本发明实施例涉及智能终端技术领域,特别涉及一种辅助戒烟方法及辅助戒烟装置。
背景技术
随着用户生活水平的提高,用户对自身的身体健康问题越来越关注。其中,许多吸烟的用户为了自身的身体健康,也都开始进行戒烟。
目前,当用户开始戒烟时,由于不能快速地适应不能吸烟的生活,用户通常会选择电子烟或烟油进行辅助戒烟。但是由于有些用户对香烟依赖性太强,且电子烟或烟油的品牌多种多样,导致一些电子烟或烟油并不适合一些用户使用,使得用户很难从抽吸香烟过渡到使用电子烟,导致用户对戒烟感到痛苦,自制力差的用户可能会放弃戒烟。
发明内容
为了帮助用户提高戒烟的成功率,本发明实施例提供了一种辅助戒烟方法及辅助戒烟装置。所述技术方案如下:
一方面,提供了一种辅助戒烟方法,所述方法包括:
获取第一指定时间段内的吸烟行为信息,所述吸烟行为信息至少包括吸烟数量、吸烟时间和香烟信息;
根据所述吸烟行为信息,确定所述用户在所述第一指定时间段内吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁信息;
确定所述尼古丁信息对应的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息,并将所述电子烟信息和/或所述气溶胶形成基质信息进行推送。
可选地,所述根据所述吸烟行为信息,确定在所述第一指定时间段内吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁信息,包括:
根据所述香烟信息,获取对应的尼古丁含量;
根据所述尼古丁含量、所述吸烟数量和预设吸入比例,确定所述用户在所述第一指定时间段内吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁信息,所述预设吸入比例为用户吸入肺部的尼古丁含量与香烟中尼古丁含量之间的比例。

本发明实施例提供的技术方案带来的有益效果是:在本发明实施例中,可以根据用户在第一指定时间段内的吸烟行为信息,确定用户在第一指定时间段内所需的尼古丁信息,并根据该尼古丁信息向用户推送对应的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息,从而使用户可以通过智能烟盒推送的电子烟或烟油来代替真烟,减少了用户对真烟的需求,使得用户可以抽吸尼古丁含量和真烟类似的电子烟,减少了用户对从真烟过渡到电子烟所带来的不适感,提高了用户戒烟的成功率。

步骤101:获取第一指定时间段内的吸烟行为信息,该吸烟行为信息至少包括吸烟数量和香烟信息。
步骤102:根据该吸烟行为信息,确定该第一指定时间段内吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁信息。
步骤103:确定该尼古丁信息对应的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息,并将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息进行推送。
其中,尼古丁信息对应的电子烟信息包括:尼古丁信息对应的预定尼古丁浓度的烟油、预定功率的电子烟、预定口味的烟油和预定进气量的电子烟等等。例如,用户在一周内的吸烟行为摄入了10mg的尼古丁,且在这周里抽吸品牌A的香烟的数量较多,那么对应的烟油可以选取浓度为10mg/L,口味为品牌A的烟油进行推送,对应的电子烟可以选取最大功率70W的电子烟进行推送。
在本发明实施例中,可以根据在第一指定时间段内的吸烟行为信息,确定在第一指定时间段内吸烟行为所摄入的尼古丁信息,并根据该尼古丁信息向用户推送对应的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息,从而使用户可以通过智能烟盒推送的电子烟和/或烟油来代替真烟,使得用户可以抽吸尼古丁含量和真烟类似的电子烟,减少了用户对从真烟过渡到电子烟所带来的不适感,提高了用户戒烟的成功率。
可选地,根据该吸烟行为信息,确定该用户在该第一指定时间段内吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁信息,包括:
根据该香烟信息,获取对应的尼古丁含量;

步骤201:智能烟盒获取第一指定时间段内的吸烟行为信息,该吸烟行为信息至少包括吸烟数量和香烟信息。
其中,用户在使用智能烟盒的过程中,可以开启智能烟盒的记录功能。当智能烟盒的记录功能开启后,智能烟盒获取第一指定时间段内的吸烟行为信息,该吸烟行为信息至少包括吸烟数量和香烟信息。当然,在实际应用中,该吸烟行为信息还可以包括其他信息,比如,吸烟时间等等。另外,该香烟信息可以 包括该香烟的香烟品牌、香烟规格、厂商、价格等等。
需要说明的是,该第一指定时间段可以事先设置,比如,该第一指定时间段可以为7天、15天、30天等等,且该第一指定时间段的起始时间可以为用户开启智能烟盒记录功能的时间点。
在用户实际抽烟过程中,用户可能在烟盒中放入不同品牌的香烟,并且各个品牌的香烟所含的尼古丁含量是有一定差异的。因此,为了更加准确地获取用户抽烟行为摄入的尼古丁含量,在一种可能的实现方式中,当智能烟盒每次检测到用户取出香烟时,可以对该香烟进行扫描,得到该香烟的香烟识别信息;对该香烟识别信息进行识别,得到该香烟的香烟信息;将该香烟的香烟信息进行记录。
