本申请涉及一种保单服务任务分配方法、装置、计算机设备和存储设备。
背景技术
随着互联网技术的发展,越来越多的业务处理均依赖于互联网。而在保险业务处理过程中,仍然有许多业务处理需要热工处理。
在保险业务处理过程中,存在大量的保单服务任务需要分配。然而,发明人意识到,传统的保单服务任务分配过程中,需要人工查看保单服务任务中的保单地址信息,根据保单地址信息将保单服务任务进行分配。这样,导致保单服务任务的分配效率低下。
发明内容
根据本申请公开的各种实施例,提供一种保单服务任务分配方法、装置、计算机设备和存储存储设备。
一种保单服务任务分配方法,包括:
获取保单服务任务;
提取所述保单服务任务中的保单地址信息;
根据高频地址词库识别提取到的保单地址信息中的高频地址词;
从所述提取到的保单地址信息中删除识别到的高频地址词得到定位地址词;
根据所述定位地址词在电子地图中进行定位,并获得定位位置;
确定所述定位位置所属服务地理范围对应的保单任务员账号;及
将所述保单服务任务分配至以确定的保单任务员账号登录的终端。
一种保单服务任务分配装置,包括:
任务获取模块,用于获取保单服务任务;
信息提取模块,用于提取所述保单服务任务中的保单地址信息;
地址词识别模块,用于根据高频地址词库识别提取到的保单地址信息中的高频地址词;
地址词删除模块,用于从所述提取到的保单地址信息中删除识别到的高频地址词得到定位地址词;
位置获得模块,用于根据所述定位地址词在电子地图中进行定位,并获得定位位置;
账号确定模块,用于确定所述定位位置所属服务地理范围对应的保单任务员账号;及
任务分配模块,用于将所述保单服务任务分配至以确定的保单任务员账号登录的终端。
一种计算机设备,包括存储器和一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
获取保单服务任务;
提取所述保单服务任务中的保单地址信息;
根据高频地址词库识别提取到的保单地址信息中的高频地址词;
从所述提取到的保单地址信息中删除识别到的高频地址词得到定位地址词;
根据所述定位地址词在电子地图中进行定位,并获得定位位置;
确定所述定位位置所属服务地理范围对应的保单任务员账号;及
将所述保单服务任务分配至以确定的保单任务员账号登录的终端。
一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性存储介质,计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:

为了使本申请的技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
图1为一个实施例中保单服务任务分配方法的应用环境图。参照图1,该保单服务任务分配方法应用于保单服务任务分配系统。保单服务任务分配系统包括终端110和服务器120,终端110通过网络与服务器120连接。终端110可以是固定终端或移动终端,固定终端具体可以是打印机、扫描仪和监控器中的至少一种,移动终端具体可以是平板电脑、智能手机、个人数据助理和数码相机中的至少一种。服务器120可以是单个服务器后由多个服务器组成的服务器集群。
图2为一个实施例中图1保单服务任务分配系统中的服务器120的内部结构示意图。如图2所示,该服务器120包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、存储器和网络接口。服务器120的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个服务器120的运行,存储器用于存储数据、代码指令等,网络接口用于与终端110进行网络通信。存储器上存储有至少一个计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令可被处理器执行,以实现本申请实施例中提供的适用于服务器120的保单服务任务分配方法。存储器可包括磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)等非易失性存储介质,或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。例如,在其中一个实施例中,存储器包括非易失性存储介质及内存储器;非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、数据库和计算机可执行指令,数据库中存储有各种保单数据,该计算机可执行指令可被处理器执行以实现上述的保单服务任务分配方法;内存储器为非易失性存储介质中的操作系统及计算机可执行指令提供高速缓存的运行环境。
如图3所示,在其中一个实施例中,提供一种保单服务任务分配方法,该方法具体包括以下内容:
S302,获取保单服务任务。
