优选地,所述驱动套管的两端分别设置有沿径向向内延伸的内端壁和外端壁;还包括设置于所述伞形尾部的大端面与所述驱动套管的内端壁之间、用于使所述连接件在非工作状态下保持伸出所述驱动套管预设长度的预紧弹簧。
优选地,还包括设置于所述伞形尾部的小端面与所述驱动套管的外端壁之间、用于使所述连接件在与所述对接结构件脱离连接后回复原位的复位弹簧。
本发明所提供的模块化多功能平台性工具,主要包括若干个呈块状的对接结构件和若干个呈杆状的主体结构件。并且,在各个对接结构件上沿空间方向分别设置有若干个对接部,同时在各个主体结构件的两端均设置有用于与对接结构件上的对接部相配合的连接件。如此,本发明所提供的模块化多功能平台性工具,只需使对接结构件上的对接部与主体结构件上的连接件完成配合,即可将一个对接结构件和一个主体结构件拼接成一体,而对接结构件上在空间方向上均设置有多个对接部,因此对接结构件能够同时与多个主体结构件完成拼接,并形成空间结构,同时各个主体结构件的两端均设置有连接件,因此相邻两个主体结构件可以通过同一个对接结构件实现拼接,如此,若干个对接结构件和若干个主体结构件即可通过对接部与连接件的配合,轻松、简便、快捷地完成互相拼接,最终形成各种不同形状的空间结构,可代替人们日常生活中的各种器具而使用,比如拼接桌子、拼接椅子以及拼接户外用品等。同时,在拆卸各类拼接结构时,只需要使各个对接结构件与主体结构件之间的互联拆除即可,之后可重新进行拼接。综上所述,本发明能够简单易行地完成多功能平台性工具的拆装、能够实现多模块的无工具快速安装拼接,从而降低结构复杂度、提高产品使用率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参考图1,图1为本发明所提供的一种具体实施方式的整体结构图。
在本发明所提供的一种具体实施方式中,模块化多功能平台性工具主要包括若干个对接结构件1和主体结构件2。
其中,对接结构件1是模块化家具中的主要模块之一,主要呈块状,可称为“点模块”等,具体可呈立方体或球体等形状,当然也可呈其余的 复杂立体形状。在对接结构件1上设置有若干个用于与主体结构件2相连的区域,即对接部101。由于模块化家具多是空间立体结构,因此为保证对接结构件1和主体结构件2能够拼接成空间结构,在对接结构件1的空间方向上分别设置了若干个对接部101,即在对接结构件1上的x方向的部位设置了若干个对接部101,同时在其y和z方向的部位也设置了若干个对接部101。同时,对接结构件1上各个方向所设置的对接部101的数量一般相同,当然也可根据需要在不同方向增减对接部101的数量。比如,对接结构件1可为立方体,同时在其六个表面上均设置有一个对接部101等。
主体结构件2为模块化家具中的另一主要模块,主要呈杆状,即长度尺寸较明显的结构,可称为“线模块”,具体可呈管状、条形或柱状等,其横截面一般可为圆形、矩形或其余多边形。在主体结构件2的两端设置有连接件3,该连接件3主要用于与对接结构件1上所设置的对接部101配合连接。如此,在将主体结构件2与对接结构件1相连时,只需将主体结构件2上一端的连接件3插入到对接结构件1上的连接部中,并完成配合连接即可实现互连。而多个主体结构件2和多个对接结构件1互连时,也是按照相同的方法实现拼接。
在关于对接部101和连接件3的一种优选实施方式中,该连接件3具体可为螺杆,而该对接部101具体可为螺纹孔。当然,对接部101和连接件3之间的配合连接显然并不仅限于上述螺纹连接,其余比如对接部101为卡接槽且连接件3为卡接件的卡接结构,或卡扣连接结构、锁式连接结构等同样可以采用。
