无人机一般由遥控器上摇杆进行操作控制,遥控器的摇杆一般是设置在遥控器的壳体内部并延伸至壳体外部,然后摇杆处通过一个盖体与壳体固定连接,摇杆穿过盖体外露于壳体,且与盖体之间会存在缝隙以便摇杆有操作空间,但是随着遥控器的使用时间加长,外部的灰尘会从缝隙进入壳体内部。
现有技术中,由于壳体与盖体之间的固定连接导致不方便拆卸而导致内部的灰尘清理不方便。

本发明主要提供一种遥控器及其壳体组件,旨在解决遥控器的壳体与盖体拆卸不方便的问题。

体的另一端穿过所述盖体的所述贯穿孔且插入所述第二杆体的安装孔,所述第二杆体具有所述安装孔的一端直径不小于所述贯穿孔的孔径,且与所述盖体的距离满足防尘要求。
其中,所述盖体包括中空本体与防尘罩,所述第二卡合机构固定于所述中空本体,所述防尘罩罩设于所述中空本体,所述中空本体或所述防尘罩上设有受力部,所述受力部用于接受所述外力作用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的另一个技术方案是:提供一种遥控器,该遥控器包括上述的壳体组件。
本发明的有益效果是:区别于现有技术的情况,本发明通过在壳体的开口的内壁设置第一卡合机构、盖体设置第二卡合机构且第一卡合机构和/或第二卡合机构是弹性卡合机构的方法,使得盖体与壳体通过第一卡合机构与第二卡合机构卡扣连接,且在受到外力作用时,第一卡合机构和/或第二卡合机构发生弹性形变而脱离卡合状态而相互分离,进而方便在盖体上安装用于防止灰尘进入壳体的防尘罩,且在防尘罩需要跟换时,方便拆卸以跟换防尘罩,此外,当盖体不设置防尘罩时,方便盖体与壳体安装及拆卸以清除壳体内部灰尘。

为使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附
图和具体实施方式对本发明所提供的一种遥控器及其壳体组件做进一步详细描述。
参阅图1,本发明提供的遥控器的壳体组件实施例包括壳体11、盖体12。
参阅图2,壳体11上设有开口111,在本实施例中,开口111为圆形开口且连通至壳体11内部,开口111包括从开口111延伸至壳体11内部的内壁112。
其中,开口111的内壁112设有第一卡合机构113,可选的,第一卡合机构113为弹性卡合机构。
共同图2及参阅图3,内壁112上设有开口1121,第一卡合机构113位于开口1121内且一端与内壁112固定连接,另一端在受到外力作用时,可相对于内壁112发生弹性形变,如图1所示,在受到外力作用时,第一卡合机构113可相对于内壁112向远离开口111的方向发生径向的弹性形变。
第一卡合机构113包括第一卡合部1131,第一卡合部1131设置于第一卡合机构113可发生弹性形变的一端,可选的,第一卡合部1131为卡槽,在其他实施例中,第一卡合部1131亦可是卡勾。
其中,第一卡合部1131的卡槽设有两个第一径向倾斜导引面1132及1133。
进一步地,第一卡合部1131的卡槽还设有止挡面1334。
其中,开口111的内壁112凹设有周向的引导槽114,引导槽114的一端设有出入口1141,另一端与第一卡合部1131的卡槽连接。
可选的,出入口1141的侧壁朝向壳体11外部一侧设有第一轴向倾斜导引面1142。
参阅图4,盖体12设有第二卡合机构121,且第二卡合机构121凹设于盖体12的周侧面。
具体地,盖体12包括中空本体122,中空本体122呈环形设置,第二卡合机构121固定于中空本体122且凸设于中空本体122的周侧面。
其中,第二卡合机构121包括第二卡合部1211,可选的,第二卡合
部1211为与第一卡合部1131配合的卡勾,在其他实施例中,当第一卡合部1131为卡槽时,第二卡合部1211也可以是与卡槽配合的卡勾。
可选的,第二卡合部1211的卡勾设有两个第二径向倾斜导引面1212及1213,进一步地,第二卡合机构121还设有第二轴向倾斜导引面1214。
在其他实施例中,第二卡合机构121也可以是弹性卡合机构,原理可与上述的第一卡合机构113作为弹性卡合机构的原理相同,在此不再赘述,同理,第一卡合机构113与第二卡合机构121也可同时为弹性卡合机构。
进一步地,盖体12还包括防尘罩123,防尘罩123罩设于中空本体122,且设有贯穿孔124。
其中,防尘罩123为弹性防尘罩,比如以橡胶制成的防尘罩。
此外,中空本体122或防尘罩上还设有受力部125,受力部125用于接受外力作用,在本实施例中,受力部125设置于中空本体122上。
进一步参阅图1,本实施例中的壳体组件进一步包括摇杆组件13,摇杆组件13包括第一杆体131及第二杆体132。
其中,第一杆体131一端固定于壳体11的开口111内,另一端经过开口111延伸至壳体11外部,且至少部分第一杆体131的直径小于盖体12的贯穿孔124的直径,第二杆体132一端具有轴向的安装孔(图中未示出)。
