Description

一种定子绕线出线张力检测控制装置及其方法 技术领域
本发明涉及定子绕线机技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种定子绕线出线张力检测控制装置及其方法。
背景技术
定子绕线机用于对电机定子缠绕线圈,在生产时,为获得较为稳定放线速度和较好的线圈紧密度,大都采用增加张紧装置的方式,然而目前使用的张紧装置并无实际可控数据,控制精度差,且难以自动化控制。
技术问题
本发明要解决的技术问题在于,针对现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种能对放线张力精确检测且能自动调节放线张力的定子绕线出线张力检测控制装置;
还提供了一种定子绕线出线张力检测控制方法。
技术解决方案
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
构造一种定子绕线出线张力检测控制装置,包括线圈安装座和检测板;其中,所述检测板上设置有斜向的检测轴;所述检测轴一端设置有导向轮,另一端设置有与所述导向轮同型号的平衡轮;所述检测轴正中间段与所述检测板通过扭力检测传感器连接;所述检测板上设置有接收所述扭力检测传感器检测数据的控制主机;所述线圈安装座上设置有调节所述线圈放线速度的调节机构;所述调节机构与所述控制主机电连接并受其控制。
本发明所述的定子绕线出线张力检测控制装置,其中,所述线圈安装座包括底板;所述调节机构为伺服电机;所述伺服电机固定设置在所述底板上,且活动端固定连接有转盘;所述转盘上设置有线圈固定件。
本发明所述的定子绕线出线张力检测控制装置,其中,所述线圈固定件包括与所述转盘固定连接的定位套筒和限位盘;所述限位盘下表面设置有与所述定位套筒对应的固定杆。
本发明所述的定子绕线出线张力检测控制装置,其中,所述底板上设置有支撑座,所述支撑座上设置有与所述转盘配合的转动轮。
本发明所述的定子绕线出线张力检测控制装置,其中,所述转盘下表面设置有与所述转动轮配合的环形轨道。
一种定子绕线出线张力检测控制方法,应用上述的定子绕线出线张力检测控制装置,其实现方法如下,线圈在所述线圈安装座上安装后,通过所述调节机构带动线圈放线,通过所述导向轮对线进行导向,所述扭力检测传感器感应所述检测轴受到的扭力值并将其发送至所述控制主机,当线的张力改变使得扭力检测值超出设定范围时,所述控制主机控制所述调节机构对线圈放线速度进行调整,使得放线更加稳定。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果在于:通过调节机构带动线圈放线,通过导向轮对线进行导向,扭力检测传感器感应检测轴受到的扭力值并将其发送至控制主机,当线的张力改变使得扭力检测值超出设定范围时,控制主机控制调节机构对线圈放线速度进行调整,放线张力检测精确度高,且自动控制放线张力效果好;整体结构简单,成本低。

本发明较佳实施例的定子绕线出线张力检测控制装置如图1所示,同时参阅图2,包括线圈安装座(图中未标识)和检测板2;检测板2上设置有斜向的检测轴20;检测轴20一端设置有导向轮200,另一端设置有与导向轮200同型号的平衡轮201;检测轴20正中间段与检测板2通过扭力检测传感器21连接;检测板2上设置有接收扭力检测传感器21检测数据的控制主机22;线圈安装座(图中未标识)上设置有调节线圈放线速度的调节机构10;调节机构10与控制主机22电连接并受其控制;通过调节机构10带动线圈放线,通过导向轮200对线进行导向,扭力检测传感器21感应检测轴2受到的扭力值并将其发送至控制主机22,当线的张力改变使得扭力检测值超出设定范围时,控制主机22控制调节机构10对线圈放线速度进行调整,放线张力检测精确度高,且自动控制放线张力效果好;整体结构简单,成本低。
如图1所示,线圈安装座(图中未标识)包括底板11;调节机构10为伺服电机10;伺服电机10固定设置在底板11上,且活动端固定连接有转盘12;转盘12上设置有线圈固定件13;调节方便,结构简单,成本低。
如图1所示,线圈固定件13包括与转盘12固定连接的定位套筒130和限位盘131;限位盘131下表面设置有与定位套筒130对应的固定杆132;便于适用不同尺寸线圈安装。
如图1所示,底板11上设置有支撑座110,支撑座110上设置有与转盘12配合的转动轮111;防止快速放线时出现倾斜,同时也能承载更大重量范围的线圈。
如图1所示,转盘12下表面设置有与转动轮111配合的环形轨道(图中未显示);进一步增强稳定性。
一种定子绕线出线张力检测控制方法,应用上述的定子绕线出线张力检测控制装置,如图1和图2所示,其实现方法如下,线圈在线圈安装座上安装后,通过调节机构10带动线圈放线,通过导向轮200对线进行导向,扭力检测传感器21感应检测轴2受到的扭力值并将其发送至控制主机22,当线的张力改变使得扭力检测值超出设定范围时,控制主机22控制调节机构10对线圈放线速度进行调整,放线张力检测精确度高,且自动控制放线张力效果好。
应当理解的是,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,而所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

  1. 一种定子绕线出线张力检测控制装置,包括线圈安装座和检测板;其特征在于,所述检测板上设置有斜向的检测轴;所述检测轴一端设置有导向轮,另一端设置有与所述导向轮同型号的平衡轮;所述检测轴正中间段与所述检测板通过扭力检测传感器连接;所述检测板上设置有接收所述扭力检测传感器检测数据的控制主机;所述线圈安装座上设置有调节所述线圈放线速度的调节机构;所述调节机构与所述控制主机电连接并受其控制。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的定子绕线出线张力检测控制装置,其特征在于,所述线圈安装座包括底板;所述调节机构为伺服电机;所述伺服电机固定设置在所述底板上,且活动端固定连接有转盘;所述转盘上设置有线圈固定件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的定子绕线出线张力检测控制装置,其特征在于,所述线圈固定件包括与所述转盘固定连接的定位套筒和限位盘;所述限位盘下表面设置有与所述定位套筒对应的固定杆。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的定子绕线出线张力检测控制装置,其特征在于,所述底板上设置有支撑座,所述支撑座上设置有与所述转盘配合的转动轮。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的定子绕线出线张力检测控制装置,其特征在于,所述转盘下表面设置有与所述转动轮配合的环形轨道。
  6. 一种定子绕线出线张力检测控制方法,应用权利要求1-5任一所述的定子绕线出线张力检测控制装置,其特征在于,实现方法如下,线圈在所述线圈安装座上安装后,通过所述调节机构带动线圈放线,通过所述导向轮对线进行导向,所述扭力检测传感器感应所述检测轴受到的扭力值并将其发送至所述控制主机,当线的张力改变使得扭力检测值超出设定范围时,所述控制主机控制所述调节机构对线圈放线速度进行调整,使得放线更加稳定。
