Abstract
Afin de former un système de biodétection-imagerie hybride unique qui peut fonctionner à l'intérieur d'un incubateur, la présente invention concerne des structures et des procédés permettant de placer des biocapteurs modulaires et amovibles et des interfaces biocompatibles dans des puits de test transparents en 3D qui contiennent des échantillons biologiques. La technologie permet une surveillance continue de multiples paramètres et fonctions simultanés d'une cellule vivante ou de groupes de cellules tels que des altérations de ligands cellulaires, des biomarqueurs physico-chimiques, des phénotypes et/ou des compositions extracellulaires lors d'interactions avec des analytes ou pendant des progressions. L'invention concerne également des procédés de capture et d'analyse d'informations orthogonales directes à partir d'échantillons biologiques en 2D et 3D, qui permettent de produire de nouveaux concepts.
