因此,在现有技术中,需要多次进行用扫描枪扫描的动作,以将订单筐和格口相关联,并且需要在每次完成商品分播后再次扫描格口号确定分播,以便实现在商品被放入订单筐之后系统及时得知此次分播动作,这样才能准确地对订单分播情况进行监视。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供一种自动关联格口并确认分播的方法和装置,有助于减少分播过程中多余的扫描条码以及拍指示灯的操作,从而大大提高分播效率。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种自动关联格口并确认分播的方法。
本发明的自动关联格口并确认分播的方法包括:由分播架格口内的识别器识别订单筐上的第一标签;将所述订单筐与所述分播架格口相关联;识别待分播商品;确定需要所述待分播商品的分播架格口;由所确定的分播架格口内的所述识别器识别动作指示器上的第二标签;以及确认完成所述待分播商品到所述订单筐的分播。
可选地,所述动作指示器是手环。
可选地,当安装有所述第一标签的所述订单筐被放入安装有所述识别器的所述分播架格口内时,所述识别器识别所述第一标签。
可选地,响应于确定需要所述待分播商品的分播架格口,点亮所确定的分播架格口上的指示灯。
可选地,所述标签是RFID标签。
可选地,所述分播架格口内设置有屏蔽装置。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供了一种自动关联格口并确认分播的装置。
本发明的自动关联格口并确认分播的装置包括:安装有第一标签的订单筐;安装有第二标签的动作指示器,所述动作指示器用于指示分播动作;安装有识别器的分播架格口,所述识别器用于识别所述订单筐上的所述第一标签以及所述动作指示器上的所述第二标签;关联模块,所述关联模块用于响应于所述分播架格口内的所述识别器识别所述订单筐上的所述第一标签,将所述订单筐与所述分播架格口相关联;商品识别模块,所述商品识别模块用于识别待分播商品;格口确定模块,所述格口确定模块用于确定需要所述待分播商品的分播架格 口;以及分播确认模块,所述分播确认模块用于响应于所确定的分播架格口内的所述识别器识别所述动作指示器上的所述第二标签,确认完成所述待分播商品到所述订单筐的分播。
可选地,所述动作指示器是手环。
可选地,当安装有所述第一标签的所述订单筐被放入安装有所述识别器的所述分播架格口内时,所述识别器识别所述第一标签。
可选地,所述装置还包括:格口指示模块,所述格口指示模块用于响应于确定需要所述待分播商品的分播架格口,点亮所确定的分播架格口上的指示灯。
可选地,所述标签是RFID标签。
可选地,所述分播架格口内设置有屏蔽装置。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供了一种电子设备终端,包括:一个或多个处理器;存储装置,用于存储一个或多个程序,当所述一个或多个程序被所述一个或多个处理器执行,使得所述一个或多个处理器实现本公开所提供的方法中的任一种方法。
根据本发明的另一个方面,提供了一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,该程序被处理器执行时实现本公开所提供的方法中的任一种方法。
根据本发明的技术方案,减少了大量的绑定格口和订单筐的过程中大量的扫码操作。并且,减少了分播过程中商品被分播到格口中后,还需要重新再扫描格口条码来确认一遍的操作,对分播过程进行了极大的简化。

以下结合附图对本发明的示范性实施方式做出说明,其中包括本发明实施方式的各种细节以助于理解,应当将它们认为仅仅是示范性的。因此,本领域普通技术人员应当认识到,可以对这里描述的实施方式做出各种改变和修改,而不会背离本发明的范围和精神。同样,为了清楚和简明,以下的描述中省略了对公知功能和结构的描述。
参照附图1,是根据本发明实施方式的一种自动关联格口并确认分播的方法的流程图,对本发明所提供的方法的一个总体的实施例进行描述。
步骤S1:由分播架格口内的识别器识别订单筐上的第一标签;
步骤S2:将所述订单筐与所述分播架格口相关联;
步骤S3:识别待分播商品;
步骤S4:确定需要所述待分播商品的分播架格口;
步骤S5:由所确定的分播架格口内的所述识别器识别动作指示器上的第二标签;
步骤S6:确认完成所述待分播商品到所述订单筐的分播。
本发明所述的技术利用造价低廉的电子标签以及识别器这一组合,对分播过程进行了极大的简化。首先,本发明所述的技术解决了 将订单筐与分播架格口进行绑定的问题,分播架格口内的识别器可以自动识别订单筐上的标签并据此将两者进行关联,所以只需要将订单筐放入格口就可以完成关联,而不需要在将订单筐放入分播架格口后再次扫描格口条码和订单筐条码。其次,本发明所述的技术减少了分播过程中多余的确认步骤,即,把商品放进订单筐之后还需要再次扫描格口条码作为确认的操作步骤。这是通过动作指示器来完成的,一旦动作指示器探入格口放置商品,便会被格口内的识别器识别到,系统便自动完成分播确认。
