获取待发布的广告数据。
例如,待发布的广告数据可以是指操作人员根据不同智能电视终端用户的需求,制作的个性化广告数据,例如,适合发布到酒店和旅馆的智能电视终端的广告数据,或者由深圳市福田区政府通过智能电视终端向福田区居民发送的广告数据等。获取待发布的广告数据的方式有很多,可以是操作人员直接在广告数据发布服务器上制作广告数据,可以是从移动存储器中获取广告数据,或从其它云服务器处下载广告数据。
在步骤120中,对广告数据进行打包与整理,形成广告数据打包文件。
例如,运营商发布广告数据时,广告数据发布服务器根据操作人员的操作事件编辑和保存广告数据,发布完成好的广告数据,并自动完成对这些广告数据以文件的方式进行数据整理和打包的工作,形成广告数据打包文件,以保证智能电视终端可以使用统一的访问地址下载该广告数据打包文件。其中,广告打包数据文件中包含有整个广告数据的内容,可以包括但不限于广告图片文件,广告视频文件,广告显示控制配置文件,基于第五次修订后超文本标记语言HTML5静态网页模板设计的互动广告文件等。
广告数据发布服务器可以包括广告编辑与发布云服务器以及广告推送云服务器,其中,广告编辑与发布云服务器以及广告推送云服务器之间可以采用服务器间的接口技术进行信息传输,例如可以采用服务器间的超文本传输协议(Hyper Text Transfer Protocol,HTTP)和传输控制协议(Transmission Control Protocol,TCP)接口通信技术,也可以采用消息通信的接口技术,如消息队列RabbitMQ,或者消息队列ActiveMQ等等消息通信的接口技术。这些技 术都可以实现广告编辑与发布云服务器及广告推送云服务器间的数据实时通信。
在步骤130中,接收用于选定目标群组的选择指令,根据该选择指令确定目标群组。
例如,广告数据发布服务器可以根据操作员的操作事件,预先为所管理的全部智能电视终端指定的群组。群组可以包括区域组和行业组中的至少一个,具体区域组和行业组的划分在后续实施例中说明。操作员在发布广告数据时,可以向广告数据发布服务器发出选择指令,选定被投放当前广告数据的目标区域组和/或目标行业组,以便广告数据发布服务器将广告数据投放到选定的目标区域组和/或目标行业组包含的智能电视终端中。
在步骤140中,基于XMPP协议,将广告数据打包文件的下载信息发送到目标群组,以使目标群组中包含的智能电视终端根据下载信息下载广告数据打包文件。
例如,广告数据发布服务器上可以包括一个XMPP消息推送端,智能电视终端上可以对应包括一个XMPP消息接收端和一个广告应用管理服务应用程序(Application,APP),每个区域组对应有聊天室房间号,每个群组也对应有聊天室房间号。广告数据发布服务器通过目标区域组和/或目标行业组对应的聊天室房间号,与多个智能电视终端建立XMPP连接,其中,XMPP消息推送端管理每个区域组和/或行业组的聊天室房间号,每个智能电视终端关联对应区域组和/或行业组的聊天室房间号,其中,上述聊天室房间号可以是广告数据发布服务器通过XMPP协议在Openfire即时通信服务器上建立的聊天室房间号。
广告数据发布服务器在完成数据整理和打包工作后,向XMPP消息推送端发出要发布广告数据的发布通知,该发布通知中包括广告数据打包文件的下载信 息,还包括上述步骤130中根据选择指令选定的目标区域组和/或目标行业组的标识(Identification,ID)信息;XMPP消息推送端基于XMPP协议,根据选定的目标区域组和/或目标行业组的ID信息,将下载信息发送到选定的目标区域组和/或目标行业组对应的聊天室房间号;使归属于目标区域组和/或目标行业组的智能电视终端,可以通过XMPP消息接收端从目标区域组和/或目标行业组对应的聊天室房间号接收该下载信息,XMPP消息接收端主动将接收到的下载信息传输给广告应用管理服务APP;广告应用管理服务APP接收到来自XMPP消息接收端传输的下载信息后,解析该下载信息,得到下载信息中包含的广告数据打包文件的下载地址信息,根据基于HTTP协议或FTP协议,从广告数据发布服务器上下载广告数据打包文件,从而完成整个广告数据定向快速推送的处理过程。
在本实施例中,广告数据发布服务器基于XMPP协议并通过目标区域组和/或目标行业组与智能电视终端建立XMPP连接,当获取到待发布的广告数据时,自动对广告数据打包和整理形成广告数据打包文件,并根据实际需求选择被推送当前广告数据的智能电视终端,基于XMPP协议可及时主动地通过目标区域组和/或目标行业组向智能电视终端定向推送广告数据打包文件的下载信息,以使智能电视终端根据下载信息及时下载广告数据打包文件,通过本方案,运营商可以方便及时地将不同的广告数据定向推送给有需求的智能电视终端用户,提升了运营商的服务质量。