需要说明的是,该香烟识别信息用于唯一标识该香烟品牌,且该香烟识别信息可以是该香烟品牌的品牌图像、图形码、识别码等等。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,智能烟盒可以确定每支香烟在该智能烟盒中的位置及其对应的香烟信息,当用户取出香烟时,该智能烟盒可以根据该香烟的位置,确定该取出的香烟的香烟信息。
其中,该香烟的香烟信息可以由用户将香烟放入智能烟盒手动设置,或者,当用户将香烟放入智能烟盒之前,该智能烟盒可以对香烟烟盒的香烟识别信息进行扫描识别,得到香烟信息,又或者,该智能烟盒可以在检测到香烟放入时,对香烟进行扫描,得到该香烟的香烟识别信息;对该香烟识别信息进行识别,得到该香烟的香烟信息。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,当用户从智能烟盒中取出香烟时,手动设置取出香烟的香烟信息。
在另一种可能的实现方式中,该智能烟盒可以记录放入的每支香烟的顺序,并记录每支香烟的香烟信息,由于在智能烟盒中,通常是最先放入的香烟在最后取出,最后放入的香烟最先取出,因此,可以将放入香烟的顺序颠倒,得到放入香烟的倒序,将该倒序确定为取出香烟的顺序。当用户取出香烟时,可以根据该倒序,确定香烟的香烟信息。比如,智能烟盒先记录放入了品牌A的A规格的香烟6支,接着记录放入了品牌B的B规格的香烟3支。因此,该放入香烟的顺序为6支品牌A的A规格香烟,3支品牌B的B规格香烟,将该顺序颠倒,得到取出香烟的顺序为3支品牌B的B规格香烟,6支品牌A的A规格 香烟,当取出的香烟为第二支取出的香烟时,确定该香烟的香烟信息为品牌B的B规格香烟。
另外,对于吸烟数量,该智能烟盒获取第一指定时间段内吸烟数量的操作可以包括如下三种情况。
第一种情况,该智能烟盒中设置有拨片计数开关,当用户每次从该智能烟盒中取出香烟时,香烟可以触碰到拨片计数开关,该智能烟盒可以进行一次计数,同时可以记录用户取出香烟的时间;当达到第一指定时间段的结束时间时,将记录的次数确定为在第一指定时间段内用户的吸烟数量,并将每次用户取出香烟的时间确定为吸烟时间。
比如,该智能烟盒中设置有拨片计数开关,当用户从该智能烟盒中取出一支香烟时,该香烟可以触碰到拨片计数开关,该智能烟盒可以通过拨片计数开关记录用户取出一支香烟,计数为1次,如果用户取出该香烟的时间为9点,则该智能烟盒同时记录用户取出该香烟的时间为9点。如果用户在10点又取出一支香烟,则该智能烟盒继续通过拨片计数开关继续进行一次计数,计数为2次,同时记录用户取出该香烟的时间为10点,当达到第一指定时间段的结束时间时,将记录的次数2次确定为在第一指定时间段内用户的吸烟数量,并将用户取出香烟的时间9点和10点分别确定用户在两个时间点吸烟的吸烟时间。
值得说明的是,该智能烟盒将该用户取出香烟的取出时间进行记录,从而可以在后续集中显示该用户取出香烟的取出时间,方便用户了解到其吸烟的时间,并当用户根据显示的取出时间了解到吸烟数量最多的时间段时,可以在该时间段对吸烟数量进行适当的调整,以提高戒烟的成功率。
其中,当智能烟盒检测到用户在取出一支香烟后的预设时长内,再次取出至少一支香烟时,显示提示信息或者语音播放提示信息,该提示信息用于询问该用户的吸烟数量和香烟信息。
由于用户取出一支香烟后,在预设时长内可能会再次取出至少一支香烟,在这样的情况下,可能是用户将后续取出的香烟分给其他人,因此,当用户在预设时长内再次取出至少一支香烟时,该智能烟盒可以显示提示信息或者语音播放提示信息,以向用户询问真实抽烟数量,即用户自己实际抽吸的香烟数量和香烟信息。例如,用户从智能烟盒中拿出3支香烟,其中一支为品牌A的A规格香烟、一支为品牌B的B规格香烟、一支为品牌C的C规格香烟。此时, 智能烟盒显示提示信息或者语音播放该提示信息,询问用户抽吸的数量和香烟信息。若用户抽吸的香烟为品牌A的A规格香烟,则用户可以输入吸烟数量为1支,香烟信息为品牌A的A规格。另外,提示信息可以直接在智能烟盒的显示模块中进行显示,还可以发送至与智能烟盒相连的手机、平板、可穿戴设备等具有显示屏幕的智能电子设备。当然在实际应用中,该智能烟盒也可以不向用户发出任何提示,而是直接确定再次取出的至少一支香烟不计数。
需要说明的是,该预设时长可以事先设置,比如,该预设时长可以为3分钟、5分钟等等。
第二种情况,该智能烟盒内设置有光感器,通过该光感器可以扫描智能烟盒内香烟烟嘴顶面;当扫描到多个规则闭合环形轮廓时,确定扫描到该香烟烟嘴顶面,并确定扫描到的规则闭合环形轮廓的个数为智能烟盒内香烟的第一个数;当智能烟盒扫描到智能烟盒内香烟的数量变为第二个数时,用第二个数减去第一个数;当得到的结果小于零时,确定用户取出了香烟并进行计数,同时记录用户取出香烟的时间;当达到第一指定时间段的结束时间时,将记录的次数确定为在第一指定时间段内用户的吸烟数量,将每次用户取出香烟的时间确定为吸烟时间。