下面将在上述总体实施例的基础上,对本发明所述方法的各个步骤进行详细描述。以下对于本发明所述方法的描述是以本发明所提供的装置(如图2所示的装置)为例进行描述,也就是说,下述步骤可以由本发明所提供的装置执行。在其他实施例中,本发明所述的方法中的步骤也可以由本发明所提供的电子设备终端(如图3所示的电子设备终端)来执行。
在详细描述本发明的各个步骤之前,首先对仓库中的拣货过程进行大致描述。拣货过程首先是将一个分播架上的所有订单(例如,50个订单)视为一个集合单来进行拣货,工作人员先从仓库四处拿取货品,接着将这一个分播架上所有订单的所有商品都混合地装在一个箱子里,之后再由工作人员将该集合单中的商品分别放入这个分播架上不同的订单筐21,在将每件商品放入对应筐中之后需要进行一个确认的过程,系统28会依次记录订单中的商品被放入订单筐21,直到订单上的全部商品都被放入后,分播架上的灯会变绿,提示工作人员该订单已分播完成,可以继续接下来的打包步骤。
本发明所提供的方法的应用场景可以发生在:上述拣货过程中的将集合单中的商品分播到各自的订单筐21中并确认的过程。具体地:
步骤S1:由分播架格口23内的识别器231识别订单筐21上的第一标签211。
在一些实施例中,当安装有所述第一标签211的所述订单筐21被放入安装有所述识别器231的所述分播架格口23内时,所述识别器231识别所述第一标签211。即,在复核多件订单之前,首先复核员将本发明中安装有第一标签211的订单筐21直接放置到安装了识别器231的分播架格口23。此时该分播架格口23中的识别器231自动感应识别到这个订单筐21从而进行分播架格口23和订单筐21的自动绑定。
步骤S2:将所述订单筐21与所述分播架格口23相关联。
在识别器231识别第一标签211之后,系统28会接收到本次识别以及所述订单筐21与所述分播架格口23的详细信息,系统28会将所述订单筐21与所述分播架格口23相关联,并存储所述关联信息。
在一些实施例中,所述关联也可以被人为录入系统28。
步骤S3:识别待分播商品。
如上所述,集合单中的所有商品都混合放置在一起,此处所述“识别”可以是复核员用扫描枪扫描任意商品,系统28便可将此商品识别为“待分播商品”。
步骤S4:确定需要所述待分播商品的分播架格口23。
其中,所述需要所述待分播商品的分播架格口23与和所述订单筐21相对应的订单中包括所述待分播商品的所述订单筐21相关联。
复核员用扫描枪扫描任意商品后,系统28根据已存储的订单信息进行计算,从而确定出需要这个待分播商品的分播架格口23,即,需要这个商品的订单,因为订单和订单筐21相对应并在前述步骤中和分 播架格口23进行了绑定。
在一些实施例中,响应于确定需要所述待分播商品的分播架格口23,点亮所确定的分播架格口23上的指示灯。即,系统28根据待分播商品存在的订单,点亮对应分播架格口23电子标签的指示灯,复核员便可以对于需要放置商品的分播架格口23一目了然。
步骤S5:由所确定的分播架格口23内的所述识别器231识别动作指示器22上的第一标签221。
在一些实施例中,所述动作指示器22是手环。
在本步骤中,复核员用佩戴了手环的手将商品放入所指示的订单筐21中,当手环接近到分播架格口23中的识别器231时,识别器231会自动识别手环上的第一标签221,系统28会接收到本次识别以及所述订单筐21以及所对应订单的详细信息并存储所述识别信息。
在另一些实施例中,所述动作指示器22也可以是拣货机器人的机械臂。
为了做到商品放进分播架格口23后被自动识别并做出分播确认,也可以通过在每个商品上附加标签,但这种方式需要为每个商品配备标签,成本太高昂,故不多做说明。
在一些实施例中,所述标签是RFID标签。即,所述第一标签211和所述第一标签221都可以是RFID标签,相应地,所述识别器231为RFID电子标签识别器。
步骤S6:确认完成所述待分播商品到所述订单筐21的分播。
系统28根据步骤S5中所存储的识别信息,确认完成分播到分播架格口23的操作,自动进行分播确认。所以,每次放一件商品进去,也就是完成一次分播操作,分播架格口23中的识别器231感应到感应手环就自动确认一次。这种方式代替了之前每次放一件商品进去还要拍灭电子标签灯,或者扫描格口条码的操作,在海量的分播工作中极大的节约了时间。
在一些实施例中,分播模式可以分为逐一分播以及非逐一分播两种,对于订单中的多个相同商品,在扫描商品条码后,分播架格口23的显示屏会显示出该商品在各个订单中的个数,此时就可以一次性放入多个商品。
在一些实施例中,所述分播架为Rebinwall,所述系统28为WMS系统。
在一些实施例中,所述分播架格口23内设置有屏蔽装置。这是由于在分播操作中,工作人员的手会不断地抬起和放下,为了屏蔽手环被其他分播架格口23中的识别器231的信号影响,可以采用RFID屏蔽布、铝箔等常见的屏蔽材料,在每个分播架格口内部进行铺设。这种屏蔽方式成本很低廉,屏蔽效果非常不错。有效避免了分播过程中由于其他格口信号影响而产生错误的分播确认,从而大大提高设备准确率。
