人们在雾霾等污染天气中户外活动时,通常选择佩戴口罩。但口罩主要是靠罩面来过滤空气,污染物被拦截到口罩上,而空气的流动主要依靠人体肺部的呼吸提供动力。目前的口罩存在通透性及净化效果两大矛盾关系。通透性好的过滤效果不佳,只能将空气中较大的颗粒物滤掉;过滤效果好的通透性太差,长时间佩戴会感觉憋闷、呼吸不畅。因此现有的口罩无法有效解决人们在雾霾等污染天气外出时的空气净化及呼吸问题。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,提出了本发明以便提供一种克服上述问题或者至少部分地解决上述问题的一种空气净化装置面罩。
本发明实施例提供一种空气净化装置面罩,包括:罩壳、安装在所述罩壳的两侧可旋转连接件、与所述可旋转连接件连接的气体通道和出气口;所述可旋转连接件包括:
旋转轴,安装在罩壳上预留的安装孔处,所述旋转轴中空且通过连接口连通气体通道;
顶端密封外壳,安装在旋转轴外端,实现气密性密封;
进气端,安装在所述旋转轴内端并设置有进气口,用于将洁净空气导入气体通道;
安装在所述旋转轴和进气端之间的大密封圈和小密封圈。
在一些可选的实施例中,所述进气端与旋转轴连接的一端中空,另一端密封。
在一些可选的实施例中,上述空气净化装置面罩,还包括:
面罩固定组件,安装在所述顶端密封壳体一端,或安装在所述进气端密封的一端;将空气净化装置面罩固定在使用者的头部。
在一些可选的实施例中,所述进气端与旋转轴连接的一端中空,另一端连接面罩固定组件并通过所述面罩固定组件实现密封。
在一些可选的实施例中,上述空气净化装置面罩,还包括:所述面罩固定组件与进气端之间的弹簧顶珠。
在一些可选的实施例中,上述空气净化装置面罩,还包括:
旋转轴承,安装在所述旋转轴和罩壳之间。

罩壳,用于分隔使用者鼻腔附近环境与外界环境;
可旋转连接件,安装在所述罩壳的两侧,具有将洁净空气导入气体通道的进气口;
安装在所述罩壳两侧的两个气体通道,每个气体通道的一端与所述可旋转连接件气密性连接,另一端连接出气口;
所述出气口与罩壳之间固定连接或通过方向调节机构连接,使洁净空气导出至使用者的鼻腔附近;
所述方向调节机构,使出气口可相对罩壳旋转,调节出气口的出气方向。
在一些可选的实施例中,所述方向调节机构包括第一固定件、旋转轴和第二固定件;
第一固定件安装在罩壳上,包括第一凸出端,第一凸出端有第一轴孔;
第二固定件安装在出气口上,包括第二凸出端,第二凸出端有第二轴孔;
旋转轴,安装在第一轴孔和第二轴孔中,使第一固定件和第二固定件可实现相对旋转。

所述紧箍带的两端分别穿过所述穿带孔,通过所述齿条和齿盘的配合,向内移动所述连接带缩小所述紧箍带形成的固定圈的周长;
通过旋转所述调节旋钮,所述连接带向外移动,扩大所述紧箍带形成的固定圈的周长。
在一个实施例中,所述调节部件为抽拉调节结构时,所述调节部件为锁紧卡,设在所述紧箍带上,调整所述锁紧卡卡在所述紧箍带上的位置调节所述紧箍带形成的固定圈的周长。

为了解决现有技术中存在的雾霾等污染天气外出时的空气净化及呼吸问题,以及使用口罩解决该问题时存在的通透性及净化效果两大矛盾关系的问题,本发明实施例提供一种空气净化装置面罩,能够保证顺畅呼吸,不憋闷的同时,将净化好的洁净空气更好地提供给使用者。
实施例一
本发明实施例一提供一种空位净化装置面罩,其立体结构如图1所示,侧面视图如图2所示,该面罩包括:罩壳21、可旋转连接件22、气体通道23、出气口24。
罩壳21,用于分隔使用者鼻腔附近环境与外界环境。
可旋转连接件22,安装在罩壳21的两侧,具有将洁净空气导入气体通道23的进气口221。
安装在罩壳21两侧的两个气体通道23,每个气体通道23的一端与可旋转连接件22气密性连接,另一端连接出气口24。
出气口24与罩壳21之间固定连接或通过方向调节机构28连接,使洁净空气导出至使用者的鼻腔附近。
方向调节机构28,使出气口24可相对罩壳21旋转,调节出气口21的出气方向。
其中,方向调节机构28在图1中被出气口24遮挡,未明显显露出来。
图1和图2所示的面罩,可选的可以包括:罩壳21、安装在罩壳21的两侧可旋转连接件22、与可旋转连接件22连接的气体通道23和出气口24;其中,可旋转连接件22包括:
旋转轴224,安装在罩壳21上预留的安装孔处,旋转轴224中空且通过连接口连通气体通道23。
顶端密封外壳225,安装在旋转轴224外端,实现气密性密封。
进气端226,安装在旋转轴224内端并设置有进气口221,用于将洁净空气导入气体通道23;
安装在旋转轴224和进气端226之间的大密封圈223和小密封圈222。
本发明实施例一提供的上述图1和图2所示的空气净化装置面罩,实现将输入的洁净空气输出至使用者面部的鼻腔附近。