如此,本实施例所提供的模块化多功能平台性工具,只需使对接结构件1上的对接部101与主体结构件2上的连接件3完成配合,即可将一个对接结构件1和一个主体结构件2拼接成一体,而对接结构件1上在空间方向上均设置有多个对接部101,因此对接结构件1能够同时与多个主体结构件2完成拼接,并形成空间结构,同时各个主体结构件2的两端均设置有连接件3,因此相邻两个主体结构件2可以通过同一个对接结构件1实现拼接,如此,若干个对接结构件1和若干个主体结构件2即可通过对 接部101与连接件3的配合,轻松、简便、快捷地完成互相拼接,最形成各种不同形状的空间结构,可代替人们日常生活中的各种家用器具而使用,比如拼接桌子、拼接椅子以及拼接柜子等。同时,在拆卸各类拼接结构时,只需要使各个对接结构件1与主体结构件2之间的互联拆除即可,之后可重新进行拼接。
综上所述,本实施例所提供的模块化多功能平台性工具,能够简单易行地完成多功能家具的拆装、降低结构复杂度、提高产品使用率。
如图2所示,图2为图1中所示的主体结构件2的具体结构示意图。
在关于主体结构件2的一种优选实施方式中,该主体结构件2可为分体式结构,具体包括互相连接且可拆卸的第一主体201和第二主体202。其中,第一主体201和第二主体202占主体结构件2的比例可均分,重要的是,第一主体201和第二主体202能够相对旋转。具体的,第一主体201和第二主体202之间通过旋转机构连接,使得两者可各自在旋转机构上自由旋转。此处优选地,该旋转机构具体可为轴承等,第一主体201和第二主体202均套设在该轴承上,可在其表面自由旋转,并且第一主体201和第二主体202相对的端壁互相抵接。
如图3所示,图3为图2中所示的第一主体201与对接结构件1的连接结构示意图。
考虑到连接件3在非工作状态下设置在主体结构件2的两端上,会额外占用部分空间,并且有可能存在利器伤人的隐患,本实施例中将连接件3设置在第一主体201或第二主体202沿轴向设置的空腔中,如此,即可实现连接件3在主体结构件2上的隐藏式设计,同时避免占用空间,消除安全隐患。但同时,在需要将主体结构件2与对接结构件1互联拼接时,需要将连接件3与对接结构件1上的对接部101形成配合,为此,本实施例在第一主体201或第二主体202内设置了用于驱动连接件3运动,以与对接部101形成连接或脱离连接的驱动机构。如此设置,在不需要将对接结构件1与主体结构件2互联拼接或拆卸拼接结构时,可操作驱动机构,将连接件3缩回到第一主体201或第二主体202中的空腔中,实现隐藏式设计;而在需要进行拼接时,可逆向操作驱动机构,将连接件3从第一主 体201或第二主体202中的空腔中移动出来,并与对接部101形成配合连接。
为方便连接件3与对接部101形成配合,保证稳定连接,可将连接件3设置为螺杆,同时可将对接部101设置为螺纹孔。如此,只需使连接件3伸出第一主体201或第二主体202后,与对接部101形成螺纹配合,即可顺利完成连接。
在关于驱动机构的一种优选实施方式中,该驱动机构具体包括驱动套管4。该驱动套管4设置在第一主体201或第二主体202的空腔中,并且可与第一主体201或第二主体202同步旋转。具体的,该驱动套管4的外壁可与第一主体201或第二主体202的内壁固定连接,如此,驱动套管4将与第一主体201或第二主体202同步同向旋转。当然,驱动套管4的外壁还可以与第一主体201或第二主体202的内壁螺纹连接。驱动套管4自身内部也具有轴向空间,而连接件3就设置在驱动套管4内部,并且连接件3可在其内部轴向滑动。同时,为使驱动套管4旋转时,能够带动连接件3同步旋转,本实施例在驱动套管4的内壁上设置了沿轴向方向延伸的滑槽,为与该滑槽相配合,本实施例还在连接件3的外壁上设置了滑片303。该滑片303能够插入到滑槽中形成配合,如此,当驱动套管4转动时,通过滑片303与滑槽的配合,即可带动连接件3同步转动。同时,连接件3在滑动时,滑片303在滑槽内同步滑动。
如此设置,用户在将对接结构件1与主体结构件2互相拼接时,可首先将连接件3的头部对准对接部101(连接件3的头部一般伸出主体结构件2预设距离),使两者之间具有一定起导向和固定作用的预连接,然后顺时针(或逆时针)转动第一主体201或第二主体202,即可使驱动套管4与其同步转动,驱动套管4进一步带动连接件3周向转动,此时在连接件3的头部与对接部101形成预连接的螺纹配合的基础上,继续转动第一主体201或第二主体202,即可利用丝杠运动原理将使连接件3相对于主体结构件2向外运动,从而加深连接件3与对接部101的配合深度,直至完成稳定连接。而在拆卸对接结构件1与主体结构件2时,进行相反操作即可。