实施例二
请参考图2,是本实施例提供的一种广告数据的定向发布方法的流程示意图,该方法可以由广告数据发布服务器来执行。如图2所示,本实施例提供的 广告数据的定向发布方法,可以包括以下步骤:
在步骤210中,按第一预设规则定义多个区域组,并为每个智能电视终端指定所属的区域组。
例如,在本实施例中,广告数据发布服务器可以根据预设规则定义多个群组,并为每个智能电视终端指定所属的群组。其中,预设规则可以包括第一预设规则,该第一预设规则可以参考行政区域(省,地市,县)的划分,把每个智能电视终端按不同的地域,以树形的分层数据结构来定义和管理智能电视终端。区域组的管理模式可以是分层级的,下一级区域组的智能电视终端同时归属于上一级区域组,在同一层级的区域组中的同一个智能电视终端仅能出现在一个区域组中,不能同时在多个区域组中。可以根据每个智能电视终端所属的区域为每个智能电视终端指定所属的区域组。例如,一个深圳市福田区的智能电视终端,可以同时归属于广东省对应的区域组、深圳市对应的区域组和福田区对应的区域组,但该智能电视终端不能同时归属于广西省对应的区域组,不能同时归属于广州市对应的区域组,以及不能同时归属于罗湖区对应的区域组。广告数据发布服务器按照这种区域组管理规则,为所管理的全部智能电视终端指定对应的区域组,并为各区域组添加ID信息,每个智能电视终端归属至少一个区域组,服务器数据库保存每个智能电视终端与区域组ID的映射关系。
可选地,可以设置区域管理服务器或子系统来执行上述群组划分的步骤。还可以设置交互界面,操作员可以通过交互界面编辑上述预设规则,还可以为智能电视终端指定所属的区域组。

再例如,广告数据发布服务器还可以根据操作员的操作事件,将一个智能电视终端同时指定在一个区域组和一个行业组中。例如,福田区一个酒店的智能电视终端,可以归属于福田区对应的区域组中,同时也可以归属于酒店和旅馆对应的行业组中,甚至对于此类智能电视终端,广告数据发布服务器还可以在区域组的基础上进一步划分行业组,例如将福田区酒店和旅馆的智能电视终端指定在一个行业组中。
其中,广告数据发布服务器还可以根据实际需求,对数据库中的区域组和/或行业组进行增加、编辑、查询、修改和删除等编辑操作。并且对步骤210和步骤220的执行顺序不作限定。
在步骤230中,接收智能电视终端发送的查询请求,查询请求携带有智能电视终端的特征信息,用于请求查询智能电视终端所属的目标群组。
其中,智能电视终端可以基于HTTP或文件传输协议(File Transfer Protocol,FTP)发送上述查询请求。
例如,智能电视终端的特征信息可以是智能卡号、设备ID或IP地址中的任意一种或多种。广告数据发布服务器根据智能电视终端的特征信息,可以唯一确定对应的智能电视终端。

例如,智能电视终端可以基于基于HTTP协议或FTP协议发送上述查询请求。例如,智能电视终端的特征信息可以是智能卡号、设备ID或IP地址中的任意一种或多种。广告数据发布服务器根据智能电视终端的特征信息,可以唯一确定对应的智能电视终端。
在步骤420中,接收广告数据发布服务器响应查询请求所返回的目标群组的信息。
例如,广告数据发布服务器通过特征信息确定唯一的智能电视终端,在数 据库中查找该智能电视终端对应的区域组和/或行业组,所查找到的与智能电视终端对应的区域组和/或行业组,即为目标区域组和/或目标行业组。
在步骤430中,基于XMPP协议,根据目标群组的信息,与广告数据发布服务器建立XMPP连接。
智能电视终端与广告数据发布服务器建立XMPP连接的过程可以包括:
智能电视终端向广告数据发布服务器发送关联请求,其中,关联请求携带有目标区域组和/或目标行业组信息,以及智能电视终端的特征信息,用于请求将智能电视终端,和目标区域组和/或目标行业组进行关联;智能电视终端基于XMPP协议,通过目标区域组和/或目标行业组,与广告数据发布服务器建立XMPP连接。
例如,智能电视终端接收到广告数据发布服务器返回的目标区域组和/或目标行业组的ID信息,并存储在存储器中,以备在后续查询广告数据时使用。智能电视终端根据目标区域组和/或目标行业组的ID信息,向广告数据发布服务器发起登录请求及关联请求,登录广告数据发布服务器成功,及关联目标区域组和/或目标行业组的聊天室房间号成功后,则与广告数据发布服务器建立永久XMPP连接。
在步骤440中,基于XMPP协议,接收广告数据发布服务器发送到目标群组的广告数据打包文件的下载信息。
在步骤450中,根据下载信息下载广告数据打包文件。
例如,智能电视终端可以基于HTTP协议或FTP协议,根据所述下载信息下载所述广告数据打包文件。
