具有空气净化功能的显示屏 技术领域
本发明涉及显示屏的技术领域,尤其是具有空气净化功能的显示屏。
背景技术
显示屏是一种将一定的电子文件通过特定的传输设备显示到屏幕上再反射到人眼的显示工具。
随着社会的发展,数字化程度的提高,显示屏的应用的越来越广泛,生活中随处可见到显示屏的存在,如办公室电脑的显示屏、电梯门口的显示屏、大型商场里的显示屏都属于显示屏的一种,我们可以通过它浏览网页、获取信息等,显示屏给我们的生活带来了便利。
然而,显示屏运行过程中会产生热量,如果不能及时散热,会对显示屏内部元件造成损害。同时,显示屏存在的地方往往是人群比较聚集的地方,如果没有空气净化设备空气质量会逐渐下降,危害人体健康。
发明内容
本发明提供的具有空气净化功能的显示屏,旨在解决现有技术中,显示屏散热不及时和显示屏周围空气质量差的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,具有空气净化功能的显示屏,包括屏体以及设置在所述屏体上的空气净化结构;所述空气净化结构具有进风口和出风口,所述空气净化结构包括过滤空气中大颗粒的预过滤器、多个用于吸附空气中小颗粒的电极棒以及吸附空气中异味的复合过滤层,所述预过滤器、电极棒以及复合过滤层沿空气从所述进风口至出风口的流动方向依序布置,所述出风口处设置有风机。
进一步地,在多个所述电极棒的下方设置有底盘,所述底盘具有上端开口且收集所述电极棒上的小颗粒的凹腔,所述凹腔的上端开口朝向多个所述电极棒布置。
进一步地,所述电极棒的外周形成有螺旋槽,所述螺旋槽沿所述电极棒的轴向盘旋。
进一步地,所述电极棒的外表面形成有多个突起。
进一步地,所述突起的外表面呈球面状。
进一步地,所述空气净化结构具有两个所述进风口,两个所述进风口分别布置在出风口的两侧。

与现有技术相比,本发明提供的具有空气净化功能的显示屏,在风机的作用下,空气从进风口进入,先经过预过滤器过滤空气中的大颗粒物,接着,空气通过多个电极棒,电极棒吸附收集空气中的小颗粒;然后,空气再经过复合过滤层,吸附空气里的异味,被过滤干净的空气经过风机从出风口排出。过滤过程中,空气不断的经过空气净化结构循环流动,可以对空气起到净化效果,并且,可以不断的带走显示屏产生的热量,也就是说,具有空气净化功能的显示屏可以在净化空气的同时,对屏体起到散热效果,解决了显示屏散热不及时和显示屏周围空气质量差的问题。

具有空气净化功能的显示屏,包括屏体11以及空气净化结构12,屏体11 正面为显示面板13,显示面板13用来显示图像等信息,屏体11背面是背罩14,背罩14保护住显示面板13后面的电器元件,背罩14和显示面板13固定连接为一个整体。
空气净化结构12设置在屏体11上,其具有进风口和出风口,空气净化结构12包括过滤空气中大颗粒的预过滤器15、多个用于吸附空气中小颗粒的电极棒17以及吸附空气中异味的复合过滤层19,预过滤器15、电极棒17以及复合过滤层19沿空气从进风口至出风口的流动方向依序布置,出风口处设置有风机16。
上述提供的具有空气净化功能的显示屏,在风机16的作用下,空气从进风口进入空气净化结构12后,首先经过预过滤器15,预过滤器15可以过滤空气中的大颗粒物,如空气里面的花粉、毛发等的大颗粒会被过滤掉;接着,空气通过多个电极棒17,由于电极棒17带静电,其可以吸附收集空气中的小颗粒;然后,空气再经过复合过滤层19,复合过滤层19可以吸附空气里的异味,如甲醛、甲苯等物质可被吸收;最后,被过滤干净的空气经过风机16从出风口排出。
在上述的过滤过程中,空气不断的经过空气净化结构12循环流动,可以对空气起到净化效果,并且,空气的过滤过程中,不断循环流动,可以不断的带走显示屏产生的热量,也就是说,具有空气净化功能的显示屏可以在净化空气的同时,对屏体11起到散热效果,解决了显示屏散热不及时和显示屏周围空气质量差的问题。
本实施例中,在多个电极棒17的下方设置有底盘18,底盘18具有上端开口且收集电极棒17上的小颗粒的凹腔,凹腔的上端开口朝向多个电极棒17布置。这样,由吸附在电极棒17上的小颗粒则可以通过凹腔的上端开口落入在凹腔中。
再者,底盘18带电,且底盘18的电性与电极棒17的电性相异,这样,空气中小颗粒在通过电极棒17的同时,可以实现电离,进一步提高净化的效果。
本实施例中,电极棒17与底盘18分别与屏体11电性连接,这样,当屏体11工作时,电极棒17和底盘18则会通电,处于静电状态,可以吸附空气中的小颗粒。
电极棒17的外周形成有螺旋槽,螺旋槽沿电极棒17的轴向盘旋,这样,有利于电极棒17吸附小颗粒,小颗粒可以停滞在螺旋槽中,并沿着螺旋槽移动,避免小颗粒覆盖在电极棒17的外表面,降低电极棒17的吸附能力。
电极棒17的外表面形成有多个突起,从而增加电极棒17的外表面面积,增强电极棒17的吸附能力。另外,突起的外表面呈球面状。
本实施例中,空气净化结构12具有两个上述的进风口,两个上述的进风口分别布置在出风口的两侧。这样,空气则会通过出风口两侧的进风口进入空气净化结构12的内部,实现多位置进风效果,且空气在空气净化结构12内部的流动途径呈弯曲状,有利于空气中大颗粒以及小颗粒的过滤净化。
在两个进风口的内侧分别设有上述预过滤器15,上述的复合过滤层19设置在出风口的内侧,多个电极棒17布置在两个预过滤器15与复合过滤层19围合而成的区域内,这样,空气在由预过滤器15流向复合过滤层19的过程中,呈弯曲状通过多个电极棒17,在电极棒17的阻挡下,可以充分吸附空气中的小颗粒。
本实施例中,电极棒17的轴向朝向复合过滤层19布置,且电极棒17与过滤器之间呈倾斜布置,这样,便于电极棒17上吸附的小颗粒落入底盘18中。
沿电极棒17朝向复合过滤层19的方向,电极棒17呈靠近预过滤器15的倾斜布置,这样,多个电极棒17背离复合过滤层19的一端呈靠近密集布置,多个电极棒17靠近复合过滤层19的一端呈偏离散开状布置,空气由进风口进来以后,先通过多个电极棒17密集布置的一端,这样,可以缓冲空气的流速,使得空气内的小颗粒重复被电极棒17吸附,且便于吸附在电极棒17上的小颗粒落入底盘18中。
本实施例中,屏体11的背面设置有盒体20,空气净化结构12设置在盒体 20内,盒体20的两侧形成有进风口,盒体20的顶部形成所述出风口,这样,空气净化结构12形成在屏体11外,便于空气净化结构12的布置。
或者,作为其他实施例,空气净化结构12也可以布置在屏体11内,屏体11的两侧分别形成有进风口,屏体11的顶部形成有出风口。
空气净化结构12与屏体11之间的具体布置方式还可以是其他多种方式,不仅限制于上述的布置方式,具体可视实际情况而定。
