差额电子蓝票生成方法、装置、设备以及可读存储介质
本申请要求于2017年5月5日提交中国专利局、申请号为201710315375.0、发明名称为“差额电子蓝票生成方法、设备以及计算机可读存储介质”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及金融技术领域,尤其涉及一种差额电子蓝票生成方法、装置、设备以及可读存储介质。
背景技术
现有的增值税发票一般都是纸质发票,随着社会的发展,电子发票会替代纸质发票。而目前的开票系统仅支持生成全额电子蓝票。当客户发生退费操作时,会收回用户的纸质蓝票,或者撤销全额电子蓝票,然后再生成一张差额红票,即当蓝票被红冲后,蓝票凭证就会被回收,用户就不会再持有蓝票凭证(蓝票是正常的发票,销售货物或提供劳务后给客户开出的用以结算的发票都是蓝票;红票用于冲回错误的蓝票,或者用于销售折扣部分结算)。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的在于提供一种差额电子蓝票生成方法、装置、设备以及可读存储介质,旨在解决当客户部分退费后,如何生成差额电子蓝票的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供一种差额电子蓝票生成方法,所述差额电子蓝票生成方法包括步骤:
当侦测到退费请求,且在缴费过程中已生成过全额电子蓝票时,检测所述退费请求是否是部分退费;
若所述退费请求是部分退费,则根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用,并撤销所述全额电子蓝票;
根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票。
优选地,所述根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票的步骤之前,还包括:
调用预设的差额电子蓝票生成接口,在所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中检测与所述退费请求对应的差额电子蓝票第一生成请求,并检测所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中是否已存在未被执行的第二生成请求;
若检测到所述第一生成请求,且所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中已存在所述第二生成请求,则丢弃所述第二生成请求,并根据所述第一生成请求检测所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项是否满足预设条件;
若所述红冲项满足预设条件,则启动差额电子蓝票的生成流程。
优选地,所述调用预设的差额电子蓝票生成接口,在所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中检测与所述退费请求对应的差额电子蓝票第一生成请求,并检测所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中是否已存在未被执行的第二生成请求的步骤之后,还包括:
若未检测到所述第一生成请求,且所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中未存在所述第二生成请求,则禁止执行根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票的操作。
优选地,所述调用预设的差额电子蓝票生成接口,在所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中检测与所述退费请求对应的差额电子蓝票第一生成请求,并检测所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中是否已存在未被执行的第二生成请求的步骤之后,还包括:
若检测到所述第一生成请求和所述第二生成请求,但所述第二生成请求已被执行,则获取已生成的差额电子蓝票对应的蓝票号,并显示所述蓝票号。
优选地,所述检测所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项是否满足预设条件的步骤包括:
检测所述红冲项对应的各个字段是否是非空字段;
以及检测各个字段的长度是否满足预设长度;
以及检测各个字段是否是必选字段。
优选地,所述根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票的步骤包括:
根据所述剩余已缴费用生成所述差额电子蓝票开票项;
调用预设开票接口,根据所述差额电子蓝票开票项生成差额电子蓝票。
优选地,所述根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票的步骤之后,还包括:
获取所述差额电子蓝票的蓝票号、开票金额和开票日期;
将所述蓝票号、开票金额和开票日期发送给移动终端。
优选地,所述根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用的步骤包括:
获取所述全额电子蓝票的已开票项和所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项;
若所述已开票项已被所述红冲项红冲,则将所述已开票项对应的金额减去所述红冲项对应的金额,得到剩余已缴费用。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种差额电子蓝票生成装置,所述差额电子蓝票生成装置包括:
检测模块,用于当侦测到退费请求,且在缴费过程中已生成过全额电子蓝票时,检测所述退费请求是否是部分退费;