在步骤460中,解析广告数据打包文件,获得广告数据并投放。
例如,智能电视终端的广告应用管理服务APP解析广告数据打包文件,获 得广告数据文件(如广告图片文件、广告视频文件等)和广告显示控制配置文件,根据广告显示控制配置文件的内容信息,将广告数据文件投放在智能电视终端的显示屏上。
在本实施例中,智能电视终端可以基于XMPP协议并通过目标区域组和/或目标行业组与广告数据发布服务器建立永久XMPP连接,智能电视终端基于XMPP协议,接收广告数据发布服务器发送到目标区域组和/或目标行业组的广告数据打包文件的下载信息,基于HTTP协议或FTP协议,根据下载信息下载广告数据打包文件,使得智能电视终端可以及时主动地通过目标区域组和/或目标行业组接收广告数据发布服务器定向投放的广告数据打包文件的下载信息,并根据下载信息及时下载广告数据打包文件,通过本方案,运营商可以方便及时地将不同的广告数据定向推送给有需求的智能电视终端用户,提升了运营商的服务质量。
本实施例在上述实施例的基础上,还补充了在推送广告数据时智能电视终端处于待机状态或者关机状态等特殊情况的处理方式的实施例,内容如下:
当智能电视终端开机时,触发一个广告位,例如触发开机广告位,实现在开机时触发广告位从而播放广告位信息,或者智能电视终端接收到换台指令时会触发换台条广告位,再或者智能电视终端接收到进入直播的指令时会触发直播弹出广告位等等。其中,广告位是指在电视机屏幕划分出一个特定区域,用于显示广告数据发布服务器最新发布的广告数据。
智能电视终端的XMPP消息接收端,向广告数据发布服务器的XMPP消息推送端发送申请请求,申请提取一个广告位的最新发布的广告数据。该申请请求中携带有目标区域组和/或行业组的ID信息、智能电视终端的特征信息和广告位等信息。广告数据发布服务器响应该申请请求,返回该广告位上发布的最新 广告数据给智能电视终端的XMPP消息接收端。智能电视终端上的XMPP消息接收端,接收到广告数据发布服务器返回的最新广告数据后,采用终端内部通信机制,把接收到的最新广告数据信息传送给广告应用管理服务APP,其中,终端内部通信机制可以是远程过程调用(Remote Procedure Call,RPC)通信模式,也可以是Android应用间广播模式等。广告应用管理服务APP接收到来自XMPP消息接收端的最新广告数据信息后,解析该数据,得到该数据中包含的广告数据打包文件发布的地址信息,采用HTTP或者FTP协议的模式,从广告数据发布服务器上下载广告数据打包文件,从而完成广告数据定向投送补充流程的处理。
实施例五
请参考图5,是本实施例提供的一种广告数据发布服务器的结构示意图。图5所示的广告数据发布服务器512仅仅是一个示例,不对本实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制,其中,上述实施例中的目标群组可以包括目标区域组和/或目标行业组。
如图5所示,广告数据发布服务器512以通用计算设备的形式表现。广告数据发布服务器512的组件可以包括但不限于:一个或者多个第一处理器或者第一处理单元516,系统存储器528,连接不同系统组件(包括系统存储器528和第一处理单元516)的总线518。
并且,当上述广告数据发布服务器512所包括一个或者多个程序被所述一个或者多个第一处理器或者第一处理单元516执行时,程序进行如下操作:
获取待发布的广告数据;对所述广告数据进行打包与整理,形成广告数据打包文件;接收用于选定目标区域组和/或目标行业组的选择指令;基于XMPP 协议,将所述广告数据打包文件的下载信息发送到所述目标区域组和/或目标行业组,以使所述目标区域组和/或目标行业组中包含的智能电视终端根据所述下载信息下载所述广告数据打包文件。
总线518表示几类总线结构中的一种或多种,包括存储器总线或者存储器控制器,外围总线,图形加速端口,处理器或者使用多种总线结构中的任意总线结构的局域总线。例如,这些体系结构包括但不限于工业标准体系结构(ISA)总线,微通道体系结构(MAC)总线,增强型ISA总线、视频电子标准协会(VESA)局域总线以及外围组件互连(PCI)总线。
广告数据发布服务器512可以包括多种计算机系统可读介质。这些介质可以是任何能够被广告数据发布服务器512访问的可用介质,包括易失性和非易失性介质,可移动的和不可移动的介质。