具体地,服务器120从数据库中获取保单,从保单中提取保单信息,根据提取到的保单信息创建保单服务任务。保单信息包括保单地址信息,还包括保险信息,保险信息包括 投保人姓名、联系方式、投保种类和投保金额中的至少一种。在其中一个实施例中,服务器120接收终端110发送的保单服务任务。
S304,提取保单服务任务中的保单地址信息。
具体地,服务器120获取到保单服务任务后,对保单服务任务进行解析,通过解析提取保单服务任务中的保单地址信息。保单地址信息具体可以是投保人在保单中填写的详细地址信息。详细地址信息可以包括省、自治区、市、盟、区、县、州、镇、乡、苏木、村、嘎查、街道、楼栋号、单元号、楼层号和门牌号中的至少一种。例如,广东省深圳市南山区某街道某小区3号楼4单元401室。
S306,根据高频地址词库识别提取到的保单地址信息中的高频地址词。
具体地,服务器120的数据库中设置有高频地址词库,高频地址词库中存储着在保单地址信息中出现次数或出现比例超过某一阈值的地址词。服务器120将提取到的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址词,以高频地址词库中的高频地址词与拆分得到的地址词进行匹配,则匹配到的地址词为高频地址词。匹配到的地址词为服务器120在提取到的保单地址信息中识别到的高频地址词。
S308,从提取到的保单地址信息中删除识别到的高频地址词得到定位地址词。
具体地,服务器120在识别到提取到的保单地址信息中的高频地址词后,将识别到的高频地址词从提取到的保单地址信息删除,以提取到的保单地址信息中剩下的地址词作为定位地址词。
在其中一个实施例中,服务器120在对提取到的保单地址信息进行拆分得到的地址词中删除识别到的高频地址词,以拆分得到的地址词中剩下的地址词为定位地址词。
S310,根据定位地址词在电子地图中进行定位,并获得定位位置。
具体地,服务器120调用电子地图,将定位地址词输入电子地图进行定位,获取定位后定位地址在电子地图中的定位位置。定位位置为经纬度信息。
S312,确定定位位置所属服务地理范围对应的保单任务员账号。
具体地,服务器120获取电子地图中各保单任务员账号对应的服务地址范围,将定位位置与各保单任务员账号对应的服务地址范围进行比较,通过比较查询定位位置所属的服务地址范围,确定查询到的服务地址范围对应的保单任务员账号。服务地址范围用经纬度信息表示。
S314,将保单服务任务分配至以确定的保单任务员账号登录的终端。
具体地,服务器120查询以确定的保单任务员账号登录的终端110的终端地址,根据查询到的终端地址将保单服务任务发送至以确定的保单任务员账号登录的终端110,以将保单服务任务分配至确定的保单任务员账号对应的保单任务员。
本实施例中,提取保单服务任务中的保单地址信息,删除保单地址信息中的高频地址词得到定位地址词,根据得到的定位地址词在电子地图中的进行定位得到定位位置,排除了保单地址信息中的高频地址词对在电子地图中记性定位的干扰,提高了根据保单上地址 信息在电子地图中定位的准确性。确定定位位置所属服务地理范围对应的保单任务员账号,将服务任务分配至以确定的保单任务员账号登录的终端,提高了根据保单地址信息分配保单服务任务的准确性。在保单服务任务的分配过程中,无需人工查看保单服务任务中的保单地址信息,节省了分配保单服务任务所耗费的时间,根据电子地图中的准确定位位置分配保单服务任务的分配准确率,提高了保单服务任务的分配效率。
如图4所示,在其中一个实施例中,S302之前具体还包括生成高频地址词库的步骤,该步骤具体包括以下内容:
S402,对保单地址库中的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词。
具体地,服务器120遍历保单地址库中的保单地址信息,针对每条保单地址信息进行拆分,通过拆分得到相应的地址关键词,获取保单地址库中所有保单地址信息所对应的拆分得到的地址关键词。
在其中一个实施例中,S402具体还包括选取拆分结果的步骤,该步骤具体包括以下内容:对于保单地址库中的每条保单地址信息,根据地址关键词库对保单地址信息进行拆分得到多种拆分结果;统计各种拆分结果对应的地址关键词数量;获取最小地址关键词数量所对应的拆分结果中的地址关键词。
具体地,服务器120的数据库中设置有地址关键词库,地址关键词库中存储着地址关键词。服务器120将地址词库中的地址关键词与保单地址信息进行匹配,通过匹配得到保单地址信息的多种拆分结果,不同拆分结果中包括的地址关键词不同。服务器120统计每种拆分结果中的地址关键词的数量得到地址关键词数量,选取最小的地址关键词数量对应的拆分结果,获取选取的拆分结果中的地址关键词。
举例说明,地址关键词库中存储着“东莞市”、“东莞”、“市”、“石龙镇”、“石龙”和“镇”。利用地址关键词库对于保单地址信息“东莞市石龙镇”进行拆分,可以得到两种拆分结果:拆分结果1为“东莞”、“市”、“石龙”、“镇”;拆分结果2为“东莞市”、“石龙镇”。拆分结果1中的地址关键词数量为“4”,拆分结果2中的地址关键词数量为“2”,选取最小地址关键词数量对应的拆分结果,即选取拆分结果2,获取拆分结果2中的地址关键词。
