实施例1
如图1和图4所示,本实施例提供一种基座端部件,为空调室内机的基座100的组成部件。所述基座端部件包括端部件本体1,及设置于所述端部件本体1上的用于安装所述空调室内机的电气组件的电气安装结构。其中,所述端部件本体1的一端通过连接结构与所述基座100的其他部件可拆卸连接。
在本实施例中,所述电气安装结构包括用于安装风扇电机的电机安装结构。所述电机安装结构包括电机支座21和可拆卸地连接在所述电机支座21上的电机压板22,所述风扇电机安装于所述电机支座21和所述电机压板22之间。所述电机压板22之间通过螺纹连接件可拆卸连接。作为可变换的实施方式,所述电机支座21和所述电机压板22之间也可以通过卡扣结构连接。
在本实施例中,所述电机支座21一体成型于所述端部件本体1上。这样可以使通用化的所述基座端部件上一体成型有电机支座21,当需要根据不同冷量段的需求选取不同大小的风扇电机时,只需要选取风扇电机两侧适当大小的橡胶圈,即可实现在不改变电机支座21大小的情况下使电机与电机支座21匹配安装。
所述电机支座21成型有适于所述风扇电机装入的安装槽。所述安装槽包括主体槽211和侧槽212。所述主体槽211用于安装所述风扇电机的主体;所述侧槽212具有两个,分别与所述主体槽211连通地形成于所述主体槽211的相对两侧,用于安装所述风扇电机两侧的橡胶圈。通过所述 主体槽211和所述侧槽212的设置,可以同时实现对所述风扇电机和所述风扇电机两侧的橡胶圈的安装定位,进而可以使所述橡胶圈对所述风扇电机震动时起到良好的减震作用,且所述主体槽211和所述侧槽212结构简单,易于成型。
在本实施例中,配合参阅图2,所述电气安装结构还包括用于安装电器盒的电器盒安装结构。所述电器盒安装结构包括成型于所述端部件本体1上的卡槽结构31,所述电器盒上对应成型有与所述卡槽结构31相配合的卡舌结构。为了使所述电器盒的安装更稳固,所述电器盒安装结构还包括成型于所述端部件本体1上的安装凸块32,所述安装凸块32上成型有可与所述电器盒通过螺纹连接件配合连接的第一螺纹孔321。这种卡槽卡舌配合的结构以及螺纹连接的方式,既可以实现所述电器盒的快速拆装,又可以保证电器盒安装的平稳性。
为了便于所述电器盒的检修,在本实施例中,所述电器盒安装结构上形成有用于与电器盒上的电器盒集线结构配合连接的负载集线结构4。
在本实施例中,配合参阅图3,所述电气安装结构还包括用于安装导风驱动盒200的驱动盒安装结构。所述驱动盒安装结构包括插槽51和固定柱52。所述插槽51成型于所述端部件本体1,用于插置由所述导风驱动盒200的其中一端向下延伸而成的凸起结构201;所述固定柱52成型于所述端部件本体1,用于固定连接所述导风驱动盒200的另一端。所述固定柱52上成型有第二螺纹孔521,所述导风驱动盒200与所述固定柱52连接的一端对应形成有第三螺纹孔202,所述第一螺纹孔321和所述第三螺纹孔202通过螺纹连接件连接。作为可变换的实施方式,也可以是,所述固定柱52与所述导风驱动盒200的另一端也可以通过卡扣结构实现固定连接。
通过所述插槽51插置所述导风驱动盒200的其中一端向下延伸而成的所述凸起结构201,所述固定柱52固定连接所述导风驱动盒200的另一端,既可以实现对导风驱动盒200的便捷拆装,也可以保证对所述导风驱动盒200的安装稳固性。
在本实施例中,所述端部件本体1在设置有所述电气安装结构的相反侧,还设置有用于安装空调壁挂板的壁挂板安装结构。所述端部件本体1在设置有所述电气安装结构的同一侧,还设置有用于安装换热器的换热器安装结构和用于安装风水道部件的风水道部件安装结构,可以实现所述基座100与所述换热器、所述风水道部件之间的安装。
所述基座端部件可以做成通用化部件,即可实现在不同冷量段的空调室内机中通用化,在面对不同的冷量段需求时,只需要改变与所述基座端部件可拆卸连接的基座100的其他部件的长度即可,不需根据不同冷量段的需求来使用不同大小的模具生产所述基座端部件,进而可以降低所述基座端部件的模具费用,并可以进一步降低整个基座100在模具方面的成本。此外,所述基座端部件通用化,也可以降低生产、维修等的储备量成本。同时,通过所述电气安装结构将空调室内机的电气组件安装于所述基座100的所述基座端部件上,一方面可以实现直接拆装电气组件以便于对电气组件的检修和更换,另一方面可以实现风道、水道及叶轮在从基座模块上拆出时与电气组件分离,避免在对风道、水道及叶轮等进行清洁时使电气组件沾到液体受损。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种空调器,包括实施例1中所述的基座100,基座100包括实施例1中所述的基座端部件,如图4所示。由于所述基座端部件通用化可以为通用化部件,在面对不同的冷量段需求时,只需要改变与所述 基座端部件可拆卸连接的基座100的其他部件的长度即可,不需根据不同冷量段的需求来使用不同大小的模具生产所述基座端部件,进而可以降低所述基座端部件的模具费用,并可以进一步降低整个基座100在模具方面的成本。此外,也可以降低所述基座端部件的生产、维修等的储备量成本。
