一种电机转子绕线机,包括机架(1)和设置于机架(1)上的绕线部件(2),绕线部件(2)的一侧设置有送线部件,送线部件包括伺服电机、对合的上滚轮(7)和下滚轮(8),伺服电机通过皮带连接于上滚轮(7)和下滚轮(8),机架(1)上还设置有用于检测漆包线表层破损的检测部件,检测部件包括夹持于漆包线端部的导电夹,检测部件还包括两个相距设置且并联连接的导电环(4),导电环(4)通过绝缘支架(6)连接于机架(1),导电环(4)具有一个开口槽(41),导电环(4)内侧环设有导电刷(5),导电刷(5)和导电夹连接有直流电源和警报器。该绕线机可以避免破损的漆包线流入绕线部件,进而避免电机因此失效,产品合格率高。

一种电机转子绕线机 技术领域
本发明属于电机生产设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种电机转子绕线机。
背景技术
目前的电子转子绕线机,其通过绕线部件直接将漆包线绕于转子上,但是在生产过程中,漆包线表面的漆层有可能存在破损的现象,将导致电机失效。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种电机转子绕线机,其产品不易因漆包线破损而失效,产品合格率高。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种电机转子绕线机,包括机架和设置于所述机架上的绕线部件,所述绕线部件的一侧设置有用于将漆包线输送于所述绕线部件的送线部件,所述送线部件包括伺服电机、对合的上滚轮和下滚轮,所述伺服电机通过皮带连接于所述上滚轮和下滚轮,所述机架上还设置有用于检测漆包线表层破损的检测部件,所述检测部件包括夹持于漆包线端部的导电夹,所述检测部件还包括两个相距设置的导电环,两个所述导电环并联连接,所述导电环通过绝缘支架连接于所述机架,所述导电环具有一个用于供漆包线卡入的开口槽,所述导电环内侧环设有导电刷,所述导电刷和所述导电夹连接有直流电源和警报器。
具体地,相邻所述导电环上的开口槽相互错开。
具体地,所述警报器包括喇叭。
具体地,所述警报器包括LED指示灯。
具体地,两个所述导电环分别设置于所述送线部件的两侧。

有益效果
本发明所提供的一种电机转子绕线机,其通过设置检测部件,其导电环内侧环设有导电刷,可以与穿过该导电环的漆包线全面接触,所述导电环具有一个用于供漆包线卡入的开口槽,以便于将漆包线从开口槽处卡入导电环内,便于设备的调试,无需反复穿线,若漆包线的漆层破损,漆包线、导电刷、导电环、直流电源和警报器将形成闭合回路,警报器可以发出警报,从而可以避免破损的漆包线流入绕线部件,进而避免电机因此失效,产品合格率高。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明实施例提供的一种电机转子绕线机,包括机架1和设置于所述机架1上的绕线部件2,所述绕线部件2的一侧设置有用于将漆包线输送于所述绕线部件2的送线部件,所述机架1上还设置有用于检测漆包线表层破损的检测部件,所述检测部件包括夹持于漆包线端部的导电夹,导电夹可以夹于漆包线绕组3上漆包线的末端,即导电夹与漆包线之间电导通。所述检测部件还包括两个相距设置且用于供漆包线穿过的导电环4,两个导电环4通过导线并联连接,导电环4可以为铜环,所述导电环4通过陶瓷的绝缘支架6连接于所述机架1,所述导电环4的内径大于所述漆包线的直径,漆包线穿过于导电环4,所述导电环4内侧环设有导电刷5,导电刷5可为导电纤维、导电金属丝等,其可以与穿过该导电环4的漆包线全面接触,所述导电环4具有一个用于供漆包线卡入的开口槽41,以便于将漆包线从开口槽41处卡入导电环4内,便于设备的调试,无需反复穿线,所述导电刷5和所述导电夹连接有直流电源和警报器,这样,若漆包线的漆层破损,漆包线、导电刷5、导电环4、直流电源和警报器将形成闭合回路,警报器可以发出警报,从而可以避免破损的漆包线流入绕线部件2,进而避免电机因此失效,可靠性高。
具体地,相邻所述导电环4上的开口槽41相互错开,以提高检测的可靠性。具体地,其中一所述导电环4的开口槽41朝上,另一所述导电环4的开口槽41朝左或朝右。
具体地,所述警报器可包括喇叭,可以通过声音发出警报。
具体地,所述警报器也可以包括LED指示灯。
具体地,所述送线部件包括伺服电机、对合的上滚轮7和下滚轮8,所述伺服电机通过皮带连接于所述上滚轮7和下滚轮8,送线效果好。
具体地,绕线部件2可以采用伺服电机驱动,传动精准。
具体地,两个所述导电环4可以分别设置于所述送线部件的两侧。
本发明实施例所提供的一种电机转子绕线机,其通过设置检测部件,其导电环4内侧环设有导电刷5,所述导电环4具有一个用于供漆包线卡入的开口槽41,以便于将漆包线从开口槽41处卡入导电环4内,便于设备的调试,无需反复穿线,所述导电刷5和所述导电夹连接有直流电源和警报器,这样,若漆包线的漆层破损,漆包线、导电刷5、导电环4、直流电源和警报器将形成闭合回路,警报器可以发出警报,从而可以避免破损的漆包线流入绕线部件2,进而避免电机因此失效,可靠性高。

  1. 一种电机转子绕线机,包括机架和设置于所述机架上的绕线部件,所述绕线部件的一侧设置有用于将漆包线输送于所述绕线部件的送线部件,所述送线部件包括伺服电机、对合的上滚轮和下滚轮,所述伺服电机通过皮带连接于所述上滚轮和下滚轮,其特征在于,所述机架上还设置有用于检测漆包线表层破损的检测部件,所述检测部件包括夹持于漆包线端部的导电夹,所述检测部件还包括两个相距设置的导电环,两个所述导电环并联连接,所述导电环通过绝缘支架连接于所述机架,所述导电环具有一个用于供漆包线卡入的开口槽,所述导电环内侧环设有导电刷,所述导电刷和所述导电夹连接有直流电源和警报器。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种电机转子绕线机,其特征在于,相邻所述导电环上的开口槽相互错开。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种电机转子绕线机,其特征在于,所述警报器包括喇叭。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种电机转子绕线机,其特征在于,所述警报器包括LED指示灯。
  5. 如权利要求3所述的一种电机转子绕线机,其特征在于,两个所述导电环分别设置于所述送线部件的两侧。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的一种电机转子绕线机,其特征在于,其中一所述导电环的开口槽朝上,另一所述导电环的开口槽朝左或朝右。
