Description

本发明涉及一种门锁组件和装置。
背景技术
在各种产品应用中,门锁是一个很关键的零件。根据不同的应用场景,门锁的结构、外观、材料也不相同。普通的门锁一般采用金属材料为锁芯,然后通过螺纹连接方式,固定在箱体的面板上,外置钥匙手动旋转后,锁芯压缩弹簧后将锁打开。当钥匙松开后,锁芯可以复位,面板恢复关闭状态。根据门锁的防盗特性及操作便利性,这种锁的结构通常比较复杂,成本较高。还一种门锁,是通过钥匙选择带动锁芯旋转,让锁芯的挡片脱离固定点,从而达到开锁的功能,锁芯的旋转必须通过钥匙来驱动,不能自动回弹。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种门锁组件和装置,结构简单,操作方便。

本发明实施例公开的门锁组件通过导向头311的引导将锁芯31插入卡扣部32实现锁芯31与卡扣部32锁紧。脱离时稍微借助外力即可将导向头311和轴体310与卡扣322脱离,使得第一面板1和第二面板2脱离。该门锁组件零件少,结构简单,操作方便,而且成本低,实用性强。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下将通过具体实施例和相关附图,对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示,图1-3为本实施例提供的一种带有门锁组件的装置,图1是该装置的立体图,图2是该装置的主视图,图3是该装置的左视图。该装置可以是通信设备比如光纤终端盒,也可以是收容箱、文具柜、保险柜等等不一一举例。该装置包括第一面板1和第二面板2,如果装置是侧面开口的装置,第一面板1可以是门框或柜体,第二面板2是门板。如果装置是顶面开口的容器,第一面板1也可以是容器侧边框,第二面板2是盖子,以上仅是举例说明,不作为具体限制。当然,第一面板1和第二面板2也可以互换,第一面板1是门板或盖子,第二面板2可以是门框或柜体或侧边框。本实施例中使用第一面板1和第二面板2只是方便描述,强调门锁组件的一部分安装在第一面板1上,门锁组件3的另一部分安装在第二面板2上,第一面板1和第二面板2之间通过门锁组件3锁紧和分离,在其他实施例中,第一面板1和第二面板2也可能仅仅是固定所述门锁组件3的固定点。在图1~图3中装置上均以设置有两个门锁组件3示意,并非实施方式的限制说明,具体数量根据实际情况设置。

如图3至图7所示,该门锁组件3包括固定在固定在第一面板1上的卡扣部32和第二面板2上的锁芯31。如图6和图7所示,其中锁芯31包括轴体310以及设置在轴体310一端 的导向头311,导向头311与轴体310连接处设置有第一凹陷部312。优选的,本实施例中导向头311为棱台体、棱锥体、圆锥体中的一种。图6、7中是以棱锥体示意说明,棱锥体上的导向斜面优先设置为偶数,这样偶数对称设置的目的是通过导向头311的引导将锁芯31比较容易的方式插入卡扣部32实现锁芯31与卡扣部32锁紧。
如图8和图9所示,卡扣部32包括基座321和卡扣322,基座321上设置有供轴体310和导向头311通过的第一通孔3210,卡扣322用于与锁芯31上的第一凹陷部312卡合。导向头311和轴体310穿过卡扣部32的基座321上的第一通孔3210与卡扣322锁扣使得第一面板1和第二面板2锁紧。通过外力作用将导向头311和轴体310与卡扣322脱离,使得第一面板1和第二面板2脱离。本实施例中卡扣322进一步包括第一弹性臂3221和第二弹性臂3222,第一弹性臂3221和第二弹性臂3222弧形固定在基座321的同一侧面上。优选的,第一弹性臂3221和第二弹性臂3222对称设置。第一弹性臂3221和第二弹性3222的末端之间形成预设宽度的缝隙。为了方便锁芯31与卡扣322对齐,锁芯31能够顺利插入锁芯322,第一弹性臂3221和第二弹性臂3222之间的缝隙与第一通孔3210位于同一平面上。