比如,该智能烟盒内设置有光感器,并确定扫描到的规则闭合环形轮廓的个数为10,将该个数10确定为智能烟盒内香烟的第一个数;当智能烟盒扫描到智能烟盒内香烟的数量变为第二个数9时,用第二个数9减去第一个数10;当得到的结果为-1,由于-1小于零,因此,确定用户取出了1支香烟并计数为1次,如果用户取出该香烟的时间为9点,则该智能烟盒同时记录用户取出该香烟的时间为9点。此时,该智能烟盒确定扫描到的规则闭合环形轮廓的个数为9,将该个数9确定为智能烟盒内香烟的第一个数;如果用户在10点又取出一支香烟,则当智能烟盒扫描到智能烟盒内香烟的数量变为第二个数8时,用第二个数8减去第一个数9;当得到的结果为-1,由于-1小于零,计数为2次,同时记录用户取出该香烟的时间为10点,当达到第一指定时间段的结束时间时,将记录的次数2次确定为在第一指定时间段内用户的吸烟数量,并将用户取出香烟的时间9点和10点分别确定用户在两个时间点吸烟的吸烟时间。
第三种情况,智能烟盒可以确定用户手动设置的吸烟数量,也即是,用户每次从智能烟盒中取出香烟后,可以手动对吸烟数量进行设置。
进一步地,当该智能烟盒得到该香烟信息时,可以将该香烟信息进行显示;用户可以对智能烟盒识别的香烟信息进行确认,当用户认为香烟信息有误时,用户可以手动对该香烟信息进行修改。
步骤202:智能烟盒根据该吸烟行为信息,确定该用户在该第一指定时间段内吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁信息。
其中,智能烟盒根据该吸烟行为信息,确定用户在该第一指定时间段内吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁信息的操作可以包括如下两种方式。
第一种方式,智能烟盒可以根据该香烟信息,获取对应的尼古丁含量;根据该尼古丁含量、吸烟数量和预设吸入比例,确定该用户在该第一指定时间段内吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁信息,该预设吸入比例为用户吸入肺部的尼古丁含量与香烟中尼古丁含量之间的比例。
其中,由于用户在抽吸香烟时,并不能把香烟含有的所有尼古丁都吸入肺部,只会将香烟的部分尼古丁吸入肺部,比如,一支香烟所含有的全部尼古丁含量为5mg,用户抽吸该香烟时,能吸入肺部的尼古丁含量可能仅为1mg。因此,需要根据预设吸入比例、尼古丁含量和吸烟数量,确定该用户在该第一指定时间段内吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁信息。
另外,该预设吸入比例可以事先设置,比如,该预设吸入比例可以为20%、25%、30%等等,且该预设吸入比例可以为本领域技术人员实验测量得到的经验值。
需要说明的是,智能烟盒可以根据该香烟信息,获取对应的尼古丁含量的操作可以包括如下三种方式。
(1)、该智能烟盒可以根据该香烟信息从本地存储的香烟信息与尼古丁含量之间的对应关系中,获取对应的尼古丁含量。
(2)、智能烟盒直接将该吸烟行为信息发送至服务器,当该服务器接收到该智能烟盒发送的吸烟行为信息时,可以根据该吸烟行为信息,确定并返回尼古丁含量;智能烟盒接收该服务器发送的尼古丁含量。
(3)、智能烟盒根据该香烟信息,确定该用户在指定时间段内所吸的香烟的香烟品牌的数量;当该香烟品牌的数量大于第二预设数量时,将该吸烟行为信息发送至服务器;当该服务器接收到该智能烟盒发送的吸烟行为信息时,可以根据该吸烟行为信息,确定并返回尼古丁含量;智能烟盒接收该服务器发送 的尼古丁含量。
其中,由于当用户在指定时间段内所吸的香烟的香烟品牌数量过多时,智能烟盒在确定每种香烟品牌的尼古丁含量时,需要花费大量时间,可能会给智能烟盒的运行带来负担。因此,该智能烟盒可以将该吸烟行为信息发送至服务器,由服务器基于该吸烟行为信息,确定该尼古丁信息,从而减轻智能烟盒的运行负担。
需要说明的是,该第二预设数量可以事先设置,比如,该第二预设数量可以为10种、15种等等。
另外,智能烟盒根据该尼古丁含量、吸烟数量和预设吸入比例,确定该用户在该第一指定时间段内吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁信息的操作可以为:将该尼古丁含量乘以吸烟数量,将得到的结果再乘以预设吸入比例,从而得到用户在第一指定时间段内吸入的尼古丁总含量,将该尼古丁总含量确定为该尼古丁信息。
比如,当该尼古丁含量为5mg,吸烟数量为10支,预设吸入比例为20%时,用5mg乘以10,得到50mg,再用50mg乘以20%,用户在第一指定时间段内吸入的尼古丁总含量为10mg,将该尼古丁总含量确定为该尼古丁信息。
可选地,该智能烟盒还可以根据吸烟时间和指定时长将该第一指定时间段划分为多个子时间段,之后,根据尼古丁含量、吸烟数量和预设吸入比例,确定在第一指定时间段内,用户在每个子时间段内吸入的尼古丁含量,并将该多个子时间段和每个子时间段内用户所吸入的尼古丁含量确定为尼古丁信息。
值得说明的是,将该多个子时间段和每个子时间段内用户所吸入的尼古丁含量确定为尼古丁信息,后续智能烟盒在显示尼古丁信息时,可以使用户清晰的了解到各个时间段吸烟的情况,提高了用户体验。
需要说明的是,该指定时长可以事先设置,比如,该指定时长可以为12小时、1天等等。