如图1所示的,上述面罩通过罩壳21实现将使用者面前部分区域与外界环境隔离开,洁净空气进入罩壳内部空间,不会与外界不洁净空气混合。其中,罩壳可以和面部贴合实现相对比较密封的隔离,也可以距离面部一定距离,面罩只是起到一定的分隔作用,而非比较密封的隔离。
罩壳21的两侧分别设置有安装可旋转连接件22的位置,比如安装孔或其他安装方式,可旋转连接件22安装在罩壳21上,可以实现将空气净化装置净化后通过通气导管输出的洁净空气导入气体通道23,通气导管可以与进气口221气密性连接,实现洁净空气的导入。
上述空气净化装置面罩各部分的具体可选实现方案描述如下:
可选的,可旋转连接件22的进气端226与旋转轴224连接的一端中空,另一端密封。这种情况下,可旋转连接件两端都是密封的,通过进气口221和中空结构将洁净空气导入气体通道23。这种情况下,面罩固定组件(图1和图2中未示出),安装在顶端密封壳体225一端,或安装在进气端226密封的一端;将空气净化装置面罩固定在使用者的头部。面罩固定组件安装在顶端密封壳体223一端时,可以整个面罩固定组件的紧箍带均位于罩壳21外面,也可以整个面罩固定组件的紧箍带两端位于罩壳21外面,中间部分位于罩壳21里面,通过在罩壳21上开设穿带孔实现。
可选的,进气端226与旋转轴224连接的一端中空,另一端连接面罩固定组件并通过面罩固定组件实现密封。这种情况下,面罩固定组件安装在罩壳内,并与可旋转连接件22连接。
通过可旋转连接件22面罩固定组件与罩壳之间实现活动链接,从而罩壳21可相对面罩固定组件翻转。
优选的,面罩固定组件与进气端226之间可以设置弹簧顶珠25。
优选的,旋转轴224和罩壳21之间安装旋转轴承,从而使旋转操作的更方便省力,减少摩擦磨损。
如图1所示的,上述罩壳21,用于将使用者鼻腔附近环境与外界环境隔离,即通过面罩分隔使用者鼻腔附近环境与外界环境。面罩通过罩壳21实现将使用者面前部分区域与外界环境隔离开,洁净空气进入罩壳内部空间,不会与外界不洁净空气混合。其中,罩壳可以和面部贴合实现相对比较密封的隔离,也可以距离面部一定距离,面罩只是起到一定的分隔作用,而非比较密封的隔离。
罩壳21的两侧分别设置有安装可旋转连接件22的位置,比如安装孔或其他安装方式,可旋转连接件22安装在罩壳21上,可以实现将空气净化装置净化后通过通气导管输出的洁净空气导入气体通道23,通气导管可以与进气口221气密性连接,实现洁净空气的导入。
气体通道23可以如图1所示的在罩壳两侧均设置,即设置两个气体通道23,在中间位置将洁净空气汇聚到出气口24。也可以仅在一侧设置一个气体通道23,将洁净空气引导至出气口24处,罩壳21一侧设置气体通道的面罩结构如图3A和图3B所示。每个气体通道23的一端与可旋转连接件22气密性连接,另一端连接出气口24。
气体通道23较优选的可以采用软管,但可选的也可以采用硬管,软管或硬管的一端连接可旋转连接件22,另一端连接出气口24。
可选的,除了气体通道23安装在罩壳上的方式外,气体通道还可以在罩壳21上直接开设,在加工时,可以与罩壳21一体成型,这种结构也可以仅在罩壳21的一侧设置一个气体通道23,也可以在两侧各设置一个气体通道23,即设置两个气体通道23。即在罩壳21上两侧开设两个气体通道23或在罩壳21上一侧开设一个气体通道23,气体通道23的一端与可旋转连接件22气密性连接,另一端连接出气口。
气体通道23一端连接进气口221,另一端连接出气口24。出气口24上可以设置若干出气孔,将洁净空气导出至罩壳21所形成的空间中,具体是使用者的鼻腔附近。
为了保证气密性连接,可旋转连接件22的进气口221中也有一部分气体通道,保证气体从进气口221进入后,能够顺利进入气体通道23中。如图1所示的,可旋转连接件22位于罩壳21内部的一端是通过罩壳固定组件27来实现密封的,当然也可以是可旋转连接件22位于罩壳21内部的一端与位于罩壳21外部的一端类似,是顶端密封的,罩壳固定组件27不起密封作用,仅与可旋转连接件22连接,实现能够相对于罩壳21翻转。可选的,若罩壳固定组件27设置在罩壳21外部的时候,可旋转连接件22位于罩壳21外部的一端可以通过罩壳固定组件27来实现密封,也可以不起密封作用,仅与可旋转连接件22连接,实现能够相对于罩壳21翻转。
气体通道23是闭合的,可以是闭合的环形气体通道,也可以是具有至少两个封堵的末端的闭合气体通道。气体通道23连接出气口24将输入的洁净空气输出至朝向使用者面部的一侧时在面罩内形成气幕。
可选的,出气口24可以设计成火山口形状,以利于增强气压,也可以设计成圆形、椭圆形等其他形状。
出气口24上可以设置若干的出气孔241,将经过空气净化装置本体的空气输出到面罩内侧,在使用者面部形成一定速度和方向的送风气流(即气幕),通过该送风气流将面罩外部空气隔开,形成防止面罩内外空气交换的气体屏障。这种送风气流具有持续平稳和均匀的特点,因此,一方面使用者佩戴舒适,没有憋闷的感觉,另外一方面,这种送风气流比较自然柔和。
