Description

一种注射笔
本申请要求于2017年5月8日提交中国专利局、申请号为201720503514.8、发明名称为“一种注射笔”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械设备技术领域,特别涉及一种注射笔。
背景技术
注射笔是一种在临床医疗中被广泛应用的医疗器械,用于药剂注射。
目前市场上药物注射主要采用一次性无菌注射器,但其注射过程需要进行医院就诊并由专业人员进行操作和注射,操作便捷性不适用与大多数慢性病病人的自我管理。国内外大公司多致力于无针注射、自动注射、电子注射笔和纯机械注射笔等领域和方向,但是这些方案都有很大的缺陷,可靠性低,成本高,甚至长期使用皮肤有损伤。目前纯机械注射笔在实现药物精确分配过程中的螺杆传动,离合传动,触觉反馈等结构上安全可靠性最优。但是现有机械式注射笔产品大大多存在注射过程步骤繁琐、阻力较大,患者操作不便,且因其部件较多结构复杂,注射剂量存在偏差的概率较大,加之患者多年纪较大、行动不便需要设定易识别的计量显示结构和提示。
因此,如何提供一种操作简便易行且给药精确可控的注射笔是本领域技术人员目前需要解决的重要技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种注射笔,该注射笔的操作简便易行且给药精确可控。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种注射笔,包括笔筒,所述笔筒的前端部设置有药仓,所述笔筒的后端部设置有触发器,所述笔筒的内部自外而内依次同轴设置有剂量筒、差速杆和传动杆,所述传动杆与所述差速杆键槽连接,所述笔筒内壁具有与所述传动杆配合的限位凸起,所述剂量筒的前端部设置有传动离合器,所述传动离合器的后端部具有卡齿,所述传动杆上具有与所述卡齿啮合适配的内圈齿,所述传动离合器与所述剂量筒间可单向传动地相联动;
所述剂量筒的前端部还设置有推杆座,所述推杆座的前部设置有推片,所 述推杆座内部螺纹配合地同轴设置有与推片配合的推杆,所述推杆座与所述传动杆间可单向传动地相联动。
优选地,所述剂量筒上卡接有与所述差速杆螺纹配合的限位环。
优选地,所述差速杆上具有肋板,所述传动离合器的后端部具有与所述肋板接触配合的柔型结构件。
优选地,所述推杆座上设置有棘轮,所述传动杆上具有若干与所述棘轮啮合适配的第一单向棘齿。
优选地,所述传动离合器的前端部的外壁以及所述剂量筒的前端部的内壁分别设置有相互啮合适配的第二单向棘齿。
优选地,所述剂量筒的前端部设置有与所述传动离合器配合的传动套,且所述剂量筒和所述传动离合器分别与所述传动套可单向传动地相联动。
优选地,所述笔筒的后端部设置有与所述剂量筒联动的支架,所述触发器设置于所述支架上。
优选地,所述触发器为按钮。
优选地,所述笔筒的前端可拆装地设置有与所述药仓套装配合的笔帽。
相对上述背景技术,本发明所提供的注射笔,其使用过程中,通过正向旋转剂量筒,并通过传动离合器、差速杆及传动杆等各个传动件间的传动配合,使得剂量筒和笔筒向触发器所在一端移动,从而实现注射前对药物剂量的设定;后续操作过程中,反向旋转剂量筒,由于各单向传动结构的存在,使得剂量筒向药仓所在一端移动,以完成药物剂量的回调;注射时,按压触发器,此时剂量筒与触发器联动配合并向药仓所在一端移动并反向旋转,同时由于各单向传动机构的存在使得推杆与剂量筒同向转动,推杆转动的同时通过推杆座内壁与推杆外壁间的螺纹配合结构使得推杆形成轴向移动并带动推片向药仓所在一端移动,从而完成注射操作,注射完成后剂量筒、差速杆及触发器等配合件回位至笔筒内。所述注射笔的操作过程简便易行,操作阻力较小,各传动组件灵活可靠,且药物剂量控制精度较高,用药精准可控。