比如,该香烟信息包括香烟品牌和香烟规格,且该香烟信息为品牌B的B规格、吸烟数量为40支以及预设吸入比例为20%时,智能烟盒可以根据该香烟信息“品牌B的B规格”,从下述表1所示的香烟信息与尼古丁含量之间的对应关系中,确定该品牌B的B规格对应的尼古丁含量为2毫克/支。之后,该智能烟盒可以根据该尼古丁含量2毫克/支、吸烟数量40支以及预设吸入比例20%,确定该用户在该第一指定时间段内吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁信息为“尼古丁总含 量为16毫克”。

其中,智能烟盒根据该香烟信息,从本地存储的香烟信息与尼古丁含量之间的对应关系中,获取对应的尼古丁含量之前,可以事先设置该香烟信息与尼古丁含量之间的对应关系,也即是,智能烟盒根据该香烟信息,从本地存储的香烟信息与尼古丁含量之间的对应关系中,获取对应的尼古丁含量之前,可以接收第一信息设置请求,该第一信息设置请求中可以携带该香烟信息和尼古丁含量,之后,该智能烟盒可以存储该香烟信息和尼古丁含量之间的对应关系。
另外,该智能烟盒还可以基于该香烟信息判断本地是否存储有香烟信息与尼古丁含量之间的对应关系,当未存储有该香烟信息与尼古丁含量之间的关系时,可以向服务器发送对应关系获取请求,该对应关系获取请求中携带该香烟信息;服务器在接收到该香烟信息后,可以将存储的香烟信息与尼古丁含量之间的对应关系返回至智能烟盒;该智能烟盒可以接收该香烟信息与尼古丁含量之间的对应关系。
第二种方式,智能烟盒判断该第一指定时间段内的吸烟数量是否大于第一预设数量;当该吸烟数量大于该第一预设数量时,将该吸烟行为信息发送至服务器;当该服务器接收到该吸烟行为信息时,根据该吸烟行为信息,确定并返回该尼古丁信息;智能烟盒接收该服务器发送的尼古丁信息。
其中,由于当用户在第一指定时间段内所吸的香烟的数量过大,或者第一指定时间段时间过长时,智能烟盒在确定第一指定时间段内的每个子时间段内用户吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁含量时,计算量过于庞大,可能会给智能烟盒的运行带来负担。因此,该智能烟盒可以将该吸烟行为信息发送至服务器,由服务器基于该吸烟行为信息,确定该尼古丁信息,从而减轻智能烟盒的运行负担。
需要说明的是,该第一预设数量可以事先设置,比如,该第一预设数量可以为150、200等等。
另外,服务器基于该吸烟行为信息确定该尼古丁信息的操作与上述第一种方式智能烟盒确定该尼古丁信息的方式相似,因此,本发明实施例对此不再进行一一赘述。
另外,在本发明实施例中,该智能烟盒可以不仅可以通过上述两种方式确定该尼古丁信息,还可以通过其他方式,比如,该智能烟盒直接将该吸烟行为信息发送至服务器,当该服务器接收到该智能烟盒发送的吸烟行为信息时,可以根据该吸烟行为信息,直接确定并返回尼古丁信息;智能烟盒接收该服务器发送的尼古丁信息。
步骤203:智能烟盒确定该尼古丁信息对应的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息。
其中,智能烟盒确定该尼古丁信息对应的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息的操作可以为:智能烟盒从本地存储的尼古丁信息与电子烟信息、气溶胶形成基质信息之间的对应关系中,获取该尼古丁信息对应的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息;或者,智能烟盒将该尼古丁信息发送至服务器,当该服务器接收到该尼古丁信息时,可以根据该尼古丁信息获取对应的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息,并将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息返回至智能烟盒;智能烟盒可以接收服务器发送的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息。
需要说明的是,该电子烟信息用于描述电子烟的相关信息,比如电子烟的品牌、电子烟的购买链接、销售价格、品牌厂商、电子烟的特点等等。由于气溶胶形成基质可以为烟油、烟膏、烟草等,因此,该气溶胶形成基质信息可以用于描述烟油、烟膏或烟草的相关信息,本发明实施例以烟油为例,该气溶胶形成基质信息可以包括烟油的品牌、烟油的口味、烟油的购买链接、销售价格、品牌厂商、烟油的特点等等。且该电子烟信息描述的电子烟或气溶胶形成基质信息描述的气溶胶形成基质均为能够满足用户对香烟需求且适合用户使用的电子烟或气溶胶形成基质。
比如,当该尼古丁信息为一周时间内通过吸烟行为摄入尼古丁30毫克,且抽品牌A的A规格的香烟次数最多时,智能烟盒可以从如表2所示的尼古丁信息、电子烟信息与气溶胶形成基质信息之间的对应关系中,确定该尼古丁信息 30毫克对应的电子烟信息为电子烟A,购买链接A,对应的气溶胶形成基质信息为烟油A,购买链接1。