如图1-图5所示,本实施例提供一种基座端部件,为空调室内机的基座100的组成部件。所述基座端部件包括端部件本体1,及设置于所述端部件本体1上的用于安装导风驱动盒200的驱动盒安装结构。其中,所述端部件本体1的一端通过连接结构与所述基座100的其他部件可拆卸连接。
所述驱动盒安装结构包括插槽51和固定柱52。所述插槽51成型于所述端部件本体1,用于插置由所述导风驱动盒200的其中一端向下延伸而成的凸起结构201;所述固定柱52成型于所述端部件本体1,用于固定连接所述导风驱动盒200的另一端。所述固定柱52上成型有第二螺纹孔521,所述导风驱动盒200与所述固定柱52连接的一端对应形成有第三螺纹孔202,所述第二螺纹孔521和所述第三螺纹孔202通过螺纹连接件连接。作为可变换的实施方式,也可以是,所述固定柱52与所述导风驱动盒200的另一端也可以通过卡扣结构实现固定连接。
通过所述插槽51插置所述导风驱动盒200的其中一端向下延伸而成的所述凸起结构201,所述固定柱52固定连接所述导风驱动盒200的另一端,既可以实现对导风驱动盒200的便捷拆装,也可以保证对所述导风驱动盒200的安装稳固性。
在本实施例中,所述插槽51和所述固定柱52分别沿所述端部件本体1的边缘设置。
在本实施例中,所述端部件本体1在所述驱动盒安装结构的相反侧成 型有用于安装空调壁挂板的壁挂板安装结构。所述端部件本体1在成型有所述驱动盒安装结构的同一侧,还成型有用于安装换热器的换热器安装结构和用于安装风水道部件的风水道部件安装结构,可以实现所述基座100与所述换热器、所述风水道部件之间的安装。
所述基座端部件可以做成通用化部件,即可实现在不同冷量段的空调室内机中通用化,在面对不同的冷量段需求时,只需要改变与所述基座端部件可拆卸连接的基座100的其他部件的长度即可,不需根据不同冷量段的需求来使用不同大小的模具生产所述基座端部件,进而可以降低所述基座端部件的模具费用,并可以进一步降低整个基座100在模具方面的成本。此外,所述基座端部件通用化,也可以降低生产、维修等的储备量成本。
本实施例提供一种空调器,包括基座100,所述基座100包括基座端部件,如图4所示。由于所述基座端部件通用化可以为通用化部件,在面对不同的冷量段需求时,只需要改变与所述基座端部件可拆卸连接的基座100的其他部件的长度即可,不需根据不同冷量段的需求来使用不同大小的模具生产所述基座端部件,进而可以降低所述基座端部件的模具费用,并可以进一步降低整个基座100在模具方面的成本。此外,也可以降低所述基座端部件的生产、维修等的储备量成本。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本发明创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (25)

  1. 一种基座端部件,为空调室内机的基座(100)的组成部件,其特征在于,包括端部件本体(1),及设置于所述端部件本体(1)上的用于安装所述空调室内机的电气组件的电气安装结构,所述端部件本体(1)的一端通过连接结构与所述基座(100)的其他部件可拆卸连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述电气安装结构包括用于安装风扇电机的电机安装结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述电机安装结构包括电机支座(21)和可拆卸地连接在所述电机支座(21)上的电机压板(22),所述风扇电机安装于所述电机支座(21)和所述电机压板(22)之间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述电机支座(21)和所述电机压板(22)之间通过螺纹连接件可拆卸连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述电机支座(21)一体成型于所述端部件本体(1)上。
  6. 根据权利要求3-5中任一项所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述电机支座(21)成型有适于所述风扇电机装入的安装槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述安装槽包括:
    主体槽(211),用于安装所述风扇电机的主体;
