一种马达转子绕线装置 技术领域
本发明属于电机生产设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种马达转子绕线装置。
背景技术
目前的电子转子绕线机,其通过绕线部件直接将漆包线绕于转子上,但是在生产过程中,漆包线表面的漆层有可能存在破损的现象,将导致电机失效。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供了一种马达转子绕线装置,其产品不易因漆包线破损而失效,产品合格率高。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种马达转子绕线装置,包括机架和设置于所述机架上的绕线部件,所述绕线部件的一侧设置有用于将漆包线输送于所述绕线部件的送线部件,所述机架上还设置有用于检测漆包线表层破损的检测部件,所述检测部件包括夹持于漆包线端部的导电定位夹,所述检测部件还包括用于供漆包线穿过的导电环,所述导电环通过塑胶支架连接于所述机架,所述导电环的内径大于所述漆包线的直径,所述导电环内侧环设有导电刷,所述导电刷和所述导电定位夹连接有直流电源和警报器。
具体地,所述导电环设置有至少三个,各所述导电环之间并联连接。
具体地,所述警报器包括喇叭。
具体地,所述警报器包括LED指示灯。
具体地,所述送线部件包括驱动电机、对合的上滚轮和下滚轮,所述驱动电机通过皮带连接于所述上滚轮和下滚轮。
有益效果
本发明所提供的一种马达转子绕线装置,其通过设置检测部件,其导电环内侧环设有导电刷,可以与穿过该导电环的漆包线全面接触,这样,若漆包线的漆层破损,漆包线、导电刷、导电环、直流电源和警报器将形成闭合回路,警报器可以发出警报,从而可以避免破损的漆包线流入绕线部件,进而避免电机因此失效,产品合格率高。

如图1和图2所示,本发明实施例提供的一种马达转子绕线装置,包括机架1和设置于所述机架1上的绕线部件2,所述绕线部件2的一侧设置有用于将漆包线输送于所述绕线部件2的送线部件,所述机架1上还设置有用于检测漆包线表层破损的检测部件,所述检测部件包括夹持于漆包线端部的导电定位夹,导电定位夹可以夹于漆包线绕组3上漆包线的末端,即导电定位夹与漆包线之间电导通。所述检测部件还包括用于供漆包线穿过的导电环4,所述导电环4通过塑胶支架6连接于所述机架1,所述导电环4的内径大于所述漆包线的直径,漆包线穿过于导电环4,所述导电环4内侧环设有导电刷5,导电刷5可为导电纤维、导电金属丝等,其可以与穿过该导电环4的漆包线全面接触,所述导电刷5和所述导电定位夹连接有直流电源和警报器,这样,若漆包线的漆层破损,漆包线、导电刷5、导电环4、直流电源和警报器将形成闭合回路,警报器可以发出警报,从而可以避免破损的漆包线流入绕线部件2,进而避免电机因此失效,可靠性高。
具体地,所述导电环4设置有至少三个,各所述导电环4之间并联连接,以进一步提高检测的可靠性。
具体地,所述警报器可包括喇叭,可以通过声音发出警报。
具体地,所述警报器也可以包括LED指示灯。
具体地,所述送线部件包括驱动电机、对合的上滚轮7和下滚轮8,所述驱动电机通过皮带连接于所述上滚轮7和下滚轮8,送线效果好。
具体地,绕线部件2可以采用伺服电机驱动,传动精准。
本发明实施例所提供的一种马达转子绕线装置,其通过设置检测部件,其导电环4内侧环设有导电刷5,导电刷5可为导电纤维、导电金属丝等,其可以与穿过该导电环4的漆包线全面接触,所述导电刷5和所述导电定位夹连接有直流电源和警报器,这样,若漆包线的漆层破损,漆包线、导电刷5、导电环4、直流电源和警报器将形成闭合回路,警报器可以发出警报,从而可以避免破损的漆包线流入绕线部件2,进而避免电机因此失效,可靠性高。

  1. 一种马达转子绕线装置,包括机架和设置于所述机架上的绕线部件,所述绕线部件的一侧设置有用于将漆包线输送于所述绕线部件的送线部件,其特征在于,所述机架上还设置有用于检测漆包线表层破损的检测部件,所述检测部件包括夹持于漆包线端部的导电定位夹,所述检测部件还包括用于供漆包线穿过的导电环,所述导电环通过塑胶支架连接于所述机架,所述导电环的内径大于所述漆包线的直径,所述导电环内侧环设有导电刷,所述导电刷和所述导电定位夹连接有直流电源和警报器。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种马达转子绕线装置,其特征在于,所述导电环设置有至少三个,各所述导电环之间并联连接。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种马达转子绕线装置,其特征在于,所述警报器包括喇叭。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的一种马达转子绕线装置,其特征在于,所述警报器包括LED指示灯。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的一种马达转子绕线装置,其特征在于,所述送线部件包括驱动电机、对合的上滚轮和下滚轮,所述驱动电机通过皮带连接于所述上滚轮和下滚轮。