在其中一个实施例中,S402具体还包括根据拆分标记拆分保单地址信息的步骤,该步骤具体包括以下内容:将保单地址库中的各保单地址信息发送至以地址拆分员账号登录的终端,以将保单地址信息显示在以地址拆分员账号登录的终端中;接收以地址拆分员账号登录的终端返回的添加有拆分标记的保单地址信息;根据拆分标记对保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词。
具体地,服务器120按顺序从保单上地址库中提取保单地址信息,并查询以地址拆分员账号登录的终端的终端地址,根据查询到的终端地址将提取到的保单地址信息发送至以地址拆分员账号登录的终端。以地址拆分员账号登录的终端将接收到保单地址信息显示在显示屏中,地址拆分员通过该终端的输入设备在显示的保单地址信息中添加拆分标记。拆 分标记为用于标记保单地址信息的拆分位置的标记。以地址拆分员账号登录的终端将添加有拆分标记的保单地址信息发送至服务器120。服务器120接收添加有拆分标记的保单地址信息,获取拆分标记在保单地址信息中的标记位置,按照获取的标记位置拆分保单地址信息得到地址关键词。
S404,根据拆分得到的地址关键词构建字典树。
具体地,服务器120获取保单地址库中所有保单地址信息所对应的拆分得到的地址关键词,将获取到的地址关键词存储到字典数的各节点以构建字典树,
S406,利用字典树统计各地址关键词的查找次数。
具体地,服务器120在根据拆分得到的地址关键词构建字典树后,对于每条保单地址信息对应的地址关键词,在构建的字典树中进行查找,统计字典树的各节点中的地址关键词的查找次数。
S408,根据各地址关键词的查找次数确定高频地址词。
具体地,服务器120将统计的各地址关键词的查找次数与预设次数进行比较,提取查找次数超过预设次数的地址关键词,以提取到的地址关键词作为高频地址词。
S410,将确定的高频地址词存储至高频地址词库。
具体地,服务器120在高频地址词库中查询是否存在确定的高频地址词,若存在,则丢弃确定的高频地址词;若未查询,将确定的高频地址词存储至高频地址词库。
本实施例中,对保单地址库中保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词,根据拆分得到的地址关键词构建字典树,利用字典树统计各地址关键词的查找次数,缩短了统计查找次数所耗费的时间,提高了查找次数的统计效率。将在地址关键词中根据统计的查找次数确定的高频地址词存储至高频地址词库,提高了高频地址词库中高频地址词库的准确性。
如图5所示,在其中一个实施例中,S306具体还包括更新地址关键词的步骤,该步骤具体包括以下内容:
S502,将提取到的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词。
具体地,服务器120可以使用分词算法对提取到的保单地址信息进行拆分,通过拆分得到地址关键词。分词算法具体可以是正向最大匹配算法、逆向最大匹配算法、最少切分算法和双向最大匹配算法中的至少一种。
S504,在拆分得到的地址关键词中查询满足添加预设后缀词条件的地址关键词。
具体地,服务器120待加后缀关键词库,待加后缀关键词库中存储着需要添加后缀词的待加后缀关键词。服务器120在拆分得到的地址关键词中提取未携带预设后缀词的地址关键词,在待加后缀关键词库中查询是否存在提取到的地址关键词,若存在,则提取到的地址关键词为满足添加预设后缀词条件的地址关键词;若不存在,则提取到的地址关键词为未满足添加预设后缀词条件的地址关键词。
在其中一个实施例中,服务器120按顺序提取拆分得到的地址关键词,在保单地址库中查询包括提取到的地址关键词的保单地址信息,统计查询到的保单地址信息的第一信息 条数,统计该提取到的地址关键词之后为预设后缀词的保单地址信息的第二信息条数,将第一信息条数除以第二信息条数得到添加预设后缀词的添加比例。服务器120将添加比例与添加预设比例进行比较,若添加比例高于添加预设比例,则该提取到的地址关键词为满足添加预设后缀词条件的地址关键词。
举例说明,拆分得到的地址关键词中包括“深圳”,服务器120在保单地址库中查询包括“深圳”二字的保单地址信息,统计查询到的保单地址信息的第一信息条数。服务器120在查询到的保单地址信息中确定包括预设后缀词的地址关键词“深圳市”的保单地址信息的第二信息条数,将第一信息条数除以第二信息条数得到添加比例,若添加比例高于添加预设比例,则判定“深圳”为满足添加预设后缀词条件的地址关键词,为“深圳”添加预设后缀词“市”,将“深圳”修改为“深圳市”。预设比例可以为80%,当包括地址关键词“深圳”的保单地址信息总数量中,有超过80%的保单地址信息中的“深圳”都有预设后缀“市”,则认为“深圳”为满足添加预设后缀词条件的地址关键词。