锁芯31的导向头311插入卡扣322时,导向头311使第一弹性臂3221和第二弹性臂3222弹性外张,等导向头311超出缝隙时,第一弹性臂3221和第二弹性臂3222恢复弹性夹住第一凹陷部即夹住第一倾斜面3120和第二倾斜面3121。导向头311和开放式第一弹性臂3221和第二弹性臂3222的相互结合,关门时形成扭距,无须钥匙拧动,即可实现第一面板1和第二面板2的自动锁紧。锁芯31与卡扣322脱离时,锁芯31旋转到一定角度时,由于第一倾斜面3120和第二倾斜面3121之外的部分导向头311与轴体310并没有凹陷的设置,脱离时稍微借助外力锁芯31很容易与第一弹性臂3221和第二弹性臂3222平滑脱离。
如图图4、图5和图8所示,第二面板2上设置有容纳锁芯31的第二凹陷部10和供锁芯31通过的第二通孔11,第二凹陷部10上设置有用于限制锁芯31转动角度大小的限位槽100。锁芯31的轴体310上对应限位槽100设置有至少一个限位块313,限位块313可以是一凸起。锁芯31在所述第二凹陷部10内转动时,限位块313在限位槽100内转动,锁芯31和第二面板2通过限位块313和限位槽100实现开锁角度的限制。锁芯31的轴体310上还对应第二凹陷部10设置有支撑面314,优选的,该支撑面314与轴体310垂直固定。需要说明的是,支撑面314与轴体310可以一体化成型,也可以通过其它方式实现。
进一步,另一实施例中,门锁组件3还包括用于将锁芯31与第二面板2固定的卡簧33,卡簧33的长度或直径最好大于第二通孔11的直径,这样利于卡簧33卡住锁芯31时锁芯31不与第二面板2脱离。锁芯31的轴体310上对应卡簧33设置有第三凹陷部315。锁芯31放置于第二凹陷部10时,通过卡簧33卡在第三凹陷部315将锁芯31固定在第二面板2上。卡簧33的弹性特性除了起到将锁芯31与第二面板2固定的同时,还保留锁芯31在第二凹陷部10内能够自由转动的功能。
如图9和图10所示,支撑面314的外部表面设置有预设形状的开锁部316,图中以常见的三角形示意。优选的,为了美观设计,支撑面314和开锁部316的厚度加起来不大于第二凹陷部的深度,使得开锁部316的顶部不高出于第二面板2。本实施例中,可以使用带有相 同预设形状凹槽的钥匙扭动开锁部316带动锁芯转动,实现第一面板1和第二面板2的脱离。
本发明实施例公开的门锁组件通过导向头311的引导将锁芯31插入卡扣部32实现锁芯31与卡扣部32锁紧。脱离时稍微借助外力即可将导向头311和轴体310与卡扣322脱离,使得第一面板1和第二面板2脱离。该门锁组件零件少,装配简单,成本低,实用性强。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本申请进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本申请的精神和范围。这样,倘若本申请的这些修改和变型属于本申请权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本申请也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种门锁组件(3),其特征在于,包括固定在第一面板(1)上的卡扣部(32)和固定在第二面板(2)上的锁芯(31);所述锁芯(31)包括轴体(310)以及设置在所述轴体(310)一端的导向头(311),所述导向头(311)与所述轴体(310)连接处设置有第一凹陷部(312);所述卡扣部(32)包括基座(321)和卡扣(322),所述基座(321)上设置有供所述轴体(310)和导向头(311)通过的第一通孔(3210),所述卡扣(322)用于卡住所述第一凹陷部(312);所述导向头(311)和所述轴体(310)穿过所述卡扣部(32)的基座(321)上的第一通孔(3210)与所述卡扣(322)锁扣使得所述第一面板(1)和所述第二面板(2)锁紧。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的门锁组件,其特征在于,所述卡扣(322)包括第一弹性臂(3221)和第二弹性臂(3222),所述第一弹性臂(3221)和第二弹性臂(3222)弧形固定在所述基座(321)的同一侧面上,所述第一弹性臂(3221)和第二弹性臂(3222)的末端之间形成预设宽度的缝隙。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的门锁组件(3),其特征在于,所述第一弹性臂(3221)和第二弹性臂(3222)对称设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的门锁组件(3),其特征在于,所述第一弹性臂(3221)和第二弹性臂(3222)之间的缝隙与所述第一通孔(3210)位于同一平面上。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的门锁组件(3),其特征在于,所述第一凹陷部(312)包括第一倾斜面(3120)和第二倾斜面(3121),所述第一倾斜面(3120)和第二倾斜面(3121)对称设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的门锁组件(3),其特征在于,所述第二面板(2)上设置有容纳所述锁芯(31)的第二凹陷部(10)和供所述锁芯(31)通过的第二通孔(11);所述第二凹陷部上设置有限位槽(100);所述轴体(310)上对应所述限位槽(100)设置有至少一个限位块(312),所述锁芯(31)固定在所述第二面板(2)并在所述第二凹陷部(10)内转动时,所述限位块(312)在所述限位槽(100)内转动。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的门锁组件(3),其特征在于,所述轴体(310)上还对应所述第二凹陷部(10)设置有支撑面(314),所述支撑面(314)与所述轴体(310)垂直固定。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的门锁组件(3),其特征在于,还包括用于将所述锁芯(31)与所述第二面板(2)固定的卡簧(33),所述卡簧(33)的长度或直径大于所述第二通孔(11)的直径;所述锁芯(31)的轴体(310)上对应所述卡簧(33)设置有第三凹陷部(315)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的门锁组件(3),其特征在于,所述支撑面(314)的外部表面设置有预设形状的开锁部(316)。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的门锁组件(3),其特征在于,所述导向头(311)为棱台体、棱锥体、圆锥体中的一种。
  11. 一种装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的门锁组件(3)。