具体实施方式
本发明的核心是提供一种注射笔,该注射笔的操作简便易行且给药精确可控。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
请参考图1至图7,图1为本发明一种具体实施方式所提供的注射笔的结构爆炸图;图2为图1的主体结构组装示意图;图3为图2中A-A向的结构剖视图;图4为图2中B-B向的结构剖视图;图5为图2中C-C向的结构剖视图;图6为图2中D-D向的结构剖视图;图7为图2中E-E向的结构剖视图。
在具体实施方式中,本发明所提供的注射笔,其包括笔筒6,笔筒6的前端部设置有药仓13,笔筒6的后端部设置有触发器1,笔筒6的内部自外而内依次同轴设置有剂量筒3、差速杆5和传动杆10,传动杆10与差速杆5键槽连接,笔筒6内壁具有与传动杆10配合的限位凸起,剂量筒3的前端部设置有传动离合器8,传动离合器8的后端部具有卡齿(图中未示出),传动杆5上具有与卡齿啮合适配的内圈齿(图中未示出),传动离合器8与剂量筒3间可单向传动地相联动;剂量筒3的前端部还设置有推杆座9,推杆座9的前部设置有推片11,推杆座9内部螺纹配合地同轴设置有与推片11配合的推杆4,推杆座9与传动杆10间可单向传动地相联动。
使用过程中,通过正向旋转剂量筒3,并通过传动离合器8、差速杆5及传动杆10等各个传动件间的传动配合,使得剂量筒3和笔筒6向触发器1所在一端移动,从而实现注射前对药物剂量的设定;后续操作过程中,反向旋转剂量筒3,由于各单向传动结构的存在,使得剂量筒3向药仓13所在一端移动,以完成药物剂量的回调;注射时,按压触发器1,此时剂量筒3与触发器1联动配合并向药仓13所在一端移动并反向旋转,同时由于各单向传动机构的存在使得推杆4与剂量筒3同向转动,推杆4转动的同时通过推杆座9内壁与推杆4外壁间的螺纹配合结构使得推杆4形成轴向移动并带动推片11向药仓13所在一端移动,从而完成注射操作,注射完成后剂量筒3、差速杆5及触发器1等配合件回位至笔筒6内。所述注射笔的操作过程简便易行,操作阻力较小,各传动组件灵活可靠,且药物剂量控制精度较高,用药精准可控。
进一步地,剂量筒3上卡接有与差速杆5螺纹配合的限位环7。实际操作中,剂量筒3与限位环7卡接,不能相对转动,只能相对轴向移动,限位环7的限位作用在三个过程中的实现:
a.设定计量时,剂量筒3正向旋转,带动限位环7正向旋转,差速杆5不转动,限位环7与差速杆5螺纹连接,形成向后的相对位移;
b.计量回调时,剂量筒3反向转动,带动限位环7反向转动,并向前移动,差速杆5不转动,限位环7与差速杆5相对转动,产生向前的轴向位移;
c.注射时,剂量筒3和差速杆5都反向转动,也同步轴向向前位移,限位环7和剂量筒3没有相对转动,也与差速杆5没有相对转动,限位环7与差速杆5不产生轴向的相对位移。
实现调节剂量时限位环7根据调节的剂量产生相对于差速杆5向后的位移,注射时限位环7与差速杆5不产生相对的位移,限位环7相对于差速杆5在每次注射后总是比上一次注射后更向后,预填充的药物使用完后,限位环7到差速杆5最后端,被支架2左端卡住,不能再进行使用,从而实现注射笔的一次性使用。
更具体地,差速杆5上具有肋板,传动离合器8的后端部具有与肋板接触配合的柔型结构件。操作过程中,该柔型结构件能够与肋板接触配合并发出特殊声响,从而对操作人员形成听觉提示,进而实现药物剂量设定过程中的非视 觉提示,进一步提高所述注射笔的使用便利性。
此外,推杆座9上设置有棘轮,传动杆10上具有若干与棘轮啮合适配的第一单向棘齿。该种棘轮与第一单向棘齿构成的单向传动机构的传动稳定可靠,且有助于提高推杆座9与传动杆10间的传动效率和操作精度。