S506,为查询到的地址关键词添加预设后缀词以更新拆分得到的地址关键词。
具体地,待加后缀关键词库中还可以存储着与待加后缀关键词对应的预设后缀词。服务器120在待加后缀关键词库中获取与查询到的地址关键词对应的预设后缀词,为查询到的地址关键词添加预设后缀词,以更新拆分得到的地址关键词。
S508,根据高频地址词库在更新后的地址关键词中识别高频地址词。
具体地,服务器120在更新后的地址关键词中查询是否存在高频地址词库中的高频地址词,若存在,则查询到的地址关键词为识别到的高频地址词。
本实施例中,对未携带预设后缀词的非标准地址关键词进行标准化处理,保证将应该添加预设后缀词的非标准地址关键词修改为标准的地址关键词,从而能够提高处理保单地址信息的准确性。
应该理解的是,虽然图3-5的流程图中的各个步骤按照箭头的指示依次显示,但是这些步骤并不是必然按照箭头指示的顺序依次执行。除非本文中有明确的说明,这些步骤的执行并没有严格的顺序限制,这些步骤可以以其它的顺序执行。而且,图3-5中的至少一部分步骤可以包括多个子步骤或者多个阶段,这些子步骤或者阶段并不必然是在同一时刻执行完成,而是可以在不同的时刻执行,这些子步骤或者阶段的执行顺序也不必然是依次进行,而是可以与其它步骤或者其它步骤的子步骤或者阶段的至少一部分轮流或者交替地执行。
如图6所示,在其中一个实施例中,提供一种保单服务任务分配装置600,该装置具体包括:任务获取模块602、信息提取模块604、地址词识别模块606、地址词删除模块608、位置获得模块610、账号确定模块612和任务分配模块614。

信息提取模块604,用于提取保单服务任务中的保单地址信息。
地址词识别模块606,用于根据高频地址词库识别提取到的保单地址信息中的高频地 址词。

如图7所示,在其中一个实施例中,保单服务任务分配装置600具体还包括:信息拆分模块616、字典树构建模块618、次数统计模块620、地址词确定模块622和地址词存储模块624。
信息拆分模块616,用于对保单地址库中的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词。
字典树构建模块618,用于根据拆分得到的地址关键词构建字典树。
次数统计模块620,用于利用字典树统计各地址关键词的查找次数。

一种计算机设备,包括存储器和一个或多个处理器,存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:获取保单服务任务;提取保单服务任务中的保单地址信息;根据高频地址词库识别提取到的保单地址信息中的高频地址词;从提取到的保单地址信息中删除识别到的高频地址词得到定位地址词;根据定位地址词在电子地图中进行定位,并获得定位位置;确定定位位置所属服务地理范围对应的保单任务员账号;将保单服务任务分配至以确定的保单任务员账号登录的终端。
在其中一个实施例中,获取保单服务任务之前,还包括:对保单地址库中的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词;根据拆分得到的地址关键词构建字典树;利用字典树统计各地址关键词的查找次数;根据各地址关键词的查找次数确定高频地址词;将确定的高频地址词存储至高频地址库。
在其中一个实施例中,对保单地址库中的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词,包括:对于保单地址库中的每条保单地址信息,根据地址关键词库对保单地址信息进行拆分得到多种拆分结果;统计各种拆分结果对应的地址关键词数量;获取最小地址关键词数量所对应的拆分结果中的地址关键词。
在其中一个实施例中,对保单地址库中的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词,包括:将保单地址库中的各保单地址信息发送至以地址拆分员账号登录的终端,以将保单地址信息显示在以地址拆分员账号登录的终端中;接收以地址拆分员账号登录的终端返回的添加有拆分标记的保单地址信息;根据拆分标记对保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词。
在其中一个实施例中,根据高频地址词库识别提取到的保单地址信息中的高频地址词,包括:将提取到的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词;在拆分得到的地址关键词中查询满足添加预设后缀词条件的地址关键词;为查询到的地址关键词添加预设后缀词以更新拆分得到的地址关键词;根据高频地址词库在更新后的地址关键词中识别高频地址词。