执行模块,用于若所述退费请求是部分退费,则根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用,并撤销所述全额电子蓝票;
生成模块,用于根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种差额电子蓝票生成设备,所述差额电子蓝票生成设备包括存储器、处理器和存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的差额电子蓝票生成程序,所述差额电子蓝票生成程序被所述处理器执行时实现如上所述的差额电子蓝票生成方法的步骤。
此外,为实现上述目的,本申请还提供一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有差额电子蓝票生成程序,所述差额电子蓝票生成程序被处理器执行时实现如上所述的差额电子蓝票生成方法的步骤。
本申请通过当侦测到退费请求,且在缴费过程中已生成过全额电子蓝票时,检测所述退费请求是否是部分退费;若所述退费请求是部分退费,则根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用,并撤销所述全额电子蓝票;根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票。实现了当客户部分退费后,对全额蓝票进行全额红冲,然后生成差额电子蓝票,使客户在部分退费后也可以持有电子蓝票凭证,并节省了发票生成成本。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
本申请实施例的解决方案主要是:当侦测到退费请求,且在缴费过程中已生成过全额电子蓝票时,检测所述退费请求是否是部分退费;若所述退费请求是部分退费,则根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用,并撤销所述全额电子蓝票;根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票。以解决当客户部分退费后,如何生成差额电子蓝票,节省发票生成成本的问题。
如图1所示,图1是本申请实施例方案涉及的硬件运行环境的设备结构示意图。
本申请实施例差额电子蓝票生成设备可以是PC(personal computer,个人计算机),也可以是智能手机、平板电脑、电子书阅读器、MP3(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer III,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)播放器、MP4(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer IV,动态影像专家压缩标准音频层面3)播放器、便携计算机等具有显示功能的可移动式终端设备。
如图1所示,该差额电子蓝票生成设备可以包括:处理器1001,例如CPU,网络接口1004,用户接口1003,存储器1005,通信总线1002。其中,通信总线1002用于实现这些组件之间的连接通信。用户接口1003可以包括显示屏(Display)、输入单元比如键盘(Keyboard),可选用户接口1003还可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口。网络接口1004可选的可以包括标准的有线接口、无线接口(如WI-FI接口)。存储器1005可以是高速RAM存储器,也可以是稳定的存储器(non-volatile memory),例如磁盘存储器。存储器1005可选的还可以是独立于前述处理器1001的存储装置。
可选地,差额电子蓝票生成设备还可以包括摄像头、RF(Radio Frequency,射频)电路,传感器、音频电路、WiFi模块等等。
本领域技术人员可以理解,图1中示出的差额电子蓝票生成设备结构并不构成对终端的限定,可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置。
如图1所示,作为一种计算机存储介质的存储器1005中可以包括操作系统以及差额电子蓝票生成程序。其中,操作系统是管理和控制差额电子蓝票生成设备硬件和软件资源的程序,支持差额电子蓝票生成程序以及其它软件和/或程序的运行。
在图1所示的差额电子蓝票生成设备中,网络接口1004主要用于连接单证系统、移动终端等,与单证系统和移动终端进行数据通信;用户接口1003主要用于侦测退费请求、检测生成请求等。而处理器1001可以用于调用存储器1005中存储的差额电子蓝票生成程序,并执行差额电子蓝票生成方法的步骤。
本申请差额电子蓝票生成设备具体实施方式与下述差额电子蓝票生成方法各实施例基本相同,在此不再赘述。
基于上述的硬件结构,提出差额电子蓝票生成方法的各个实施例。
参照图2,图2为本申请差额电子蓝票生成方法第一实施例的流程示意图。
在本实施例中,提供了差额电子蓝票生成方法的实施例,需要说明的是,虽然在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序,但是在某些情况下,可以以不同于此处的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。
所述差额电子蓝票生成方法包括:
步骤S10,当侦测到退费请求,且在缴费过程中已生成过全额电子蓝票时,检测所述退费请求是否是部分退费。
当侦测到客户的退费请求时,检测该客户在缴费过程中是否已经生成过全额电子蓝票。当客户在缴费过程中已生成过全额电子蓝票时,检测该退费请求是否是部分退费。可以理解的是,当退费请求对应的金额等于全额电子蓝票的金额时,表示全额退费;当退费请求的金额小于全额电子蓝票的金额时,表示部分退费。
