为使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及具体实施方式,对本发明进行进一步的详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用以解释本发明,并不限定本发明的保护范围。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固设于”、“设置于”或“安设于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中 元件;一个元件与另一个元件固定连接的具体方式可以通过现有技术实现,在此不再赘述,优选采用螺纹连接的固定方式。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施方式的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。本文所使用的术语“及/或”包括一个或多个相关的所列项目的任意的和所有的组合。
本发明中所述“第一”、“第二”不代表具体的数量及顺序,仅仅是用于名称的区分。
如图1至图3所示,为本发明展示的一种实施例的推拉式防护门,包括:第一门架机构100,所述第一门架机构100包括第一门框架110、设置于所述第一门框架110上的第一导滑装置120、及与所述第一导滑装置120滑动配合的第一推拉门组130,所述第一推拉门组130包括间隔设置的第一推拉门131和第二推拉门132;及第二门架机构200,所述第二门架机构200包括第二门框架210、设置于所述第二门框架210上的第二导滑装置220、及与所述第二导滑装置220滑动配合的第二推拉门组230,所述第二推拉门组230包括间隔设置的第三推拉门231和第四推拉门232;其中,所述第一推拉门131与所述第三推拉门231正对、且可相对打开或闭合;所述第二推拉门132与所述第四推拉门232正对、且可相对打开或闭合。
上述推拉式防护门通过在第一门框架110上安装第一导滑装置120,并在第一导滑装置120上滑动配合的安装第一推拉门组130,之后在第二门框架210上安装第二导滑装置220,并在第二导滑装置220上滑动配合的安装第二推拉门组230。其中,第一推拉门组130包括件设置的第一推拉门131和第二 推拉门132,第二推拉门组230包括间隔设置的第三推拉门231和第四推拉门232,使用时,通过第一推拉门131与第三推拉门231的相对打开或闭合、第二推拉门132与第四推拉门232的相对打开或闭合,可以实现双侧开门,有利于提升防护门的使用性能,提升加工设备的使用便利性,结构简单,操作方便,同时还可以实现优良的防护性能。
需要说明的是,第一门架机构100和第二门架机构200为完全相同的结构,因而可以大大降低制造难度和成本。可选的,第一、二门框架均由两个竖板和两个横板拼装而成,第一推拉门131、第二推拉门132相互平行且间隔的设置于第一门框架110上,第三推拉门231、第四推拉门232相互平行且间隔的设置于第二门框架210上,当防护门处于关闭状态时,第一门框架110和第二门框架210为镜像布置的U型构件。第一、二、三、四推拉门围城的区域为机加工区域,因而能形成全周向的防护作用,避免加工金属屑、工装件等飞溅而发生的安全事故。
请参照图2和图3,在一个实施例中,还包括第一推拉把手700,所述第一推拉把手700设置于所述第一推拉门131上、并位于背离所述第二推拉门132的一侧;和/或所述第一推拉把手700设置于所述第二推拉门132上并位于背离所述第一推拉门131的一侧。如此通过第一推拉扳手便于使用者打开或关闭第一、二推拉门,有利于提升推拉式防护门的使用便利性和体验感。还包括第二推拉把手800,所述第二推拉把手800设置于所述第三推拉门231上、并位于背离所述第四推拉门232的一侧;和/或所述第二推拉把手800设置于所述第四推拉门232上、并位于背离所述第三推拉门231的一侧。如此通过第二推拉把手800便于使用者打开或关闭第三、四推拉门,有利于提升推拉式防护门的使用便利性和体验感。
如图4所示,此外,所述第一导滑装置120包括第一导杆123、设置于所述第一门框架110上的第一轴承座121、及设置于所述第一轴承座121上的第一轴承件122件,所述第一导杆123的一端与所述第一轴承件122嵌套且滑动配合、另一端与所述第一推拉门131和/或所述第二推拉门132连接。因而通过第一导杆123与第一轴承件122的滑动配合,在第一导杆123的带动下可以实现第一推拉门131和/或第二推拉门132按预设轨迹进行平稳、顺滑移动,操作体验感好。其中,第一轴承座121用于安装固定第一轴承件122,且承载第一导杆123和第一、二推拉门的重量,对两个推拉门的移动形成稳固支撑。
如图5所示,进一步地,所述第二导滑装置220包括第二导杆223、设置于所述第二门框架210上的第二轴承座221、及设置于所述第二轴承座221上的第二轴承件222件,所述第二导杆223的一端与所述第二轴承件222嵌套且滑动配合、另一端与所述第三推拉门231和/或所述第四推拉门232连接。因而通过第二导杆223与第二轴承件222的滑动配合,在第二导杆223的带动下可以实现第三推拉门231和/或第四推拉门232按预设轨迹进行平稳、顺滑移动,操作体验感好。其中,第二轴承座221用于安装固定第二轴承件222,且承载第二导杆223和第三、四推拉门的重量,对两个推拉门的移动形成稳固支撑。
请参照图1,更进一步地,所述第一推拉门131和所述第二推拉门132均包括第一滑动立柱300,所述第一滑动立柱300上可转动设置有第一滚轮310;所述第三推拉门231和所述第四推拉门232均包括第二滑动立柱400,所述第二滑动立柱400上可转动设置有第二滚轮410。因而通过分别在一滑动立柱和第二滑动立柱400上可转动安装第一滚轮310和第二滚轮410,不仅可以实现 对第一、二推拉门和第三、四推拉门的支撑,同时还可以降低移动摩擦阻力,避免在打开或关闭滑动时与下方的底面板或机床床身发生划伤。
