采用上述技术方案后,本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:(1)通过将限位结构直接设置在控制面板上,减少尺寸链的长度,进而减少尺寸链累计公差,使限位结构对旋钮的限位作用更好,减少旋钮的晃动和飘偏,提高用户的手感;(2)通过设置凸出部,并在凸出部上设置尖端,通过尖端对旋钮的进行限位,使限位结构与旋钮的接触面减少,减少摩擦和转动阻力,提高用户的使用手感;(3)限位结构上设置支撑部,通过支撑部与电路板连接,当限位结构受到来自旋钮的作用力时对限位结构起到一定的支撑作用,降低损耗。

具体实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例一
如图1-5所示,一种洗衣机的控制面板100,洗衣机包括设置在控制面板100内侧的电路板300和设置在电路板300上的旋钮,所述旋钮包括凸出于控制面板100并可转动的旋钮帽200,控制面板100包括在旋钮帽200转动时用于限制所述旋钮帽200晃动的限位结构,所述限位结构与控制面板100一体成型或者固定连接。
旋钮还包括设置在电路板300上的编码器202,编码器202上设有转轴,旋钮帽200一端与转轴连接另一端凸出于控制面板100,用户旋动旋钮帽200,旋钮帽200转动带动转轴转动,实现对洗衣机的控制,旋钮的结构并不限定于本申请中通过编码器控制的旋钮。
目前,洗衣机上的控制面板100多独立安装于洗衣机的前上部或者上部,控制面板100的内侧设置电路板300,电路板300通过螺钉安装在控制面板100上实现固定。旋钮帽200 在转动时,用于限制所述旋钮帽200晃动的限位结构一般与电路板300连接,电路板300再与控制面板100连接,这样由于多次安装的连接方式,造成尺寸链累计公差较大,使限位结构对旋钮帽200的限位效果降低,容易出现旋钮帽200晃动或者飘偏的问题,用户体验差。
通过将限位结构与控制面板100直接连接,如:限位结构与控制面板100一体成型或者固定连接,减少了安装过程中的尺寸链长度,进而减少了尺寸链累计公差,提高了限位结构的限位效果。
限位结构可以与控制面板100的内壁固定连接或者一体成型,也可以与控制面板的外壁固定连接或者一体成型,都同样能实现减少尺寸链长度,使旋钮帽200晃动小,飘偏可能降低。
进一步地,控制面板100上开设有开口101,编码器202的转轴与控制面板100的开口101相对,旋钮帽200穿过开口101于编码器202的转轴连接,使旋钮帽200相对编码器202的转轴固定,转动旋钮带动编码器202的转轴转动实现控制。
限位结构与控制面板100的内壁一体成型或者固定连接,可以减少限位结构被碰撞的概率,防止其被撞或者损坏造成的限位效果降低,同时延长限位结构的使用寿命。
进一步地,所述控制面板100的内壁局部向开口101方向延伸形成限位结构,所述限位结构上靠近开口101的端部限制旋钮帽200的晃动。
上述结构使限位结构与控制面板100的内壁一体成型,使二者不经装配连接在一起,进一步的缩小尺寸链公差的累积。
进一步地,所述限位结构包括限位部和安装部500,所述安装部500与控制面板100一体成型或者固定连接,所述限位部与所述旋钮帽200的转动外周间隔一定间隙用以限制旋钮帽200的晃动。
旋钮帽200的转动外周与限位部间隔一定间隙,当旋钮帽200正常的转动时,限位结构不影响旋钮帽200的转动,当用户在操作过程中对旋钮帽200施加的力方向不对,或者当旋钮帽200受到撞击时,旋钮帽200在力的作用下向一侧偏离或者晃动,使限位结构与旋钮帽200接触,此时,限位结构对旋钮帽200进行限位,防止其进一步偏离。
该间隙应该设置的很小,既满足在旋钮正常转动时与限位结构不接触,对旋钮不产生不影响,又会在旋钮发生飘偏时与限位结构接触,对旋钮进行支撑限位作用,限制旋钮帽200的晃动。
进一步地,旋钮帽200包括与编码器202的转轴连接的安装柱201,旋钮帽的旋转轴与 安装柱的旋转轴共轴,所述限位部具有凸出部402,所述凸出部402与安装柱201的外壁间隔一定间隙用以限制旋钮帽200的晃动,所述凸出部402在安装柱201轴向方向的厚度小于所述限位部在该方向的厚度。
该结构中凸出部402在安装柱201轴向方向的厚度较小与安装柱201的转动方向共面,通过减少凸出部402的厚度,使凸出部402与安装柱201接触时的接触面积小,进一步减小安装柱201的摩擦阻力,防止噪音的产生,同时用户不必施加较大的转动力来转动旋钮帽200,提高用户体验。
方案一:限位结构可以为长条形的限位板,限位板的一端与控制面板100的内壁一体成型,另一端与安装柱201相对形成限位部,限位部向安装柱201方向延伸形成凸出部402,凸出部402在安装柱201轴向方向的厚度小于限位板的厚度。