在本实施例中,可通过客户的标识信息检测该客户在缴费过程中是否已经生成过全额电子蓝票,该标识信息可为客户的身份号码,或者联系方式等。在本实施例中,可以为已生成过全额电子蓝票的客户添加标识信息,用以表示该客户在缴费过程中已生成过全额电子蓝票,该标识信息可为数字0,或者字母A等;同时可以为在缴费过程中未生成全额电子蓝票的客户添加标识信息,该标识信息可为数字1,或者字母B等。全额电子蓝票是货物售出后开具给购买方的发票,开出蓝票后并收取与发票一致的货款。
进一步地,当客户在缴费过程中未生成过全额电子蓝票时,可在差额电子蓝票生成设备的显示界面中输出提示信息,提示该客户是否选择生成全额电子蓝票。
步骤S20,若所述退费请求是部分退费,则根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用,并撤销所述全额电子蓝票。
当确定该退费请求是部分退费时,根据全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用,同时并撤销该全额电子蓝票。需说明的是,在撤销该全额电子蓝票过程中,可在该全额电子蓝票中添加“作废”或者“无效”等字样,也可以为全额电子蓝票添加已撤销的标识。
进一步地,根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用的步骤包括:
步骤a,获取所述全额电子蓝票的已开票项和所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项。
步骤b,若所述已开票项已被所述红冲项红冲,则将所述已开票项对应的金额减去所述红冲项对应的金额,得到剩余已缴费用。
在执行全额红冲操作过程中,获取全额电子蓝票的已开票项,以及获取全额红冲操作对应的红冲项,判断该已开票项是否已被红冲项红冲。当该已开票项已被红冲项红冲时,将已开票项对应的金额减去红冲项对应的金额,得到被红冲的已开票项金额;当该已开票项未被红冲项红冲时,该已开票项对应的金额保持不变。可以理解的是,被红冲的已开票项金额和未被红冲的已开票项对应的金额之和为剩余已缴费用。红冲项对应的金额等于退费请求对应的金额,红冲项的金额小于对应已开票项的金额。
步骤S30,根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票。
当得到剩余已缴费用时,根据剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票。可以理解的是,差额电子蓝票的金额与红冲项金额之和等于全额电子蓝票金额。相对全额电子蓝票而言,在差额电子蓝票中,修改了被红冲的已开票项金额,而未被红冲的已开票项金额是不变的。
进一步地,若生成差额电子蓝票失败,则记录差额电子蓝票生成失败的原因。
进一步地,所述步骤S30包括:
步骤c,根据所述剩余已缴费用生成所述差额电子蓝票开票项。
步骤d,调用预设开票接口,根据所述差额电子蓝票开票项生成差额电子蓝票。
在根据剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票过程中,根据剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票开票项,调用预设开票接口,根据差额电子蓝票开票项生成差额电子蓝票。在本实施例中,预设开票接口为单证系统的开票接口,通过单证系统的开票接口,可将差额电子蓝票开票项组装成json格式的数据,以满足开票接口的要求。单证系统是专为外贸企业量身打造的外贸管理软件,对外贸商务流程提供全面而实用的支持。在其它实施例中,预设开票接口也可为其它具备开票功能系统中的接口。
本实施例通过当侦测到退费请求,且在缴费过程中已生成过全额电子蓝票时,检测所述退费请求是否是部分退费;若所述退费请求是部分退费,则根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用,并撤销所述全额电子蓝票;根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票。实现了当客户部分退费后,对全额蓝票进行全额红冲,然后生成差额电子蓝票,使客户在部分退费后也可以持有电子蓝票凭证,并节省了发票生成成本。

所述差额电子蓝票生成方法第二实施例与所述差额电子蓝票生成方法第一实施例的区别在于,参照图3,差额电子蓝票生成方法还包括:
步骤S40,调用预设的差额电子蓝票生成接口,在所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中检测与所述退费请求对应的差额电子蓝票第一生成请求,并检测所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中是否已存在未被执行的第二生成请求。
步骤S50,若检测到所述第一生成请求,且所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中已存在所述第二生成请求,则丢弃所述第二生成请求,并根据所述第一生成请求检测所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项是否满足预设条件。
调用预设的差额电子蓝票生成接口,在差额电子蓝票生成接口中检测与退费请求对应的差额电子蓝票第一生成请求,并检测差额电子蓝票生成接口中是否已存在未被执行的差额电子蓝票第二生成请求。当在差额电子蓝票生成接口中检测到第一生成请求,且差额电子蓝票生成接口中已存在未被执行的第二生成请求时,丢弃未被执行的第二生成请求,根据所检测到的第一生成请求检测全额红冲操作对应的红冲项是否满足预设条件。