进一步的,连接件3可具体包括伞形尾部301和与其相连的杆部302,并且整体呈“T”字形结构。其中,杆部302上设置有螺纹,主要用于与对接部101的螺纹孔相配合,伞形尾部301的直径大于杆部302的直径,并且滑片303设置在伞形尾部301的外壁上。此处优选地,在伞形尾部301的外壁上可同时设置多片滑片303,当然,驱动套管4的内壁上也同时设置相同数量的滑槽。比如,可在伞形尾部301的外壁上以相隔90°圆心角的方式设置四片呈“十字”结构的滑片303。
不仅如此,考虑到在拼接对接结构件1与主体结构件2时,若使连接件3与对接部101形成预连接,那么拼接操作将更加方便、简单,针对此,本实施例首先在驱动套管4的两端分别设置了内端壁和外端壁(朝向主体结构件2中心的为内端壁,反之为外端壁),该内端壁和外端壁在驱动套管4的两端沿横截面径向向驱动套管4的中心延伸,当然,内端壁和外端壁并非延伸到闭合,而是保留一定空间方便连接件3的滑动。同时,本实施例还在驱动机构中增设了预紧弹簧5。具体的,该预紧弹簧5设置在伞形尾部301的大端面(与杆部302相连的端面的截面面积较小,为小端面,反之未与杆部302相连的端面即为大端面)与驱动套管4的内端壁之间,相当于该预紧弹簧5在连接件3的底部将其顶住。同时,该预紧弹簧5的预紧程度和弹性系数等是预设的,当连接件3自然安装在驱动套管4的内腔中或在重力的作用下压在预紧弹簧5上时,在弹簧反力的作用下将使连接件3的顶端始终伸出驱动套管4部分长度,该部分预设的伸出长度即是使连接件3与对接部101形成预连接的作用长度。
另外,考虑到在非工作状态下,连接件3即使在预紧弹簧5的作用下伸出驱动套管4一定长度,也不应该完全伸出,为避免占用空间,本实施例还在驱动机构中增设了复位弹簧6。具体的,该复位弹簧6设置在伞形尾部301的小端面与驱动套管4的外端壁之间,相当于在伞形尾部301的前面将其抵住,避免连接件3继续向外滑动。当然,该复位弹簧6的弹性系数等也是预设的,以使连接件3在非工作状态下保持深入到驱动套管4的空腔内一定长度为准。如此设置,能够保证连接件3始终压在驱动套管4中,避免脱出或滑落丢失,并且当连接件3与对接结构件1脱离连接后, 可以借助复位弹簧6的弹力自动复位。
如图4所示,图4为本发明所提供的另一种具体实施方式的整体结构示意图。
此外,在上述实施例中,通过若干个对接结构件1和主体结构件2能够互联、拼接成不同的空间结构,但此类空间结构是“镂空”的结构或无使用面积结构,若需。具体的,该面板结构件7可设置在若干个对接结构件1与若干个主体结构件2所形成的镂空区域上,并且可通过铆钉或螺栓等紧固件与对接结构件1或主体结构件2形成稳定连接,如此形成具有使用面积的空间结构。
如图5至图13所示,图5至图13按照顺序依次为本发明所提供的第一种、第二种、第三种、第四种、第五种、第六种、第七种、第八种和第九种拼接结构示意图。
如前所述,本实施例所提供的模块化多功能平台性工具,若干个对接结构件1、主体结构件2以及面板结构件7能够在空间方向上任意互联、拼接,并且可形成各种各样的空间结构,如图5中拼接形成的家用组合衣柜、图6中拼接形成的家用简易书柜、图7中拼接形成的货架、图8中拼接形成的展示架、图9和图10中拼接形成的组合办公桌、图11中拼接形成的户外简易架以及图12中拼接形成的户外简易桌凳、图13中拼接形成的婴儿护理台等。