可选的,出气口24上的出气孔241依据出气口的形状按照预设的排列规律分布,尽可能地增大出气面积,出气口24上的出气孔241按照各自设定的角度设置。通过对出气孔241的角度设置,使得喷洒出的洁净空气更均匀,覆盖范围合理。比如:出气孔241与出气口24的中心线成设定的角度设置。
通常的,各出气孔241的轴与出气口24的中轴线是平行的,参见图1、图3A、图3B中的出风口24。在能够提供足够的风量时,此种结构可以扩大洁净空气的保护面积,更能满足不同用户的需求。此外,各出气孔轴线方向相同更利于模具制作和产品生产。
进一步优选的,出气口24上的出气孔241,位置靠外的出气孔与出气口中轴线的角度大于位置靠里的出气孔与中轴线的角度,进一步扩大洁净空气的覆盖范围。
可选的,出气口24上的出气孔241可以选择下列形状的气孔中的至少一种:长条形气孔、缝隙状气孔、方形气孔、圆形气孔、椭圆形气孔。比如:长条形的出气口或缝隙状出气口可以使面罩2内的气流更加均匀,形成的气幕空气流速平稳,不容易给使用者造成面部冷风吹拂的感觉。各种形状的出气口各有优势,比如,出气口241设计成圆形,可以利于排除洁净气体,减少阻力。
可选的,如图4和图5所示的出气口结构,出气口24可以相对气体通道23内凸设计, 使洁净空气能够更近距离的输出到使用者鼻腔附近。如图4和图5所示的,相对于罩壳21,向罩壳内侧凸起。
可选的,如图4所示的,出气口24处的气体通道的腔体厚度大于气体通道其他部位的腔体厚度,从而对气体通道输送过来的洁净空气气流经行缓冲,减缓通过出气孔24输出的洁净空气的气流压力。
可选的,如图5所示的,出气口24处的气体通道的腔体厚度与气体通道其他部位的腔体厚度基本相同,从而保证气流压力,使通过出气孔24输出的洁净空气更充裕。
可选的,如图6和图7所示的出气口结构,出气口24也可以相对气体通道23外凹设计,使洁净空气能够更好的输出到使用者鼻腔附近,并且通过外凹设计减少气流对使用者面部的冲击力。如图6和图7所示的,相对于罩壳21,向罩壳外侧凹陷。
可选的,如图6所示的,出气口24处的气体通道的腔体厚度大于气体通道其他部位的腔体厚度,从而对气体通道输送过来的洁净空气气流经行缓冲,减缓通过出气孔24输出的洁净空气的气流压力。
可选的,如图7所示的,出气口24处的气体通道的腔体厚度与气体通道其他部位的腔体厚度基本相同,从而保证气流压力,使通过出气孔24输出的洁净空气更充裕。
可选的,出气口24处设置气体导流部26,用于将气流引导至出气孔方向。如图5和图7中所示虚线部分,通过引导气流,减少气流紊乱的可能性。图4和图6中虽然未示出,但其出气口也可以设置类似的气体导流部。气体导流部可以如图4和图6所示的,设置成中间凸起的结构,凸起位于出气口中央位置,也可以根据需求设置成需要的形状。
上述方向调节机构28的一种可选结构如图8所示,包括第一固定件281、旋转轴282和第二固定件283。
第一固定件281安装在罩壳21上,包括第一凸出端2811,第一凸出端2811有第一轴孔2812。
第二固定件283安装在出气口24上,包括第二凸出端2831,第二凸出端2831有第二轴孔2832;
旋转轴282,安装在第一轴孔2812和第二轴孔2832中,使第一固定件281和第二固定件283可实现相对旋转。
上述方向调节机构28的另一种可选结构如图9所示,包括第一连接部286和第二连接部287;
第一连接部286安装在罩壳21上,包括与第二连接部287配合的球形空心结构2861。
第二连接部287安装在出气口24上,包括与第一连接部286配合的球形结构2871,球形结构2871与球形空心结构2861配合,实现第一连接部286和第二连接部287的相对旋转。
优选的,上述方向调节机构28在出气口24两端的每一端各设置一个,或方向调节机构28在出气口24中间位置设置至少一个。
优选的,出气口24与罩壳21之间固定连接或通过方向调节机构连接,方向调节机构使出气口24可相对罩壳21旋转,调节出气口21的出气方向。
优选的,出气口24和面罩21固定连接时,通过粘合的方式固定连接,或通过铆接的方式实现固定连接。
可选的,罩壳21上设置下列涂层中至少一个:防雾涂层、防紫外线涂层、防辐射涂层、 防晒涂层。
比如:面罩2至少部分区域设有防雾层,面罩2至少部分区域还设有防紫外线层。面罩面向使用者面部的一面还具有内侧涂层,背向使用者的一面还具有外侧涂层,内侧涂层包括防雾涂层,外侧涂层包括防紫外线涂层。设置防雾涂层的作用,可以避免使用者在佩戴过程中在面罩上形成哈气,影响使用者视线;防紫外线涂层,可以保护使用者在室外环境中使用时面部免受紫外线伤害。在面罩的内侧涂层或外侧涂层还可以包括其他防辐射涂层、防晒涂层等。