另一方面,传动离合器8的前端部的外壁以及剂量筒3的前端部的内壁分别设置有相互啮合适配的第二单向棘齿。该种由第二单向棘齿直接捏合的传动机构有助于精简所述注射笔的整体组件数量,优化其装配结构,并使设备成本相应降低。
请参考图8,图8为本发明另一种具体实施方式所提供的注射笔的结构爆炸图。
另外,剂量筒3的前端部设置有与传动离合器8配合的传动套20,且剂量筒3和传动离合器8分别与传动套20可单向传动地相联动。增设该传动套20后能够进一步优化剂量筒3与传动离合器8间的传动结构,保证剂量筒3与传动离合器8间的传动控制精度和稳定性。
应当指出,具体到实际应用中,上述剂量筒3、传动套20以及传动离合器8间的配合结构可以采用如前文所述的单向棘轮啮合机构,也可以采用其他能够实现单向传动的机械结构,原则上,只要是能够满足所述注射笔的实际使用需要均可。
请继续参考图1至图7。笔筒6的后端部设置有与剂量筒3联动的支架2,触发器1设置于支架2上。该支架2能够为触发器1提供一定的结构支承,并保证触发器1与剂量筒3间的传动效率和结构可靠性。
进一步地,触发器1为按钮。该种按钮的结构简单精巧,能够有效优化注射笔的整体操作结构。当然,该触发器1为按钮仅为优选方案,实际应用中其还可以为推杆等其他操纵件,原则上,只要是能够满足所述注射笔的实际使用需要均可。
更具体地,笔筒6的前端可拆装地设置有与药仓13套装配合的笔帽12。该笔帽12能够为药仓13及笔筒6的前部主体结构提供可靠的结构保护,避免注射笔的主要功能组件收到结构损伤,并避免非使用状态下外部环境对注射笔的内部组件产生污染或其他不利影响。
为便于理解方案内容,下面结合实际操作流程对本申请方案做适当阐述。
实施剂量设定时,正向旋转剂量筒3,剂量筒3单向棘齿作用在传动离合器8前端的第二单向棘齿上,传动离合器8不旋转,产生向触发器所在一端(即后端)的轴向位移,传动离合器8向后轴向位移将差速杆5、支架2和触发器1顶住也向后轴向位移,传动杆10与差速杆5键槽结构连接,但推杆座9被笔筒6内壁突起卡住不能向后移动,传动杆10前端的柔性棘轮与推杆座9相对固定,因此柔性棘轮也不能前后移动,传动离合器8后端为柔性结构件不能带动差速杆5旋转,差速杆5不转,传动离合器8也不旋转,传动离合器8的第二单向棘齿与剂量筒3单向棘齿作用产生听觉指示,同时剂量筒3与触发器1,支架2和差速杆5一起向后端顶出笔筒6,完成计量设定。
实施剂量回调时,反向旋转剂量筒3,剂量筒3单向棘齿带动传动离合器8转动,药物容器或药物注射需要注射力给推片11与推杆4的反作用力用来抵消掉回调剂量时,传动离合器8后端柔性结构件与差速杆5肋板之间反向旋转摩擦力。传动杆10与差速杆5键槽连接不会相对转动,传动杆10也不转动,不会带动推杆座9转动,从而推杆4产生轴向向前的位移,被完全抵消。剂量筒3轴向向前移动,带动触发器1,支架2,差速杆5前移,实现回调剂量,传动离合器8转动,与差速杆5肋板产生听觉指示。
实施注射时,按动触发器1,剂量筒3被按压轴向向前移动,进行反向转动,剂量筒3的单向棘齿带动传动离合器8转动,这时离合器8与差速杆5配合的单向棘齿不能传动,但进行按压,使得传动离合器8的顶面4个凸起棘齿与差速杆5内的一圈棘齿咬合,从而实现剂量筒3可以带动传动离合器8也反向转动,带动差速杆5反向转动,引起传动杆10转动,传动杆10棘轮与推杆座9单向棘齿啮合,此时推杆4也反向转动,同时推杆座9内壁与推杆4外壁间的螺纹配合结构带动推杆4轴向前移,顶住推片11进行注射,注射完后剂量筒3与触发器1,支架2,差速杆5回到笔筒6内。