共同参阅图1至图9,盖体12在图1中所示虚线的方向使得第一杆体131穿过贯穿孔124并将盖体12旋入开口壳体11,如图5所示,旋转盖体12使得第二卡合机构121位于导向槽114的出入口1141处,此时,在如图所示的向右的旋入方向继续旋转盖体12时,出入口1141的侧壁朝向壳体11外部一侧设置的第一轴向倾斜导引面1142以及第二卡合机构121朝向壳体11内部一侧设置的第二轴向倾斜导引面1214相互抵顶,第二卡合机构121在该抵顶作用下,朝向壳体11内部旋入引导槽114,在其他实施例中,第一轴向倾斜导引面1142和第二轴向倾斜导引面1214可以只有其中一个,当只有第一轴向倾斜导引面1142时,第二卡合机构121在与第一轴向倾斜导引面1142相互抵顶的作用下朝向
壳体内部旋入引导槽114,当只有第二轴向倾斜导引面1214时,第二卡合机构121在第二轴向倾斜导引面1213与出入口1141侧壁相互抵顶的作用下朝向壳体内部旋入引导槽114;参阅图6,进一步在旋入方向旋转盖体12直至第二卡合机构121的第二卡合部1211与第一卡合机构113的第一卡合部1131接触,进而在继续旋转盖体12时,第一卡合部1131的卡槽面向第二卡合机构121旋入方向设置的第一径向倾斜导引面1132与第二卡合部1211的卡勾面向第一卡合机构113旋入方向设置的第二径向倾斜导引面1212相互抵顶,第一卡合机构113在该抵顶作用下向图6所示的上方发生弹性形变,进而使得第二卡合部1211的卡勾沿第一径向倾斜导引面1132相对移动而卡入第一卡合部1131的卡槽内,直至第一径向倾斜导引面1132与卡槽的止挡面1134接触并与止挡面1134抵顶以阻止盖体12继续旋入开口111,在其他实施例中,第一径向倾斜导引面1132与第二径向倾斜导引面1212可以只有一个,当只有第一径向倾斜导引面1132时,第一卡合机构113在第一径向倾斜导引面1132与盖体12周侧面相互抵顶下发生弹性形变,使得第二卡合部1211的卡勾沿第一径向倾斜导引面1132相对移动而卡入第一卡合部1131的卡槽,当只有第二径向倾斜导引面1212时,第一卡合机构113在第二径向倾斜导引面1212与开口111的内壁112相互抵顶下发生弹性形变,使得卡勾沿开口111的内壁112相对移动而卡入卡槽,此时,旋入过程结束,第二卡合机构121与第一卡合机构113卡合以使得盖体12盖设于壳体11的开口111;当盖体12的旋入过程结束时,将摇杆组件13的第二杆体132在图1中所示虚线的方向与第一杆体131连接,如图7所示,第一杆体131穿过盖体12的一端插入第二杆体132的安装孔,且保证第二杆体132具有安装孔的一端直径不小于盖体12上的贯穿孔124的直径,且与盖体12的距离满足防尘要求,以使得当第二杆体132安装完成之后,能够覆盖贯穿孔124,防止外界灰层通过贯穿孔124进入壳体11内部;在安装完成之后,可通过第二杆体132对摇杆组件13进行操作。
当需要将盖体12从壳体11的开口111分离时,可使用其他工具作用于受力部125旋转盖体12,如图8所示,向左受力以使得第一卡合部
1131与第二卡合部1211分离,此时,第一卡合部1131的卡槽面向第二卡合机构121的分离方向设置的第一径向倾斜导引面1133与第二卡合部1211的卡勾面向第一卡合机构113分离方向设置的第二径向倾斜导引面1213相互抵顶,第一卡合机构113在该抵顶作用下向图示方向的上方发生弹性形变,进而第二卡合部1211的卡勾沿第一径向倾斜导引面1133相对移动而与第一卡合部1131分离,在其他实施例中,第一径向倾斜导引面1133与第二径向倾斜导引面1213可以只有一个,当只有第一径向倾斜导引面1133时,第一卡合机构113在第一径向倾斜导引面1133与盖体12周侧面相互抵顶下发生弹性形变,使得第二卡合部1211的卡勾沿第一径向倾斜导引面1133相对移动而与卡槽分离,当只有第二径向倾斜导引面1213时,第一卡合机构113在第二径向倾斜导引面1213与开口111的内壁112相互抵顶下发生弹性形变,使得卡勾沿开口111的内壁112相对移动而与卡槽分离;在第二卡合部1211的卡勾与第一卡合部1131分离后,继续在分离方向旋转盖体12,当第二卡合机构121位于引导槽114的出入口1141时,如图9所示,第一轴向倾斜导引面1142与第二轴向倾斜导引面1214相互抵顶,第二卡合机构121在该抵顶作用下朝向壳体11外部一侧脱离引导槽114,使得盖体12轴向脱离开口111,在其他实施例中,第一轴向倾斜导引面1142和第二轴向倾斜导引面1214可以只有其中一个,当只有第一轴向倾斜导引面1142时,第二卡合机构121在与第一轴向倾斜导引面1142相互抵顶的作用下朝向壳体11外部脱离引导槽114,当只有第二轴向倾斜导引面1214时,第二卡合机构121在第二轴向倾斜导引面1214与出入口1141侧壁相互抵顶的作用下朝向壳体11外部分离引导槽114,使得盖体12轴向脱离开口111,此时分离过程结束,盖体12与壳体11分离。