本发明提供的空气净化装置面罩可以直接佩戴在使用者面部,经过空气净化主体净化后的空气输出至面罩内部空间,在面罩内形成气幕,为使用者提供净化后的空气,有效阻止外部未净化的空气进入面罩,保证使用者呼吸到净化后的空气,不影响使用者的正常呼吸,同时适用于室内和室外环境。
可选的,上述空气净化装置面罩还包括:面罩固定组件;面罩固定组件与罩壳21之间活动连接,使罩壳21能够相对面罩21固定组件翻转。例如,可以是,所述面罩本体能够向上、向左或者向右翻转,从而将面罩本体移至使用者面部的上部、左部或者右部。
优选的,面罩固定组件与可旋转连接件22连接,通过可旋转连接件22实现相对罩壳21的旋转。可旋转的角度可以达到90度,甚至可以达到大于90度的旋转角度,在不设置旋转限位的情况下,其旋转角度,以旋转到面罩上的其他结构导致不能旋转为止,设置旋转限位的情况下,其可旋转的最大角度以旋转限位为准。
可选的,面罩固定组件的两端具有调节部件。例如,调节部件可以是设置在面罩固定组件上的紧箍带,紧箍带可以设置在远离面罩的一侧,紧箍带的一端间隔设有若干卡孔,另一端对应设置有若干突起,突起能够卡扣在卡孔内,通过调整紧箍带突起卡扣在不同的卡孔内调节紧箍带的长度。
可选的,面罩固定组件为具有一定弹性的弹性圈,例如在硅胶、塑料等材质中嵌入弹性钢片以形成弹性圈,或者该弹性圈本身整体采用弹性刚片等方式实现,通过弹性圈的弹性能够适应不同头围的使用者。
面罩固定组件可以位于面罩本体上端,用于将面罩固定佩戴在使用者面部,可以通过使用者的头部、耳部实现佩戴和固定。
面罩固定组件可以采用各种结构,例如采用与使用者头围相适配的结构,用于将面罩固定于使用者的头部。或者采用与使用者耳朵、鼻子相适配的结构,用于通过使用者的耳朵和鼻子将该面罩固定于使用者的头部。或者采用多角度固定的结构,在该结构中,同时包含与使用者头围和耳朵、鼻子等部位相适配的结构,能够利用人体的头部及头部上的各个器官进行固定的结构均可。

本发明实施例二提供一种空位净化装置面罩,该空气净化装置面罩通过紧箍带佩戴在使用者的头部,可以满足头型大小不同使用者的佩戴,可以调整松紧度,提高了使用者的舒适度。
其立体结构如图10所示,该面罩包括:罩壳11、可旋转连接件12、与该可旋转连接件12连接的气体通道13、出气口14和面罩固定组件15。
可旋转连接件12,安装在上述罩壳11的两侧,设有气体进气端;
面罩固定组件15包括:与可旋转连接件12连接的紧箍带,将罩壳11固定在使用者的 头部;面罩固定组件15通过可旋转连接件12与罩壳11之间活动连接,使罩壳11能够相对面罩固定组件15翻转。
上述图10所示的空气净化装置面罩,实现将输入的洁净空气输出至使用者面部的鼻腔附近。
如图10所示的,上述面罩通过罩壳11实现将使用者面前部分区域与外界环境隔离开,洁净空气进入罩壳内部空间,不会与外界不洁净空气混合。
罩壳11的上设置有面罩固定组件15,通过可旋转连接件12与罩壳之间活动连接,使罩壳11能够相对面罩固定组件15翻转;罩壳从而可以移至使用者面部的上部。方便使用者佩戴在头部,面罩固定组件15包括:紧箍带;紧箍带可以安装在上述罩壳的两侧面上,比如通过安装孔或其他安装方式,与罩壳11活动连接。
如图10所示,还可以设计有包裹部16,用于固定保护软管与面罩的连接部,也可以去掉包裹,使软管与面罩的连接部外露。
本发明提供的空气净化装置面罩可以直接佩戴在使用者面部,经过空气净化主体净化后的空气输出至面罩内部空间,在面罩内形成气幕,为使用者提供净化后的空气,有效阻止外部未净化的空气进入面罩,保证使用者呼吸到净化后的空气,不影响使用者的正常呼吸,同时适用于室内和室外环境。同时该空气净化装置面罩通过面罩固定组件佩戴在使用者的头部,可以满足头型大小不同使用者的佩戴,并且可以调整松紧度,提高了使用者的舒适度。
可选的,参照图11A所示,上述紧箍带的一端间隔设有若干卡孔,参照图11B所示,另一端设置有若干突起,上述突起能够卡扣在上述卡孔内,通过将紧箍带突起卡扣在不同的卡孔内调节紧箍带形成的固定圈周长,满足不同用户对松紧度的需求。
可选地,上述面罩固定组件15还包括调节部件,与上述紧箍带配合,实现调整紧箍带形成的固定圈长度;上述调节部件为下述结构中的至少一种:旋钮调节结构、抽拉调节结构、按钮调节结构,也可以是其他调节结构,本公开实施例对此不做限定,其他可实现调整松紧的调节部件均可。
可选地,参照图12所示,当上述调节部件为旋钮调节结构时,调节部件包括:齿盘31、连接带、设置在连接带中间的调节旋钮32和设置在连接带两端的穿带孔33;上述紧箍带两端上设有齿条34,与上述调节部件上的齿盘31配合;上述紧箍带的两端分别穿过上述穿带孔33,通过上述齿条34和齿盘31的配合,向内移动该连接带缩小紧箍带形成的固定圈的周长;通过旋转(逆时针或顺时针)上述调节旋钮32,上述连接带向外移动,扩大紧箍带形成的固定圈的周长。