在本发明实施例中,一个尼古丁信息可以对应一个电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息,也可以对应多个电子烟信息和/或多个气溶胶形成基质信息,当该尼古丁信息对应多个电子烟信息和/或多个气溶胶形成基质信息时,智能烟盒同样可以通过下述步骤204将该多个电子烟信息和/或多个气溶胶形成基质信息进行推送,也可以将该多个电子烟信息和/或多个气溶胶形成基质信息中的任一个进行推送。
进一步地,为了提高用户的戒烟成功率,智能烟盒确定该尼古丁信息对应的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息后,还可以确定该尼古丁信息对应的戒烟策略,该戒烟策略包括在第二指定时间段内香烟取出数量。
其中,智能烟盒确定该尼古丁信息对应的戒烟策略的操作可以为:智能烟 盒从本地存储的尼古丁信息与戒烟策略之间的对应关系中,获取该尼古丁信息对应的戒烟策略;或者,智能烟盒将该尼古丁信息发送至服务器,当该服务器接收到该尼古丁信息时,可以根据该尼古丁信息获取对应的戒烟策略,并将该戒烟策略返回至智能烟盒;智能烟盒可以接收服务器发送的戒烟策略;执行该戒烟。
需要说明的是,戒烟策略可以为事先设置,比如,该戒烟策略可以为以确定电子烟信息的时间为起始时间,在第一个月内,该智能烟盒允许用户取出50支香烟,第二个月允许用户取出45支香烟等等。
另外,该戒烟策略不仅可以包括香烟取出数量,还可以包括其他信息,比如,该戒烟策略可以包括香烟取出时间间隔,且当该戒烟策略包括该香烟取出时间时,该戒烟策略可以为每个6小时允许用户取出一次香烟等等。
步骤204:智能烟盒将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息进行推送。
具体地,当该智能烟盒获取的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息为以文字形式的信息时,该智能烟盒可以将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息在显示屏中进行显示。在一种可能的实施方式中,当尼古丁信息对应多个电子烟信息和/或多个气溶胶形成基质信息时,智能烟盒可将这多个电子烟信息和/或多个气溶胶形成基质信息按照价格、颜色、进气方式、出气方式等元素进行分类排序显示。或者,将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息由文字形式转换为语音形式,并将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息进行语音播放,以将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息推送给用户。当该智能烟盒获取的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息为语音形式的信息时,该智能烟盒可以将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息进行语音播放,或者,将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息由语音形式转换为文字形式,并将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息在显示屏中进行显示。
需要说明的是,智能烟盒将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息由文字形式转换为语音形式的操作,或者,将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息由语音形式转换为文字形式的操作均可以参考相关技术,本发明实施例对此不再进行一一赘述。
另外,在本发明实施例中,为了方便用户获取智能烟盒的相关信息,通常情况下,该智能烟盒可以与诸如移动终端、平板电脑等用户终端进行绑定。因 此,该智能烟盒不仅可以直接将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息进行显示或进行语音播放,该智能烟盒还可以将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息发送至用户终端,由用户终端将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息进行显示或语音播放,以将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息推送给用户。
值得说明的是,由于该电子烟信息可以包括电子烟的购买链接,气溶胶形成基质信息可以包括气溶胶形成基质的购买连接,当通过用户终端显示该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息时,用户可以直接通过指定操作触发该购买链接,并对该电子烟或气溶胶形成基质进行购买,无需用户手动输入该购买链接,方便了用户操作,节省了用户时间。其中,该指定操作可以为点击操作、滑动操作、语音操作等等。