方案二:限位结构也可以是圆形的限位板,限位板的外周与控制面的内壁焊接,限位部位于限位板的中部,限位板的中部开设限位口401,安装柱201穿过限位口401与编码器202连接,限位口401的边缘向安装柱201的方向延伸形成凸出部402,凸出部402在安装柱轴向方向的厚度小于限位板的厚度。
进一步地,所述限位部上与所述安装柱201相对的部位向安装柱201方向延伸并且厚度逐渐变薄形成凸出部402,该凸出部402在安装柱201轴向方向的厚度小于所述限位部在该方向的厚度。
由于凸出部402较薄容易损坏,通过限位部向安装柱201方向延伸并且厚度逐渐变薄形成凸出部402,平滑过渡减少应力集中的部位,进而减少凸出部402损坏的可能,提高限位结构的使用寿命。
进一步地,所述限位部上与所述安装柱201相对的部位向安装柱201方向延伸并且厚度逐渐变薄形成具有尖端403的凸出部402,所述凸出部402的尖端403与安装柱201的外壁间隔一定间隙用以限制旋钮帽200的晃动,所述限位部在逐渐变薄的过程中形成斜面404。
通过在厚度逐渐变薄的过程中形成具有尖端403的凸出部402,当凸出部402与安装柱201接触时,凸出部402的尖端403与安装柱201接触,可以说是尖端403形成的点或者很细的弧线与安转柱接触相抵,使旋钮帽200与安装柱201之间的摩擦力进一步降低,给用户带来良好的体验。
进一步地,在限位部上与所述安装柱201相对的部位向安装柱201方向延伸并且厚度逐渐变薄的过程中形成具有一定倾斜角度的斜面404,所述斜面404朝向洗衣机外部。
旋钮帽200需要穿过凸出部402与编码器202的转轴连接,通过将该斜面404朝向洗衣机外部,在安装旋钮帽200时能够对旋钮帽200起到一定的导向作用,使旋钮帽200更易插入。
进一步地,所述凸出部402为板状结构,板状的凸出部402与安装柱201的转动方向共面,板状的凸出部402的一端与限位部一体成型或固定连接,另一端与安装柱201间隔一定间隙用以限制所述旋钮帽200晃动。
凸出部402为板状结构,所述凸出部402与安装柱201的转动方向共面,当旋钮发生飘偏时,安装柱201与凸出部402相接触,该接触面为一段弧线,使二者之间的摩擦力较小,降低噪音,提高用户体验。
限位结构还包括具有支撑作用的支撑部405,所述支撑部405与电路板300固定连接。
当对旋钮帽施加一个较大的外力时,限位结构容易产生较大偏移,通过设置支撑结构,起到辅助支撑的作用,提高限位结构的抗冲击能力。
实施例二
如图1-5所示,本实施例为对实施例一的进一步限定,控制面板100上开设有使旋钮穿过的开口101,旋钮包括旋钮帽200和编码器202,控制面板100的内侧设置电路板300,编码器202安装在电路板300上,旋钮帽200上朝向电路板300的一侧具有安装柱201,编码器202朝向控制面板100的一侧具有转轴,旋钮帽200的安装柱201穿过开口101与转轴连接,用户旋转旋钮帽200,安装柱201转动带动编码器202的转轴转动,进而将角位移或直线位移转换成电信号对洗衣机进行控制。
限位结构整体为板状结构,一部分位于控制面板100的内侧,一部分位于控制面板100的外侧。
进一步地,限位结构的内侧与控制面板100的内壁一体成型,中部从开口101向控制面板100的外侧凸出,限位结构具有与控制面板100平行的圆形板状的限位板,所述限位板的中部开设限位口401,安装柱201穿过限位口401与编码器202的转轴连接,限位口401环绕安装柱201的外周并与安装柱201的外周间隔一定间距,限制旋钮的晃动或飘偏。
进一步地,所述限位口401的边缘向限位口401的中心延伸形成凸出部402,凸出部402在延伸过程中其沿安装柱201轴向方向的厚度逐渐变薄形成具有尖端403的凸出部,所述凸出部402的尖端403环绕安装柱201并与安装柱201间隔一定间距。
方案一:限位口401的边缘整体向限位口401的中心延伸,则尖端403环绕安装柱201 一周,由于尖端403很薄,旋钮正常转动时,尖端403与安装柱201间隔一定间隙不接触,当旋钮受外力发生飘偏时,尖端403与安装柱201接触,该接触部位不是面接触而是一段弧线,弧线与旋钮转动方向所在的平面共面,因此,能够有效的减少接触位置为摩擦,既能够实现限位,又能降低噪音,用户施力小,体验感好。
进一步地,限位口401与电路板300相对的一侧沿平行于限位板的内壁方向向外延伸,限位口401上远离电路板300的一侧向电路板300的方向偏折形成斜面404,使凸出部402的厚度逐渐变薄,该斜面404朝向洗衣机的外部,在安装柱201穿过限位口401时,具有一定的引导作用,方便安装柱201的插入。