本实施例中,提取保单服务任务中的保单地址信息,删除保单地址信息中的高频地址词得到定位地址词,根据得到的定位地址词在电子地图中的进行定位得到定位位置,排除了保单地址信息中的高频地址词对在电子地图中记性定位的干扰,提高了根据保单上地址信息在电子地图中定位的准确性。确定定位位置所属服务地理范围对应的保单任务员账号,将服务任务分配至以确定的保单任务员账号登录的终端,提高了根据保单地址信息分 配保单服务任务的准确性。在保单服务任务的分配过程中,无需人工查看保单服务任务中的保单地址信息,节省了分配保单服务任务所耗费的时间,根据电子地图中的准确定位位置分配保单服务任务的分配准确率,提高了保单服务任务的分配效率。
一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性存储介质,计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:获取保单服务任务;提取保单服务任务中的保单地址信息;根据高频地址词库识别提取到的保单地址信息中的高频地址词;从提取到的保单地址信息中删除识别到的高频地址词得到定位地址词;根据定位地址词在电子地图中进行定位,并获得定位位置;确定定位位置所属服务地理范围对应的保单任务员账号;将保单服务任务分配至以确定的保单任务员账号登录的终端。
在其中一个实施例中,获取保单服务任务之前,还包括:对保单地址库中的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词;根据拆分得到的地址关键词构建字典树;利用字典树统计各地址关键词的查找次数;根据各地址关键词的查找次数确定高频地址词;将确定的高频地址词存储至高频地址库。
在其中一个实施例中,对保单地址库中的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词,包括:对于保单地址库中的每条保单地址信息,根据地址关键词库对保单地址信息进行拆分得到多种拆分结果;统计各种拆分结果对应的地址关键词数量;获取最小地址关键词数量所对应的拆分结果中的地址关键词。
在其中一个实施例中,对保单地址库中的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词,包括:将保单地址库中的各保单地址信息发送至以地址拆分员账号登录的终端,以将保单地址信息显示在以地址拆分员账号登录的终端中;接收以地址拆分员账号登录的终端返回的添加有拆分标记的保单地址信息;根据拆分标记对保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词。
在其中一个实施例中,根据高频地址词库识别提取到的保单地址信息中的高频地址词,包括:将提取到的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词;在拆分得到的地址关键词中查询满足添加预设后缀词条件的地址关键词;为查询到的地址关键词添加预设后缀词以更新拆分得到的地址关键词;根据高频地址词库在更新后的地址关键词中识别高频地址词。
本实施例中,提取保单服务任务中的保单地址信息,删除保单地址信息中的高频地址词得到定位地址词,根据得到的定位地址词在电子地图中的进行定位得到定位位置,排除了保单地址信息中的高频地址词对在电子地图中记性定位的干扰,提高了根据保单上地址信息在电子地图中定位的准确性。确定定位位置所属服务地理范围对应的保单任务员账号,将服务任务分配至以确定的保单任务员账号登录的终端,提高了根据保单地址信息分配保单服务任务的准确性。在保单服务任务的分配过程中,无需人工查看保单服务任务中的保单地址信息,节省了分配保单服务任务所耗费的时间,根据电子地图中的准确定位位 置分配保单服务任务的分配准确率,提高了保单服务任务的分配效率。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种保单服务任务分配方法,包括:
    获取保单服务任务;
    提取所述保单服务任务中的保单地址信息;
    根据高频地址词库识别提取到的保单地址信息中的高频地址词;
    从所述提取到的保单地址信息中删除识别到的高频地址词得到定位地址词;
    根据所述定位地址词在电子地图中进行定位,并获得定位位置;
    确定所述定位位置所属服务地理范围对应的保单任务员账号;及
    将所述保单服务任务分配至以确定的保单任务员账号登录的终端。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述获取保单服务任务之前,所述方法还包括:
    对保单地址库中的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词;
    根据拆分得到的地址关键词构建字典树;
    利用所述字典树统计各地址关键词的查找次数;
    根据所述各地址关键词的查找次数确定高频地址词;及