进一步地,在本发明实施例中,当该智能烟盒将该尼古丁信息发送给服务器时,可以同时将与该智能烟盒绑定的用户终端的终端标识发送给服务器。当该服务器获取了该尼古丁信息对应的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息后,该服务器可以直接将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息发送给该终端标识对应的用户终端。当该用户终端接收到服务器发送的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息时,可以将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息进行显示或以语音播放。当然,实际应用中,该服务器可以将该电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息同时发送给用户终端和智能烟盒。
需要说明的是,该终端标识用于唯一标识用户终端,且该终端标识可以为该用户终端的MAC(Media Access Control,媒体访问控制)地址、出厂序列号等。
在本发明实施例中,由于每个用户吸烟的习惯不同,为了帮助用户提高戒烟的成功率,该智能烟盒可以获取用户在第一指定时间段内的吸烟数量、吸烟时间以及香烟信息,并根据吸烟数量、香烟信息和预设吸入比例,可以确定用户在该第一指定时间段内所需的尼古丁信息。之后,智能烟盒可以根据该尼古丁信息向用户推送合适的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息,并当第一指定时间段内用户达到了规定的吸烟量后,用户可以通过智能烟盒推送的电子烟或气溶胶形成基质来代替真烟,从而减少了用户对真烟的需求,使得用户可以抽吸尼古丁含量和真烟类似的电子烟,减少了用户对从真烟过渡到电子烟所带来的不适感,提高了用户戒烟的成功率。
图3A是本发明实施例提供的一种辅助戒烟装置的框图,参见图3A,该装置:获取模块301、第一确定模块302和第二确定模块303。
获取模块301,用于获取第一指定时间段内的吸烟行为信息,该吸烟行为信息至少包括吸烟数量、吸烟时间和香烟信息;
第一确定模块302,用于根据该吸烟行为信息,确定在该第一指定时间段内吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁信息;

综上所述,在本发明实施例中,由于每个用户吸烟的习惯不同,为了帮助用户提高戒烟的成功率,该智能烟盒可以获取用户在第一指定时间段内的吸烟数量、吸烟时间以及香烟信息,并根据吸烟数量、香烟信息和预设吸入比例,可以确定用户在该第一指定时间段内所需的尼古丁信息。之后,智能烟盒可以根据该尼古丁信息向用户推送合适的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息,并当第一指定时间段内用户达到了规定的吸烟量后,用户可以通过智能烟盒推送的电子烟或气溶胶形成基质来代替真烟,从而减少了用户对真烟的需求,使得用户可以抽吸尼古丁含量和真烟类似的电子烟,减少了用户对从真烟过渡到电子烟所带来的不适感,提高了用户戒烟的成功率。
图4是根据一示例性实施例示出的一种用于信息推送的智能烟盒400的框图。
参照图4,智能烟盒400可以包括以下一个或多个组件:处理组件402,存储器404,电源组件406,多媒体组件408,音频组件410,输入/输出(I/O)的接口412,传感器组件414,以及通信组件416。
处理组件402通常控制智能烟盒400的整体操作,诸如与显示,数据通信,图像识别、相机操作和记录操作相关联的操作。处理组件402可以包括一个或多个处理器420来执行指令,以完成上述的方法的全部或部分步骤。此外,处理组件402可以包括一个或多个模块,便于处理组件402和其他组件之间的交互。例如,处理组件402可以包括多媒体模块,以方便多媒体组件408和处理组件402之间的交互。

电源组件406为智能烟盒400的各种组件提供电源。电源组件406可以包括电源管理系统,一个或多个电源,及其他与为智能烟盒400生成、管理和分配电源相关联的组件。
多媒体组件408包括在所述智能烟盒400和用户之间的提供一个输出接口的屏幕。在一些实施例中,屏幕可以包括液晶显示器(LCD)和触摸面板(TP)。如果屏幕包括触摸面板,屏幕可以被实现为触摸屏,以接收来自用户的输入信号。触摸面板包括一个或多个触摸传感器以感测触摸、滑动和触摸面板上的手势。所述触摸传感器可以不仅感测触摸或滑动动作的边界,而且还检测与所述触摸或滑动操作相关的持续时间和压力。在一些实施例中,多媒体组件408包括一个前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头。当智能烟盒400处于操作模式,如拍摄模式或视频模式时,前置摄像头和/或后置摄像头可以接收外部的多媒体数据。每个前置摄像头和后置摄像头可以是一个固定的光学透镜系统或具有焦距和光学变焦能力。
