Description

一种电机转子绕线设备 技术领域
本发明属于电机生产设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种电机转子绕线设备。
背景技术
目前的电子转子绕线机,其通过绕线部件直接将漆包线绕于转子上,但是在生产过程中,漆包线表面的漆层有可能存在破损的现象,将导致电机失效。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种电机转子绕线设备,其产品不易因漆包线破损而失效,产品合格率高。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种电机转子绕线设备,包括机架和设置于所述机架上的绕线部件,所述绕线部件的一侧设置有用于将漆包线输送于所述绕线部件的送线部件,所述机架上还设置有用于检测漆包线表层破损的检测部件,所述检测部件包括夹持于漆包线端部的导电夹,所述检测部件还包括两个相距设置的塑胶套环,所述塑胶套环通过绝缘支架连接于所述机架,所述塑胶套环内侧环设有至少三层层叠设置的导电纤维环,各层所述导电纤维环中的导电纤维的长度不同,所述导电纤维环和所述导电夹通过导线连接于蓄电池和警报器。
具体地,所述送线部件包括伺服电机、对合的上滚轮和下滚轮,所述伺服电机通过皮带连接于所述上滚轮和下滚轮。具体地,所述警报器包括喇叭。
具体地,所述警报器包括LED指示灯。
具体地,两个所述塑胶套环分别设置于所述送线部件的两侧。
有益效果
本发明所提供的一种电机转子绕线设备,其所述塑胶套环内侧环设有至少三层层叠设置的导电纤维环,各层所述导电纤维环中的导电纤维的长度不同,可以适用于不同直径漆包线的检测 ,即不同直径的漆包线的表面均可以很好地与导电纤维环接触,提高了设备的通用性,所述导电纤维环和所述导电夹通过导线连接于蓄电池和警报器,其可以与穿过该塑胶套环4的漆包线全面接触,这样,若漆包线的漆层破损,漆包线、至少一层导电纤维环、蓄电池和警报器将形成闭合回路,警报器可以发出警报,从而可以避免破损的漆包线流入绕线部件2,进而避免电机因此失效,可靠性高。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明实施例提供的一种电机转子绕线设备,包括机架1和设置于所述机架1上的绕线部件2,所述绕线部件2的一侧设置有用于将漆包线9输送于所述绕线部件2的送线部件,所述机架1上还设置有用于检测漆包线9表层破损的检测部件,所述检测部件包括夹持于漆包线9端部的导电夹,导电夹可以夹于漆包线9绕组3上漆包线9的末端,即导电夹与漆包线9之间电导通。所述检测部件还包括两个相距设置且用于供漆包线9穿过的塑胶套环4,所述塑胶套环4通过陶瓷的绝缘支架6连接于所述机架1,所述塑胶套环4内侧环设有至少三层层叠设置的导电纤维环42,各层所述导电纤维环42中的导电纤维的长度不同,可以适用于不同直径漆包线9的检测 ,即不同直径的漆包线9的表面均可以很好地与导电纤维环42接触,提高了设备的通用性,所述导电纤维环42和所述导电夹通过导线连接于蓄电池和警报器,其可以与穿过该塑胶套环4的漆包线9全面接触,这样,若漆包线9的漆层破损,漆包线9、至少一层导电纤维环42、蓄电池和警报器将形成闭合回路,警报器可以发出警报,从而可以避免破损的漆包线9流入绕线部件2,进而避免电机因此失效,可靠性高。
具体地,所述警报器可包括喇叭,可以通过声音发出警报。
具体地,所述警报器也可以包括LED指示灯。
具体地,所述送线部件包括伺服电机、对合的上滚轮7和下滚轮8,所述伺服电机通过皮带连接于所述上滚轮7和下滚轮8,送线效果好。送线部件可以设置有两组。
具体地,绕线部件2可以采用伺服电机驱动,传动精准。
本发明实施例所提供的一种电机转子绕线设备,其所述塑胶套环4内侧环设有至少三层层叠设置的导电纤维环42,各层所述导电纤维环42中的导电纤维的长度不同,可以适用于不同直径漆包线9的检测 ,即不同直径的漆包线9的表面均可以很好地与导电纤维环42接触,提高了设备的通用性,所述导电纤维环42和所述导电夹通过导线连接于蓄电池和警报器,其可以与穿过该塑胶套环4的漆包线9全面接触,这样,若漆包线9的漆层破损,漆包线9、至少一层导电纤维环42、蓄电池和警报器将形成闭合回路,警报器可以发出警报,从而可以避免破损的漆包线9流入绕线部件2,进而避免电机因此失效,可靠性高。以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换或改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种电机转子绕线设备,包括机架和设置于所述机架上的绕线部件,所述绕线部件的一侧设置有用于将漆包线输送于所述绕线部件的送线部件,其特征在于,所述机架上还设置有用于检测漆包线表层破损的检测部件,所述检测部件包括夹持于漆包线端部的导电夹,所述检测部件还包括两个相距设置的塑胶套环,所述塑胶套环通过绝缘支架连接于所述机架,所述塑胶套环内侧环设有至少三层层叠设置的导电纤维环,各层所述导电纤维环中的导电纤维的长度不同,所述导电纤维环和所述导电夹通过导线连接于蓄电池和警报器。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种电机转子绕线设备,其特征在于,所述送线部件包括伺服电机、对合的上滚轮和下滚轮,所述伺服电机通过皮带连接于所述上滚轮和下滚轮。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种电机转子绕线设备,其特征在于,所述警报器包括喇叭。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种电机转子绕线设备,其特征在于,所述警报器包括LED指示灯。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一种电机转子绕线设备,其特征在于,两个所述塑胶套环分别设置于所述送线部件的两侧。
