从上述技术方案可以看出，本实用新型实施例提供的钟表中，能够通过贴片5记录一天中每时每刻的工作内容或行为规范，并且，贴片5与表盘可拆卸连接，从而贴片5可移动可调整，当贴片5上的记录内容过时后可更换新内容的贴片5。

为了进一步优化上述技术方案，时间指示区3内还设置有周计划内容区2。
优选地，上述周计划内容区2为窗口滚动显示形式，具体包括显示窗口和位于显示窗口内用于记录事项的滚动条，该滚动条以星期为时间单位进行滚动。可见，该滚动条为七天为一个周期、可预设内容(例如本周食谱、运动项目等)的滚动显示结构，其结构和工作原理可参照现有技术中表盘上用于显示星期或公历日期的窗口和显示盘。
但是并不局限于此，在其它具体实施例中，上述周计划内容区2的设置方式，还可以像上文中预设内容单元6的设置方式一样，即通过设置贴片5的方式来记录事项，此时，则需要每周更换周计划内容 区2内的贴片5即可。本实用新型对于上述周计划内容区2的设置方式不作具体限定，本领域技术人员可根据实际需要进行具体设置。
在具体实施例中，本实用新型实施例提供的钟表为石英钟。但是并不局限于此，石英钟仅为本实用新型提供的一个优选实施例，本实用新型对于钟表的类型不作具体限定。
