Description
本发明属于电子商务技术领域，尤其涉及一种文具电子商务平台。
目前，在文具销售领域缺乏统一计划和管理，商户们竞相压价，竞争日趋激烈。传统的交易模式对于日益壮大的文具市场已力不从心，文具交易必须由传统的交易模式向电子商务发展。电子商务所体现的开放性、全球性、低成本和高效率等内在特征，必将使文具贸易呈现出一种新的局面，定能给文具企业增加交易机会、降低交易成本、提高经济效益。借助电子商务平台销售文具、捕捉更多的贸易机会及扩大市场的范围是解决现时困扰大多数文具企业产品销路的解决之道。
本发明实施例提供一种文具电子商务平台，实现文具订单在线提交，对会员信息、文具信息和在线交易信息进行管理，使得文具的整个交易过程更专业化和规范化。
本发明实施例是这样实现的，一种文具电子商务平台，包括前台服务器和后台服务器，所述前台服务器与后台服务器远程连接进行数据交互；所述前台服务器包括会员注册模块、会员登录模块、文具展示模块、文具查询模块、购物模块和付款模块；所述会员登录模块包括会员账号输入单元、密码输入单元、验证码输入单元、密码修改单元、密码找回单元和会员账号删除单元；所述文具展示模块包括新品文具展示单元、文具销售排行展示单元和文具今日报价展示单元；所述文具查询模块包括文具类别查询单元、文具名称查询单元和文具价格查询单元，所述购物模块包括添加购物车单元、查看购物车单元、清除购物单元、清空购物车单元和确认购物单元；所述后台服务器包括会员管理模块、文具类别模块、文具价格模块、文具信息模块和订单管理模块；所述会员管理模块包括会员信息添加单元、会员信息修改单元和会员信息删除单元，所述文具类别模块包括文具分类单元、文具类别添加单元、文具类别删除单元和文具类别查询单元；所述文具价格模块包括文具价格添加单元、文具价格修改单元和文具价格删除单元；所述文具信息模块包括文具信息添加单元、文具信息修改单元和文具信息查询单元，所述订单管理模块包括订单信息查询单元、订单信息执行单元和订单信息删除单元。

管理员退出单元，当管理员完成对后台服务器的管理后，用于管理员退出后台服务器管理系统。
优选的，所述后台服务器，还包括：
客服模块，用于客户向管理员提交在使用所述文具电子商务平台的过程中产生的一些问题。

在本实施例中，所述会员管理模块210以会员编号、会员名称、密码、地址、邮箱、手机为单位存储会员信息；所述文具信息模块240文以具编号、文具名称、大类、小类、生产商、上市时间、销量、详情、价格为单位存储文具信息；所述订单管理模块250以订单编号、文具编号、会员编号、地址、运送方式、是否配送成功为单位存储订单信息。
在本实施例中，所述文具展示模块130，还包括：公告发布单元134，用于发布各类文具的公告或各个商家的公告或实时新闻。
在本实施例中，所述后台服务器200，还包括后台管理控制模块260，用于对后台服务器内客户的注册、交易信息和文具的信息、类别、价格进行管理，以及为客户提供相应的功能服务；所述后台管理控制模块主要是针对系统管理员而设计的，用来对整个文具电子商务平台的运作进行统一管理。
在本实施例中，后台管理控制模块260，包括高级管理员单元261、普通管理员单元262和管理员退出单元263。其中，所述高级管理员单元261，用于高级后台管理员对客户的注册、交易信息和文具的信息、类别、价格进行统一管理，同时限定普通管理员的权限；所述普通管理员单元262，用于普通后台管理员对特定的客户、文具或其它信息进行管理；所述管理员退出单元263，当管理员完成对后台服务器的管理后，用于管理员退出后台服务器管理系统。在整个平台的运营过程中，主要由管理员来进行管理，本发明对管理员按照权限高低分为高级管理员和普通管理员，高级管理员拥有最高权限，可以对平台进行全面的管理，普通管理员所能管理的事项是根据高级管理员的权限下放来确定的，例如
：当高级管理员规定普通管理员只能对特定的客户进行管理，那么普通管理员不能对高级管理员规定范围之外的客户进行管理。
在本实施例中，所述后台服务器200，还包括客服模块270，用于客户向管理员提交在使用所述文具电子商务平台的过程中产生的一些问题。例如，当客户在使用文具电子商务平台的过程中，如果遇到了平台故障或是其他问题，可以通过客服模块将遇到的问题提交给平台管理员。