在本实施例中,预设的差额电子蓝票生成接口为OPEN-API(Application Programming Interface,应用编程接口)。第一生成请求和第二生成请求可由差额电子蓝票生成设备自动触发、也可由客户手动触发、或者由电子蓝票生成设备的工作人员手动触发,在此不做限定。
进一步地,检测所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项是否满足预设条件的步骤包括:
步骤e,检测所述红冲项对应的各个字段是否是非空字段;以及检测各个字段的长度是否满足预设长度;以及检测各个字段是否是必选字段。
在检测全额红冲操作对应的红冲项是否满足预设条件的过程中,检测红冲项对应的各个字段是否是非空字段,以及检测各个字段的长度是否满足预设长度,以及检测各个字段是否是必选字段。需要说明的是,各个字段的预设长度可以相同,也可以不同。当检测到该字段为非必选字段时,可设置在生成差额电子蓝票过程中,不将该非必选字段显示在差额电子蓝票中;也可设置在生成差额电子蓝票过程中,将该非必选字段显示在差额电子蓝票中。需要说明的是,检测红冲项是否满足预设条件中的条件包括但不限于上述三种,在其它实施例中,可根据具体需要增加、删除、或者修改预设条件。
如当该退费请求是保险退费请求时,检测红冲项中的附约号、险种代码、含税保费、币种代码、汇率和折算后人命币金额等字段是否是非空字段,字段长度是否满足预设长度,以及是否为必选字段。
步骤S60,若所述红冲项满足预设条件,则启动差额电子蓝票的生成流程。
若红冲项满足预设条件,则将红冲项对应的各个字段保存到存储器中,同时启动差额电子蓝票的生成流程,以执行根据剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票开票项的操作。
进一步地,差额电子蓝票生成方法还包括:
步骤f,若未检测到所述第一生成请求,且所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中未存在所述第二生成请求,则禁止执行根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票的操作。

进一步地,若在差额电子蓝票生成接口中未检测到第一生成请求,且在差额电子蓝票生成接口中未存在未被执行的第二生成请求,则输出通知消息,以触发差额电子蓝票的生成请求。
本实施例通过当在电子蓝票生成接口中检测到第一生成请求,且差额电子蓝票生成接口中已存在未被执行的第二生成请求时,丢弃未被执行的第二生成请求,并根据所检测到的第一生成请求检测全额红冲操作对应的红冲项是否满足预设条件。避免了重复生成差额电子蓝票的情况出现。

所述差额电子蓝票生成方法第三实施例与所述差额电子蓝票生成方法第一实施例的区别在于,参照图4,差额电子蓝票生成方法还包括:
步骤S70,获取所述差额电子蓝票的蓝票号、开票金额和开票日期。
步骤S80,将所述蓝票号、开票金额和开票日期发送给移动终端。
当生成差额电子蓝票后,获取所生成的差额电子蓝票的蓝票号、开票金额和开票日期,并将所获取的蓝票号、开票金额和开票日期发送给退费请求对应客户的移动终端,以供客户查看。需要说明的是,可发送给移动终端的差额电子蓝票信息包括但不限于蓝票号、开票金额和开票日期,还可包括开票地点、收票人等信息。在本实施例中,移动终端包括但不限于PC、智能手机和平板电脑。可以理解的是,可以通过邮件、短信息或者图片等形式将蓝票号、开票金额和开票日期发送给移动终端。
本实施例通过在生成差额电子蓝票后,将差额电子蓝票中的蓝票号、开票金额和开票日期发送给客户的移动终端,以实现客户所持终端与差额电子蓝票设备之间的交互,让客户实时掌握差额电子蓝票的开票进度。

执行模块,用于若所述退费请求是部分退费,则根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用,并撤销所述全额电子蓝票;
生成模块,用于根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票。
进一步地,所述检测模块还用于调用预设的差额电子蓝票生成接口,在所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中检测与所述退费请求对应的差额电子蓝票第一生成请求,并检测所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中是否已存在未被执行的第二生成请求;
所述差额电子蓝票生成装置还包括丢弃模块,用于若检测到所述第一生成请求,且所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中已存在所述第二生成请求,则丢弃所述第二生成请求;
所述检测模块还用于根据所述第一生成请求检测所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项是否满足预设条件;
所述差额电子蓝票生成装置还包括启动模块,用于若所述红冲项满足预设条件,则启动差额电子蓝票的生成流程。
进一步地,所述差额电子蓝票生成装置还包括:
禁止执行模块,用于若未检测到所述第一生成请求,且所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中未存在所述第二生成请求,则禁止执行根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票的操作。
进一步地,所述差额电子蓝票生成装置还包括:
第一获取模块,用于若检测到所述第一生成请求和所述第二生成请求,但所述第二生成请求已被执行,则获取已生成的差额电子蓝票对应的蓝票号,并显示所述蓝票号。