在本发明中,工作人员手抬起来的过程也不会被其他格口中的识别器误识别,这是因为:1.分播架格口23中的RFID感应器被安装在底部中心位置,与分播架格口23的物理距离较远;2.分播架格口23中的RFID感应器可以被设置有感应距离(例如,10厘米、15厘米),以便在物理距离的基础上进一步限制不同分播架格口23中的RFID感应器的感应范围。
如上所述,本发明所提供的方法减少了大量的绑定分播架格口23和订单筐21的过程中大量的扫码操作。并且,减少了分播过程中商品被分播到分播架格口23中后,还需要重新再扫描分播架格口23条码来确认一遍的操作,对分播过程进行了极大的简化。
下面参考图2,是根据本发明实施方式的自动关联格口并确认分播的装置20的主要组成部分的示意图。
本发明还提供了一种自动关联格口并确认分播的装置20,包括:
安装有第一标签211的订单筐21;
安装有第二标签221的动作指示器22,所述动作指示器22用于指示分播动作;
安装有识别器231的分播架格口23,所述识别器231用于识别所述订单筐21上的所述第一标签211以及所述动作指示器22上的所述第二标签221;
关联模块24,所述关联模块24用于响应于所述分播架格口23内的所述识别器231识别所述订单筐21上的所述第一标签211,将所述订单筐21与所述分播架格口23相关联;
商品识别模块25,所述商品识别模块25用于识别待分播商品;
格口确定模块26,所述格口确定模块26用于确定需要所述待分播商品的分播架格口23;以及
分播确认模块27,所述分播确认模块27用于响应于所确定的分播架格口23内的所述识别器231识别所述动作指示器22上的所述第二标签221,确认完成所述待分播商品到所述订单筐21的分播。
在一些实施例中,所述关联模块24、商品识别模块25、格口确定模块26、以及分播确认模块27为整合在系统28中的模块。在另一些实施例中,本发明所提供的装置中的各个模块也能够以脱离所述系统28的形式独立实现。
可选地,所述动作指示器22是手环。
可选地,当安装有所述第一标签211的所述订单筐21被放入安装有所述识别器231的所述分播架格口23内时,所述识别器231识别所述第一标签211。
可选地,所述装置还包括:格口指示模块,所述格口指示模块用于响应于确定需要所述待分播商品的分播架格口23,点亮所确定的分播架格口23上的指示灯。
可选地,所述标签是RFID标签。
可选地,所述分播架格口23内设置有屏蔽装置。
根据本发明的实施例,本发明还提供了一种电子设备终端和一种可读存储介质。
本发明的电子设备终端包括:至少一个处理器;以及,与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,所述存储器存储有可被所述一个处理器执行的指令,所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器执行本发明所提供的自动关联格口并确认分播的方法。
本发明的计算机可读介质,所述计算机可读介质存储计算机指令,所述计算机指令用于使所述计算机执行本发明所提供的自动关联格口并确认分播的方法。
下面参考图3,其示出了适于用来实现本申请实施例的终端设备的计算机系统300的结构示意图。图3示出的终端设备仅仅是一个示例,不应对本申请实施例的功能和使用范围带来任何限制。
如图3所示,计算机系统300包括中央处理单元(CPU)301,其可以根据存储在只读存储器(ROM)302中的程序或者从存储部分308加载到随机访问存储器(RAM)303中的程序而执行各种适当的动作和处理。在RAM 303中,还存储有系统300操作所需的各种程序和数据。CPU 301、ROM 302以及RAM 303通过总线304彼此相连。输入/输出(I/O)接口305也连接至总线304。
以下部件连接至I/O接口305:包括键盘、鼠标等的输入部分303;包括诸如阴极射线管(CRT)、液晶显示器(LCD)等以及扬声器等的输出部分307;包括硬盘等的存储部分308;以及包括诸如LAN卡、调制解调器等的网络接口卡的通信部分309。通信部分309经由诸如因特网的网络执行通信处理。驱动器310也根据需要连接至I/O接口305。可拆卸介质311,诸如磁盘、光盘、磁光盘、半导体存储器等等,根据需要安装在驱动器310上,以便于从其上读出的计算机程序根据需要被安装入存储部分308。
特别地,根据本发明公开的实施例,上文参考流程图描述的过程可以被实现为计算机软件程序。例如,本发明公开的实施例包括一种计算机程序产品,其包括承载在计算机可读介质上的计算机程序,该计算机程序包含用于执行流程图所示的方法的程序代码。在这样的实施例中,该计算机程序可以通过通信部分309从网络上被下载和安装,和/或从可拆卸介质311被安装。在该计算机程序被中央处理单元(CPU)301执行时,执行本申请的系统中限定的上述功能。
