Description

一种废气集成处理装置 技术领域
本发明涉及废气处理领域,尤其涉及一种废气集成处理装置。
背景技术
紫外光处理废气是近年来的热点,原理是通过UV高能紫外线光解设备照射,将有 害气体的分子键进行裂解,分解成小分子碎片,降解生成CO2、H2O等。通常的,待处理废气中还含有一定数量的粉尘。粉尘混合在废气中进行光解处理时会大大降低光解的效率,另外含尘气体通过紫外光处理装置时,粉尘可能附着于紫外光处理装置的表面而造成光解效率进一步的降低。
另外,现有的废气集成处理装置,其都是将粉尘处理和紫外光处理分开处理,经粉尘处理后的废气再通过管道进入紫外光处理装置内,使得整个废气集成处理装置结构复杂,体积较大,占地面积大,不利于节约空间和生产成本。
再者,现有的废气集成处理装置,在通过过滤层对粉尘进行过滤后,会有大量的粉尘停留在过滤层,久而久之,导致过滤层的过滤效果较差,需要定期更换过滤层,影响过滤效率,同时增加了成本。
技术问题
现有的废气集成处理装置,结构复杂,体积较大,占地面积大,不利于节约空间和生产成本。另一方面,需要定期更换过滤层,影响过滤效率,同时增加了成本。
技术解决方案
本发明提供一种废气集成处理装置,其废气处理效率高,效果高,结构简单。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种废气集成处理装置,所述处理装置包括塔体、粉尘过滤层、喷淋过滤层、光分解过滤层、加热管和保温层;
所述塔体包括进气口、出气口和废水出口,所述进气口和废水出口均位于塔体的下端,所述出气口位于所述塔体的顶端;
粉尘过滤层、喷淋过滤层和光分解过滤层均位于所述塔体内,并自下而上依次设置;
所述粉尘过滤层包括第一过滤层和第二过滤层,所述第一过滤层为无纺布过滤层,第二过滤层为活性炭纤维过滤层;
所述喷淋过滤层包括喷头及固定喷头的连接板,所述连接板卡合于所述塔体的内壁,所述连接板为镂空状;
所述光分解过滤层为紫外线灯管,所述紫外线灯管为一根,该一根紫外线灯管呈弯曲状均匀分布于塔体的内壁;
所述加热管设置于所述塔体的外侧;
所述保温层位于所述加热管的外侧。
进一步地,所述处理装置还包括弧形反射板,所述弧形反射板位于紫外线灯管的背面,并与所述塔体内壁连接。
进一步地,所述连接板可拆卸地卡合于所述塔体的内壁。
进一步地,所述处理装置还包括用于支撑所述粉尘过滤层的镂空状的支撑板,所述支撑板可拆卸地卡合于所述塔体的内壁。
进一步地,所述连接板与所述支撑板的间距为30-100cm。
进一步地,所述加热管呈弯曲状环绕于所述塔体的外侧。
进一步地,所述保温层为泡沫层。
有益效果
本发明的一种废气集成处理装置,具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明的废气集成处理装置,其通过将粉尘处理、喷淋处理和紫外光处理集成在一起,简化了废气集成处理装置的结构,节约了空间,降低了生产成本。
(2)本发明的废气集成处理装置,其通过在废气集成处理装置中增加喷淋装置,其不仅能够处理一部分溶解于水的废气,而且能够对过滤粉尘的过滤层进行清洗,保持过滤层的反复使用,提高了过滤效率和过滤效果。
(3)本发明的废气集成处理装置,其结构简单,加工方便,适用于广。