系统存储器528可以包括易失性存储器形式的计算机系统可读介质,例如随机存取存储器(RAM)530和/或高速缓存存储器532。广告数据发布服务器512还可以包括其它可移动/不可移动的、易失性/非易失性计算机系统存储介质。仅作为举例,存储系统534可以用于读写不可移动的、非易失性磁介质(图5未显示,通常称为“硬盘驱动器”)。尽管图5中未示出,可以提供用于对可移动非易失性磁盘(例如“软盘”)读写的磁盘驱动器,以及对可移动非易失性光盘(例如CD-ROM,DVD-ROM或者其它光介质)读写的光盘驱动器。在这些情况下,每个驱动器可以通过一个或者多个数据介质接口与总线518相连。存储器528可以包括至少一个程序产品,该程序产品具有一组(例如至少一个)程序模块,这些程序模块被配置以执行上述任意实施例的功能。
具有一组(至少一个)程序模块542的程序/实用工具540,可以存储在例如存储器528中,这样的程序模块542包括但不限于操作系统、一个或者多个 应用程序、其它程序模块以及程序数据,这些示例中的每一个或一种组合中可能包括网络环境的实现。程序模块542通常执行上述任意实施中的功能和/或方法。
广告数据发布服务器512也可以与一个或多个外部设备514(例如键盘、指向设备、显示器524等)通信,还可与一个或者多个使得用户能与该广告数据发布服务器512交互的设备通信,和/或与使得该广告数据发布服务器512能与一个或多个其它计算设备进行通信的任何设备(例如网卡,调制解调器等等)通信。这种通信可以通过输入/输出(I/O)接口522进行。并且,广告数据发布服务器512还可以通过网络适配器520与一个或者多个网络(例如局域网(LAN),广域网(WAN)和/或公共网络,例如因特网)通信。如图所示,网络适配器520通过总线518与广告数据发布服务器512的其它模块通信。应当明白,尽管图中未示出,可以结合广告数据发布服务器512使用其它硬件和/或软件模块,包括但不限于:微代码、设备驱动器、冗余处理单元、外部磁盘驱动阵列、RAID系统、磁带驱动器以及数据备份存储系统等。
第一处理单元516通过运行存储在系统存储器528中的程序,从而执行各种功能应用以及数据处理,例如实现上述任意实施例所提供的广告数据的定向发布方法。
实施例六
请参考图6,是本实施例提供的一种智能电视终端的结构示意图。图6所示的智能电视终端612仅仅是一个示例,不对本实施例中智能电视终端的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。其中,上述实施例中的目标群组可以包括目标区域组和目标行业组中的至少一个。
如图6所示,智能电视终端612以通用智能电视设备的形式表现。智能电视终端612的组件可以包括但不限于:一个或者多个第二处理器或者第二处理单元616,系统存储器628,连接不同系统组件(包括系统存储器628和第一处理单元616)的总线618。
并且,当上述智能电视终端612所包括一个或者多个程序被所述一个或者多个第二处理器或者第二处理单元616执行时,程序进行如下操作:
基于XMPP协议,接收广告数据发布服务器发送到目标区域组和/或目标行业组的广告数据打包文件的下载信息;基于HTTP协议或FTP协议,根据所述下载信息下载所述广告数据打包文件。
对智能电视终端612的结构的细节描述,可参考上述实施例五中对广告数据发布服务器512的详细描述,在此不再重复赘述。
本实施例还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行上述任意一种方法。
工业实用性
本公开提供一种广告数据的定向发布方法、服务器和智能电视终端,基于XMPP协议,通过目标群组,可及时主动地定为有需求的智能电视终端推送广告数据,通过本方案,运营商可以方便及时地将不同的广告数据定向推送给有需求的智能电视终端用户,提升了运营商的服务质量。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种广告数据的定向发布方法,应用于广告数据发布服务器,所述方法包括:
    获取待发布的广告数据;
    对所述广告数据进行打包与整理,形成广告数据打包文件;
    接收用于选定目标群组的选择指令,根据所述选择指令确定所述目标群组;
    基于可扩展通讯和表示协议XMPP,将所述广告数据打包文件的下载信息发送到所述目标群组,以使所述目标群组中包含的智能电视终端根据所述下载信息下载所述广告数据打包文件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取待发布的广告数据之前,还包括:
    接收所述智能电视终端发送的查询请求,所述查询请求中携带有所述智能电视终端的特征信息,用于请求查询所述智能电视终端所属的所述目标群组;其中,所述特征信息包括智能卡号、设备标识ID和互联网协议地址IP中至少一个;
    根据所述特征信息,在数据库中查询所述智能电视终端所属的所述目标群组;