对所公开的实施例的上述说明,使本领域专业技术人员能够实现或使用本发明。对这些实施例的多种修改对本领域的专业技术人员来说将是显而易见的,本文中所定义的一般原理可以在不脱离本发明的精神或范围的情况下,在其它实施例中实现。因此,本发明将不会被限制于本文所示的这些实施例,而是要符合与本文所公开的原理和新颖特点相一致的最宽的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种模块化多功能平台性工具,其特征在于,包括若干个呈块状的对接结构件(1)和若干个呈杆状的主体结构件(2),各所述对接结构件(1)上沿空间方向分别设置有若干个对接部(101),且各所述主体结构件(2)的两端均设置有用于与所述对接部(101)配合连接的连接件(3)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的模块化多功能平台性工具,其特征在于,所述主体结构件(2)的横截面形状呈圆形或矩形,且所述对接结构件(1)具体呈立方体或球体。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的模块化多功能平台性工具,其特征在于,各所述主体结构件(2)具体包括可拆卸的第一主体(201)和第二主体(202),所述第一主体(201)和第二主体(202)通过设置于两者之间的旋转机构相连,且所述第一主体(201)和第二主体(202)可在所述旋转机构上自由旋转。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的模块化多功能平台性工具,其特征在于,所述旋转机构具体为轴承,所述第一主体(201)和第二主体(202)分别套设在所述轴承上,且所述第一主体(201)和第二主体(202)的端壁抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的模块化多功能平台性工具,其特征在于,所述连接件(3)设置在所述第一主体(201)或第二主体(202)内沿轴向设置的空腔中,且在所述第一主体(201)或第二主体(202)内还设置有用于驱动所述连接件(3)与所述对接部(101)形成连接或脱离连接的驱动机构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的模块化多功能平台性工具,其特征在于,所述连接件(3)具体为螺杆,且所述对接部(101)具体为螺纹孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的模块化多功能平台性工具,其特征在于,所述驱动机构具体包括设置于所述第一主体(201)或第二主体(202)的空腔中、并与其同步旋转的驱动套管(4),所述连接件(3)可滑动地设置于 所述驱动套管(4)内,且所述驱动套管(4)的内壁上设置有沿轴向延伸的滑槽,所述连接件(3)的外壁上设置有用于与所述滑槽配合的滑片(303)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的模块化多功能平台性工具,其特征在于,所述连接件(3)具体包括伞形尾部(301)和与其相连的杆部(302),所述杆部(302)的外壁上设置有用于与所述对接部(101)配合的螺纹,所述伞形尾部(301)的直径大于所述杆部(302)的直径,且所述滑片(303)设置于所述伞形尾部(301)上。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的模块化多功能平台性工具,其特征在于,所述驱动套管(4)的两端分别设置有沿径向向内延伸的内端壁和外端壁;还包括设置于所述伞形尾部(301)的大端面与所述驱动套管(4)的内端壁之间、用于使所述连接件(3)在非工作状态下保持伸出所述驱动套管(4)预设长度的预紧弹簧(5)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的模块化多功能平台性工具,其特征在于,还包括设置于所述伞形尾部(301)的小端面与所述驱动套管(4)的外端壁之间、用于使所述连接件(3)在与所述对接结构件(1)脱离连接后回复原位的复位弹簧(6)。