进一步地,在实施过程中,可以通过顺时针旋转上述调节按钮32,上述连接带向内移动,缩小紧箍带形成的固定圈的周长,当松动紧箍带或摘取紧箍带时,通过逆时针旋转上述调节按钮31,上述连接带向外移动,从而扩大紧箍带形成的固定圈的周长。
或者可以通过逆时针旋转上述调节按钮32,上述连接带向内移动,缩小紧箍带形成的固定圈的周长,当松动紧箍带或摘取紧箍带时,通过顺时针旋转上述调节按钮31,上述连接带向外移动,从而扩大紧箍带形成的固定圈的周长。
在本实施例中,连接带内部设有中空仓,还可以将上述紧箍带两端穿过上述穿带孔33后,多余的部分隐藏在上述连接带的中空仓内。
本实施例中,紧箍带的两端上带有齿条34,调节旋钮32的轴连接齿盘31,使用时将 紧箍带从左右两端穿带孔33插入,然后调整到合适的尺寸固定住面罩部分。两侧单边锯齿设计,有利于紧固时快速操作,即插入时不需要操作旋转钮;当退出时因为上下均存在齿条,需要调节旋钮32以便松动紧箍带,本结构可以防止在佩戴过程中由于运动造成的松懈情况。
可选地,当上述调节部件为抽拉调节结构时,上述调节部件为锁紧卡,设在上述紧箍带上,调整上述锁紧卡卡在紧箍带上的位置调节上述紧箍带形成的固定圈的周长。本实施例中的调节部件比如可以参照相关技术中背包的背带调节等,通过调节锁紧卡的位置,抽拉背带可以实现背带所形成的固定圈的周长。
可选地,当上述调节部件为按钮调节结构时,可以参照图13所示,调节部件为按钮调节结构时,上述紧箍带的第一端41包括齿条,第二端42包括固定座43和定位突起46;所述固定座43上开有齿带孔44和调整按钮45;上述紧箍带带齿条的第一端41穿过齿带孔44,定位突起46与齿条配合实现卡紧,形成固定圈;通过调整按钮45,松开定位凸起对齿条的卡紧,调整所述固定圈的大小。
参照图10所示的包裹部16可以保护固定图1中的进气口221,当不设包裹部时,也可使进气口221外露。
可选的,参照图1和10所示,进气端226与旋转轴224连接的一端中空,另一端连接面罩固定组件并通过面罩固定组件实现密封。这种情况下,面罩固定组件安装在罩壳内,并与可旋转连接件22连接。通过可旋转连接件22面罩固定组件与罩壳之间实现活动链接,从而罩壳21可相对面罩固定组件翻转。
优选的,面罩固定组件与进气端226之间可以设置弹簧顶珠25。
优选的,旋转轴224和罩壳21之间安装旋转轴承,从而使旋转操作的更方便省力,减少摩擦磨损。
可选地,上述紧箍带材质可以为弹性(Polycarbonate,PC)塑料、(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene plastic,ABS)塑料、(Polyamide,PA)塑料,也可以是现有技术中的PC/ABS塑料、PA/ABS塑料。其中PC/ABS塑料,是聚碳酸酯和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物和混合物,是由聚碳酸酯(Polycarbonate)和聚丙烯腈(ABS)合金而成的热可塑性塑胶,兼顾两种材料的强度和韧性;也可以采用PA/ABS塑料,其材质冲击强度极高,热稳定性佳,抗化学腐蚀性优;又比如可以在紧箍带上内侧接触头部的表面使用PU皮包裹,内置海绵层,可以实现缓解该面罩对头部的挤压,从而提高了使用者的舒适度。
可选地,上述紧箍带表面还可以设有用于吸汗的纤维层,比如是丝、棉、麻等天然纤维。
优选地,上述紧箍带上,参照图12所示,还设有透气孔35,进一步提供使用者的舒适度。
实施例三:
本发明实施例三提供一种空气净化装置,其结构如图14和图15所示,其中图14是一个示意性的结构图,图15是一个立体结构示例图。该空气净化装置属于便携式的,包括空气净化装置本体1和面罩2。
空气净化装置本体1与空气净化装置面罩2之间气密性连接;空气净化装置本体1用于净化空气并将净化后的空气输出至面罩2;面罩2用于将输入的空气输出至使用者面部。
空气净化装置本体1的至少一个出气口3与面罩2上的至少一个进气口7之间通过通 气导管5连接。通气导管5包括进气端和出气端,通气导管5的进气端连接到空气净化装置本体的出气口,通气导管5的出气端与面罩2的进气口7相连接。
作为本实施例的一个可选的方式,可以是,空气净化装置本体1上具有至少一个出气口3,面罩2上设有气体通道4,气体通道4上设置有至少一个进气口7和出气口8,空气净化装置本体1的至少一个出气口3与气体通道4的至少一个进气口8气密性连接。在一个具体实施例中,面罩2上的气体通道4是闭合的,可以是闭合的环形气体通道,也可以是具有至少两个封堵的末端的闭合的气体通道。
具体来讲,可以是,面罩2的出气口8至少部分出气口可以同时出气。将输入的空气输出至使用者面部时在面罩内形成气幕。
