本发明涉及油雾净化器技术领域,具体为一种化纤厂油雾净化器。
背景技术
现在油雾净化器对于人们来说是一种必不可少的生活用品,而随着社会的发展,人们对于油雾净化器的要求越来越高,因此,化纤厂油雾净化器在这个领域的应用非常多,而现有的化纤厂油雾净化器使用起来很是繁琐,所以这里设计一种新型的化纤厂油雾净化器方便技术人员的使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于在油雾净化器的底端设置了四个滚轮,并且设有开门断电保护,电源过载保护,电箱带散热器,可大幅度方便技术人员的使用。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种化纤厂油雾净化器,包括油雾净化器、散热风扇和高压区,所述油雾净化器的下端固定连接有连接杆,所述连接杆的下端转动连接有滚轮,所述滚轮的内部固定连接有连接环,所述油雾净化器的正前方固定连接有排气孔,所述排气孔的上端固定连接有把手,所述散热风扇的上端固定连接有高压产生器,所述高压产生器的右上端固定连接有电源开关,所述电源开关的下端固定连接有行程开关,所述高压产生器的上端固定连接有高压引出线孔,所述高压引出线孔的旁边固定连接有高压引出线,所述高压引出线的右端固定连接有低压引出线孔,所述低压引出线孔的右端固定连接有低压引出线,所述油雾净化器的内部包括电场绝缘子、高压区、弹簧、低压区、过滤网片、密封条和穿墙绝缘子,所述密封条固定连接在油雾净化器的边缘,所述密封条的下端固定连接有穿墙绝缘子,所述密封条的左端固定连接有过滤网片,所述过滤网片的左端固定 连接有低压区,所述低压区的左端固定连接有弹簧,所述弹簧的旁边固定连接有高压区,所述高压区的下端固定连接有电场绝缘子。

排气孔5有四组,且采用平行式分布,滚轮2设置在油雾净化器1的下端,滚轮2和连接环3通过连接杆4连接在一起,穿墙绝缘子21有三组,且采用平行式分布。
工作原理:使用时,技术人员将高压引出线10和低压引出线12通过高压引出线孔9和低压引出线孔11跟外部设备连接好,按下电源开关13设备就会开始工作,对化纤厂产生的油雾进行净化处理,如果技术人员需要对该 设备进行移动,可通过滚轮2对其进行移动,大幅度方便了技术人员的使用。