需要说明的是,本申请所示的计算机可读介质可以是计算机可读信号介质或者计算机可读存储介质或者是上述两者的任意组合。计算机可读存储介质例如可以是——但不限于——电、磁、光、电磁、红外线、或半导体的系统、装置或器件,或者任意以上的组合。计算机可读存储介质的更具体的例子可以包括但不限于:具有一个或多个导 线的电连接、便携式计算机磁盘、硬盘、随机访问存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、可擦式可编程只读存储器(EPROM或闪存)、光纤、便携式紧凑磁盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、光存储器件、磁存储器件、或者上述的任意合适的组合。在本申请中,计算机可读存储介质可以是任何包含或存储程序的有形介质,该程序可以被指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用。而在本申请中,计算机可读的信号介质可以包括在基带中或者作为载波一部分传播的数据信号,其中承载了计算机可读的程序代码。这种传播的数据信号可以采用多种形式,包括但不限于电磁信号、光信号或上述的任意合适的组合。计算机可读的信号介质还可以是计算机可读存储介质以外的任何计算机可读介质,该计算机可读介质可以发送、传播或者传输用于由指令执行系统、装置或者器件使用或者与其结合使用的程序。计算机可读介质上包含的程序代码可以用任何适当的介质传输,包括但不限于:无线、电线、光缆、RF等等,或者上述的任意合适的组合。

上述产品可执行本发明实施例所提供的方法,具备执行方法相应的功能模块和有益效果。未在本实施例中详尽描述的技术细节,可参见本发明实施例所提供的方法。
根据本发明实施例的技术方案,对分播过程进行了极大的简化。首先,本发明所述的技术解决了将订单筐21与分播架格口23进行绑定的问题,分播架格口23内的识别器231可以自动识别订单筐21上的标签并据此将两者进行关联,所以只需要将订单筐21放入分播架格口23就可以完成关联,而不需要在将订单筐21放入分播架格口23后再次扫描格口条码和订单筐21条码。其次,本发明所述的技术减少了分播过程中多余的确认步骤,即,把商品放进订单筐21之后还需要再次扫描格口条码作为确认的操作步骤。这是通过动作指示器22来完成的,一旦动作指示器22探入分播架格口23放置商品,便会被分播架格口23内的识别器231识别到,系统28便自动完成分播确认。

- 一种自动关联格口并确认分播的方法,其特征在于,包括:由分播架格口内的识别器识别订单筐上的第一标签;将所述订单筐与所述分播架格口相关联;识别待分播商品;确定需要所述待分播商品的分播架格口;由所确定的分播架格口内的所述识别器识别动作指示器上的第二标签;以及确认完成所述待分播商品到所述订单筐的分播。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述动作指示器是手环。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,当安装有所述第一标签的所述订单筐被放入安装有所述识别器的所述分播架格口内时,所述识别器识别所述第一标签。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,响应于确定需要所述待分播商品的分播架格口,点亮所确定的分播架格口上的指示灯。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述标签是RFID标签。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述分播架格口内设置有屏蔽装置。
- 一种自动关联格口并确认分播的装置,其特征在于,包括:安装有第一标签的订单筐;安装有第二标签的动作指示器,所述动作指示器用于指示分播动 作;安装有识别器的分播架格口,所述识别器用于识别所述订单筐上的所述第一标签以及所述动作指示器上的所述第二标签;关联模块,所述关联模块用于响应于所述分播架格口内的所述识别器识别所述订单筐上的所述第一标签,将所述订单筐与所述分播架格口相关联;商品识别模块,所述商品识别模块用于识别待分播商品;格口确定模块,所述格口确定模块用于确定需要所述待分播商品的分播架格口;以及分播确认模块,所述分播确认模块用于响应于所确定的分播架格口内的所述识别器识别所述动作指示器上的所述第二标签,确认完成所述待分播商品到所述订单筐的分播。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述动作指示器是手环。
- 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,当安装有所述第一标签的所述订单筐被放入安装有所述识别器的所述分播架格口内时,所述识别器识别所述第一标签。