可选的,面罩2的出气口8中至少部分出气孔可以同时出气,作为本实施例的一种优选方式,由哪些出气孔出气是可以调节的。
面罩2的若干出气孔将经过空气净化装置本体的空气输出到面罩内侧,在面罩朝向使用者面部的一侧形成一定速度和方向的送风气流(即气幕),通过该送风气流将面罩外部空气隔开,形成防止面罩内外空气交换的气体屏障。这种送风气流具有持续平稳和均匀的特点,因此,一方面使用者佩戴舒适,没有憋闷的感觉,另外一方面,这种送风气流比较自然柔和。
具体来讲,可以是,空气净化装置本体1的至少一个出气口3与气体通道4的至少一个进气口7之间通过通气导管5连接。通气导管5包括进气端和出气端,通气导管5的进气端连接到空气净化装置本体的出气口,通气导管5的出气端与面罩1的气体通道4的进气口7相连接。
本发明提供的便携式空气净化装置的面罩2直接佩戴在使用者面部,经过空气净化主体净化后的空气输出至面罩2,在面罩2内形成气幕,为使用者提供净化后的空气,有效阻止外部未净化的空气进入面罩2,保证使用者呼吸到净化后的空气,不影响使用者的正常呼吸,同时适用于室内和室外环境。
可选的,面罩设置有若干功能区,比如,将与使用者眼睛相对应的部位设置成部分遮挡光线的区域,使得使用者佩戴面罩后能够像佩戴墨镜一样,保护眼睛不受外界强光刺激;在面罩上设置LED显示屏,用于显示时间、环境温度、空气质量等信息。
作为本实施例的一个具体实施方式,可以是,空气净化装置还包括背带6,背带6连接到空气净化器本体1上。
具体来讲,可以是,背带6还包括用于调节整个背带长短的调节扣。本发明提供的便携式空气净化装置的空气净化装置本体1上连接有背带6,便于使用者携带,空气净化装置的背带6的长度可以调节,适用于不同身高、体型的使用者佩戴,不管是大人、小孩还是老人都可以根据自身的需要将背带调整到合适的长度。
可选的,通气导管5至少部分设置于背带6上;背带6的至少一末端与空气净化装置本体1的出气口3相连。
可选的,空气净化装置的通气导管5至少部分的包裹于背带6中;背带6的至少一个末端卡接于空气净化装置本体1的出气口3。
例如,背带6设置有中空的内腔,通气导管5至少部分的容纳于内腔,通气导管5可以从背带6中空的内腔的任一位置伸出,比如在背带6的空腔位置设置拉链,通过调整拉链上的拉锁位置,使得通气导管5从背带6的拉链上任一处伸出,从而连接到面罩2的气 体通道4的进气口,或者在背带6的空腔位置上设置若干纽扣,通过打开不同位置上的纽扣,使得通气导管从背带上纽扣打开的位置伸出。当然,其他能够使得通气导管5从背带6任一位置伸出的背带6均可。这种设计,在背带被调整的同时,通气导管的伸出位置也可以适应性的调整,给使用者佩戴提供方便的同时,保证了通气导管的气体畅通。本发明的空气净化装置的通气导管5也可以设置在背带6的一侧面,例如,可以将通气导管部分贴合于背带的外侧面设置。
在一个实施例中,通气导管包括:两段以上的可插接气管部件,每段可插接气管部件首尾具有相应的可插接结构。通气导管设置在背带上的那部分可设计为可拆分式的结构,可拆分式的结构可以包括多段可插接的气管部件,每段气管部件首尾具有相对应的结构,方便彼此组合和插接,这种结构设计,可以方便使用者根据自身情况,通过选择气管部件的数目,调节通气导管在背带上的长度,以适应不同身高、体型的使用者的佩戴需求。
可选的,将通气导管5的横截面做成与背带6相适应的形状,例如,圆形、椭圆形、扁圆形或者其他任何可与背带相适配的形状。
可选的,空气净化装置本体1设置有卡接口,背带6的至少一个末端设置有卡头,背带6的卡头能够卡接到空气净化装置本体1的卡接口上,本发明的空气净化装置的所述通气导管5的一端设置在背带6的卡头处,空气净化装置本体1的出气口3设置在卡接口处,使得背带6卡接到空气净化装置本体1上时,通气导管5与空气净化装置本体1的出气口相连接。
将通气导管5置于背带6上,可以防止外力对通气导管5的压迫或拉伸造成损坏;将空气净化装置本体1与背带6和面罩2可分开的设计,使得空气净化装置本体1可以作为单独的空气净化器使用于较小空间的空气净化,例如汽车等密闭空间;还方便使用者在不使用时将空气净化装置本体1和面罩2拆开携带。
上述图15所示的空气净化装置还包括有面罩固定组件9,用于将面罩固定在使用者的头部。
作为本实施例的一个具体实施方式,参照图14所示,可以是,空气净化装置本体1包括:空气净化部、处理器和无线信号通信模块;无线通信模块用于通过无线方式接收空气净化的指令,并通告处理器;
处理器,用于根据空气净化的指令,控制空气净化部工作。
本发明提供的便携式空气净化装置的无线通信模块可以采用例如蓝牙、WIFI、3G和无线射频识别(Radio Frequency Identification,RFID)等不同的无线通信方式与空气净化装置的控制设备无线连接,控制设备可以是单独的遥控器、手机、平板电脑等终端,无线通信模块接收其他终端发出的控制指令,并将控制指令传送到空气净化装置的处理器,处理器根据控制指令控制空气净化部启动,也可以通过控制指令控制空气净化部的停止,使用者还可以根据佩戴时的面部感受或者呼吸时的感受进行调节空气净化部的工作状态。