综上可知,本发明中提供的注射笔,包括笔筒,所述笔筒的前端部设置有药仓,所述笔筒的后端部设置有触发器,所述笔筒的内部自外而内依次同轴设置有剂量筒、差速杆和传动杆,所述传动杆与所述差速杆键槽连接,所述笔筒内壁具有与所述传动杆配合的限位凸起,所述剂量筒的前端部设置有传动离合 器,所述传动离合器的后端部具有卡齿,所述传动杆上具有与所述卡齿啮合适配的内圈齿,所述传动离合器与所述剂量筒间可单向传动地相联动;所述剂量筒的前端部还设置有推杆座,所述推杆座的前部设置有推片,所述推杆座内部螺纹配合地同轴设置有与推片配合的推杆,所述推杆座与所述传动杆间可单向传动地相联动。使用过程中,通过正向旋转剂量筒,并通过传动离合器、差速杆及传动杆等各个传动件间的传动配合,使得剂量筒和笔筒向触发器所在一端移动,从而实现注射前对药物剂量的设定;后续操作过程中,反向旋转剂量筒,由于各单向传动结构的存在,使得剂量筒向药仓所在一端移动,以完成药物剂量的回调;注射时,按压触发器,此时剂量筒与触发器联动配合并向药仓所在一端移动并反向旋转,同时由于各单向传动机构的存在使得推杆与剂量筒同向转动,推杆转动的同时通过推杆座内壁与推杆外壁间的螺纹配合结构使得推杆形成轴向移动并带动推片向药仓所在一端移动,从而完成注射操作,注射完成后剂量筒、差速杆及触发器等配合件回位至笔筒内。所述注射笔的操作过程简便易行,操作阻力较小,各传动组件灵活可靠,且药物剂量控制精度较高,用药精准可控。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种注射笔,其特征在于:包括笔筒,所述笔筒的前端部设置有药仓,所述笔筒的后端部设置有触发器,所述笔筒的内部自外而内依次同轴设置有剂量筒、差速杆和传动杆,所述传动杆与所述差速杆键槽连接,所述笔筒内壁具有与所述传动杆配合的限位凸起,所述剂量筒的前端部设置有传动离合器,所述传动离合器的后端部具有卡齿,所述传动杆上具有与所述卡齿啮合适配的内圈齿,所述传动离合器与所述剂量筒相联动;
    所述剂量筒的前端部还设置有推杆座,所述推杆座的前部设置有推片,所述推杆座内部螺纹配合地同轴设置有与推片配合的推杆,所述推杆座与所述传动杆相联动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的注射笔,其特征在于:所述剂量筒上卡接有与所述差速杆螺纹配合的限位环。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的注射笔,其特征在于:所述差速杆上具有肋板,所述传动离合器的后端部具有与所述肋板接触配合的柔型结构件。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的注射笔,其特征在于:所述推杆座上设置有棘轮,所述传动杆上具有若干与所述棘轮啮合适配的第一单向棘齿。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的注射笔,其特征在于:所述传动离合器的前端部的外壁以及所述剂量筒的前端部的内壁分别设置有相互啮合适配的第二单向棘齿。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的注射笔,其特征在于:所述剂量筒的前端部设置有与所述传动离合器配合的传动套,且所述剂量筒和所述传动离合器分别与所述传动套可单向传动地相联动。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的注射笔,其特征在于:所述笔筒的后端部设置有与所述剂量筒联动的支架,所述触发器设置于所述支架上。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的注射笔,其特征在于:所述触发器为按钮。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的注射笔,其特征在于:所述笔筒的前端可拆装地设置有与所述药仓套装配合的笔帽。