    将确定的高频地址词存储至高频地址库。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对保单地址库中的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词,包括:
    对于保单地址库中的每条保单地址信息,根据地址关键词库对保单地址信息进行拆分得到多种拆分结果;
    统计各种拆分结果对应的地址关键词数量;及
    获取最小地址关键词数量所对应的拆分结果中的地址关键词。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述对保单地址库中的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词,包括:
    将保单地址库中的各保单地址信息发送至以地址拆分员账号登录的终端,以将所述保单地址信息显示在所述以地址拆分员账号登录的终端中;
    接收所述以地址拆分员账号登录的终端返回的添加有拆分标记的保单地址信息;及
    根据所述拆分标记对所述保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据高频地址词库识别提取到的保单地址信息中的高频地址词,包括:
    将提取到的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词;
    在拆分得到的地址关键词中查询满足添加预设后缀词条件的地址关键词;
    为查询到的地址关键词添加预设后缀词以更新拆分得到的地址关键词;及
    根据高频地址词库在更新后的地址关键词中识别高频地址词。
  6. 一种保单服务任务分配装置,包括:
    任务获取模块,用于获取保单服务任务;
    信息提取模块,用于提取所述保单服务任务中的保单地址信息;
    地址词识别模块,用于根据高频地址词库识别提取到的保单地址信息中的高频地址词;
    地址词删除模块,用于从所述提取到的保单地址信息中删除识别到的高频地址词得到定位地址词;
    位置获得模块,用于根据所述定位地址词在电子地图中进行定位,并获得定位位置;
    账号确定模块,用于确定所述定位位置所属服务地理范围对应的保单任务员账号;及
    任务分配模块,用于将所述保单服务任务分配至以确定的保单任务员账号登录的终端。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,还包括:
    信息拆分模块,用于对保单地址库中的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词;
    字典树构建模块,用于根据拆分得到的地址关键词构建字典树;
    次数统计模块,用于利用所述字典树统计各地址关键词的查找次数;
    地址词确定模块,用于根据所述各地址关键词的查找次数确定高频地址词;及
    地址词存储模块,用于将确定的高频地址词存储至高频地址库。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述地址词识别模块还用于将提取到的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词;在拆分得到的地址关键词中查询满足添加预设后缀词条件的地址关键词;为查询到的地址关键词添加预设后缀词以更新拆分得到的地址关键词;及根据高频地址词库在更新后的地址关键词中识别高频地址词。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述信息拆分模块还用于将保单地址库中的各保单地址信息发送至以地址拆分员账号登录的终端,以将保单地址信息显示在以地址拆分员账号登录的终端中;接收以地址拆分员账号登录的终端返回的添加有拆分标记的保单地址信息;及根据拆分标记对保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的装置,其特征在于,所述地址词识别模块还用于将提取到的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词;在拆分得到的地址关键词中查询满足添加预设后缀词条件的地址关键词;为查询到的地址关键词添加预设后缀词以更新拆分得到的地址关键词;及根据高频地址词库在更新后的地址关键词中识别高频地址词。
  11. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器及一个或多个处理器,所述存储器中储存有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    获取保单服务任务;
    提取所述保单服务任务中的保单地址信息;
    根据高频地址词库识别提取到的保单地址信息中的高频地址词;