    侧槽(212),具有两个,分别与所述主体槽(211)连通地形成于所述主体槽(211)的相对两侧,用于安装所述风扇电机两侧的橡胶圈。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述电气安装结构还包括用于安装电器盒的电器盒安装结构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述电器盒安装结构包括成型于所述端部件本体(1)上的卡槽结构(31),所述电器盒上 对应成型有与所述卡槽结构(31)相配合的卡舌结构。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述电器盒安装结构还包括成型于所述端部件本体(1)上的安装凸块(32),所述安装凸块(32)上成型有可与所述电器盒通过螺纹连接件配合连接的第一螺纹孔(321)。
  11. 根据权利要求8-10中任一项所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述电器盒安装结构上形成有用于与电器盒上的电器盒集线结构配合连接的负载集线结构(4)。
  12. 根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述电气安装结构还包括用于安装导风驱动盒(200)的驱动盒安装结构。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述驱动盒安装结构包括:
    插槽(51),成型于所述端部件本体(1),用于插置由所述导风驱动盒(200)的其中一端向下延伸而成的凸起结构(201);
    固定柱(52),成型于所述端部件本体(1),用于固定连接所述导风驱动盒(200)的另一端。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述固定柱(52)上成型有第二螺纹孔(521),所述导风驱动盒(200)与所述固定柱(52)对应的一端通过与所述第二螺纹孔(521)螺纹连接固定安装于所述固定柱(52)上。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述导风驱动盒(200)与所述固定柱(52)连接的一端对应形成有第三螺纹孔(202),与电器盒通过螺纹连接件配合连接的第一螺纹孔(321)和所述第三螺纹孔(202)通过螺纹连接件连接。
  16. 根据权利要求1-15中任一项所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述端部件本体(1)在设置有所述电气安装结构的相反侧,还设置有用于安装空调壁挂板的壁挂板安装结构。
  17. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括:权利要求1-16中任一项所述的基座端部件。
  18. 一种基座端部件,为空调室内机的基座(100)的组成部件,其特征在于,包括端部件本体(1),及设置于所述端部件本体(1)上的用于安装导风驱动盒(200)的驱动盒安装结构,所述端部件本体(1)的一端通过连接结构与所述基座(100)的其他部件可拆卸连接。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述驱动盒安装结构包括:
    插槽(51),成型于所述端部件本体(1),用于插置由所述导风驱动盒(200)的其中一端向下延伸而成的凸起结构(201);
    固定柱(52),成型于所述端部件本体(1),用于固定连接所述导风驱动盒(200)的另一端。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述插槽(51)和所述固定柱(52)分别沿所述端部件本体(1)的边缘设置。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述固定柱(52)上成型有第二螺纹孔(521),所述导风驱动盒(200)与所述固定柱(52)对应的一端通过与所述第二螺纹孔(521)螺纹连接固定安装于所述固定柱(52)上。
  22. 根据权利要求21所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述导风驱动盒(200)与所述固定柱(52)连接的一端对应形成有第三螺纹孔(202),所述第二螺纹孔(521)和所述第三螺纹孔(202)通过螺纹连接件连接。
  23. 根据权利要求18-22中任一项所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述端部件本体(1)在所述驱动盒安装结构的相反侧成型有用于安装空调壁挂板的壁挂板安装结构。
  24. 根据权利要求23所述的基座端部件,其特征在于,所述端部件本体(1)在成型有所述驱动盒安装结构的同一侧,还成型有用于安装换热器的换热器安装结构和用于安装风水道部件的风水道部件安装结构。
  25. 一种空调器,其特征在于,包括:权利要求18-24中任一项所述的基座端部件。