如图2所示,此外,上述推拉式防护门还包括第一防撞件500和第二防撞件600,所述第一防撞件500设置于所述第一滑动立柱300上,所述第二防撞件600设置于所述第二滑动立柱400上并与所述第一防撞件500相对,且所述第一防撞件500与所述第二防撞件600可抵压配合。因而通过在第一滑动立柱300上安装第一防撞件500,在第二滑动立柱400上与第一防撞件500相对的位置安装第二防撞件600,当第一推拉门131与第三推拉门231、第二推拉门132与第四推拉门232相互关闭时,可以起到良好的缓冲和保护作用,避免硬对硬的直接碰撞而发生形变或撞伤,影响使用寿命。具体的,第一防撞件500和第二防撞件600均为塑胶、木头等偏软材质制作的块体或长条体。
如图1所示,在上述实施例的基础上,还包括第一安全开关900和第二安全开关1000,所述第一安全开关900设置于所述第一门框架110上、并与所述第一推拉门131和/或所述第二推拉门132可锁固配合;所述第二安全开关1000设置于所述第二门框架210上、并与所述第三推拉门231和/或所述第四推拉门232可锁固配合。因而通过第一安全开关900和第二安全开关1000可长时间可靠锁固四个推拉门,避免在加工状态下,他人误开启防护门造成意外伤害。例如,当加工设备需要处于长时间持续加工时,可通过锁止第一、二安全开关,使第一、三推拉门和第二、四推拉门长时间处于贴合的关闭状态,可防止他人意外打开防护门发生安全隐患。
请参照图3,另一实施例中,还包括第一急停开关1100和第二急停开关1200,所述第一急停开关1100设置于所述第一门框架110上、并与所述第一推拉门131和/或所述第二推拉门132可限位配合;所述第二急停开关1200设 置于所述第二门框架210上、并与所述第三推拉门231和/或所述第四推拉门232可限位配合。当发生紧急安全情况下,例如他人突然打开防护门时,通过第一急停开关1100和第二急停开关1200可在任意时刻快速锁止防护门,避免安全事故的发生,提升使用可靠性。
本发明还提供一种加工设备,其包括机床本体和如上所述推拉式防护门,所述推拉式防护门围设于所述机床本体的加工区域的外部。使用时,通过第一推拉门131与第三推拉门231的相对打开或闭合、第二推拉门132与第四推拉门232的相对打开或闭合,可以实现双侧开门,有利于提升防护门的使用性能,提升加工设备的使用便利性,结构简单,操作方便,同时还可以实现优良的防护性能,而且外形美观。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种推拉式防护门,其特征在于,包括:
    第一门架机构,所述第一门架机构包括第一门框架、设置于所述第一门框架上的第一导滑装置、及与所述第一导滑装置滑动配合的第一推拉门组,所述第一推拉门组包括间隔设置的第一推拉门和第二推拉门;及
    第二门架机构,所述第二门架机构包括第二门框架、设置于所述第二门框架上的第二导滑装置、及与所述第二导滑装置滑动配合的第二推拉门组,所述第二推拉门组包括间隔设置的第三推拉门和第四推拉门;
    其中,所述第一推拉门与所述第三推拉门正对、且可相对打开或闭合;所述第二推拉门与所述第四推拉门正对、且可相对打开或闭合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的推拉式防护门,其特征在于,所述第一导滑装置包括第一导杆、设置于所述第一门框架上的第一轴承座、及设置于所述第一轴承座上的第一轴承件,所述第一导杆的一端与所述第一轴承件嵌套且滑动配合、另一端与所述第一推拉门和/或所述第二推拉门连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的推拉式防护门,其特征在于,所述第二导滑装置包括第二导杆、设置于所述第二门框架上的第二轴承座、及设置于所述第二轴承座上的第二轴承件,所述第二导杆的一端与所述第二轴承件嵌套且滑动配合、另一端与所述第三推拉门和/或所述第四推拉门连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的推拉式防护门,其特征在于,所述第一推拉门和所述第二推拉门均包括第一滑动立柱,所述第一滑动立柱上可转动设置有第一滚轮;所述第三推拉门和所述第四推拉门均包括第二滑动立柱,所述第二滑动立柱上可转动设置有第二滚轮。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的推拉式防护门,其特征在于,还包括第一防撞 件和第二防撞件,所述第一防撞件设置于所述第一滑动立柱上,所述第二防撞件设置于所述第二滑动立柱上并与所述第一防撞件相对,且所述第一防撞件与所述第二防撞件可抵压配合。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的推拉式防护门,其特征在于,还包括第一推拉把手,所述第一推拉把手设置于所述第一推拉门上、并位于背离所述第二推拉门的一侧;和/或所述第一推拉把手设置于所述第二推拉门上并位于背离所述第一推拉门的一侧。
  7. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的推拉式防护门,其特征在于,还包括第二推拉把手,所述第二推拉把手设置于所述第三推拉门上、并位于背离所述第四推拉门的一侧;和/或所述第二推拉把手设置于所述第四推拉门上、并位于背离所述第三推拉门的一侧。
  8. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的推拉式防护门,其特征在于,还包括第一安全开关和第二安全开关,所述第一安全开关设置于所述第一门框架上、并与所述第一推拉门和/或所述第二推拉门可锁固配合;所述第二安全开关设置于所述第二门框架上、并与所述第三推拉门和/或所述第四推拉门可锁固配合。
  9. 根据权利要求1至5任一项所述的推拉式防护门,其特征在于,还包括第一急停开关和第二急停开关,所述第一急停开关设置于所述第一门框架上、并与所述第一推拉门和/或所述第二推拉门可限位配合;所述第二急停开关设置于所述第二门框架上、并与所述第三推拉门和/或所述第四推拉门可限位配合。
  10. 一种加工设备,其特征在于,包括机床本体和如上述权利要求1至9任一项所述推拉式防护门,所述推拉式防护门围设于所述机床本体的加工区 域的外部。