    从所述提取到的保单地址信息中删除识别到的高频地址词得到定位地址词;
    根据所述定位地址词在电子地图中进行定位,并获得定位位置;
    确定所述定位位置所属服务地理范围对应的保单任务员账号;及
    将所述保单服务任务分配至以确定的保单任务员账号登录的终端。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    对保单地址库中的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词;
    根据拆分得到的地址关键词构建字典树;
    利用所述字典树统计各地址关键词的查找次数;
    根据所述各地址关键词的查找次数确定高频地址词;及
    将确定的高频地址词存储至高频地址库。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    对于保单地址库中的每条保单地址信息,根据地址关键词库对保单地址信息进行拆分得到多种拆分结果;
    统计各种拆分结果对应的地址关键词数量;及
    获取最小地址关键词数量所对应的拆分结果中的地址关键词。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    将保单地址库中的各保单地址信息发送至以地址拆分员账号登录的终端,以将所述保单地址信息显示在所述以地址拆分员账号登录的终端中;
    接收所述以地址拆分员账号登录的终端返回的添加有拆分标记的保单地址信息;及
    根据所述拆分标记对所述保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词。
  15. 根据权利要求11所述的计算机设备,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    将提取到的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词;
    在拆分得到的地址关键词中查询满足添加预设后缀词条件的地址关键词;
    为查询到的地址关键词添加预设后缀词以更新拆分得到的地址关键词;及
    根据高频地址词库在更新后的地址关键词中识别高频地址词。
  16. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:
    获取保单服务任务;
    提取所述保单服务任务中的保单地址信息;
    根据高频地址词库识别提取到的保单地址信息中的高频地址词;
    从所述提取到的保单地址信息中删除识别到的高频地址词得到定位地址词;
    根据所述定位地址词在电子地图中进行定位,并获得定位位置;
    确定所述定位位置所属服务地理范围对应的保单任务员账号;及
    将所述保单服务任务分配至以确定的保单任务员账号登录的终端。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    对保单地址库中的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词;
    根据拆分得到的地址关键词构建字典树;
    利用所述字典树统计各地址关键词的查找次数;
    根据所述各地址关键词的查找次数确定高频地址词;及
    将确定的高频地址词存储至高频地址库。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    对于保单地址库中的每条保单地址信息,根据地址关键词库对保单地址信息进行拆分得到多种拆分结果;
    统计各种拆分结果对应的地址关键词数量;及
    获取最小地址关键词数量所对应的拆分结果中的地址关键词。
  19. 根据权利要求17所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    将保单地址库中的各保单地址信息发送至以地址拆分员账号登录的终端,以将所述保单地址信息显示在所述以地址拆分员账号登录的终端中;
    接收所述以地址拆分员账号登录的终端返回的添加有拆分标记的保单地址信息;及
    根据所述拆分标记对所述保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词。
  20. 根据权利要求16所述的存储介质,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还执行以下步骤:
    将提取到的保单地址信息进行拆分得到地址关键词;
    在拆分得到的地址关键词中查询满足添加预设后缀词条件的地址关键词;
    为查询到的地址关键词添加预设后缀词以更新拆分得到的地址关键词;及
    根据高频地址词库在更新后的地址关键词中识别高频地址词。