音频组件410被配置为输出和/或输入音频信号。例如,音频组件410包括一个麦克风(MIC),当智能烟盒400处于操作模式,如记录模式和语音识别模式时,麦克风被配置为接收外部音频信号。所接收的音频信号可以被进一步存储在存储器404或经由通信组件416发送。在一些实施例中,音频组件410还包括一个扬声器,用于输出音频信号。
I/O接口412为处理组件402和外围接口模块之间提供接口,上述外围接口模块可以是键盘,点击轮,按钮等。这些按钮可包括但不限于:主页按钮、音量按钮、启动按钮和锁定按钮。
传感器组件414包括一个或多个传感器,用于为智能烟盒400提供各个方面的状态评估。例如,传感器组件414可以检测到智能烟盒400的打开/关闭状态,组件的相对定位,例如所述组件为智能烟盒400的显示器和小键盘,传感 器组件414还可以检测智能烟盒400或智能烟盒400一个组件的位置改变,用户与智能烟盒400接触的存在或不存在,智能烟盒400方位或加速/减速和智能烟盒400的温度变化。传感器组件414可以包括接近传感器,被配置用来在没有任何的物理接触时检测附近物体的存在。传感器组件414还可以包括光传感器,如CMOS或CCD图像传感器,用于在成像应用中使用。在一些实施例中,该传感器组件414还可以包括加速度传感器,陀螺仪传感器,磁传感器,压力传感器或温度传感器。
通信组件416被配置为便于智能烟盒400和其他设备之间有线或无线方式的通信。智能烟盒400可以接入基于通信标准的无线网络,如WiFi,2G或3G,或它们的组合。在一个示例性实施例中,通信组件416经由广播信道接收来自外部广播管理系统的广播信号或广播相关信息。在一个示例性实施例中,所述通信组件416还包括近场通信(NFC)模块,以促进短程通信。例如,在NFC模块可基于射频识别(RFID)技术,红外数据协会(IrDA)技术,超宽带(UWB)技术,蓝牙(BT)技术和其他技术来实现。
在示例性实施例中,智能烟盒400可以被一个或多个应用专用集成电路(ASIC)、数字信号处理器(DSP)、数字信号处理设备(DSPD)、可编程逻辑器件(PLD)、现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)、控制器、微控制器、微处理器或其他电子元件实现,用于执行上述方法。
在示例性实施例中,还提供了一种包括指令的非临时性计算机可读存储介质,例如包括指令的存储器404,上述指令可由智能烟盒400的处理器420执行以完成上述方法。例如,所述非临时性计算机可读存储介质可以是ROM、随机存取存储器(RAM)、CD-ROM、磁带、软盘和光数据存储设备等。
一种非临时性计算机可读存储介质,当所述存储介质中的指令由智能烟盒的处理器执行时,使得智能烟盒能够执行上述图1或图2所示的辅助戒烟方法。
需要说明的是:上述实施例提供的辅助戒烟装置在信息推送时,仅以上述各功能模块的划分进行举例说明,实际应用中,可以根据需要而将上述功能分配由不同的功能模块完成,即将装置的内部结构划分成不同的功能模块,以完成以上描述的全部或者部分功能。另外,上述实施例提供的辅助戒烟装置与辅助戒烟方法实施例属于同一构思,其具体实现过程详见方法实施例,这里不再 赘述。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例的全部或部分步骤可以通过硬件来完成,也可以通过程序来指令相关的硬件完成,所述的程序可以存储于一种计算机可读存储介质中,上述提到的存储介质可以是只读存储器,磁盘或光盘等。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种辅助戒烟方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取第一指定时间段内的吸烟行为信息,所述吸烟行为信息至少包括吸烟数量和香烟信息;
    根据所述吸烟行为信息,确定在所述第一指定时间段内吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁信息;
    确定所述尼古丁信息对应的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息,并将所述电子烟信息和/或所述气溶胶形成基质信息进行推送。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述根据所述吸烟行为信息,确定在所述第一指定时间段内吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁信息,包括:
    根据所述香烟信息,获取对应的尼古丁含量;
    根据所述尼古丁含量、所述吸烟数量和预设吸入比例,确定所述用户在所述第一指定时间段内吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁信息,所述预设吸入比例为用户吸入肺部的尼古丁含量与香烟中尼古丁含量之间的比例。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述获取第一指定时间段内的吸烟行为信息之前,还包括:
    当检测到用户在取出一支香烟后的预设时长内,再次取出至少一支香烟时,显示提示信息或者语音播放所述提示信息,所述提示信息用于询问所述用户的吸烟数量和香烟信息;
    当接收到所述用户输入的吸烟数量和香烟信息时,对所述用户输入的吸烟数量和香烟信息进行记录。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述吸烟行为信息包括香烟信息;
    所述获取第一指定时间段内的吸烟行为信息之前,还包括:
    当每次检测到用户取出香烟时,对所述香烟进行扫描,得到所述香烟的香烟识别信息;
    对所述香烟识别信息进行识别,得到所述香烟的香烟信息;
    将所述香烟的香烟信息进行记录。
  5. 根据要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定所述尼古丁信息对应的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息,包括:
    从本地存储的尼古丁信息、电子烟信息与气溶胶形成基质信息之间的对应关系中,获取所述尼古丁信息对应的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息;或者,
    将所述尼古丁信息发送至服务器,使所述服务器根据所述尼古丁信息获取对应的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息,并返回所述电子烟信息和/或所述气溶胶形成基质信息;接收所述服务器发送的所述电子烟信息和/或所述气溶胶形成基质信息。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述确定在所述第一指定时间段内吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁信息之后,还包括:
    确定所述尼古丁信息对应的戒烟策略,所述戒烟策略包括在第二指定时间段内香烟取出数量。
  7. 一种辅助戒烟装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    获取模块,用于获取第一指定时间段内的吸烟行为信息,所述吸烟行为信息至少包括吸烟数量和香烟信息;
    第一确定模块,用于根据所述吸烟行为信息,确定在所述第一指定时间段内吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁信息;
    第二确定模块,用于确定所述尼古丁信息对应的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息,并将所述电子烟信息和/或所述气溶胶形成基质信息进行推送。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第一确定模块包括:
    第一获取子模块,用于根据所述香烟信息,获取对应的尼古丁含量;
    确定子模块,用于根据所述尼古丁含量、所述吸烟数量和预设吸入比例,确定在所述第一指定时间段内吸烟行为摄入的尼古丁信息,所述预设吸入比例 为用户吸入肺部的尼古丁含量与香烟中尼古丁含量之间的比例。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    提示模块,用于当检测到用户在取出一支香烟后的预设时长内,再次取出至少一支香烟时,显示提示信息或者通过语音播放所述提示信息,所述提示信息用于询问所述用户的吸烟数量和香烟信息;
    第一记录模块,用于当接收到所述用户输入的吸烟数量和香烟信息时,对所述用户输入的吸烟数量和香烟信息进行记录。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述吸烟行为消息包括香烟信息;
    所述装置还包括:
    扫描模块,用于当每次检测到用户取出香烟时,对所述香烟进行扫描,得到所述香烟的香烟识别信息;
    识别模块,用于对所述香烟识别信息进行识别,得到所述香烟的香烟信息;
    第二记录模块,用于将所述香烟的香烟信息进行记录。
  11. 根据要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述第二确定模块包括:
    第二获取子模块,用于从本地存储的尼古丁信息、电子烟信息与气溶胶形成基质信息之间的对应关系中,获取所述尼古丁信息对应的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息;或者,
    第二发送子模块,用于将所述尼古丁信息发送至服务器,使所述服务器根据所述尼古丁信息获取对应的电子烟信息和/或气溶胶形成基质信息,并返回所述电子烟信息和/或所述气溶胶形成基质信息;接收所述服务器发送的所述电子烟信息和/或所述气溶胶形成基质信息。
  12. 根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    第三确定模块,用于确定所述尼古丁信息对应的戒烟策略,所述戒烟策略包括在第二指定时间段内香烟取出数量。