方案二:限位口401的边缘也可以部分向限位口401的中心延伸形成具有尖端403的凸出部402,限位口401上多个部分向限位口401的中心延伸形成多个尖端403,这些尖端403环绕安装柱201一周,当旋钮受外力发生飘偏时,尖端403与安装柱201接触,凸出部402与安装柱201的外周为点接触,接触面更小,用户施力小,体验感好。
方案三:凸出部402为设置在限位口401边缘的薄板,薄板的板面与安装柱201的转动方向共面,使限位口401部位成型阶梯台,减少安装柱201与凸出部402的接触面积。
上述限位结构的内侧与控制面板100的内壁可以是焊接、螺钉连接或者螺栓连接;限位结构可以与控制面板100的内壁一体成型,使限位结构旋钮之间只存在制作过程产生的公差,限位效果更好。
进一步地,限位结构上与所述电路板300相对的一侧局部向电路板300的方向延伸形成支撑部405,所述支撑部405与电路板300插接固定。
具体来说,支撑部405的端部设有安装部,安装部的上部设有支撑凸台,电路板上设有过孔,安装部与过孔装配,支撑凸台与电路板的板面相抵,提高支撑强度。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种洗衣机的控制面板,控制面板设置在洗衣机上,洗衣机包括设置在控制面板内侧的电路板和设置在电路板上的旋钮,所述旋钮包括可转动的旋钮帽,其特征在于,控制面板包括在旋钮帽转动时用于限制所述旋钮帽晃动的限位结构,所述限位结构与控制面板一体成型或者固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种洗衣机的控制面板,其特征在于,所述限位结构与控制面板的内侧一体成型或者固定连接;
    优选地,所述控制面板上设有开口,旋钮还包括设置在电路板上的编码器,旋钮帽穿过开口与编码器连接,所述控制面板的内壁向开口方向延伸形成限位结构,所述限位结构上靠近开口的端部限制旋钮帽的晃动。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种洗衣机的控制面板,其特征在于,所述限位结构包括限位部和安装部,所述安装部与控制面板一体成型或者固定连接,所述限位部与所述旋钮帽的转动外周间隔一定间隙用以限制旋钮帽的晃动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种洗衣机的控制面板,其特征在于,旋钮帽包括与编码器的转轴连接的安装柱,所述限位部具有凸出部,所述凸出部与安装柱的外壁间隔一定间隙用以限制旋钮帽的晃动,所述凸出部在安装柱轴向方向的厚度小于所述限位部在该方向的厚度。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机的控制面板,其特征在于,所述限位部上与所述安装柱相对的部位向安装柱方向延伸并且厚度逐渐变薄形成凸出部。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种洗衣机的控制面板,其特征在于,所述限位部上与所述安装柱相对的部位向安装柱方向延伸并且厚度逐渐变薄形成具有尖端的凸出部,所述凸出部的尖端与安装柱的外壁间隔一定间隙用以限制旋钮帽的晃动,所述限位部在逐渐变薄的过程中形成斜面;
    优选地,所述斜面朝向洗衣机外部。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种洗衣机的控制面板,其特征在于,所述凸出部为板状结构,所述凸出部与安装柱的转动方向共面,所述凸出部的一端与限位部一体成型或固定连接,另一端与安装柱间隔一定间隙用以限制所述旋钮帽晃动。
  8. 根据权利要求4-7任一所述的一种洗衣机的控制面板,其特征在于,限位结构为限位板,限位板的外边缘与控制面的内壁固定连接或者一体成型,中部向所述开口外侧延伸形成形成限位部,限位部上开设限位口,安装柱穿过限位口与编码器连接,限位口的边缘向安装柱的方向延伸形成凸出部,凸出部在安装柱轴向方向的厚度小于限位板在该方向的厚度。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一所述的一种洗衣机的控制面板,其特征在于,限位结构还包括具有支撑作用的支撑部,所述支撑部与电路板固定连接;
    优选地,限位结构上与所述电路板相对的一侧局部向电路板的方向延伸形成支撑部,所述支撑部与电路板插接固定。
  10. 一种具有权利要求1-9任一所述的控制面板的洗衣机。