    将查询到的所述目标群组信息返回给所述智能电视终端,并与所述智能电视终端建立XMPP连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的方法,其中,所述与所述智能电视终端建立XMPP连接,包括:
    接收所述智能电视终端发送的关联请求,所述关联请求携带有所述目标群组的信息,用于请求将所述智能电视终端,与所述目标群组进行关联;
    基于XMPP协议,通过所述目标群组,与所述智能电视终端建立XMPP连接。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取待发布的广告数据之前,还包括:通过以下至少一种方式划分群组:
    按第一预设规则定义多个区域组,并为每个智能电视终端指定所属的区域组;
    按第二预设规则定义多个行业组,并为每个智能电视终端指定所属的行业组;
    其中,所述第一预设规则为按照行政区域定义多个区域组;所述第二预设规则为按照行业信息定义多个行业组。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述选择指令确定所述目标群组包括:
    根据所述选择指令,从所述区域组和所述行业组中的至少一种分组中确定所述目标群组。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其中,接收所述智能电视终端发送的查询请求包括:接收所述智能电视终端基于超文本传输协议HTTP协议或文件传输协议FTP发送的查询请求。
  7. 一种广告数据的定向发布方法,应用于智能电视终端,所述方法包括:
    基于可扩展通讯和标识协议XMPP,接收广告数据发布服务器发送到目标群组的广告数据打包文件的下载信息;
    根据所述下载信息下载所述广告数据打包文件。
  8. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述基于XMPP协议,接收广告数据 发布服务器发送到目标群组的广告数据打包文件的下载信息之前,还包括:
    向广告数据发布服务器发送查询请求,所述查询请求携带有智能电视终端的特征信息,用于查询所述智能电视终端所属的所述目标群组;其中,所述特征信息包括智能卡号、设备标识ID和互联网协议地址IP中至少一个;
    接收所述广告数据发布服务器响应所述查询请求所返回的所述目标群组的信息;以使所述广告数据发布服务器基于XMPP协议,根据所述目标群组的信息,与所述智能电视终端建立XMPP连接。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述接收所述广告数据发布服务器响应所述查询请求所返回的所述目标群组的信息之后,还包括:
    向所述广告数据发布服务器发送关联请求,所述关联请求携带有所述目标群组的信息,以及所述智能电视终端的特征信息,用于请求所述广告数据发布服务器将所述智能电视终端,和所述目标群组进行关联。
  10. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述下载信息下载所述广告数据打包文件之后,还包括:
    解析所述广告数据打包文件,获得广告数据并投放显示。
  11. 如权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述下载信息下载所述广告数据打包文件包括:基于超文本传输协议HTTP或文件传输协议FTP,根据所述下载信息下载所述广告数据打包文件。
  12. 一种广告数据发布服务器,包括:
    一个或多个第一处理器;
    第一存储装置,设置为存储一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个第一处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个第一处理器实现如权利要求1-6中任一所述的广告数据的定向发布方 法。
  13. 一种智能电视终端,包括:
    一个或多个第二处理器;
    第二存储装置,设置为存储一个或多个程序,
    当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个第二处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个第二处理器实现如权利要求7-11中任一所述的广告数据的定向发布方法。
  14. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1-11中任一项所述的方法。