进一步地,检测模块还用于检测所述红冲项对应的各个字段是否是非空字段;以及检测各个字段的长度是否满足预设长度;以及检测各个字段是否是必选字段。
进一步地,所述生成模块还用于根据所述剩余已缴费用生成所述差额电子蓝票开票项;调用预设开票接口,根据所述差额电子蓝票开票项生成差额电子蓝票。
进一步地,所述差额电子蓝票生成装置还包括:
第二获取模块,用于获取所述差额电子蓝票的蓝票号、开票金额和开票日期;
发送模块,用于将所述蓝票号、开票金额和开票日期发送给移动终端。
进一步地,所述执行模块包括:
获取单元,用于获取所述全额电子蓝票的已开票项和所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项;
执行单元,用于若所述已开票项已被所述红冲项红冲,则将所述已开票项对应的金额减去所述红冲项对应的金额,得到剩余已缴费用。
需要说明的是,差额电子蓝票生成装置的各个实施例与上述差额电子蓝票生成方法的各实施例基本相同,在此不再详细赘述。
此外,本申请实施例还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有差额电子蓝票生成程序,所述差额电子蓝票生成程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
当侦测到退费请求,且在缴费过程中已生成过全额电子蓝票时,检测所述退费请求是否是部分退费;
若所述退费请求是部分退费,则根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用,并撤销所述全额电子蓝票;
根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票。
进一步地,所述根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票的步骤之前,所述差额电子蓝票生成程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
调用预设的差额电子蓝票生成接口,在所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中检测与所述退费请求对应的差额电子蓝票第一生成请求,并检测所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中是否已存在未被执行的第二生成请求;
若检测到所述第一生成请求,且所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中已存在所述第二生成请求,则丢弃所述第二生成请求,并根据所述第一生成请求检测所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项是否满足预设条件;
若所述红冲项满足预设条件,则启动差额电子蓝票的生成流程。
进一步地,所述调用预设的差额电子蓝票生成接口,在所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中检测与所述退费请求对应的差额电子蓝票第一生成请求,并检测所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中是否已存在未被执行的第二生成请求的步骤之后,所述差额电子蓝票生成程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
若未检测到所述第一生成请求,且所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中未存在所述第二生成请求,则禁止执行根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票的操作。
进一步地,所述调用预设的差额电子蓝票生成接口,在所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中检测与所述退费请求对应的差额电子蓝票第一生成请求,并检测所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中是否已存在未被执行的第二生成请求的步骤之后,所述差额电子蓝票生成程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
若检测到所述第一生成请求和所述第二生成请求,但所述第二生成请求已被执行,则获取已生成的差额电子蓝票对应的蓝票号,并显示所述蓝票号。
进一步地,所述检测所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项是否满足预设条件的步骤包括:
检测所述红冲项对应的各个字段是否是非空字段;
以及检测各个字段的长度是否满足预设长度;
以及检测各个字段是否是必选字段。
进一步地,所述根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票的步骤包括:
根据所述剩余已缴费用生成所述差额电子蓝票开票项;
调用预设开票接口,根据所述差额电子蓝票开票项生成差额电子蓝票。
进一步地,所述根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票的步骤之后,所述差额电子蓝票生成程序被处理器执行时实现如下步骤:
获取所述差额电子蓝票的蓝票号、开票金额和开票日期;
将所述蓝票号、开票金额和开票日期发送给移动终端。
进一步地,所述根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用的步骤包括:
获取所述全额电子蓝票的已开票项和所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项;