作为本实施例的一个具体实施方式,可以是,空气净化装置还包括一个容置空气净化装置本体1和/或面罩2的包。根据空气净化装置的本体1和面罩2的结构配置一个可以装载空气净化装置本体1和/或面罩2的包,方便使用者携带和收纳空气净化装置本体1和/或面罩2。本发明实施例提供的空气净化装置为使用者个人用品,将空气净化装置本体和/或面罩放置于包内,可以防止外界环境的污染,保持空气净化装置本体和/或面罩的清洁卫生,方便使用者个体重复使用。
作为本实施例的一个具体实施方式,可以是,空气净化装置本体1上设置有可拆卸的固定部件。固定部件可以设置成可拆卸的方式安装在空气净化装置本体1上。使用者在空气净化装置没有设置背带或者不便使用背带时,可以通过固定部件来固定或携带空气净化装置。
在一个实施例中,可以是,空气净化装置本体1包括壳体,可拆卸的固定部件可以是设置于空气净化装置本体1壳体上的各种固定夹、磁吸结构等。
上述固定夹能够以自身的固定轴为中心旋转,可以方便的将空气净化装置本体以不同的角度固定。
在一个实施例中,可以是,壳体上设置有可拆卸的端盖。本发明提供的便携式空气净化装置的壳体设置有端盖,方便打开壳体对壳体内部进行检查或更换壳体内部件。可以在空气净化装置本体的壳体正面设置进气部,进气部包括多个在壳体上规则排列的进气孔。
空气净化装置本体还包括鼓风机,鼓风机通过空气净化装置本体的进气部将外界环境中的空气输送到空气净化装置的空气净化部。
空气净化装置本体还包括设置在空气净化装置本体上的风量调节按钮和USB充电接口,使用者可以通过风量调节按钮对空气净化装置本体的进出风风量进行调节;USB充电接口可以方便地为空气净化装置本体重复充电。
空气净化装置本体的空气净化部包括设置在空气净化装置壳体内的空气过滤纸,空气过滤纸包括以下滤纸中的一种或多种:PM2.5过滤纸、有毒气体过滤纸(例如活性炭过滤纸)和光触媒过滤纸。
空气净化装置本体还可以包括RFID读写器,空气过滤纸上设置有RFID标签,空气过滤纸上RFID标签中可以设置空气过滤纸生产日期、有效日期、防伪标志等信息,空气净化装置本体中的RFID读写器通过读取空气过滤纸的RFID标签,判断空气过滤纸是否在使用有效期内,或者是否为仿冒产品,若空气过滤纸已超过使用有效期,或者空气过滤纸为仿冒产品,可以通过在空气净化装置本体上进行相应的信息提示,例如通过显示灯、显示屏等发出相关的提示信息。
在一个实施例中,空气净化装置还包括温度调节装置,用于调节空气净化装置本体净化后的空气温度。
在一个实施例中,空气净化装置还包括内循环系统,内循环系统能够将面罩内形成气幕的空气气流循环回到空气净化装置本体进行过滤、净化并再输出到面罩。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种空气净化装置面罩,其特征在于,包括:罩壳、安装在所述罩壳的两侧可旋转连接件、与所述可旋转连接件连接的气体通道和出气口;所述可旋转连接件包括:
    旋转轴,安装在罩壳上预留的安装孔处,所述旋转轴中空且通过连接口连通气体通道;
    顶端密封外壳,安装在旋转轴外端,实现气密性密封;
    进气端,安装在所述旋转轴内端并设置有进气口,用于将洁净空气导入气体通道;
    安装在所述旋转轴和进气端之间的大密封圈和小密封圈。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的空气净化装置面罩,其特征在于,所述进气端与旋转轴连接的一端中空,另一端密封。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的空气净化装置面罩,其特征在于,还包括:
    面罩固定组件,安装在所述顶端密封壳体一端,或安装在所述进气端密封的一端;将空气净化装置面罩固定在使用者的头部。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的空气净化装置面罩,其特征在于,所述进气端与旋转轴连接的一端中空,另一端连接面罩固定组件并通过所述面罩固定组件实现密封。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的空气净化装置面罩,其特征在于,还包括:所述面罩固定组件与进气端之间的弹簧顶珠。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的空气净化装置面罩,其特征在于,还包括:
    旋转轴承,安装在所述旋转轴和罩壳之间。