区别于现有技术,本发明通过在壳体的开口的内壁设置第一卡合机构、盖体设置第二卡合机构且第一卡合机构和/或第二卡合机构是弹性卡合机构的方法,使得盖体与壳体通过第一卡合机构与第二卡合机构卡扣连接,且在受到外力作用时,第一卡合机构和/或第二卡合机构发生弹性形变而脱离卡合状态而相互分离,进而方便在盖体上安装用于防止灰尘
进入壳体的防尘罩,且在防尘罩需要跟换时,方便拆卸以跟换防尘罩,此外,当盖体不设置防尘罩时,方便盖体与壳体安装及拆卸以清除壳体内部灰尘。
本发明还提供了一种遥控器,该遥控器包括上述的壳体组件。

Claims (10)
- 一种遥控器的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述壳体组件包括:壳体,所述壳体上设有开口,所述开口的内壁设有第一卡合机构;盖体,所述盖体设有第二卡合机构,所述第二卡合机构与所述第一卡合机构卡合以使得所述盖体盖设于所述壳体的所述开口;其中,所述第一卡合机构或/和所述第二卡合机构为弹性卡合机构以在受到外力作用时,所述第一卡合机构和/或所述第二卡合机构发生弹性形变而脱离卡合状态,进而使得所述盖体与所述壳体可相互分离。
- 根据权利要求1所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第一卡合机构包括第一卡合部,所述第二卡合机构包括第二卡合部,所述第一卡合部为卡槽,所述第二卡合部为与所述卡勾配合的卡勾。
- 根据权利要求2所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述卡槽面向所述第二卡合机构的分离/旋入方向设有第一径向倾斜导引面,以在分离/旋入方向旋转所述盖体时,所述第一卡合机构在所述第一径向倾斜导引面和所述盖体周侧面相互抵顶下发生弹性形变,进而使得所述卡勾沿所述第一径向倾斜导引面相对移动而与所述卡槽分离/卡入所述卡槽。
- 根据权利要求2所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述卡勾面向所述第一卡合机构的分离/旋入方向设有第二径向倾斜导引面,以在分离/旋入方向旋转所述盖体时,所述第一卡合机构在所述第二径向倾斜导引面与所述开口的内壁相互抵顶下发生弹性形变,进而使得所述卡勾沿所述开口的内壁相对移动而与所述卡槽分离/卡入所述卡槽。
- 根据权利要求2所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第二卡合机构凸设于所述盖体周侧面,所述壳体的所述开口的内壁凹设有周向的引导槽,所述引导槽设有出入口,所述出入口的侧壁朝向所述壳体外部一侧设有第一轴向倾斜导引面,以在分离/旋入方向旋转所述盖体时,所述第二卡合机构在与所述第一轴向倾斜导引面相互抵顶下朝向所述壳体外部/内部一侧脱离/旋入所述引导槽,使得所述盖体轴向脱离/旋入所述开口。
- 根据权利要求2所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述第二卡合机构凸设于所述盖体周侧面,所述壳体的所述开口的内壁凹设有周向的引导槽,所述引导槽设有出入口,第二卡合机构朝向所述壳体内部一侧还设有第二轴向倾斜导引面,以在分离/旋入方向旋转所述盖体时,所述第二卡合机构在所述第二轴向倾斜导引面与所述引导槽的所述出入口侧壁相互抵顶下朝向所述壳体外部/内部一侧脱离/旋入所述引导槽,使得所述盖体轴向脱离/旋入所述开口。
- 根据权利要求6所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述卡槽还设有止挡面,当所述卡勾卡入所述卡槽内时,所述第二径向倾斜导引面与所述止挡面抵顶以阻止所述盖体继续旋入所述开口。
- 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述盖体包括中空本体,所述第二卡合机构固定于所述中空本体,所述壳体组件进一步包括摇杆组件,所述摇杆组件贯穿于所述中空本体,包括第一杆体和第二杆体,所述第一杆体一端固定于所述壳体的所述开口内,所述第二杆体一端具有轴向的安装孔,所述第一杆体的另一端穿过所述盖体的所述贯穿孔且插入所述第二杆体的安装孔,所述第二杆体具有所述安装孔的一端直径不小于所述贯穿孔的孔径,且与所述盖体的距离满足防尘要求。
- 根据权利要求8所述的壳体组件,其特征在于,所述盖体进一步包括防尘罩,所述防尘罩罩设于所述中空本体,所述防尘罩设有贯穿孔,所述中空本体或所述防尘罩上设有受力部,所述受力部用于接受所述外力作用。
- 一种遥控器,其特征在于,所述遥控器包括如权利要求9所述的壳体组件。
