在又一个例子中,如图1所示,扬声器单体16为矩形。定位角12为4个,4个定位角12分别与扬声器单体16的4个角部18一一对应,以进行定位。通过这种方式,4个定位角12能够限定矩形的扬声器单体16沿平行于扬声器单体16的延伸方向的位置。4个定位角12使得扬声器单体16在安装部中的定位精度更高。
在一个例子中,如图5所示,壳体包括第一外壳11和第二外壳20。第一外壳11和第二外壳20相互连接。在第一外壳11或者第二外壳20上设置有安装部。通过这种方式,扬声器单体16的拆、装更方便。
例如,在第一壳体上设置有定位角12和挡壁13,二者围合形成安装部。在第一外壳11内还设置有用于与振膜连通的出声孔。
例如,在第二壳体上设置有定位角12和挡壁13,二者围合形成安装部。在第二外壳20内还设置有用于与振膜连通的出声孔。
例如,通过注塑成型的方式将定位角12和挡壁13与第一壳体,或者将定位角12和挡壁13与第二壳体一体成型。一体成型的方式能使定位角12、挡壁13与第一壳体,或者定位角12、挡壁13与第二壳体的连接强度更高。
根据本发明的另一个实施例,提供了一种扬声器模组。该模组包括扬 声器单体16和本发明提供的壳体。扬声器单体16被设置在壳体的安装部中。
例如,如图5所示,壳体包括扣合在一起的第一外壳11和第二外壳20。在第一外壳11上设置有安装部和用于出声的出声孔。扬声器单体16通过设置在壳体内的FPCB21与外部电路电连接。
该扬声器模组具有连接强度高、耐用性良好的特点。
根据本发明的又一个实施例,提供了一种电子设备。该电子设备包括本发明提供的扬声器模组。
该电子设备具有声音效果好、耐用性好的特点。
虽然已经通过示例对本发明的一些特定实施例进行了详细说明,但是本领域的技术人员应该理解,以上示例仅是为了进行说明,而不是为了限制本发明的范围。本领域的技术人员应该理解,可在不脱离本发明的范围和精神的情况下,对以上实施例进行修改。本发明的范围由所附权利要求来限定。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于扬声器模组的壳体,其特征在于,在所述壳体上设置有定位角和挡壁,所述定位角和所述挡壁围合,以形成用于安装扬声器单体的安装部,所述定位角被配置为与所述扬声器单体的角部相匹配,以对所述扬声器单体进行定位,所述定位角与所述角部之间具有定位间隙,所述挡壁与所述扬声器单体的侧壁相对,所述挡壁被配置为用于与所述扬声器单体之间形成涂胶槽,所述涂胶槽的宽度大于所述定位间隙的宽度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的壳体,其特征在于,在所述安装部内设置有用于与所述扬声器单体的振膜的边缘进行粘接的涂胶带,所述涂胶槽的底面与所述涂胶带位于同一平面。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述涂胶槽的底面的宽度与所述涂胶带的宽度之和大于或者等于0.8mm。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中的任意一项所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述扬声器单体为矩形,所述定位角为2个,2个所述定位角分别与所述扬声器单体的2个相对的角部一一对应,以进行定位。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中的任意一项所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述扬声器单体为矩形,所述定位角为3个,3个所述定位角分别与所述扬声器单体的3个角部一一对应,以进行定位。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中的任意一项所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述扬声器单体为矩形,所述定位角为4个,4个所述定位角分别与所述扬声器单体的4个角部一一对应,以进行定位。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中的任意一项所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述 壳体包括第一外壳和第二外壳,所述第一外壳和所述第二外壳相互连接,在所述第一外壳或者所述第二外壳上设置有所述安装部。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中的任意一项所述的壳体,其特征在于,所述定位间隙的宽度为0.03-0.05mm。
  9. 一种扬声器模组,其特征在于,包括扬声器单体和如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的壳体,所述扬声器单体被设置在所述壳体的安装部中。
  10. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括如权利要求9所述的扬声器模组。