请参阅图1,图1是本发明废气集成处理装置的结构示意图。如图1所示,本发明的废气集成处理装置,其包括塔体1、粉尘过滤层、喷淋过滤层和光分解过滤层。
所述塔体1包括进气口11和出气口12,所述进气口11位于塔体的下端,所述出气口12位于所述塔体的顶端。
粉尘过滤层、喷淋过滤层和光分解过滤层均位于所述塔体1内,并自下而上依次设置。
所述粉尘过滤层包括第一过滤层21和第二过滤层22,所述第一过滤层21为无纺布过滤层,第二过滤层22为活性炭纤维过滤层。
所述喷淋过滤层包括喷头31及固定喷头31的连接板32,所述连接板32卡合于所述塔体1的内壁,所述连接板32为镂空状。
所述光分解过滤层为紫外线灯管4,所述紫外线灯管4为一根,该一根紫外线灯管呈弯曲状均匀分布于塔体1的内壁。
所述加热管设置于所述塔体的外侧。本发明中,当废气处理完成后,开启加热管对塔体进行加热,可保持塔体内干燥,使得喷淋清洗后的粉尘过滤层干燥,保持粉尘过滤层的反复使用,提高粉尘过滤层的使用寿命,提高了过滤效率。
所述保温层位于所述加热管的外侧。通过该保温层可将塔体内的温度保持持久。
所述连接板32可拆卸地卡合于所述塔体1的内壁。
所述处理装置还包括用于支撑所述粉尘过滤层的镂空状的支撑板5,所述支撑板5可拆卸地卡合于所述塔体1的内壁。
所述连接板32与所述支撑板5的间距为30-100cm。
所述紫外线灯管4为一根,该一根紫外线灯管呈弯曲状均匀分布于塔体的内壁。
所述塔体1的下端还开设有废水出口13,通过该废水出口可将喷淋下来的杂质排出塔体外。
所述处理装置还包括弧形反射板,所述弧形反射板位于紫外线灯管的背面,并与所述塔体内壁连接,所述弧形反射板用于反射紫外线灯管发出的紫外光,有效提高光的利用率。
本发明的一种废气集成处理装置,具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明的废气集成处理装置,其通过将粉尘处理、喷淋处理和紫外光处理集成在一起,简化了废气集成处理装置的结构,节约了空间,降低了生产成本。
(2)本发明的废气集成处理装置,其通过在废气集成处理装置中增加喷淋装置,其不仅能够处理一部分溶解于水的废气,而且能够对过滤粉尘的过滤层进行清洗,保持粉尘过滤层的反复使用,提高了过滤效率和过滤效果。
(3)本发明的废气集成处理装置,其结构简单,加工方便,适用于广。

  1. 一种废气集成处理装置,其特征在于:所述处理装置包括塔体、粉尘过滤层、喷淋过滤层、光分解过滤层、加热管和保温层;
    所述塔体包括进气口、出气口和废水出口,所述进气口和废水出口均位于塔体的下端,所述出气口位于所述塔体的顶端;
    粉尘过滤层、喷淋过滤层和光分解过滤层均位于所述塔体内,并自下而上依次设置;
    所述粉尘过滤层包括第一过滤层和第二过滤层,所述第一过滤层为无纺布过滤层,第二过滤层为活性炭纤维过滤层;
    所述喷淋过滤层包括喷头及固定喷头的连接板,所述连接板卡合于所述塔体的内壁,所述连接板为镂空状;
    所述光分解过滤层为紫外线灯管,所述紫外线灯管为一根,该一根紫外线灯管呈弯曲状均匀分布于塔体的内壁;
    所述加热管设置于所述塔体的外侧;
    所述保温层位于所述加热管的外侧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的废气集成处理装置,其特征在于:所述处理装置还包括弧形反射板,所述弧形反射板位于紫外线灯管的背面,并与所述塔体内壁连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的废气集成处理装置,其特征在于:所述连接板可拆卸地卡合于所述塔体的内壁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的废气集成处理装置,其特征在于:所述处理装置还包括用于支撑所述粉尘过滤层的镂空状的支撑板,所述支撑板可拆卸地卡合于所述塔体的内壁。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的废气集成处理装置,其特征在于:所述连接板与所述支撑板的间距为30-100cm。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的废气集成处理装置,其特征在于:所述加热管呈弯曲状环绕于所述塔体的外侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的废气集成处理装置,其特征在于:所述保温层为泡沫层。