若所述已开票项已被所述红冲项红冲,则将所述已开票项对应的金额减去所述红冲项对应的金额,得到剩余已缴费用。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种差额电子蓝票生成方法,其特征在于,所述差额电子蓝票生成方法包括以下步骤:
    当侦测到退费请求,且在缴费过程中已生成过全额电子蓝票时,检测所述退费请求是否是部分退费;
    若所述退费请求是部分退费,则根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用,并撤销所述全额电子蓝票;
    根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的差额电子蓝票生成方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票的步骤之前,还包括:
    调用预设的差额电子蓝票生成接口,在所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中检测与所述退费请求对应的差额电子蓝票第一生成请求,并检测所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中是否已存在未被执行的第二生成请求;
    若检测到所述第一生成请求,且所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中已存在所述第二生成请求,则丢弃所述第二生成请求,并根据所述第一生成请求检测所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项是否满足预设条件;
    若所述红冲项满足预设条件,则启动差额电子蓝票的生成流程。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的差额电子蓝票生成方法,其特征在于,所述调用预设的差额电子蓝票生成接口,在所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中检测与所述退费请求对应的差额电子蓝票第一生成请求,并检测所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中是否已存在未被执行的第二生成请求的步骤之后,还包括:
    若未检测到所述第一生成请求,且所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中未存在所述第二生成请求,则禁止执行根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票的操作。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的差额电子蓝票生成方法,其特征在于,所述调用预设的差额电子蓝票生成接口,在所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中检测与所述退费请求对应的差额电子蓝票第一生成请求,并检测所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中是否已存在未被执行的第二生成请求的步骤之后,还包括:
    若检测到所述第一生成请求和所述第二生成请求,但所述第二生成请求已被执行,则获取已生成的差额电子蓝票对应的蓝票号,并显示所述蓝票号。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的差额电子蓝票生成方法,其特征在于,所述检测所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项是否满足预设条件的步骤包括:
    检测所述红冲项对应的各个字段是否是非空字段;
    以及检测各个字段的长度是否满足预设长度;
    以及检测各个字段是否是必选字段。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的差额电子蓝票生成方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票的步骤包括:
    根据所述剩余已缴费用生成所述差额电子蓝票开票项;
    调用预设开票接口,根据所述差额电子蓝票开票项生成差额电子蓝票。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的差额电子蓝票生成方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票的步骤之后,还包括:
    获取所述差额电子蓝票的蓝票号、开票金额和开票日期;
    将所述蓝票号、开票金额和开票日期发送给移动终端。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的差额电子蓝票生成方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用的步骤包括:
    获取所述全额电子蓝票的已开票项和所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项;
    若所述已开票项已被所述红冲项红冲,则将所述已开票项对应的金额减去所述红冲项对应的金额,得到剩余已缴费用。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的差额电子蓝票生成方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用的步骤包括:
    获取所述全额电子蓝票的已开票项和所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项;
    若所述已开票项已被所述红冲项红冲,则将所述已开票项对应的金额减去所述红冲项对应的金额,得到剩余已缴费用。
  10. 如权利要求3所述的差额电子蓝票生成方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用的步骤包括:
    获取所述全额电子蓝票的已开票项和所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项;
    若所述已开票项已被所述红冲项红冲,则将所述已开票项对应的金额减去所述红冲项对应的金额,得到剩余已缴费用。
  11. 如权利要求4所述的差额电子蓝票生成方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用的步骤包括:
    获取所述全额电子蓝票的已开票项和所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项;
    若所述已开票项已被所述红冲项红冲,则将所述已开票项对应的金额减去所述红冲项对应的金额,得到剩余已缴费用。
  12. 如权利要求5所述的差额电子蓝票生成方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用的步骤包括:
    获取所述全额电子蓝票的已开票项和所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项;
    若所述已开票项已被所述红冲项红冲,则将所述已开票项对应的金额减去所述红冲项对应的金额,得到剩余已缴费用。
  13. 如权利要求6所述的差额电子蓝票生成方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用的步骤包括:
    获取所述全额电子蓝票的已开票项和所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项;
    若所述已开票项已被所述红冲项红冲,则将所述已开票项对应的金额减去所述红冲项对应的金额,得到剩余已缴费用。
  14. 如权利要求7所述的差额电子蓝票生成方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用的步骤包括:
    获取所述全额电子蓝票的已开票项和所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项;
    若所述已开票项已被所述红冲项红冲,则将所述已开票项对应的金额减去所述红冲项对应的金额,得到剩余已缴费用。
  15. 一种差额电子蓝票生成装置,其特征在于,所述差额电子蓝票生成装置包括:
    检测模块,用于当侦测到退费请求,且在缴费过程中已生成过全额电子蓝票时,检测所述退费请求是否是部分退费;
    执行模块,用于若所述退费请求是部分退费,则根据所述全额电子蓝票执行全额红冲操作,得到剩余已缴费用,并撤销所述全额电子蓝票;

  16. 如权利要求15所述的差额电子蓝票生成装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块还用于调用预设的差额电子蓝票生成接口,在所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中检测与所述退费请求对应的差额电子蓝票第一生成请求,并检测所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中是否已存在未被执行的第二生成请求;
    所述差额电子蓝票生成装置还包括丢弃模块,用于若检测到所述第一生成请求,且所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中已存在所述第二生成请求,则丢弃所述第二生成请求;
    所述检测模块还用于根据所述第一生成请求检测所述全额红冲操作对应的红冲项是否满足预设条件;
    所述差额电子蓝票生成装置还包括启动模块,用于若所述红冲项满足预设条件,则启动差额电子蓝票的生成流程。
  17. 如权利要求16所述的差额电子蓝票生成装置,其特征在于,所述差额电子蓝票生成装置还包括:
    禁止执行模块,用于若未检测到所述第一生成请求,且所述差额电子蓝票生成接口中未存在所述第二生成请求,则禁止执行根据所述剩余已缴费用生成差额电子蓝票的操作。
  18. 如权利要求16所述的差额电子蓝票生成装置,其特征在于,所述差额电子蓝票生成装置还包括:
    第一获取模块,用于若检测到所述第一生成请求和所述第二生成请求,但所述第二生成请求已被执行,则获取已生成的差额电子蓝票对应的蓝票号,并显示所述蓝票号。
  19. 一种差额电子蓝票生成设备,其特征在于,所述差额电子蓝票生成设备包括存储器、处理器和存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的差额电子蓝票生成程序,所述差额电子蓝票生成程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1所述的差额电子蓝票生成方法的步骤。
  20. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有差额电子蓝票生成程序,所述差额电子蓝票生成程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求1所述的差额电子蓝票生成方法的步骤。