  7. 一种空气净化装置面罩,其特征在于,包括:
    罩壳,用于分隔使用者鼻腔附近环境与外界环境;
    可旋转连接件,安装在所述罩壳的两侧,具有将洁净空气导入气体通道的进气口;
    安装在所述罩壳两侧的两个气体通道,每个气体通道的一端与所述可旋转连接件气密性连接,另一端连接出气口;
    所述出气口与罩壳之间固定连接或通过方向调节机构连接,使洁净空气导出至使用者的鼻腔附近;
    所述方向调节机构,使出气口可相对罩壳旋转,调节出气口的出气方向。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的空气净化装置面罩,其特征在于,所述方向调节机构包括第一固定件、旋转轴和第二固定件;
    第一固定件安装在罩壳上,包括第一凸出端,第一凸出端有第一轴孔;
    第二固定件安装在出气口上,包括第二凸出端,第二凸出端有第二轴孔;
    旋转轴,安装在第一轴孔和第二轴孔中,使第一固定件和第二固定件可实现相对旋转。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的空气净化装置面罩,其特征在于,所述方向调节机构包括第一连接部和第二连接部;
    第一连接部安装在罩壳上,包括与第二连接部配合的球形空心结构;
    第二连接部安装在出气口上,包括与第一连接部配合的球形结构,球形结构与球形空心结构配合,实现相对旋转。
  10. 如权利要求7所述的空气净化装置面罩,其特征在于,所述方向调节机构在出气口两端每端各设置一个,或所述方向调节机构在出气口中间位置设置至少一个。
  11. 如权利要求7所述的空气净化装置面罩,其特征在于,还包括:面罩固定组件;
    所述面罩固定组件与罩壳之间活动连接,使所述罩壳能够相对面罩固定组件旋转;
    所述面罩固定组件与所述可旋转连接件连接,通过可旋转连接件实现相对罩壳的旋转。
  12. 一种空气净化装置面罩,其特征在于,包括:罩壳、可旋转连接件、与所述可旋转连接件连接的气体通道、出气口和面罩固定组件;
    所述可旋转连接件,安装在所述罩壳的两侧,设有进气端;
    所述面罩固定组件包括:与可旋转连接件连接的紧箍带,将所述罩壳固定在使用者的头部;所述面罩固定组件通过所述可旋转连接件与所述罩壳之间活动连接,使所述罩壳能够相对面罩固定组件翻转。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的空气净化装置面罩,其特征在于,所述紧箍带的一端间隔设有若干卡孔,另一端设置有若干突起,所述突起能够卡扣在所述卡孔内,通过将紧箍带突起卡扣在不同的卡孔内调节紧箍带形成的固定圈周长。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的空气净化装置面罩,其特征在于,所述面罩固定组件还包括调节部件,与所述紧箍带配合,实现调整所述紧箍带形成的固定圈长度;所述调节部件为下述结构中的至少一种:
    旋钮调节结构、抽拉调节结构、按钮调节结构。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的空气净化装置面罩,其特征在于,所述调节部件为旋钮调节结构时,所述调节部件包括:齿盘、连接带、设置在连接带中间的调节旋钮和设置在连接带两端的穿带孔;
    所述紧箍带两端上设有齿条,与所述调节部件上的齿盘配合;
    所述紧箍带的两端分别穿过所述穿带孔,通过所述齿条和齿盘的配合,向内移动所述连接带缩小所述紧箍带形成的固定圈的周长;
    通过旋转所述调节旋钮,所述连接带向外移动,扩大所述紧箍带形成的固定圈的周长。
  16. 如权利要求14所述的空气净化装置面罩,其特征在于,所述调节部件为抽拉调节结构时,所述调节部件为锁紧卡,设在所述紧箍带上,调整所述锁紧卡卡在所述紧箍带上的位置调节所述紧箍带形成的固定圈的周长。
  17. 如权利要求14所述的空气净化装置面罩,其特征在于,所述调节部件为按钮调节结构时,所述紧箍带的一端包括齿条,另一端包括固定座和定位突起;
    所述固定座上开有齿带孔和调整按钮;
    所述紧箍带带齿条的一端穿过齿带孔,定位凸起与齿条配合实现卡紧,形成固定圈;通过调整按钮,松开定位凸起对齿条的卡紧,调整所述固定圈的大小。
  18. 如权利要求12所述的空气净化装置面罩,其特征在于,所述可旋转连接件包括:
    旋转轴,安装在罩壳上预留的安装孔处,所述旋转轴中空且通过连接口连通气体通道;
    顶端密封外壳,安装在旋转轴外端,实现气密性密封;
    进气端,安装在所述旋转轴内端并设置有进气口,用于将洁净空气导入气体通道;
    安装在所述旋转轴和进气端之间的大密封圈和小密封圈。
